Renewable energy production throughout low-voltage grids has gradually increased in electrical distribution systems, therefore introducing small energy producers - prosumers. This paradigm challenges the traditional unidirectional energy distribution flow to include disperse power production from renewables. To understand how energy usage can be optimized in the dynamic electrical grid, it is important to understand the behavior of prosumers and their impact on the grid's operational procedures. The main focus of this study is to investigate how grid operators can obtain an automatic data-driven system for the low-voltage electrical grid management, by analyzing the available grid topology and time-series consumption data from a real-life test area. The aim is to argue for how different consumer profiles, clustering and prediction methods contribute to the grid-related operations. Ultimately, this work is intended for future research directions that can contribute to improving the trade-off between systematic and scalable data models and software computational challenges. This comprehensive review explores recent advancements in the manufacturing of cellulose nanofiber (CNF)-based cellulose nanopaper (CNP). The analysis delves into customizing CNPs through nanofiber manufacturing, mechanical refining, and chemical treatments. The report underscores the growing interest in CNPs derived from CNF due to their exceptional properties and eco-friendly attributes. With the development of energy technology, hydrogen is gradually becoming widely used. China is also rapidly developing its own hydrogen energy industry in an effort to accomplish the "dual carbon target'. Hydrogen from methane is one of the mainstream sources, of which hydrogen from methane cracking is the decomposition of methane into hydrogen and solid carbon, with the solid carbon also having a high economic value. In particular, this technology does not emit carbon dioxide, which is very friendly to the environment, but it cannot avoid larger energy consumption. In contrast, hydrogen production from methane cracking driven by solar energy not only combines the characteristics of no CO 2 emission, but also greatly reduces the consumption of primary energy, which is the future development trend of hydrogen production from methane. This paper provides a brief overview of the various technological pathways for methane to hydrogen production in the context of China's actual development, focusing on the current status of the development and application of solar methane cracking to hydrogen production technologies at home and abroad. Among them, this paper mainly discusses the characteristics of solar reactors of different sizes and structures, and summarizes the results of related optimization studies. Meanwhile, the application of catalysts in solar reactors and the problem of carbon deposition are analyzed, and the practical application of solar methane cracking hydrogen production system is outlined. World is presently facing major challenges in energy industry to reduce or replace greenhouse gases (CO 2 , CH 4 , NO x etc.) emissions to net zero in the coming decades while decreasing the reliance on traditional fossil fuels. In the current scenario, hydrogen (H 2) appears to be an excellent alternative energy source to meet the criteria. Storage of H 2 over a long period of time in large quantities poses a significant challenge for its widespread uses. In order to overcome this issue, the idea of using large-scale depleted underground hydrocarbon reservoirs, salt caverns, underground aquifers, etc. is considered to be a suitable option for underground hydrogen storage. However, underground storage of H 2 for a longer time period comes up with a potentially high microbial activity where H 2 can be utilized in the microbial metabolism and converted into undesirable gases like CH 4 and H 2 S which in turn, damage the porous medium due to clogging, acid formation, and corrosion activity. This review paper explores the various scientific challenges during large-scale H 2 storage in porous medium to facilitate the global H 2 economy. The paper provides and up-to-date overview of the science activities of the Spanish PAZ SAR mission. In March 2023, the European Parliament and Council reached a consensus to increase the binding renewable energy target (RES) to a minimum of 42.5 % by 2030, effectively doubling the proportion of RES from the 2020 baseline. This significant development aligns the EU more closely with the objectives of the European Green Deal and the REPowerEU initiative. High-temperature heat pumps (HTHP), due to their appropriateness for industrial-scale applications, integrate perfectly within this progressive trajectory. They enable waste heat generated by various production processes to be recovered (temperatures typically ranges from around 50 °C–100 °C) and subsequent use at temperatures above 100 °C, thus reducing the consumption of fossil fuels and greenhouse gas emissions. The high operating temperatures and pressures of HTHPs are challenging. They require an in-depth analysis of the system processes involved, taking into account refrigerants, efficient heat pump cycles and key components. One possibility for a preliminary analysis of vapour compression HTHP system performance without incurring the costs associated with manufacturing and testing the device is modelling. However, there is no comprehensive review of research work on possible software. Commonly, the researchers report on one chosen methodology and the tools used. This paper provides a comprehensive review of modelling approaches. It also discusses aspects related to the principles of operation, refrigerants and system components. Additionally, the paper presents an overview of vapour compression heat pump applications in various sectors. Constrained multi-objective optimization problems (CMOPs) are widespread in practical applications such as engineering design, resource allocation, and scheduling optimization. It is high challenging for CMOPs to balance the