Objective: To explore the effect of amyloid-β peptide (Aβ) on mandibular condyle to develop a new treatment for postmenopausal women with Temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis. Methods: A murine bone loss model was established by ovariectomy. Microstructure parameters of the condyle were measured by microcomputed tomography before and after intraperitoneal injection with Aβ. Flow cytometry, Alizarin red staining, RT-qPCR assays, FITC/PI staining, Oil Red O staining and western blotting were used to evaluate the effect of Aβ on the osteogenic differentiation of mouse bone marrow stromal stem cells (mBMSCs). Results: In vivo, condylar microstructure parameters increased. Serum osteoprotegerin and procollagen type 1 N propeptide increased in a dose-dependent manner after the injection of Aβ, which were opposite the changes observed in c-terminal telopeptides of type I collagen, tumor necrosis factor-α and the high serum level of leptin. In vitro, Aβ promoted calcium nodule formation in the cells. The expression of ALP, Runx2, osteorix and osteocalcin increased significantly. The expression of mRNAs related to the Wnt signaling pathway was significantly upregulated, which could be blocked by DKK1. Conclusion: Aβ can reverse bone loss in the mandibular condyle in ovariectomized mice through promoting the osteogenic differentiation of mBMSCs via the Wnt pathway.

Background: Acute exposure to ambient air pollution even at low concentrations has been associated with increased hospitalisation for respiratory diseases but the effects of long-term exposure are less certain. In this study, we investigated the associations between long-term exposures to PM2.5, PM2.5 absorbance and NO2 and hospitalisation for asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pneumonia in a cohort of older men living in Perth, Western Australia, a city where the levels of air pollutants are well below the world standards. Materials and methods: The study population of 11,156 men with no prior hospitalisation for respiratory disease was drawn from the Health in Men Study (HIMS) cohort of men aged >65 years living in Perth, Western Australia between 1996-1999. PM2.5, PM2.5 absorbance (PM2.5a) and NO2 were measured across the Perth metropolitan area over three seasons in 2012. Land use regression (LUR) models were used to estimate annual concentrations of PM2.5, PM2.5 absorbance and NO2 at the residential address of each participant from inception (1996) to 2015. Hospitalisation for respiratory disease between inception and 2015 was ascertained using the Western Australian Data Linkage System. The association between exposure to air pollution with hospitalisation for respiratory disease was examined using Cox regression analysis. Results: No statistically significant associations were observed in the fully adjusted models. However, positive associations were observed with first hospitalisation for pneumonia (HR 1.08, 95% CI: 1.01–1.16) when adjusted for age, year of enrolment, smoking status, education, BMI and physical activity. Conclusions: In this longitudinal study of older men we found no evidence of associations between increased long-term exposure to low-level air pollution with increased risk of hospitalisation for respiratory diseases in Perth, Australia. More studies on respiratory morbidity associated with exposure to low levels of air pollution are needed for more comprehensive understanding of the overall risk.

Aberrant gene silencing is highly associated with altered cell cycle regulation during carcinogenesis. In particular, silencing of the CDKN2A tumor suppressor gene, which encodes the p16INK4a protein, has a causal link with several different types of cancers. The p16INK4a protein plays an executional role in cell cycle and senescence through the regulation of the cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4/6 and cyclin D complexes. Several genetic and epigenetic aberrations of CDKN2A lead to enhanced tumorigenesis and metastasis with recurrence of cancer and poor prognosis. In these cases, the restoration of genetic and epigenetic reactivation of CDKN2A is a practical approach for the prevention and therapy of cancer. This review highlights the genetic status of CDKN2A as a prognostic and predictive biomarker in various cancers.

The utilization of silicomanganese slag (SMS) for the partial substitution of cement holds significant importance in handling environmental risks and achieving the harmless and resourceful utilization of industrial solid wastes. Nevertheless, an in-depth analysis of the leaching behaviors of heavy metals and the solidification/stabilization mechanisms in SMS and cementitious materials is still lacking. In this study, we adopted the toxicity characteristic leaching procedure and horizontal vibration method to simulate the natural leaching environment, thereby exploring the leaching risks related to heavy metals in the aforementioned materials. The results indicated that the release and migration of heavy metals were highly reliant on environmental pH values. Among them, Mn predominantly existed in SMS in the form of acid extractable fraction, and its dissolution was mainly governed by rhodochrosite and hausmannite. Fortunately, cementitious materials fabricated from SMS can conspicuously prevent the leaching of heavy metals such as Mn, Cr, Ni and As. The mechanism analysis disclosed that heavy metals can be effectively immobilized by silicon-aluminum structures through physical encapsulation, ion exchange, and lattice confinement during slurry hydration, and gradually shift from an unstable state to a more stable one. A pivotal pathway of photodynamic therapy (PDT) is to prompt mitochondrial damage by reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, thus leading to cancer cell apoptosis. However, mitochondrial autophagy is induced during such a PDT process, which is a protective mechanism for cancer cell homeostasis, resulting in undermined therapeutic efficacy. Herein, we report a series of meticulously designed donor (D)-π-acceptor (A) photosensitizers (PSs), characterized by the strategic modulation of thiophene π-bridges, which exhibit unparalleled mitochondrial targeting proficiency. Notably, TTBI within this series possesses remarkable ROS generation capability, which can directly trigger mitochondrial depolarization, thus effectively inducing apoptosis in cancer cells. Meanwhile, the damaged mitochondria activate the mitophagy process, which further boosts the ROS generation of the TTBI owing to the acidic environment in the lysosome, ultimately inducing lysosomal membrane permeability (LMP), thereby blocking the protective autophagy route and promoting extra apoptotic cell death. Accordingly, TTBI disrupts the integrity of mitochondrial and lysosome, leveraging a synergistic interplay between cellular compartments to achieve more potent apoptosis. Cadmium (Cd) stress is a significant threat to crop production. Abscisic acid (ABA) has been recognized for its ability to mitigate Cd toxicity. However, the underlying regulatory mechanisms governing ABA biosynthesis and its signaling pathway in response to Cd stress remain elusive. Here, we identified a Cd-induced NAC1 transcription factor (Cd-NAC) from vegetable soybean, which played