Abstract

The article presents information about the developments in technology and participatory service options associated with the Library 2.0 movement. A library user study is described, in which undergraduate library users were asked to create photographic diaries of their lives and library experiences. Study results showed an increased interest in improved administrative services and research support in university libraries, the article notes.