convergence and diversity due to conflicting objectives and complex constraints. Researchers have developed a variety of constrained multi-objective optimization algorithms (CMOAs) to find a set of optimal solutions, including evolutionary algorithms and machine learning-based methods. These algorithms exhibit distinct advantages in solving different categories of CMOPs. Recently, constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (CMOEAs) have emerged as a popular approach, with several literature reviews available. However, there is a lack of comprehensive-view survey on the methods of CMOAs, limiting researchers to track the cutting-edge investigations in this research direction. Therefore, this paper reviews the latest algorithms for handling CMOPs. A new classification method is proposed to divide literature, containing classical mathematical methods, evolutionary algorithms and machine learning methods. Subsequently, it reviews the modeling and algorithms of CMOPs in the context of practical applications. Lastly, the paper gives potential research directions with respect to CMOPs. Chaos Game Optimization Algorithm (CGO) is a novel advancement in metaheuristic optimization inspired by chaos theory. It addresses complex optimization problems in dynamical systems, exhibiting unique behaviours such as fractals and self-organized patterns. CGO's design exemplifies adaptability and robustness, making it a significant tool for tackling intricate optimization scenarios. This study presents a comprehensive and updated overview of CGO, exploring the various variants and adaptations that have been published in numerous research studies since its introduction in 2020, with 4% in book chapters, 7% in international conference proceedings, and 89% in prestigious international journals. CGO variants covered in this paper include 4% binary, 22% for multi-objective and modification and 52% for hybridization variants. Moreover, the applications of CGO, demonstrate its efficacy and flexibility across different domains with 32% in energy, 28% in engineering, 11% in IoT and machine learning, 6% in truss structures, 4% in big data, 2% in medical imaging, in security, in electronic, and in microarray technology. Furthermore, we discuss the future directions of CGO, hypothesizing its potential advancements and broader implications in optimization theory and practice. The mining industry produces a large amount of stone waste and tailings, which poses a threat to the environment. Dumping is the most common means of disposing of this industrial waste, contributing to soil degradation and water pollution with the acquisition of valuable land. Fortunately, it can be recycled in a variety of technologies, including the promising geopolymerization technology, which turns waste into value. This review paper presents recent advances in the production of mine tailings-based geopolymer composites from industrial waste as a potential sustainable building material. This article also provides in-depth studies on the behaviors and characteristics of mine tailings composites utilized in geopolymer production, such as physical properties, mechanical properties, durability properties, microstructural properties, thermal properties, leaching behavior, and potential applications. Besides, study developments are moving towards a comprehensive understanding of the environmental footprints and economic benefits of mine tailings-based geopolymer composites for building applications utilizing mine tailings as suitable concrete material. Lignin, a biopolymer obtained from agricultural/forestry residues or paper pulping wastewater, is rich in aromatic structure, which is central to its adoption as a candidate to natural antioxidants. Through insight into its structural features from biomass, different functional groups would influence lignin antioxidant activity, wherein phenolic content is the most important factor, hence massive studies have focused on its improvement via different pretreatments and post-processing methods. Besides, lignin nanoparticles and chemical modifications are also efficient methods to improve antioxidant activity via increasing free content and decreasing bond dissociation enthalpy of phenolic hydroxyl. Lignin samples exhibit comparable radicals scavenging ability to commercial ones, showing their potential as renewable alternatives of synthesized antioxidants. Besides, their applications have also been discussed, which demonstrates lignin potential as an inexpensive antioxidant additive and consequent improvements on multiple functionalities. Animal products are sources of highly bioavailable proteins and make a significant contribution to human nutrition and wellbeing. Ultrasonication can induce favourable non-thermal effects in food matrices and this has led to a recent increase in its use in the food industry and related research. In addition to prospective improved quality and sensory attributes of animal products, ultrasonication offers opportunities to improve the digestibility of these foods. However, this beneficial effect of the technology has not been reviewed. The present paper reviews the application of ultrasonication in processing of animal derived foods and examines the effect of ultrasonication on the digestibility of different animal derived food matrices. The underlying mechanisms and optimized conditions for improved protein digestibility of different animal derived food matrices have been critically evaluated and discussed in detail. The review focuses on papers published in the last five years to provide the latest concepts and views on the ultrasonication process. This green and eco-friendly technology has a wide range of applications in the area of animal derived foods. It has been used to accelerate processes such as filtration, extraction, marination, proteolysis, fermentation, decontamination and drying. It can also improve the functional, sensorial and nutritional properties of animal protein-based foods. Ultrasonication can alter the sensorial, especially textural, and other quality