This paper examines the key aspects of forest industry enterprises. These enterprises are important from both an economic and an ecological perspective. Forests are a vital element in the fight against climate change. The wood industry can and should play a leading role in the fight against global climate change. This paper sets out to study some technical and economic features and to develop relevant principles that should guide forestry enterprises in their activities in modern conditions. Descriptive and analytical methods were used to collect data for the research. Some data was obtained directly at the logging sites in the forest area. The structure of wood industry output is presented. Two key aspects of environmental impact are highlighted. Key directions for improving the efficiency of the industry are shown. The principles that should guide forestry enterprises in their activities in the modern conditions are proposed. The activity in the forest area is presented as one of the key directions of development. Timber waste is a valuable and underutilized resource that can significantly affect the economic performance of enterprises and improve the environmental situation in the forest area. It is therefore important that the modernization of wood processing enterprises is accompanied by changes in the approaches to the environment and forests on the part of the state, business and society.

Regular physical activity is of great importance in relation to the formation of all human physical qualities. Differences in the level of strength development within individual sports are recognized. Taking into account this fact, it seems important to study the level of development of strength quality as athletes-athletes grow older. The aim of the study: to evaluate the dynamics of age-related changes in strength abilities in different categories of unicycling athletes. Eighty-one male athletes in adolescence or young adulthood, who regularly trained in judo, hand-tohand combat or Greco-Roman wrestling sections, were studied. A group of adolescents (14 individuals) who had not practiced sports during their lives and a group of non-sports-connected young men (13 individuals) were examined. Hand muscle strength was recorded by hand dynamometry with calculation of Student's t-criterion. During the evaluation of the level of strength in unicycling athletes, it was found that its greatest development was in wrestlers in adolescence and adolescence. In judoists and hand-tohand athletes it was a little less pronounced and comparable. The lowest level of it took place in non-sport-related examinees. As growing up, for all categories under consideration, an increase in strength capabilities in adolescence compared to the level in adolescence was noted.

Competitiveness is one of the key characteristics for any commercial enterprise. This parameter is determined by many indicators and factors. At the same time, the most important condition for competitive advantages is the efficiency of various processes. The purpose of the work was to develop a model for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the forest industry. To achieve it, a set of tasks was solved using traditional research methods (static analysis, literature analysis, modeling). As a result, the key factors influencing the competitiveness of the timber industry enterprise were identified. These include a variety of resources, the external environment and internal capabilities that determine pricing policy. The paper presents a detailed analysis of these factors and their role in improving the efficiency of the studied objects. It is determined that resource conservation, adaptation and optimization of these factors are key to improving competitiveness. The developed model generalizes the presented approach and, when used, leads to an increase in the competitiveness of timber enterprises.

The development of the forest industry is one of the important goals of state policy. The purpose of the work was to study certain aspects of the efficiency of Russian forest industry enterprises in the context of rational environmental management and to develop a graphical model for its improvement. The main research methods are analytical, modeling, and statistical data processing. As a result, information was obtained on the current level of efficiency of production of forest industry key products by regions of the country. The development of the model was based on the general hypothesis of the study, that expanding the depth of wood biomass processing while reducing the negative impact on the environment leads to increased efficiency and sustainable development of enterprises in the forest industry. The proposed model demonstrates certain aspects of the interaction of forest industry enterprises with the environment. The most important elements of this model are waste-free production and the deep processing production, based, among other things, on the use of waste from the main production. To increase the efficiency of forest industry enterprises, it is extremely important to develop and implement environmental management measures.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
When assessing the cause of torsional vibrations on the crankshaft of tractor engines, forced vibrations are taken into account, which are provoked by torques arising from each cylinder and transmitted to the connecting rod necks, taking into account the order of operation of the cylinders. Researchers have only calculated or experimental values of the torque for different angular positions of the crankshaft with a certain sampling step. The algorithm for solving the torsional vibration problem involves the decomposition of discrete values of the torque of one cylinder into a harmonic series in order to determine its amplitudes and phase shifts. The adequacy of the resulting decomposition is determined by the number of harmonics taken into account and, as a rule, includes 10-12 harmonics. At the same time, it is necessary to perform such decompositions for each speed and load mode, which increases the amount of calculations. An algorithm is proposed that considers these modes separately, and depending on the values of the gas and inertial forces, allows using the characteristics of the nominal operating mode and the decomposition with a smaller number of terms. In this case, the results of the expansions have a satisfactory convergence. The proposed method for determining the parameters of motor harmonics of exciting moments under changing speed and load modes of the internal combustion engine, can be useful in the design of new and fine-tuning dampers of torsional vibrations of crankshafts.