a pivotal role in this process. Overexpression of Cd-NAC in transgenic vegetable soybean roots resulted in enhanced Cd tolerance, manifested by longer roots and higher biomass compared to Cd-NAC knockdown plants. Cd-NAC functions as a nuclear transcription factor that binds directly to the promoters of the 9-cis-epoxycarotenoid dioxygenase coding genes (GmNCED3.1 and GmNCED3.2), thereby activating their transcription and promoting the biosynthesis of ABA. Umami peptides were screened and identified from the enzymatic hydrolysate of Spanish mackerel head and its Maillard reaction products using ultrafiltration, gel chromatography, and LC-MS/MS (Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry). The umami properties of these peptides were subsequently evaluated and characterized using electronic tongue analysis and molecular docking. This study is the first to employ enzymatic hydrolysis combined with Maillard reaction for the preparation of umami peptides from Spanish mackerel head. Following this approach, a total of nine novel umami peptides were identified, including five from enzymatic hydrolysate (YDDKIY, ITPDEKGTTF, DAITTDDAGK, LEDGYPKEIQE, DAITPDEKGTTF) and four from Maillard reaction products (KDEGSDV, TPDEKGT, TEKAKGEP, FDAITPDEKGTTF). Sensory evaluation and electronic tongue analysis confirmed their distinct umami properties, with taste recognition thresholds ranging from 0.125 to 0.25 mg/mL. Molecular docking analysis revealed that these peptides interact with the T1R1/T1R3 umami receptor through hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interactions, with key binding residues identified as Ser150, Ser256, and Glu128. CD44 is a complex transmembrane glycoprotein that exists in multiple molecular forms and aberrant expression of CD44 is associated with tumorigenesis and progression. CD44 is involved in the regulation of several important signaling pathways, including tumor proliferation, invasion, metastasis, and therapy resistance, and it is also regulated by a variety of cells, which is a common biomarker for cancer stem cells. Detection and quantification of CD44 can provide essential information useful for clinical cancer diagnosis. Electrochemical sensors are prominently used for the detection of cancer biomarkers due to their rapidity, robustness, ease of miniaturization, excellent sensitivity and selectivity. In this study, we synthesized two cobalt-based materials under different atmospheres by photochemical metal-organic deposition methods (PMOD) and thermal annealing treatments, and then built and optimized two cobalt-based sensors that produce responses to CD44. The results showed that the performance of HA-Co@Co 3 O 4 (HCo@Co 3 O 4 ) electrodes were superior to that of HA-CoO@Co 3 O 4 (HCoO@Co 3 O 4 ) in terms of detection limit, sensitivity and stability, the linear range was 1 × 10 -5 to 1 × 10 3  ng mL -1 with a detection limit of 0.619 × 10 -5 ng mL -1 , the trend of the test results was consistent with the conventional Elisa method. The effects of different annealing atmospheres on the electrochemical activity of cobalt oxide-based materials for the detection of CD44 were investigated, which provided an experimental and theoretical basis for the electrochemical detection of CD44 and other types of tumor markers by cobalt oxides. In biomedical detection, very low concentration detection is conducive to the monitoring of CD44 dynamic changes: low concentration of CD44 changes can be detected, which is conducive to the early detection of diseases. The Chromodomain Helicase DNA-binding (CHD) protein family is ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling proteins that utilize energy produced by ATP hydrolysis to regulate chromatin structure and thereby modulate gene expression. The earliest report of a CHD3 gene mutation was by O'Roak, who found it during whole exome sequencing of 189 autism families in 2012. In 2018, Snijders Blok systematically assessed the autosomal dominant neurodevelopmental disorder caused by CHD3 gene damage, known as Snijders Blok-Campeau syndrome (SNIBCPS, OMIM 618205). Its typical features include global developmental delay, speech delay, mild to severe intellectual disability, hypotonia, autism, and distinctive facial features such as macrocephaly (microcephaly in minority), prominent forehead and so on. This article reports a patient of slow speech, intellectual disability, epilepsy, spastic paraplegia, ataxia and situs inversus with a CHD3 gene mutation. The features of spastic paraplegia, ataxia, and situs inversus have not been reported previously. In conclusion, CHD3 gene mutations represent a rare disease with diverse clinical phenotypic features. Global warming and heavy metals have become the major threat to the growth and reproduction of corals. However, unlike scleractinian corals, in the context of widespread coral degradation worldwide, there are few reports on the response of octocorallia corals to high-temperature stress and heavy metals. In the present study, we conducted indoor simulation experiments using Junceella squamata. We evaluated the physiological response of these corals under high-temperature stress at 33 °C and cadmium (Cd) stress by comparing the composition and diversity of their symbiotic bacteria and analyzing differences in their transcriptome. The results show that high-temperature stress has more severe adverse effects than cadmium stress. High-temperature stress disrupts coral symbiotic relationships, leading to an increase in alpha diversity associated with disease-causing bacteria, which may increase the risk of infection and potentially contribute to coral mortality. Meanwhile, cadmium stress increases the instability of the coral holobiont, potentially disrupting DNA stability and RNA transcriptional regulation. However, an increase in Cd-tolerant bacteria may help corals respond to cadmium stress. Microplastics, a new type of pollutants found in coral reefs, have attracted increasing attention. However, most of the current research focuses on the scleractinian corals and few reports on Octocorallia. To reveal the impact of microplastic exposure on Octocorallia, we analyzed the transcriptional response of the coral hosts Junceella squamata along with changes to the diversity and community structure of its symbiotic bacteria following exposure to polystyrene microplastics. These results suggest that the microplastics have adverse impacts on nutrient metabolism and absorption in J. squamata. The symbiotic bacteria of J. squamata exhibited a clear response after exposure to microplastics, which may also reflect an adaptation mechanism of corals, and help to maintain the physiological function of coral symbiotic function under the exposure of microplastics. The oxidative dissolution of arsenopyrite (FeAsS) is a significant source of arsenic contamination in nature. Activated biochar (AC), a widely used environmental remediation agent, is prevalent in ecosystems and participated in various geochemical processes of arsenic and iron-containing sulfide minerals. However, the impact of AC-arsenopyrite association on reactive oxidation species (ROS) generation and its contribution to As transformation were rarely explored. Here, ROS formation and the redox conversion of As during the