attributes of dairy, egg and meat products by affecting the chemical reactions and processes involved in their processing, such as oxidation, Maillard reaction, proteolysis, esterification and production of volatile flavour compounds. It can also modify food structure. There has been recent interest in the application of ultrasonication to improve the digestibility of various animal protein-based foods. Almost all the papers analysed in this review reported a positive impact of ultrasonication on the digestibility of animal proteins. The main mechanisms responsible are related to altered protein structure and changes in the microstructure of food matrices, which improve the digestibility of the animal proteins by making active hydrolytic sites available for digestive enzymes. This technology can be used to develop novel animal protein-based foods with improved digestibility. Visible light communication (VLC) is a disruptive technology that uses light-emitting diodes (LEDs)/LASERs to transmit data wirelessly using visible light spectrum. VLC has many potential applications in various domains such as indoor wireless networking, vehicular communication, underwater communication, and smart lighting. VLC offers advantages such as free spectrum, high data rate, low power consumption and security. However, VLC also faces some challenges such as limited coverage range, interference from ambient light sources and mobility issues. In this paper, we present a comprehensive state-of-the-art survey of VLC, covering its physical aspects and communication architecture. We also discuss its main applications and research challenges in different scenarios. Furthermore, we review the main research platforms available today for VLC experimentation and evaluation. This work focuses on how different aspects of design, testing, and field implementation of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) in concrete have gained attention from the scientific research community. FRP composites have gained significant recognition after being implemented in civil engineering applications over the past three decades. This paper conducts a comprehensive survey of the existing literature on FRP in concrete from different engineering aspects. Since its advent, FRP research has resulted in numerous peer-reviewed papers available in various scientific databases such as Elsevier, ASCE, Springer Nature, ACI, and MDPI. Researchers investigated the use of FRP in concrete from different aspects, including material systems, element types, and applications, accounting for 35.8%, 50.3%, and 13.9% of the research publications, respectively. This paper aims to present an overview and summarize the use of FRP based on highly cited literature and to support FRP's continued growth and development in concrete applications. Current environmental crisis calls for new sustainable materials and products. Mycelium-based materials are grown by fungi onto solid ligno-cellulosic substrates and are promising sustainable materials which still face barriers to entry. This review discusses the challenges and prospects for making mycelium products. First, the technical challenges, properties needs and scientific knowledge gaps are reviewed. Then, methods to tailor the performance of mycelium-based materials are proposed, using synthetic or natural means. Living mycelium-based materials are also considered as an interesting alternative. The potential market opportunities for these products and their distribution are also discussed along with the public acceptance and perception. Overall, this paper complements current reviews on mycelium materials fabrication and properties by highlighting key gaps and challenges to address to allow these materials to enter the market. Hippophae rhamnoides L. (sea buckthorn) is a type of traditional Chinese medicine with a long history of clinical application. It is used in the improvement and treatment of various diseases as medicine and food to strengthen the stomach and digestion, relieving cough and resolving phlegm, promoting blood circulation, and resolving blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine. Emerging evidence has shown that H. rhamnoides polysaccharides (HRPs) are vital bioactive macromolecules responsible for its various health benefits. HRPs possess the huge potential to develop a drug improving or treating different diseases. In this review, we comprehensively and systematically summarize the recent information on extraction and purification methods, structural features, biological activities, structure-activity relationships, and potential industry applications of HRPs and further highlight the therapeutic potential and sanitarian functions of HRPs in the fields of therapeutic agents and functional food development. Maintaining the health and reliability of our infrastructure is of strategic importance. The current state of the UK infrastructure, and the associated huge costs of inspection, maintenance, repair and eventual replacement, is not sustainable and is no longer environmentally viable. The design of infrastructure, mainly concrete, remains traditional and poor material performance continues to be the main cause of deterioration and failure in our infrastructure systems. Biomimetic materials, that emulate natural biological systems in their ability to self-healing, provide an exciting and plausible solution. Embedding cementitious materials with in-built capabilities to sense and respond to their environmental triggers could potentially eliminate all external interventions and deliver a resilience infrastructure. The work presented in this paper forms part of a national initiative that has been developing biomimetic cementitious infrastructure materials which culminated in the first large-scale field trials of self-healing concrete in the UK testing four different but complementary technologies that were developed. This paper focuses on one self-healing technology, namely microcapsules, which contain a healing agent that is released on their rupture as a result of crack propagation. The