Importance: The design process is a set of stages that alternate and integrate with each other to achieve design goals, which is to achieve new and innovative design solutions for products whose primary goal is to meet the needs and desires of the user and thus obtain the best possible treatment for the product. It is worth noting that the design activity is not a stand-alone field. It is the product of the overlap of many different fields of manufacturing, marketing and other areas that affect and are affected by the product design process, and with the beginning of the 4th industrial revolution and in the presence of advanced production processes, multiple markets and competitiveness, the strong products that compete in terms of design varied Or the material, the implementation, or the idea and the competitiveness increases between companies to meet the needs of the user with the best quality and best service, and this is can be only done through marketing operations and studying the user's behavior and desires, one of the most important roles of the product designer is to give the real value to design research and present it well and Convincing the specialists in the design process in line with the needs of the consumer and addresses his emotions, which results in the product taking its appropriate share in the market. Objectives: the aim of this study is to evaluate the healing and anti-inflammatory effects of propolis in critical wound defects in rats ‘ buccal mucosa.Subjects& methods: 20 adult male albino rats of average weight 150-250 grams were used. Rats were divided into 2 groupsGroup I: consists of 10 rats, which were subdivided into 2 sub groupsSub Group I A: consists of 5 rats, the wounds were left un treated for 3 daysSub Group I B: consists of 5 rats, the wounds were left un treated for 7 daysGroup II: Consists of 10 rats which were subdivided into 2 sub groupsSub Group II A: consists of 5 rats, the wounds were treated with propolis for 3 daysSub Group II B: consists of 5 rats, the wounds were treated with propolis for 7 daysThe wounds were examined histologically, histochemically and immunohistochemically Results: Histologiacally, histochemical and immunohistochemical results showed that the healing process was faster in propolis treated rats due to anti inflammatory and anti oxidant effects of Propolis. Immunohistochemical labeling of vimentin in propolis treated groups was higher than un treated groupsConclusion: Propolis could improve wound healing by stimulating the proliferation of epithelial cells; and fibroblast proliferation, thus improving wound closure and decreasing inflammation (as prolonged inflammation and the release of inflammatory cytokines could cause tissue damage)

Background: Pneumonia is a life-threatening disease in children. Diagnosis of pneumonia is mainly clinical. However, some clinical features may be subtle or not specific. Lung ultrasound (LUS) might be used as a diagnostic tool in pneumonia as it is an easily accessible and safe imaging technique. Aim of the work: This study aimed to investigate the role of lung ultrasound in diagnosing pneumonia compared to chest x-ray in children. Subjects and methods: This cross-sectional study was carried out at the general pediatric wards and pediatric intensive care units [PICUs], Department of Pediatrics, Al-Azhar University Hospital [Damietta]. It included 120 patients who were clinically diagnosed to have pneumonia. Each legal guardian signed informed consent. Then, everyone was subjected to chest x-ray and lung ultrasound, and results were compared. Results: Sonographic findings in children with pneumonia as consolidation was detected in 114/120 (95.6%), air bronchogram in 104/120 (86.7%), fluid bronchogram 37(31.1%), multiple B-lines in 68/120 (56.7%), pleural effusion in 29/120 (24.4%). The lung ultrasound [LUS] showed higher diagnostic accuracy (94.45%), sensitivity (95.6%), and specificity (93.3%). There was a statistically significant good agreement between LUS and chest X-ray [CXR]. Conclusion: LUS is safe, accurate, and more sensitive for the diagnosis of suspected pneumonia in the pediatric age group and had the advantage of reducing radiation hazard when compared to chest X-ray

This research presents a proposed method to overcome difficulties which we face when we use traditional regression analysis method and provide solutions in an automated manner that does not require experience or a large field study. Some of these difficulties are mathematical difficulties, some of which are the need for considerable experience to choose the appropriate data model, especially when the traditional regression analysis method is not available. The new approach raises forecast accuracy with powerful Neural Network MATLAB code. This approach automatically trains neural networks and applies them for regression analysis, thus getting accurate, business or stock market predictions doesn’t require much effort or time. This means faster and more precise results than ever before.

Background: Jaundice is one of the most common conditions confronting neonatologists daily. Phototherapy is generally regarded as a safe method for treating hyperbilirubinemia, but it may also lead to undesired effects, one of these effects that it can affect the function of the immune system of the newborn. Aim of the work: The aim of the work was to study the effect of phototherapy on the serum level of tumor necrosis factor- alpha [TNF-α] in neonates. Patients and methods: A total of 35 cases of term neonates with Neonatal Jaundice and indirect hyperbilirubinemia high to the level that need phototherapy for 72hrs or more according to the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics were included in this study, and 15 healthy matched newborns were selected as controls. TNF-α was measured before exposure and after 72 hours phototherapy and from control group at the time of examination. Serum levels of TNF alpha were measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kits. Results: The results showed that there was no statistically significant in patient group before phototherapy in comparison to control group as regards TNF-α, patient demographics or laboratory data. On the other side, serum TNF-α levels significantly increased after exposure to phototherapy for 72 hours when compared to values before phototherapy (151.49±61.97 vs 61.36±31.96 respectively), indicating the influence of phototherapy on serum level of TNF-α. Conclusion: The results demonstrated increased serum TNF-α level after 72 hours may affect the immune system in neonates.