The development of human civilization inevitably leads to the development of production with increasing emissions of many chemicals into the environment. This is especially noticeable in relation to surface waters of fresh water bodies. A very alarming point is that the amount of toxic anthropogenic substances, including heavy metals, is growing every year and is increasingly disturbing the existing ecological balance. Plant organisms of water bodies are among the first to experience the effects of any anthropogenic pollutants and especially heavy metals and surfactants, the amount of which increases in the water of rivers and lakes. Very important in this is the complex of morpho-physiological adaptations associated with restructuring in the structure of chloroplasts. Changes in the content of photosynthetic pigments in plants of two species (Ceratophyllum demersum and Egeria densa) were assessed when they were exposed to very common technogenic substances (lead ions and a solution of anionic synthetic surfactants). In plants, there is a decrease in the activity of molecular transport, inhibition of H+-ATPase, leading to a decrease in the pH of the cytoplasm and activation of hydrolases, which enhance the breakdown of biopolymers. This leads to changes in the expression of individual genes and increased synthesis of a number of stress proteins. Under these conditions, the assembly of cytoskeletal elements is activated, the structures of membrane proteins and lipids change, the level of ATP decreases, free radical processes are activated and the intensity of photosynthesis is inhibited.

Rational use of sports nutrition can have a beneficial effect on the formation of various physical qualities in an athlete. A very promising option for sports nutrition is the BCAA + PEPTIDECOMPLEXIPH-AGAA nutrition complex, which is of interest to many researchers regarding its effect on the body and especially on the quality of strength in athletes who devote themselves to team sports. In the study, 82 male athletes, including teenagers and young adults, who were regularly training basketball, football and volleyball players, received the BCAA + PEPTIDECOMPLEXIPH-AGAA nutrition complex (manufacturer Ideal Pharma Peptide, Germany) in the morning and evening for the last two months. An assessment of the level of strength development in competitive athletes who received a sports nutrition complex made it possible to identify its highest level in teenage and youth basketball players. For football and volleyball players, the achieved level of strength capabilities was somewhat lower. The results obtained allow us to recommend the BCAA + PEPTIDECOMPLEXIPH-AGAA nutrition complex to team sports athletes for the development of their muscular system.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
The mass of man-made chemical elements entering water bodies along with wastewater is gradually increasing, causing a lot of negative consequences. Plant organisms of water bodies are among the first to experience the effects of any anthropogenic pollutants and especially heavy metals and surfactants, the amount of which increases in the water of rivers and lakes. Changes in the ratio of the pool of green and yellow enzymes in aquatic plants are considered as a reliable diagnostic indicator of the development of disorders in plant cells due to technogenic influences. Changes in the content of photosynthetic pigments in plants of two species (Ceratophyllum demersum and Egeria densa) were monitored when they were exposed to very common technogenic substances (lead ions and a solution of cationic synthetic surfactants). The changes found in the quantitative content of photosynthetic pigments in aquatic plants are caused by the appearance and development of stress and some adaptation to it. Under these conditions, the structures of proteins and lipids of thylakoid membranes change, the level of ATP decreases, free radical processes are activated and the intensity of photosynthesis is inhibited. Thus, the action of lead ions, a solution of cationic synthetic surfactants, and especially their combination have a very negative effect on the tissues of Ceratophyllum demersum and Egeria densa, which is expressed in a change in the content of photosynthetic pigments and their ratio.