paper will present details of the microcapsules used, their implementation in concrete and in the field trials and time-related, field and laboratory, assessment of the self-healing process. Intelligent technologies are widely implemented in different areas of modern society but specific approaches should be applied in services. Basic relationships refer to supporting customers and people responsible for services offering for these customers. The aim of the paper is to analyze and evaluate the state-of-the art of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in the hospitality industry. Our findings show that the major deployments concern in-person customer services, chatbots and messaging tools, business intelligence tools powered by machine learning, and virtual reality & augmented reality. Moreover, we performed a survey (n = 178), asking respondents about their perceptions and attitudes toward AI, including its implementation within a hotel space. The paper attempts to discuss how the hotel industry can be motivated by potential customers to apply selected AI solutions. In our opinion, these results provide useful insights for understanding the phenomenon under investigation. Nevertheless, since the results are not conclusive, more research is still needed on this topic. Future studies may concern both qualitative and quantitative methods, devoted to developing models that: a) quantify the potential benefits and risks of AI implementations, b) determine and evaluate the factors affecting the AI adoption by the customers, and c) measure the user (guest) experience of the hotel services, fueled by AI-based technologies. This study delves into how additive manufacturing has revolutionized the production of polymers over the last three decades. Traditional polymer production finds it difficult to fulfill the demanding needs of a wide range of applications, even as it faces issues with environmental sustainability and decreased plastic waste. In this paper, the research on mechanical motion rectification-based electromagnetic vibration energy harvesting (MMR-based EMVEH) is reviewed comprehensively. Firstly, the basic principle of MMR based on linear vibration is introduced, and the general design method of MMR is summarized, including the vibration input module and motion transfer module. Secondly, the structure, dynamics, advantages and disadvantages of different types of EMVEH based on magnetic resonance are analyzed, discussed and compared, mainly the motion conversion mechanism. With the same structural parameters, the equivalent electromagnetic damping of the AC motor is 1.5 times that of the DC motor. Thirdly, the common validation method of MMR-based EMVEH is summarized, including simulation, laboratory experiment and field test. According to the experimental results, the energy conversion efficiency of MMR with different configurations is 30–70 %. The power is due to the transmission ratio of the accelerator, ranging from 100 to 102 W. Then, the application scenarios of MMR-based EMVEH are analyzed and discussed, including vehicle suspension, road speed bumps, railway tracks, ocean waves, and human motion. As the amount of available data in healthcare has increased significantly and only 20% of electronic health record data are in a structured format, data lakes have become a common solution for managing heterogeneous data in the healthcare domain. Nowadays, these are utilized far below their capabilities in medical research. Since previous reviews only partly address data lakes in the healthcare domain, a systematic literature review on this topic is missing. Therefore, this paper provides an overview of applications in the healthcare domain that benefit from data lakes. We review the literature and structure it according to data sources and players, and we identify applications and future research needs of data lakes in the healthcare domain. Overall, it turned out that all players could benefit from the capabilities of data lakes. We found that data lakes are currently not broadly implemented in the field, and the viewpoint of hospital operators and healthcare insurers seems to be an underresearched topic compared to the other players. This paper presents an indoor navigation support system based on the Building Information Models (BIM) paradigm. Although BIM is initially defined for the Architecture, Engineering and Construction/Facility Management (AEC/FM) industry, the authors believe that it can provide added value in this context. To this end, the authors will focus on the Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) standard for the formal representation of BIM. The approach followed in this paper will be based on the ifcOWL ontology, which translates the IFC schemas into Ontology Web Language (OWL). Several modifications of this ontology have been proposed, consisting of the inclusion of new items, SWRL rules and SQWRL searches. This way of expressing the elements of a building can be used to code information that is very useful for navigation, such as the location of elements related to the actions desired by the user. It is important to note that this design is intended to be used as a complement to other well-known tools and techniques for indoor navigation. The proposed modifications have been successfully tested in a variety of simulated and real scenarios. The main limitation of the proposal is the immense amount of information contained in the ifcOWL ontology, which causes difficulties involving its processing and the time necessary to perform operations on it. Those elements that are considered important have been selected, removing those that seem secondary to navigation. This procedure will result in a significant reduction in the storage and semantic processing of the information. Thus, for a system with 1000 individuals (in the ontological sense), the processing time is about 90 s. The authors regard this time as acceptable, since in most cases the tasks involved can be considered part of the system initialization, meaning they will only be