interaction between AC and arsenopyrite were investigated. AC-mediated arsenopyrite oxidation was a two-stage process. At stage I, the heterogeneous electron transfer from arsenopyrite facilitated O 2 reduction on AC, enhancing arsenopyrite dissolution and ROS formation. TBA, PBQ and catalase inhibited 86.40 %, 79.39 % and 49.66 % of As(III) oxidation, respectively, indicating indicated that HO˙, (O 2 • ) - and H 2 O 2 were responsible for As(III) oxidation. However, at stage II, the mobility of As was highly restricted, especially increasing AC addition. Besides adsorption, AC retained appreciable As through catalyzing insoluble ferric arsenate formation and growth by promoting Fe(II) and As(III) oxidation and functioning as nuclei. To investigate the effect of CPPU (forchlorfenuron) on optical properties of strawberry during growth, the optical properties (absorption coefficient (μ a ) and reduced scattering coefficient (μ s ')) of strawberry treated with CPPU solutions at different concentrations (0, 2.5, 5.0 and 7.5 mg/L) were measured in white, color turning and red stages by using a single integrating sphere system over near-infrared wavelength range of 900-1700 nm. The physicochemical properties, i.e., single fruit weight, soluble solids content, firmness and moisture content, as well as microstructure of strawberry were also investigated. The results showed that in white stage, the μ a of strawberry treated with 7.5 mg/L CPPU was significantly (p ≤ 0.05) lower than that of untreated strawberry at absorption peak of 1411 nm. In color turning stage, the μ s ' of strawberry treated with 5 mg/L CPPU was significantly lower than that of treated with 2.5 mg/L at absorption peaks of 975, 1197 and 1411 nm. In red stage, the μ a of strawberry treated with 2.5 mg/L CPPU was significantly (p ≤ 0.05) different from that of treated with 7.5 mg/L at 1197 nm. Low salinity environment is one of the key factors threatening the survival of aquatic organisms. Due to the strong adaptability of low salinity, Exopalaemon carinicauda is an ideal model to study the low salinity adaptation mechanism of crustaceans. In this study, E. carinicauda from the same family were divided into two groups, which were reared at salinity of 4 ‰ and 30 ‰, respectively. Integrated analysis of transcriptome and metabolome was used to uncover the mechanisms of E. carinicauda adaptation to chronic low salinity environment. Under the chronic low salinity stress, a total of 651 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and 386 differential metabolites (DMs) were obtained, with the majority showing downregulation. These DEGs mainly involved MAPK signal transduction pathway and structural constituent of cuticle. Besides, chitin binding and chitin metabolism process were inhibited significantly. Among the DMs, lipids and lipid-like molecules, flavor amino acids and nucleotides were detected, which may be related to the adjustment of energy metabolism and flavor of muscle. In addition, ubiquinone and other terpenoid-quinone biosynthesis pathway and alanine, aspartate, and glutamate metabolic pathway were induced. Leachate is a substantial reservoir of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) within the environment. However, comprehensive information on the occurrence and fate of PFASs in leachate, particularly in semi-arid and moderate-elevation regions where PFASs may aggregate, is lacking. Here, 13 legacy PFASs were investigated in leachate from landfills and an incineration plant in such area. PFASs concentrations ranged from 6063 to 43,161 ng·L -1 in raw leachate, influenced by leachate origin, climate, wastewater disposal, and especially bacterial communities. Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes were enriched in raw leachate, while Proteobacteria dominated during leachate treatment processes, possibly due to PFASs selection pressure. In addition, top 20 biomarkers indicated the potential of these bacterial indicators for PFASs detection. Tracing analysis also suggested that PFASs in groundwater may have originated from leachate and effluent from wastewater treatment plants. PFASs levels in groundwater showed a significant correlation with the presence of Brevundimonas, Leptothrix, Malikia, and Sphaerotilus. The pathogenic bacterium Brevundimonas suggested potential human health risks, while Leptothrix, Malikia, and Sphaerotilus may serve as indicators of groundwater contamination. The excessive application and loss of pesticides poses a great risk to the ecosystem, and the environmental safety assessment of pesticides is time-consuming and expensive using traditional animal toxicity tests. In this work, a pesticide acute toxicity dataset was created for silkworm integrating extensive experiments and various common pesticide formulations considering the sensitivity of silkworm to adverse environment, its economic value in China, and a gap in machine learning (ML) research on the toxicity prediction of this species, which addressed the previous limitation of only being able to predict toxicity classification without specific toxicity values. A new comprehensive voting model (CVR) was developed based on ML, combined with three regression algorithms, namely, Bayesian Ridge (BR), K Neighbors Regressor (KNN), Random Forest Regressor (RF) to accurately calculate lethal concentration 50 % (LC 50 ). Three conformal models were successfully constructed, marking the first combination of conformal models with confidence intervals to predict silkworm toxicity. Further, the mechanism by analyzing structural alerts was summarized, and identified 25 warning structures, 24 positive compounds and 14 negative compounds. Importantly, a novel comprehensive prediction system was constructed that can provide LC 50 and confidence intervals, structural alerts analysis, lipid-water partition coefficient (LogP) and similarity analysis, which can comprehensively evaluate the ecological toxicity risk of substances to make up for the incomplete toxicity data of new pesticides. The validity and generalization of the CVR model were verified by an external validation set. In addition, five new, low-toxic and green pesticide alternatives were designed through 50,000 cycles. Numerous studies have examined the impact of temperature on mortality, yet research on the combined effect of temperature and humidity on non-accidental deaths remains limited. This study investigates the synergistic impact of high temperature and humidity on non-accidental deaths in China, assessing the influence of urban development and urbanization level. Utilizing the distributed lag nonlinear model (DLNM) of quasi-Poisson regression, we analyzed the relationship between Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) and non-accidental deaths in 30 Chinese cities from 2010 to 2016, including Guangzhou during 2012-2016. We stratified temperature and humidity across these cities to evaluate the influence of varying humidity levels on deaths under high temperatures. Then, we graded the duration of heat and humidity in these cities to assess the impact of deaths with different durations. Additionally, the cities were categorized based on gross domestic product (GDP), and a vulnerability index was calculated to examine the impact of urban development