Due to the emergence of new business lines and areas requiring automation, there is a need for planning and managing project work. Information technology (IT) projects contribute to organizational transformation and business growth. Despite the contribution of project management methodologies and structures, the share of unsuccessful IT projects remains high; thus, the study of critical success factors of IT projects remains an important problem for researchers and practitioners [1]. An analysis of the success of IT projects shows that 17% of projects are completed so unsuccessfully that they can threaten the state of the entire company as a whole. 45% of projects go beyond the budget. 56% of projects bring less profit than expected. 109 million dollars - average losses for every 1 billion dollars spent on projects [2]. The working conditions of the Information Technology department presuppose the existence of an effectively organized project work process. The success of the tasks depends largely on the distribution of the load between the members of the project team. The correct allocation of labor resources determines the timing and quality of project implementation.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
After birth, calves develop an increased ability of platelets to aggregate. At the same time, during the newborn phase, the level of inactive platelets in the blood of the Yaroslavl breed calves slightly decreases. The total intravascular activity of platelets in their blood during the study increased by 10.4%. The number of various platelet aggregates suspended in the blood of calves during the observation showed an upward trend. This was caused by an increase in their platelet thromboxane synthesis, an increase in the number of mobile adenosine phosphates in platelet granules and an increase in actin and myosin levels in them. As a result of the study, it becomes clear that for the Yaroslavl breed calves during the first 10 days of life, an increase in the severity of platelet aggregation and secretion is characteristic. Apparently, this helps to create optimal conditions for them to realize hemocirculation and metabolism, and therefore for the successful growth of animals of this breed.

Fine-grained modified concrete, reinforced with polyvinyl chloride fiber, is an innovative material, the production of which is at the development stage in Russian construction. Polyvinyl chloride fiber has high technical characteristics, is not prone to corrosion and is absolutely neutral to the environments that are created during the hardening of concrete and the operation of products, and also does not affect the nature of the hardening of the binder. The article presents the results of scientific research aimed at developing the basics of methods for predicting the properties of products, as well as choosing and optimizing the costs of the main raw materials. The conducted active experiment and the processing of its results made it possible to obtain regression equations for the compressive strength of fiber-reinforced concrete, as well as its average density, depending on variable factors. So, to obtain fiber-reinforced concrete with a compressive strength of 46.5–47.5 MPa; with an average density of 1668–1674 kg / m3, Portland cement with an activity of at least 45 MPa should be used; at a PVC fiber consumption of 5.9–6.0 kg/m3, a plasticizer consumption of 7.6–7.8%, as well as a consumption of finely ground construction waste 673–676 kg/m3. Based on the results of an active experiment, their statistical and analytical processing, the basics of the method for selecting the composition of fiber-reinforced concrete, depending on the specified values of variable factors, have been developed.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of the peculiarities of assessing the competitiveness of enterprises in the forest industry. The forest industry is one of the most promising in the country's economy. Russia is the world leader in timber reserves, and the domestic market is rather underdeveloped. The basic factors for the development of this industry are extremely favorable. The current situation imposes a certain imprint on the peculiarities of production activities. However, most of the competitiveness factors remain unchanged. The study summarises these factors and presents them as benchmarks for selecting specific indicators that affect the integral competitiveness index. At the same time, the competitiveness of a specific enterprise depends on the successful resolution of a set of contradictions, the key ones of which are also outlined in this document. It is the resolution of these contradictions that can significantly improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the country's entire forest industry. The main directions of modernisation should be focused in these areas. The work is exploratory in nature and is based on the contributions of many famous authors of theoretical and applied works, as well as on our own developments. The results obtained allow us to formulate general positions for the development of a detailed methodology for assessing the competitiveness of forestry enterprises.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of the essence and specificity of the term "sustainable development", as well as the development of its author's vision in modern realities. Currently, sustainable development is one of the key trends in the development of the world. At the same time, it affects almost all aspects of society and the state. It is explained by the fact that it is based on three important areas: economic, environmental and social. However, there are both opponents and supporters of the concept of sustainable development. The greatest success in implementation in practice and scientific results have been achieved by researchers in developed foreign countries: Europe, USA, Japan, etc. At the same time, there is no unified position in the essence and peculiarities of such a complex interdisciplinary category. The purpose of this work was to develop an adequate approach to assessing the modern interpretation of the term "sustainable development". The study is based on the work of many domestic and foreign authors. The main method of work is analytical. The results obtained -a detailed analysis of the development of approaches to the studied terminology, allowed us to formulate the author's current approach to this concept.