executed once at the beginning of the process. Often, the end users come across an obstacle in communicating their needs to the service providers. On the other side, the service providers themselves are not fully aware how to communicate with the end-users. In some cases, this lack of communication makes difficult to meet the demand of space applications from the user side with the supply from the service providers. Eurisy, an association of space agencies established thirty years ago, works to put the end users at the core of the space value chain. In this last decades, Eurisy has been attentive and responsive to the changes of the space sector trying to picture how end users are becoming familiar with space technology. In particular, how the democratisation of space is turning space, especially satellite technology, into an enabler to guarantee the development of a sustainable living, accessible to everyone. Eurisy recently started a review of the case studies collected over the last ten years thanks to direct testimonials, event and conferences, publications and surveys. The user-centred approach adopted is innovative in the space sector and over the years proved to be effective in connecting users and service providers in different contexts. The paper aims at: 1- Identifying challenges and barriers that characterise the relations between service and/or information providers and end users. 2- Analysing the changes occurred in the relations between end users and service providers from 2007 to date in Europe. 3- Presenting the reasons that motivates the use of satellite data and technologies and which of these is the most used. 4- Presenting Eurisy's approach as an applicable model outside the European borders and the benefits deriving from connecting space and society. Brown algae, as the main source of alginate, are a type of marine biomass with a very high output. Alginate, a polysaccharide composed of β-D-mannuronic acid (M) and α-L-guluronic acid (G), has great potential for applications in the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Applying artificial intelligence in education is relevant to addressing the current educational crises. Many available solutions apply Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to help improve educational outcomes. Therefore, a series of works have been developed integrating techniques in different educational contexts, for instance, in online teaching practices. Given the various studies and the relevance of CNNs for educational applications, this paper presents a systematic literature review to discuss the state-of-the-art. We reviewed 133 papers from the IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, and Scopus databases. Based on our revision, we discuss characteristics of studies such as publication venues, educational context, datasets, types of CNNs models, and performance of models. We evidence that the literature regarding CNNs still misses more studies discussing educational problems faced by Global South students, considering both teaching and learning perspectives. Important identified areas requiring future research and development to recognize more technically feasible solar pond-based systems include organic Rankine cycle for electrical power production, crop drying, building cooling and air-conditioning based on absorption systems, thermoelectric cooling, and integration of solar ponds with other renewable energy resources. Single atom catalysts (SACs) excel in various chemical processes, including electrocatalysis and industrial chemistry, due to their efficiency. In contrast to chemically synthesized precursors, biomass offers a greener and more cost-effective approach for SACs fabrication. To date, over forty types of SACs have been synthesized using natural sources like starch, cellulose, lignin, hemicellulose, proteins, and chitin. These catalysts incorporate metals such as Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mn, and Pt. This review concentrates on the preparation of SACs from biomass, exploring innovative techniques and their extensive applications in energy conversion and environmental conservation, including but not limited to reactions involving oxygen reduction, oxygen evolution, and hydrogen evolution. It also discusses current challenges and prospective advancements in this domain. This paper updates and expands on the knowledge of SACs derived from biomass, aiming to foster the development of more effective, low-cost catalyst materials from natural sources. Pandan (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.), a member of the Pandanaceae family, has been consumed as food and medicine since ancient times. The current paper provides an overview of the botanical profile, phytochemistry, pharmacology, and applications of P. amaryllifolius. Information regarding P. amaryllifolius was collected from online sources (using PubMed, Science Direct, Google Scholar, Web of Science, ACS, and CNKI) as well as traditional textbooks. Over 100 compounds have been identified, including its characteristic components 2-Acetyl-1-pyrroline and Pandanus alkaloids. Several therapeutic uses of P. amaryllifolius , such as antioxidant, hypoglycemic, antimicrobial, and antitumor activities, have been demonstrated in modern pharmacological studies. Additionally, it could be applied in various fields, including food, energy, material, and the environment. Continued research on P. amaryllifolius can contribute to the development of new drugs and therapies for various diseases. And further studies are needed to improve its utilization. In the HM group, permanent magnets are extensively used due to their high energy product, though they are costly and contain rare earth (RE) elements. Advancements in the magnetic properties of non-RE-based hard magnets can fulfill the technology gap between non-RE and expensive RE-based hard magnets. Hexaferrite magnets represent the largest magnet group being used nowadays by volume, in which strontium hexaferrite (SrM) is a widely used non-RE hard magnet. It is the most faithful