and urbanization level on non-accidental deaths. Our findings reveal a pronounced synergistic effect of high temperature and humidity on non-accidental deaths, particularly at elevated humidity levels. The synergies of high temperature and humidity are extremely complex. Moreover, the longer the duration of high temperature and humidity, the higher the risk of non-accidental death. Furthermore, areas with higher urbanization exhibited lower relative risks (RR) associated with the synergistic effects of heat and humidity. The purpose of feature selection in protein sequence recognition problems is to select the optimal feature set and use it as training input for classifiers and discover key sequence features of specific proteins. In the feature selection process, relevant features associated with the target task will be retained, and irrelevant and redundant features will be removed. Therefore, in an ideal state, a feature combination with smaller feature dimensions and higher performance indicators is desired. This paper proposes an algorithm called IIFS2.0 based on the cache elimination strategy, which takes the local optimal combination of cached feature subsets as a breakthrough point. It searches for a new feature combination method through the cache elimination strategy to avoid the drawbacks of human factors and excessive reliance on feature sorting results. We validated and analyzed its effectiveness on the protein dataset, demonstrating that IIFS2.0 significantly reduces the dimensionality of feature combinations while also improving various evaluation indicators. Photodynamic therapy (PDT), characterized by high treatment efficiency, absence of drug resistance, minimal trauma, and few side effects, has gradually emerged as a novel and alternative clinical approach compared to traditional surgical resection, chemotherapy and radiation. Whereas, considering the limited diffusion distance and short lifespan of reactive oxygen species (ROS), as well as the hypoxic tumor microenvironment, it is crucial to design photosensitizers (PSs) with suborganelle specific targeting ability and low-oxygen dependence for accurate and highly efficient photodynamic therapy. In this study, we have meticulously designed three PSs, namely CIH, CIBr, and CIPh, based on molecular engineering. Theoretical calculation demonstrate that the three compounds possess good molecular planarity with calculated S 1 -T 1 energy gaps (ΔE S1-T1 ) of 1.04 eV for CIH, 0.92 eV for CIBr, and 0.84 eV for CIPh respectively. Notably, CIPh showcases remarkable dual subcellular targeting capability towards lipid droplets (LDs) and mitochondria owing to the synergistic effect of lipophilicity derived from coumarin's inherent properties combined with electropositivity conferred by indole salt cations. Furthermore, CIPh demonstrates exclusive release of singlet oxygen ( 1 O 2 )and highly efficient superoxide anion free radicals(O 2 ⦁- ) upon light irradiation supported by its smallest S1-T1 energy gap (ΔE S1-T1  = 0.84 eV). This leads to compromised integrity of LDs along with mitochondrial membrane potential, resulting in profound apoptosis induction in HepG2 cells. This successful example of molecular engineering guided by density functional theory (DFT) provides valuable experience for the development of more effective PSs with superior dual targeting specificity. For protein fibers, polycarboxylic acids represent a green strategy to enhance durability without using formaldehyde. This study evaluated the physical and flame retardant properties of silk fabrics treated with three formaldehyde-free crosslinkers: citric acid (CA), 1,2,3,4-butanetetracarboxylic acid (BTCA), and 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA). Results showed that these acids bond with silk protein through esterification and amidation, improving washing durability. Particularly, PBTCA integrates phosphorus into silk, boosting flame retardancy. While BTCA led to the highest weight gain and improved wrinkle recovery, it negatively impacted the tensile strength and softness of silk fabrics. Conversely, PBTCA adeptly balanced enhanced wrinkle resistance with minimal effects on tensile strength and softness, and least affected the silk fabrics' whiteness, thus preserving its aesthetic appeal. All crosslinkers improved flame retardancy, but PBTCA displayed superior performance, achieving a limiting oxygen index of 32.4 % at an 80 g/L concentration. In vertical burning tests, PBTCA treated silk fabrics showed reductions in damage length and demonstrated self-extinguishing properties, qualifying them for a higher flame retardant grade. Phosphorus in PBTCA promotes char formation during combustion, essential for effective flame retardation and smoke reduction. Granular β-1,3-glucan extracted from the wall of Ganoderma lucidum spores, named GPG, is a bioregulator. In this study, we investigated the structural, thermal, and other physical properties of GPG. We determined whether GPG ameliorated immunosuppression caused by Gemcitabine (GEM) chemotherapy. Triple-negative breast cancer mice with GPG combined with GEM treatment had reduced tumor burdens. In addition, GEM treatment alone altered the tumor microenvironment(TME), including a reduction in antitumor T cells and a rise in myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) and regulatory T cells (Tregs). However, combined GPG treatment reversed the tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment induced by GEM. GPG inhibited bone marrow (BM)-derived MDSC differentiation and reversed MDSC expansion induced by conditioned medium (CM) in GEM-treated E0771 cells through a Dectin-1 pathway. In addition, GPG downgraded PD-L1 and IDO1 expression on MDSC while boosting MHC-II, CD86, TNF-α, and IL-6 expression. Background: Pentamethylquercetin (PMQ) is a natural polymethyl flavonoid that possesses anti-apoptotic and other biological properties. Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), a fatal vascular disease with a high risk of rupture, is associated with phenotypic switching and apoptosis of medial vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). This study aimed to investigate the protective effects of PMQ on the development of AAA and the underlying mechanism., Methods: ApoE -/- mice were continuously infused with angiotensin II (Ang II) for 4 weeks to develop the AAA model. Intragastric administration of PMQ was initiated 5 days before Ang II infusion and continued for 4 weeks. In vitro, VSMCs were cultured and pretreated with PMQ, stimulated with Ang II. Real-time PCR, western blotting, and immunofluorescence staining were used to examine the roles and mechanisms of PMQ on the phenotypic switching and apoptosis of VSMCs., Results: PMQ dose-dependently reduced the incidence of Ang II-induced AAA, aneurysm diameter enlargement, elastin degradation, VSMCs phenotypic switching and apoptosis. Furthermore, PMQ also inhibited phenotypic switching and apoptosis in Ang II-stimulated VSMCs. PMQ exerted protective effects by regulating the C/EBPβ/PTEN/AKT/GSK-3β axis. AAV-mediated overexpression of PTEN reduced the therapeutic effects of PMQ in the AAA model mice, suggesting that the effects of PMQ on Ang II-mediated AAA formation were related to the PTEN/AKT/GSK-3β