The extensive air shower Cherenkov light array Tunka-133 collected data during 7 winter seasons from 2009 to 2017. From 2175 hours of data taking, we derived the differential energy spectrum of cosmic rays in the energy range 6 · 1015 2 · 1018 eV. The TAIGA-HiSCORE array is in the process of continuous expansion and modernization. Here we present the results obtained with 28 stations of the first HiSCORE stage from 35 clear moonless nights in the winter of 2017-2018. The combined spectrum of two arrays covers a range of 2 · 1014 – 2 · 1018 eV.

In this talk, we describe the status and the perspectives of the hybrid Air Shower Array TAIGA (Tunka Advanced Instrument for cosmic rays and Gamma Astronomy) which is currently under construction in the Tunka Valley close to Lake Baikal and is taking data in its initial configurations. TAIGA is designed for the study of gamma rays and charged cosmic rays in the energy range of 1013 eV - 1018 eV. It has the potential to play an important role in the search for Galactic Pevatrons and within a multi-messenger approach to explore the high-energy sky.

Observations of gamma rays up to several 100 TeV are particularly important to spectrally resolve the cutoff regime of the long-sought Pevatrons, the cosmic-ray PeV accelerators. One component of the TAIGA hybrid detector is the TAIGA-HiSCORE timing array, which currently consists of 28 wide angle (0.6 sr) air Cherenkov timing stations distributed on an area of 0.25 km2. The HiSCORE concept is based on (non-imaging) air shower front sampling with Cherenkov light. First results are presented.

This work is devoted to the analysis of the digital tools that a modern teacher should possess to implement the educational process using distance learning technologies. Based on the conducted research, the main competencies that a teacher should have to conduct professional activities from the point of view of students were established. Digital tools are urgently needed to implement these competencies. In this paper, we will show our view on the algorithm for using digital tools in the educational process. A teacher should have a wide arsenal of digital tools: be able to use office programs, be able to search, to select, to analyze and to interpret information. To be able to create a teacher’s website, record digital audio and video content, to be able to place it for easy access for students, and, of course, be able to use the University’s learning management system.

This work is devoted to the development of a new master’s program, created on the basis of a sociological study of stakeholders, including an innovative digital component. As a result of the sociological research, the main interests of stakeholders and the requirements for the competencies of teachers were identified. The stakeholders were the heads of educational organizations and students of pedagogical universities. A survey of 823 students of higher educational institutions and more than 200 principals of Russian schools was conducted through Google forms using open questions. Based on the received request, a pool of competencies was formed, which is necessary for a teacher in professional activity. As a result, the master’s program “Digital Pedagogy” was developed, which includes a digital component of each universal and general professional competence, as well as three professional competencies developed by the university for this program. The competence model of a graduate assumes that he / she has the skills to develop and use digital educational solutions, technologies for developing and implementing digital gaming practices, skills for using STEAM training, skills for creating and promoting online courses, and the use of virtual and augmented reality in the educational process. The graduate should be able to use digital tools for collective and project work, video conferencing tools, video processing programs, video hosting services, apply digital learning management systems and activity planning, digital tools for searching, storing, processing and presenting educational information in the educational process.

Experiments were carried out to study the contribution of the phonon wing to the uniform width of exciton states localized at room temperature on surface defects of the crystal lattice of thin single-layer and three-layer films. Technological studies were carried out to reproduce the parameters of a three-layer thin textured Si (P) / Si (B) / ZnO film to create a technology for the production of femtosecond time interval recorders based on the non-Faraday rotation of the polarized vector of the stimulated photon echo. The results of technological methods for studying the physics of the formation of trion states are discussed.