SSL/TLS (Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security)-enabled web applications are designed to provide authentication based on a public key certificate, as well as generating a secure session key and traffic privacy based on a symmetric key. Today, a large number of e-commerce applications such as stock trading, banking, shopping and gaming rely on the robustness of the SSL/TLS protocol. Recently, a potential threat known as a Man-in-the-Middle or main-in-the-middle (MITM) attack has been used by attackers to attack SSL/TLS-enabled web applications, especially when users want to connect to an SSL/TLS-enabled web server. SSL/TLS. The current article discusses the Man-in-the-Middle attack threat for SSL/TLS-enabled web applications. The existing solution space for countering a MITM attack on SSL/TLS-enabled applications is also considered, and an effective solution is proposed that can resist a MITM attack on SSL/TLS-enabled applications. The proposed solution uses a soft token approach for user authentication in addition to SSL/TLS security features. The proposed solution is claimed to be safe, effective and user-friendly compared to similar approaches.

This work is devoted to the development of a modification of the post-quantum public-key cryptosystem NTRUEncrypt. Given that two main requirements for modern cryptographic algorithms are resistance to attacks (including quantum attacks) and performance, the developed modification offers an improvement in both aspects. Karatsuba algorithm for fast polynomial multiplication is employed to achieve better performance. The modification also includes additional protection against a chosen ciphertext attack that can be effectively against standard NTRUEncrypt. Performance test of the developed modification confirmed that less time is required for key generation, encryption and decryption in comparison with the classical algorithm. The modified algorithm is then applied to implement an asymmetric encryption system with a graphical user interface that allows establishing communication between two users with resistance to both classical and quantum attacks.