axis. Deltamethrin (DM) is a highly effective and widely used pyrethroid pesticide. It is an environmental factor affecting public and occupational health and exerts direct toxic effects on the central nervous system. As the major target organs for neurotoxicity of DM, the hippocampus and the cerebellum are critical to the learning and motor function. Pregnant Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups and gavaged at doses of 0, 1, 4or 10 mg/kg/d DM from gestational day (GD) 0 to postnatal day (PN) 21. The PC12 cells were selected to further verify the regulatory mechanisms of DM on the neurodevelopmental injury. We found that maternal exposure to DM caused learning, memory and motor dysfunction in male offspring. Maternal exposure to DM induced the decrease in the density of hippocampal dendritic spines in male offspring through the reduced expression of M1 mAchRs, which in turn reduced the mediated AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, contributing to the inhibition of dynamic changes of GluA1. Meanwhile, DM exposure inhibited the BDNF/TrkB signaling pathway, thereby reducing phosphorylation of stathmin and impairing cerebellar purkinje cell dendrite growth and development. The utilization of copper oxide (CuO) as a catalyst in the peroxymonosulfate (PMS) activation process holds great promise for effectively degrading aqueous organic pollutants, while the relevant mechanism remains inadequately understood. In this study, we delve into the evolution pathways of reactive species in the CuO/PMS system through a comprehensive series of experimental analyses. Our findings indicate that various reactive species are generated in the CuO/PMS system with the specific sequence, where the decomposition of surface Cu(II)-OOSO 3 - leads to the formation of surface Cu(III) species, which are responsible for the subsequent generation of HO • . The reactivity of these reactive species and the sequence of their generation explain the distinct oxidation behaviors of pollutants with different values of ionization potential (IP). In addition, singlet oxygen ( 1 O 2 ) may be produced during the PMS activation process, while its involvement in the oxidation of substrates is deemed negligible. This investigation presents a novel perspective, enhancing our comprehension of the mechanism underlying transition metal-mediated PMS activation processes. The application of hydrophobic β-carotene in the food industry are limited due to its susceptibility to light, high temperature, pH value, and other factors, leading to poor stability and low bioavailability. To address this problem, we adopt a more green and environmentally friendly reducing agent, 2-methylpyridine borane complex (pic-BH 3 ), instead of traditional sodium borohydride, to achieve the simple green and efficient synthesis of amphiphilic oxidized sodium alginate grafted oleoamine derivatives (OSAOLA) through the reduction amination reaction of Schiff base. The resultant OSAOLA with the degree of substitution (DS) of 7.2 %, 23.6 %, and 38.8 % were synthesized, and their CMC values ranged from 0.0095 to 0.062 mg/mL, indicating excellent self-assembly capability in aqueous solution. Meanwhile, OSAOLA showed no obvious cytotoxicity to RAW 264.7 cells, thus revealing good biocompatibility. Furthermore, β-carotene, as the hydrophobic active ingredients in foods was successfully encapsulated in the OSAOLA micelles by ultrasonic-dialysis method. The prepared drug-loaded OSAOLA micelles could maintain good stability when stored at room temperature for 7 d. Lipid droplets (LDs) are important subcellular organelles that play a huge role in cell metabolism and growth. In this study, we synthesized two LDs fluorescent probes with benzothiadiazole (BTH) as electron acceptor and triphenylamine (TPA) as electron donor, which named as TPA-BTH1 and TPA-BTH2, respectively. Meanwhile, we introduced long alkyl chain to the probe as a shielding group and LDs targeting enhancement group. The results showed that the two probes were too sensitive to solvents' polarity because of the D-A structures possessed twisted intramolecular charge-transfer (TICT) effect. Furthermore, we prepared the two probes into nanoprobes by nanoprecipitation, which named as TPA-BTH1-20 and TPA-BTH2-20, respectively. As a widely used herbicide, atrazine and its two main metabolites of deethylatrazine (DEA) and deisopropylatrazine (DIA) pose an exposure risk for both human beings and animals in the environment. In this study, Caenorhabditis elegans was selected as an in vivo model to compare the toxicity between atrazine and its main metabolites. Upon exposure from the larval stage L1 to adult day 3, both DEA and DIA showed less toxicity on locomotion and reproduction compared with atrazine at concentration of 0.001, 0.01 0.1 and 1 mg/L for parental generation. In addition, exposure to DEA and DIA at concentration of 0.1 mg/L also induced less transgenerational toxicity on locomotion than exposure to atrazine for both parental generation and offspring of F1-F4. Accordingly, exposure to DEA and DIA caused less ROS production and alteration in the expression of some genes (mev-1, gas-1, and clk-1) governing oxidative stress compared to atrazine. Meanwhile, DEA and DIA lead to less increase in expression of superoxide dismutase genes (sod-2 and sod-3) and SOD-3::GFP than atrazine. Moreover, atrazine and its two main metabolites differentially activated the daf-16 encoding FOXO transcriptional factor in insulin signaling pathway during the control of downstream target of SOD-3. 2,4,6-trinitrophenyl phenol (TNP) and dichromate (Cr 2 O 7 2- ) have serious toxicological effects on environment. Therefore, it is very important to detect and remove TNP and Cr 2 O 7 2- in environmental matrix. In this work, a dual-functional UiO type metal-organic framework (Zr-Sti) was synthesized for simultaneous detection and removal of those pollutants in aqueous solution. As for detection, Zr-Sti exhibited sensitive and selective fluorescence response to TNP and Cr 2 O 7 2- with detection limit below μM level, and possible mechanism behind was proposed and partially supported by experiment data. In addition, adsorption capacity of the prepared Zr-Sti for TNP and Cr 2 O 7 2- was further investigated to evaluate its performance in pollutant removal from aqueous solution, and the mechanism behinds the obtained high removal efficiency was proposed. Joint wound dressings are currently significantly limited in their clinical applications due to their inferior mechanical properties and single therapeutic effect. Therefore, it is imperative to develop a versatile joint wound dressing that integrates adequate stretchability, desirable biocompatibility, and multiple biological effects into one system. We implemented the electrospinning technique in this study to fabricate a novel nanofibrous membrane (NFM) composed of gelatin (GEL) and astragalus polysaccharides (APS), termed GEL/APS NFM. The selection of GEL and APS confers excellent biocompatibility to GEL/APS NFM. Furthermore, the optimally proportioned GEL/APS NFM exhibits satisfactory stretchability and desirable wound healing efficiency. Furthermore, released APS can exert anti-inflammatory, procollagen deposition, and proangiogenic effects to accelerate