The Standard & Poor's 500 index has closed within just 1 percent of 940 and a clear break above the 944 and 956 level will trigger short covering and draw investors from the sidelines. Treasury yields have doubled to 4 percent which could snuff out recovery due to the higher borrowing costs. Shares of various drug companies are discussed as the industry faces health care reform.