The paper gives the analysis of the problem of rational nature management in the process of logging operations. An assessment of the formation of logging waste in the form of coniferous tree greenery, the expediency of separating needles directly in the places of their accumulation for further transportation and processing is substantiated. To solve the problem of separating needles from branches in logging conditions, the design of a mobile plant for needle separation was proposed. Analytical and mathematical methods were used, as well as modeling of the structures of units and assemblies. The results obtained can be widely used both at logging and wood processing enterprises. The use of the proposed design of a mobile device for separating needles in the process of logging operations will reduce the amount of logging waste by removing needles from the cutting area. This, in turn, will not only reduce the fire hazard of the logging process, but also expand the raw material base for the production of essential oils, bioactive preparations, vitamin flour and other products from coniferous trees.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
Descriptions of methods and results of experiments on the preservation of geometry and dimensional parameters of compressed wood using chemical and physical methods are given. Wide ranges of substances were used as chemical stabilizers in urea aqueous solution (plasticizer during pressing). Wood treatment with ultrasound, liquid nitrogen and pulsed magnetic field was used as physical methods. Urotropine, urea-formaldehyde oligomer, phenol-formaldehyde resin, butyric anhydride and physical methods (liquid nitrogen and pulsed magnetic field), as well as ultrasound can be applied to increase form stability of pressed wood to the level of swelling in water and water absorption of natural wood (respectively, 15-20% and 30-45%). Cashew nut shell liquid is recommended to obtain stable pressed wood. The liquid, with a content of 6-12% (by dry residue) relative to the mass of dry wood during heat treatment in the temperature range of 150-155°C for 8 hours, gives limiting volume swelling 7-8% and limiting water absorption 14-18%. Fully stable compressed wood was obtained after exhaustive acetylation with acetic anhydride and subsequent maximum impregnation with phenol alcohols (more than 70% of content) and thermocatalytic curing. However, this method cannot be recommended due to high toxicity and material weakness.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
In the course of growing heifers on tethered content, there is a tendency to some decrease in the severity of platelet lipid peroxidation due to an increase in their antioxidant protection. In platelets, this is accompanied by activation of the actin-myosin system, a high level of adenosine phosphates, and their intense secretion in the case of platelet participation in hemostasis. The observed heifers showed a tendency to increase the hemostatic functions of platelets, manifested in the blood and in vitro. The revealed slight increase in platelet activity in tethered heifers is caused by maturation during rearing of surface and intracellular mechanisms of platelet participation in hemostasis and microcirculation processes.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
Preservation of all parameters of homeostasis in pigs of any age is largely ensured by the state of their hematological parameters. The parameters of primary hemostasis are of great importance in this. For piglets in the phase of plant nutrition, a decrease in the intensity of peroxidation in the blood due to an increase in its antioxidant protection is characteristic. At this stage of development, the levels of total protein, urea, albumin, triglycerides in the blood increase in piglets, and a stable sufficient level of glucose is maintained. At the end of early ontogenesis in piglets, there is a clear balance between the development of platelet aggregation properties and the severity of the disaggregation characteristics of blood vessels. The balance of changes in platelet aggregation and the severity of control over it from the walls of blood vessels found during the phase of plant nutrition is an important basis for maintaining the balance in the activity of individual components of hemostasis in piglets.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
An assessment of the current state of the Russian lactic starter market is given, which reflects the dependence on imported raw materials mainly from European manufacturers. To reduce dependence and ensure food security during the sanction period, the scientific and technical community of the Russian Federation has been set with a task to create technologies that allow obtaining high-quality lactic starter cultures and fermented products based on them. The article discusses the drying of lactic starter culture to increase storage terms and conditions. An important point in the dehydration process is the preservation of biologically active substances (lactic acid organisms, bifidobacteria) in the starter dry residue. The basic technologies of starter culture drying are considered, an alternative technology of IR radiation with the use of membranous electric heaters is proposed. The experimental kinetic dependences and the equation of the drying process of lactic starter cultures were obtained on the manufactured laboratory stand. Laboratory tests of the dried starter culture showed full compliance of the content of biologically active substances with the starting material, GOST RF and a high degree of recoverability, which indicates the feasibility of developing IR radiation technologies and introducing them into the processing of lactic and lactic acid raw materials.