epithelial tissue, enhancing joint wound healing. The natural resistance-associated macrophage protein (NRAMP) gene family plays a key role in essential mineral nutrient homeostasis, as well as toxic metal accumulation, translocation, and detoxification. Although the NRAMP family genes have been widely identified in various species, they still require to be analyzed comprehensively in tree species. In this study, a total of 11 NRAMP members (PtNRAMP1-11) were identified in Populus trichocarpa, a woody model plant, and further subdivided into three groups based on phylogenetic analysis. Chromosomal location analysis indicated that the PtNRAMP genes were unevenly distributed on six of the 19 Populus chromosomes. Gene expression analysis indicated that the PtNRAMP genes were differentially responsive to metal stress, including iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) deficiency, as well as Fe, Mn, zinc (Zn), and cadmium (Cd) toxicity. Furthermore, the PtNRAMP gene functions were characterized using a heterologous yeast expression system. The results showed that PtNRAMP1, PtNRAMP2, PtNRAMP4, PtNRAMP9, PtNRAMP10, and PtNRAMP11 displayed the ability to transport Cd into yeast cells. In addition, PtNRAMP1, PtNRAMP6, and PtNRAMP7 complemented the Mn uptake mutant, while PtNRAMP1, PtNRAMP6, PtNRAMP7, and PtNRAMP9 complemented the Fe uptake mutant. Using Caenorhabditis elegans as an animal model, we investigated combinational effect between 2-hydroxyatrazine (HA) and polystyrene nanoparticle (PS-NP) on function and development of D-type motor neurons. Exposure to HA (10 and 100 μg/L) alone caused decreases in body bend, head thrash, and forward turn and increase in backward turn. Exposure to 100 μg/L HA also caused neurodegeneration of D-type motor neurons. Moreover, combinational exposure to HA (0.1 and 1 μg/L) induced enhancement in PS-NP (10 μg/L) toxicity in inhibiting body bend, head thrash, and forward turn, and in increasing backward turn. In addition, combinational exposure to HA (1 μg/L) could result in neurodegeneration of D-type motor neurons in PS-NP (10 μg/L) exposed nematodes. Combinational exposure to HA (1 μg/L) and PS-NP (10 μg/L) increased expressions of crt-1, itr-1, mec-4, asp-3, and asp-4, which govern the induction of neurodegeneration. Moreover, combinational exposure to HA (0.1 and 1 μg/L) strengthened PS-NP (10 μg/L)-induced decreases in glb-10, mpk-1, jnk-1, and daf-7 expressions, which encode neuronal signals regulating response to PS-NP. Selective and sensitive determination of ceftriaxone sodium (CTR) trace residues is of great importance for food safety and environmental protection. Herein, a determination method based on ratiometric fluorescence and colorimetric method with nitrogen-rich carbon dots as fluorophore is reported. The functional surfaces of indole-derived carbon dots (I-CDs) containing nitrogen and carbon groups can be selectively bound to CTR by electrostatic forces, leading to a hindered conjugation system and deprotonation of the amine on the pyrrole ring, resulting in a distinct variety in fluorescence and absorption wavelength and intensity. With the addition of CTR, the fluorescence at 577 nm can be selectively quenched, accompanied by a new emission peak appeared at 507 nm. The limits of detection (LODs) were estimated to be 19.7 nM and 78.0 nM based on the ratiometric fluorescence method and colorimetric method, respectively. The environmental occurrences of bisphenol analogues (BPs) have been extensively reported, whereas their concentration profile, spatial distribution, and temporal trend in e-waste dismantling area are still poorly understood. Herein, typical BPs (BPA, BPS, TBBPA, TBBPA-DHEE, and TBBPA-MHEE) were investigated in water, soil, and biological samples from three representative regions (FJT, JJP, and RIB) in e-waste recycling area in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. Overall, the detection frequency of BPs in all samples was 100 %, confirming widespread presence of BPs in e-waste recycling area. Wherein, BPA was the predominant BPs in water (33.3 %) and soil samples (34.9 %), but TBBPA accounted for the largest proportion (41.3 %) in biological samples. In addition, the concentration of BPs in FJT was lower than that in JJP and RIB owing to the renovations on FJT by the local government in recent years, whereas the higher BPs level in RIB implied that elevated BPs contents was related to massive e-waste dismantling activities. From 2017 to 2021, a decreased trend of BPs concentration was observed in FJT, but aggravation of BPs levels in RIB was caused by the ongoing e-waste dismantling. The risk assessment revealed that the BPs in e-waste recycling area posed a low ecological and human health risk. Plant AT-rich sequence and zinc-binding (PLATZ) proteins are a class of plant-specific zinc finger transcription factors that perform critical functions in plant development and resistance. However, the function of PLATZs in heavy metal tolerance has not yet been investigated. Moreover, only a few PLATZ proteins have been functionally characterized in tree species. In this study, we identified 18 PtPLATZ genes in Populus trichocarpa, an important woody model plant, and classified them into five groups. PtPLATZ genes attributed to the same clade usually possess similar exon-intron structures containing two or three introns, as well as a similar motif composition. Furthermore, chromosomal location analysis indicated an uneven distribution of PtPLATZ genes on 13 of the 19 Populus chromosomes. Promoter cis-acting element prediction and gene expression analysis showed that PtPLATZ genes were highly responsive to heavy metal stress. Heterologous yeast expression revealed that PtPLATZ1, PtPLATZ2, PtPLATZ3, PtPLATZ4, PtPLATZ8 and PtPLATZ9 are significantly involved in Cd tolerance. In addition, transgenic expression of PtPLATZ3 significantly enhanced Cd tolerance and accumulation, slowed the decline in chlorophyll content, maintained membrane integrity in Populus, and increased the expression of genes related to Cd tolerance and accumulation. The WRKY transcription factor family has been associated with a variety of plant biological processes, such as biotic and abiotic stress responses. In this study, 13 wheat TaWRKY DEGs in transcriptome data before and after drought stress, namely TaWRKY1 to TaWRKY8, including various copies, were identified and classified as Group I, II, or III. TaWRKY1-2D overexpression enhanced drought tolerance in transgenic Arabidopsis. Moreover, the AtRD29A, AtP5CS1, AtPOD1, AtCAT1, and AtSOD (Cu/Zn) genes, which are related to the stress response and antioxidant system, were significantly upregulated in TaWRKY1-2D transgenic Arabidopsis under drought stress. TaWRKY1-2 silencing in wheat increases the MDA content, reduces the contents of proline and chlorophyll and the activities of antioxidant enzymes, and inhibits the expression levels of antioxidant (TaPOD, TaCAT, and TaSOD (Fe))- and stress-related genes (TaP5CS) under drought stress. Since a vast majority of mercury ion (Hg 2+ )-responsive fluorescence probes suffer from significant false positive interference in practical applications originating from their fluorescence quenching mechanism, it is still a challenge to develop a fluorescence