[Objective] To study the impact of coal dust generated by open-pit coal mining activities in arid areas on the physical and chemical properties of soil and soil erodibility in surrounding areas. [Method] The representative Hongshaquan coal mine in Zhundong coal field in Xinjiang was selected as the research area. Collect soil samples within 2000 m from dumps, coal dumps, and mining areas, analyze soil physical and chemical properties and calculate erodibility factor (EF) values, explore the relationship between soil physical and chemical properties and (EF) values, and analyze their spatial distribution laws [Results] ① Coal dust deposition has different degrees of impact on various physical and chemical properties of soil, among which organic matter has the most significant impact, showing an exponential distribution from high to low with distance. The particle structure of the surface soil of the dump is significant with other sampling points The difference is that the sand content of the soil surface layer is significantly reduced, and the soil clay content is significantly increased. ② The soil EF value has a very significant positive correlation with soil pH, soil total phosphorus, and soil sand content (P<0.01), and has a positive correlation with soil organic matter, The content of soil clay particles and powder particles showed a very significant (P<0.01) negative correlation. The order of correlation is pH> clay particles> organic matter> sand particles> powder particles> total phosphorus> calcium carbonate> total salt> bulk density> total Nitrogen. ③The coal dumps and dumps formed by coal mining activities play a role in reducing soil erodibility. The soil EF value reaches the lowest value at the coal dump, and the soil EF value in the coal mine area is also significantly smaller than the surrounding areas. 【Objective】The present paper aimed to explore the ‘fertilizer island’ effect of the soil nutrients under the canopy of Haloxylon ammodendron and Populus euphratica in the arid area, and provide scientific support and reference for the protection and restoration of arid ecosystems.【Method】10 Populus euphratica and 5 Haloxylon ammodendron were selected as the research objects, which were divided into 3 soil layers(0-5, 5-10, 10-15 cm) collected soil samples, determined the organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, pH and conductivity, and analyzed the spatial distribution and enrichment effects of soil nutrients.【Result】The results showed that the changes of soil nutrients under the canopy of Haloxylon ammodendron and Populus euphratica were similar. The effect of organic carbon and total nitrogen to ‘fertilizer island’ was significant, the total phosphorus was slightly worse, but both have a decreasing trend from inside the canopy to outside the canopy and from the surface layer to the deep layer of the soil;According to the enrichment rate, the nutrient enrichment rates of Haloxylon ammodendron and Populus euphratica were more than 1, which further confirmed the ‘fertilizer island’ phenomenon under the canopy of Haloxylon ammodendron and Populus euphratica.【Conclusion】The difference of soil nutrients between Haloxylon ammodendron and Populus euphratica was significant. Both of them were gathered from outside the canopy to inside canopy the canopy and from deep layer to surface layer. ISSR markers cere used to analyze genetic variations and assessed inheritance of nine F1 seedlings. Plants were accessioned and assigned a letter，with Abeing the most vigorous and I being the least vigorous individuals. A total of 96 bands were generated from 10 primers ，in which 85 bands (88.5 %) were polymorphic. UPYMAtree revealed that all the seedlings were much closer to their hexaploid pollen parent (M. grandiflora 'Kay Parris') and more distant from their diploid seed parent (M. sieboldii 'Colossus')，supporting early foliage morphology. Seedling Cis the most similar to the pollen parent，both in regard to foliage proportions，margin undulation， and proximity. Seedling Yis unique among the F1，displaying lanceolate leaves. Other seedlings grouped within the tree have slight morphological variations that may be analyzed for correlation to the UPGMAtree as they continue to mature and growth habit variations become evident. Based on the meteorological data and geographic information during the growth period of oilseed rape at 103 weather stations from 1971 to 2010 in Sichuan basin and by using GIS technology, the agricultural climate division for oilseed rape was built in order to provide scientific basis for sustainable development. Through the comprehensive analysis of agricultural climate characteristics and key influential climate fact or on oilseed rape yield, selected precipitation at stem elongation period, and ≥ 0 °C accumulated temperature during the whole growth period as the climatic regionalization indices. Small grid reckon model of regionalization index was established, Calculated the spatial distribution without station in Sichuan basin of each regionalization index values of 2.5 km X 2.5 km grid node. The distribution graph of agricultural climate suitable areas of oilseed rape was formed by using set optimal method. The results indicated that the most suitable regions for oilseed rape plant distributed around flat and shallow-hill areas below 530 m covering the most of west plains area and the all of central basin area and some of south and northeast hilly areas in Sichuan basin; The suitable regions included the north of east hilly area, the west of west plains area, the part of south hilly area and the lower altitudes of surrounding mountainous in Sichuan basin. In this paper, the change level of N and K absorbing and biomass growth of tobacco were studied in the western Sichuan, sourthern Sichuan and northern Sichuan tobacco soil. The results showed that the supply and absorption of N were good in the western and northern Sichuan, southern Sichuan was poor; the supply and absorption of K were good in Western Sichuan and southern Sichuan, the K content of tobacco leaves was lower in northern sichuan; the N, K content were very high at 15 days after transplanting, were lower in mid stage and were short in last stage; the biomass growth of tobacco and N, K supplying were unbalanced. So, firstly, the supplying content of N, K were decreased in early period, were increased at 45 - 75 days after transplanting, their content were maintained after 5 days, effective regulation and improvement of environment in rhizosphere soil of planting tobacco, enhanced the bioavailability of K in soil, improve tobacco biomass and K content of tobacco leaf.