The production of high-quality livestock products can be achieved by upgrading livestock breeds and complying with zootechnical requirements of ensuring sanitary well-being in animal houses. Different ways are applied to gain the proper clean condition of livestock houses and equipment, disinfection preparations for working surfaces. Besides, non-compliance with the requirements for operating devices and standards for disinfectant consumption leads to increased antimicrobial resistance of microorganisms [1]. The efficiency of disinfection depends mainly on the technical capabilities of the units, mainly on the spray devices. Many researchers solve complex problems by optimizing spray devices' design and technological parameters to improve their spray quality [2]. The authors developed a vortex pneumatic sprayer for liquids for the disinfection process. The dispersion composition of disinfectant liquid aerosols was obtained in different operating regimes of the proposed sprayer design. Based on experimental data, dependencies of the influence working pressures of disinfectant liquid and compressed air in their supply channels on the dispersion were obtained. The flow rates of the vortex pneumatic sprayer during its operation in various regimes were determined. Dependencies of disinfectant liquid flow rate through the sprayer were constructed at different pressure ratios in supply channels of working fluids (disinfectant liquid and compressed air) and the angle between them. Optimal design parameters of the vortex pneumatic sprayer for aerosol disinfection of livestock houses and equipment were determined.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
Production process models have been used for many years in decision support systems in agriculture. They allow solving the problems of forecasting the yield, operational support, integration with GIS, calculating pedotransfer functions, etc. A high-performance, efficient platform has been developed to create powerful yet lightweight applications for a wide range of tasks. These tasks were solved in the RW.Ring platform, which was developed specifically for the new version of the APEX polyvariant calculation system instead of the outdated kernel of the old system, which contained many non-optimal solutions that impede the effective development of the system. While the new version of the polyvariant calculation system itself is currently under development, the platform itself already contains debugged working modules and can be used for a large number of similar applications. The platform’s performance is confirmed by the successful development of the Schicksal statistical analysis program. In the future, the platform will develop in parallel with the new version of the APEX polyvariant analysis system, as well as other programs based on it. The RW.Ring platform can be recommended as a set of standard libraries designed for building any shells for a large number of models.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
Insulation systems must have a number of special properties when used on construction sites located in the zone of significant negative temperatures, wind load, and associated air filtration through building struc-tures, under the influence of the coastal environment that forms salts on tech-nical facilities associated with the production and transportation of petro-leum products. Firstly, high operational stability, including under the influ-ence of aggressive environments. Secondly, they must be non-flammable and have significant fire resistance limits. Thirdly, do not contain compo-nents that are toxic during normal operation or are released in the event of a fire. The analysis of possibilities has shown that products based on stone wool meet these requirements to the greatest extent as a thermal insulation material. The research presented in the article is based on a hypothesis about the use of products based on stone wool and epoxy binder on latent hardeners, which will allow us to obtain an energy-efficient material that fully meets the conditions of polar construction. The purpose of the research was to develop a method for selecting the parameters of manufacturing mineral wool products that affect the properties of mineral wool slabs to the greatest extent and to opti-mize the temperature of heat treatment of mineral wool carpet. Re-search methodology set out in the article is based on the method of mathematical planning of experiment and statistical processing of the results, followed by analytical optimization.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
Construction on problem soils or in permafrost conditions involves using of pile foundations with a ventilated space under the floor structure. In this case, additional thermal insulation is required under the first-floor structure (above the ventilated space). This problem is com-pounded by construction in cold regions. The goal of research was to develop insulation systems for buildings on pile foundations for different climatic zones, including conditions of the arctic region and other regions with a predominance of ever-frozen ground. With the help of the THERM computer program, the conditions of bidimensional heat interchange in the enclosing structures of a building with pile foundation were simulated. The construction of such buildings is practiced on problem soils. The resulting models were analyzed in terms of the thermophysical characteristics of the structures. As a result, the optimal version of the insulation system was chosen, effective both in the climatic conditions of the midland and in the especially cold conditions of Yakutia and Trans-Polar region (The Subarctic). This system included insulation with mineral wool slabs along the facade walls, with extruded polystyrene (XPS) foams along the basement part and the floor structure, and with roll polyethylene (PE) foams (with the formation of a seamless insulation shell) along the ventilated space under the floor structure and above, on top of insulation boards.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
As the main component for many interior plaster mixes, a natural gypsum binder or its analogues is used, which are products of processing of local raw materials or by-products of other industries. Under operating conditions, gypsum binder-based plaster coatings have two main features. The first is the ability to regulate room humidity and absorb harmful emissions. The second is the ability to implement the function of barrier protection in the event of a fire. Improving the quality of plastering works and optimizing their cost is associated with the development of modified compositions based on gypsum, justified use of waste and local building materials, which include clay-gypsum binder. Clay gypsum as a natural material of sedimentary origin is widespread both in Russia and in the states formed in the post-Soviet space. In terms of energy intensity and manufacturability, the processing of raw materials into a clay-gypsum binder does not differ from the conditions of traditional processing of natural gypsum. Compared to lime or cement mortars, mortars based on gypsum binder have greater elasticity and plasticity. Such properties associated with the manufacturability of the application, such as workability and thixotropy, as well as the interval for maintaining the pot life of the mixture, are controlled by the introduction of modifying additives, the evaluation of the formulation of which was the purpose of the research, the results of which are presented in the article. The studies carried out have established that varying the recipe parameters make it possible to regulate both the strength and performance characteristics of mixtures based on gypsum plaster, as well as the manufacturability of their application.