enhancement sensor for its assay. In this work, single hexagonal boron nitride quantum dots (BNQDs)-based probe was presented for Hg 2+ assay in a fluorescence enhancement-based ratiometric manner. When Hg 2+ was present, the BNQDs exhibited a new fluorescence emission peak located at 560 nm under 280 nm excitation, while the original blue fluorescence of the probe at 461 nm was quenched, realizing a ratiometric fluorescence response to Hg 2+ . Furthermore, it is found that fluorescence enhancement at 560 nm was dramatically suppressed under 365 nm excitation, the mechanism behind this phenomenon has been explored by experiments and relevant theories. In addition to high selectivity and detection sensitivity with LOD of 0.7 nM, the prepared probe successfully demonstrated its accuracy in Hg 2+ detection in environmental water samples. Trace analysis of mercury ions (Hg 2+ ) is of great significance to human health and environmental protection. In this work, a novel photoelectrochemical (PEC) biosensor was developed for the ultrasensitive detection of Hg 2+ based on the MOFs-like composite/CdS quantum dots (QDs) as photoactive substrate materials. The MOFs-like composite in situ formed by hydrophobically modified alginate (HMA) with europium ion (Eu 3+ ) not only offered a friendly platform for bioconjugation but also resulted in enhancing sensor photocurrent response. Furthermore, the immobilized thymidine-rich probe DNA on the MOFs-like composite surface was bent to produce a T-Hg 2+ -T structure in the presence of Hg 2+ , resulting in enlarged steric hindrance on the electrode surface and decreased the proposed biosensor PEC response. This proposed photoelectrochemical sensing system displayed selective detection of Hg 2+ with a linear range from 0.1 pM to 1.0 μM with a detection limit of 0.067 pM. Objectives: We developed a computer-aided diagnosis system called ECRCCAD using standard white-light endoscopy (WLE) for predicting conventional adenomas with high-grade dysplasia (HGD) to optimise the patients' management decisions during colonoscopy., Methods: Pretraining model was used to fine-tune the model parameters by transfer learning. 2,397 images of HGD and 2,487 low-grade dysplasia (LGD) images were randomly assigned (8:1:1) to the training, optimising, and internal validation dataset. The prospective validation dataset is the frames accessed from colonoscope videoes. One independent rural hospital provided an external validation dataset. Histopathological diagnosis was used as the standard criterion. The capability of the ECRCCAD to distinguish HGD was assessed and compared with two expert endoscopists., Results: The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of HGD in the internal validation set were 90.5%, 93.2%, 87.9%, respectively. While 88.2%, 85.4%, 89.8%, respectively, for the external validation set. For the prospective validation set, ECRCCAD achieved an AUC of 93.5% in diagnosing HGD. Adsorption of lead (Pb 2+ ) onto the montmorillonite (Mt) surface is one of the key approaches to remove Pb 2+ in geological and environmental engineering. Temperature and initial Pb 2+ concentration are two essential factors that influence the adsorption capacity of Mt on absorbing Pb 2+ . However, the nanoscale governing mechanism of temperature and initial concentration on Pb 2+ adsorbing of Mt is still unclear. This research performed comprehensively molecular dynamics (MD) simulations to investigate how temperature and initial concentration affect the dynamic Pb 2+ adsorption of Mt nanopore. The Pb 2+ removal ratio shows a two-stage variation with the increase of initial Pb 2+ concentration. Temperature controls the maximum initial Pb 2+ concentration for complete Pb 2+ removal by changing the maximum adsorption energy of Mt. Temperature also influences the maximum adsorption capacity and Pb 2+ removal ratio of Mt nanopore indirectly by changing diffusion and hydration state of Pb 2+ . The initial Pb 2+ concentration corresponding to the maximum adsorption energy coincides with the maximum initial Pb 2+ concentration determined by the Pb 2+ removal ratio. Lower adsorption energy and higher level of hydration and diffusion make Pb 2+ absorbing on Mt surface become more difficult, reducing the Pb 2+ adsorbing capacity of Mt. The initial Pb 2+ concentration influences adsorption capacity and Pb 2+ removal ratio not only via altering the quantity of Pb 2+ but also through controlling the adsorption energy of Mt, as well as the diffusion and hydration state of Pb 2+ . Based on publication data on coronavirus-related fields, this study applies a difference in differences approach to explore the evolution of gender inequalities before and during the COVID-19 pandemic by comparing the differences in the numbers and shares of authorships, leadership in publications, gender composition of collaboration, and scientific impacts. We find that, during the pandemic: (1) females' leadership in publications as the first author was negatively affected; (2) although both females and males published more papers relative to the pre-pandemic period, the gender gaps in the share of authorships have been strengthened due to the larger increase in males' authorships; (3) the share of publications by mixed-gender collaboration declined; (4) papers by teams in which females play a key role were less cited in the pre-pandemic period, and this citation disadvantage was exacerbated during the pandemic; and (5) gender inequalities regarding authorships and collaboration were enhanced in the initial stage of COVID-19, widened with the increasing severity of COVID-19, and returned to the pre-pandemic level in September 2020. This study shows that females' lower participation in teams as major contributors and less collaboration with their male colleagues also reflect their underrepresentation in science in the pandemic period. SERTA domain-containing protein 1 (Sertad1) is upregulated in the models of DNA damage and Alzheimer's disease, contributing to neuronal death. However, the role and mechanism of Sertad1 in ischemic/hypoxic neurological injury remain unclear. In the present study, our results showed that the expression of Sertad1 was upregulated in a mouse middle cerebral artery occlusion and reperfusion model and in HT22 cells after oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R). Sertad1 knockdown significantly ameliorated ischemia-induced brain infarct volume, neurological deficits and neuronal apoptosis. In addition, it significantly ameliorated the OGD/R-induced inhibition of cell viability and apoptotic cell death in HT22 cells. Sertad1 knockdown significantly inhibited the ischemic/hypoxic-induced expression of p-Rb, B-Myb, and Bim in vivo and in vitro . However, Sertad1 overexpression significantly exacerbated the OGD/R-induced inhibition of cell viability and apoptotic cell death and p-Rb, B-Myb, and Bim expression in HT22 cells. In further studies, we demonstrated that Sertad1 directly binds to CDK4 and the CDK4 inhibitor ON123300 restores the effects of Sertad1 overexpression on OGD/R-induced apoptotic cell death and p-Rb, B-Myb, and Bim expression in HT22 cells. These results suggested that Sertad1 contributed to ischemic/hypoxic neurological injury by activating the CDK4/p-Rb pathway.

In this paper, a quantitative cathodic photoelectrochemical aptasensor is described by using black phosphorous quantum dots (BPQDs) as photoactive material and assisted by heme as electron acceptor for sensing of amyloid β peptide (Aβ). Specifically, BPQDs were synthesized by solvothermal method and characterized by various techniques. The as-prepared BPQDs were assembled on the transparent indium tin oxide electrode, and the positively charged poly-l-lysine (PLL) was then absorbed onto BPQDs via electronic interaction. Subsequently, the aptamer as the specific recognition element for Aβ oligomer was introduced on the BPQDs-PLL modified electrode. After bound with heme to form Aβ-heme complex, Aβ oligomer was simultaneously captured by the aptamer on the electrode, resulting in an enhanced photocurrent response. Under the optimized conditions, the present PEC sensor reveals a good linear response to Aβ peptide ranging from 1.0 fM to 100 nM with a detection limit of 0.87 fM. The global spread of coronavirus disease 2019 poses a significant threat to human health. In this study, recent research on the characteristics of expiratory particles and flow is reviewed, with a special focus on different respiratory activities, to provide guidance for reducing the viral infection risk in the built environment. Furthermore, environmental influence on particle evaporation, dispersion, and virus viability after exhalation and the current methods for infection risk assessment are reviewed. Finally, we summarize promising control strategies against infectious expiratory particles. The results show that airborne transmission is a significant viral transmission route, both in short and long ranges, from infected individuals. Relative humidity affects the evaporation and trajectories of middle-sized droplets most, and temperature accelerates the inactivation of SARS-CoV-2 both on surfaces and in aerosols. Future research is needed to improve infection risk models to better predict the infection potential of different transmission routes. Moreover, further quantitative studies on the expiratory flow features after wearing a mask are needed. Photodynamic therapy has been generally developed and approved as a promising theranostic technique in recent years, which requires photosensitizers to bear high efficiency of reactive oxygen species production, precisely targeting ability and excellent biocompatibility. The real-time monitoring the microenvironments such as viscosity dynamic involved in mitophagy mediated by photodynamic therapy is significantly important to understand therapeutic process but barely reported. In this work, a pyridinium-functionalized triphenylamine derivative, (E)-4-(2-(4'-(diphenylamino)-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl)vinyl)-1-methylpyridin-1-ium iodide (Mito-I), was exploited as photosensitizer for mitochondria-targeted photodynamic therapy and as fluorescent probe for imaging the mitochondrial viscosity dynamic during mitophagy simultaneously. The results indicated that the additional phenyl ring in Mito-I was beneficial to promote its efficiency of singlet oxygen production. The excellent capability of targeting mitochondria and singlet oxygen generation allowed Mito-I for the specifically mitochondria-targeted photodynamic therapy. Moreover, Mito-I displayed off-on fluorescence response to viscosity with high selectivity and sensitivity. The observed enhancement in fluorescence intensity of Mito-I revealed the increasingly mitochondrial viscosity during mitophagy mediated by the photodynamic therapy of Mito-I. This work presents an overview about the suppressant enhanced explosion parameter (SEEP) phenomenon in aluminum dust explosion moderation. The SEEP phenomenon can be attributed to either the flammable gas produced by decomposition of insufficient chemical suppressant so as to form an explosible hybrid mixture, or to the improvement in dust dispersibility caused by small amounts of thermal inhibitor so as to form better dispersed dust clouds. Aluminum (Al) and four particle sizes of alumina (Al 2 O 3 ) were used to confirm a physically caused SEEP phenomenon by performing flame propagation experiments. Higher flame spread velocities (FSVs) in Al dust clouds were found in the presence of 5 or 10% <150 and <45-µm Al 2 O 3 powder. Adding micro-sized Al 2 O 3 disrupted inter-particle contact in combustible dusts, decreased inter-particle forces, and formed dust clouds with better dispersibility, thereby decreasing the effective particle size distribution (PSD) of Al dust. A strong thermal effect brought about by 2.5 µm Al 2 O 3 overcame the negative effect of improved dispersion, preventing SEEP from occurring. The addition of 50 nm Al 2 O 3 increased cohesion of powder mixtures, and decreased dust dispersibility. To develop novel carbon-based nanocarriers, we proposed grafting on the [60]Fullerene (C60) biologically active molecules. In this process, the formed derivatives described another approach to use photo-cycloaddition reactions for developing the third nanovector generation. As a result, the photoexcitation of C60 and azomethine ylide (AZMYtrp), with visible light, was considered as the most promising pathway to synthesize fulleropyrrolidine (FPL). After complexation with sodium cation (Na + ), the error masses of FPL mono-, bis- and tris-adducts were remarkably decreased to -85.93 %, -53.99 % and -99.42 %, respectively. The formed FPL-Na + complexes presented a significant capacity for trapping OH and OOH free radicals. In fact, their antiradical properties increased when Na + was bonded with FPL-Na + mono-adduct carbonyl oxygens. Comparing FPL bis-adducts regioisomers, under three different AZMYtrp forms, the neutral and anionic-neutral forms of FPL cis1 isomer were considered as the most reactive bis-nanocarriers with mole fractions of about 61 % and 46 %, respectively, in contrast to FPL-Na + , when the mixture was dominated by the anionic-neutral form of cis2 isomer with 50.34 %., (Copyright © 2020 Elsevier B.V.