base magnet in terms of abundance and economic balance, which requires more or less reformation and advancement in the aspect of magnetic properties. SrMs are ferrimagnetic materials, and their magnetic properties are inherently linked to the microstructures. It can be upgraded to attain high (BH) max and high curie temperature by refining its magnetic properties. Improvement in its M s and H c , even mildly, could open up the possibilities of large-scale immersion of strontium hexaferrite-based magnets in the vast field of permanent magnet applications. In the past several years, enormous improvement has been made toward enhancing the physical and magnetic properties of SrM. Identifying the synthesis parameters as well as the microstructural changes is essential for designing and improvisation of magnets. The construction sector has been addressing the issue of integrating sustainability into production processes over the last few years, either through solid waste materials as aggregates in concrete or the search for more eco-friendly raw materials. Besides, the global trends group focused on developing an alternative to cement, which is a significant contributor to pollution of the environment due to its greenhouse gas emissions. Geopolymer (GP) is one of the most acceptable solutions for utilizing all industrial by-products containing an alumino-silicate (A-S) source material. However, one method to recycle waste rubber tires is incorporating them into geopolymer concrete (GPC) as an alternative to natural aggregates. Recently, the potential of combining the advantages of GPC with rubberized concrete to produce rubberized geopolymer concrete (Ru-GPC) as a viable, sustainable building material has been recognized. This paper presents a state-of-the-art review of the waste rubber's environmental and economic impact, resources, recycling, classifications, and physicochemical properties. Besides, this article provides in-depth studies on the behaviors and properties of Ru-GPC composites, such as their basic components, preparation and curing processes, fresh and physical properties, mechanical properties, dynamic properties, durability properties, microstructures, and insulation properties. The effect of crumb rubber (CRu) substitution on critical properties is addressed critically. Also, it highlights the applications, embodied CO 2 emissions, and cost analysis of Ru-GPC. Moreover, gaps in the literature and recommendations for future study have been identified to support further developments in the investigation and future publication of Ru- GPC materials in practice. The use of hydrogen is increasing in many countries due to potential decarbonization and sustainable energy transition projects. Hydrogen is shown to be a versatile transition alternative in different applications, with an increasing trend towards clean alternatives with better performance improving the existing processes. This paper reviews (i) the international panorama of hydrogen production, (ii) the main alternatives for hydrogen production in Mexico, and (iii) the applications of hydrogen in various areas. The challenges and opportunities for the coming years to include and introduce the use of hydrogen in new and existing processes in Mexico are also analyzed. A great variety of alternatives to procedure hydrogen both in Mexico and on the international scenes are analyzed, contemplating different production mechanisms. Many of them are found to require further studies to make them profitable for industrial applications. Some challenges and opportunities are also analyzed, showing the importance of synchronizing the public-private partnership agenda on hydrogen production, and to provide the most favorable conditions for investment attraction and development. This review shows that Mexico has the opportunity to make a decisive incursion into hydrogen production. Although many studies have been performed on graphene-based nanofluids, there is no thorough review article in which effective mechanisms on revealing enhancements and failures of graphene nanofluids are surveyed. Concerning various progress and problems existing in the field of graphene nanofluids, performing a complete review in this context is highly required, and there are still a lot of challenges that should be evaluated. In this review paper, the capabilities of graphene-based nanofluids are examined, and new developments on preparation techniques, stability improvement, and types of surfactants utilized are reviewed. Thermophysical properties, convective heat transfer, boiling, hydrodynamic attributes, and second law characteristics of graphene-family nanofluids are also investigated. Moreover, approaches such as molecular dynamics and artificial intelligence used in this field are reported and discussed. In addition, applications including use of graphene-based nanofluids in car radiators, heat exchangers, solar thermal, heat pipes, electronics cooling, and energy storage are presented. This in-depth review also identifies available challenges and recommends several directions for future research in this field. To study the current status and applications of additive manufacturing (AM) in dentistry along with various technologies, benefits and future scope. A significant number of relevant research papers on the additive manufacturing application in dentistry are identified through Scopus and studied using bibliometric analysis that shows an increasing trend of research in this field. This paper briefly describes various types of AM technologies with their accuracy, pros and cons along with different dental materials. Paper also discusses various benefits of AM in dentistry and steps used to create 3D printed dental model using this technology. Further, ten major AM applications in dentistry are identified along with primary references and objectives. Additive manufacturing is an innovative technique moving towards the customised production of dental implants and other dental tools using computer-aided design (CAD) data. This technology is used to manufacture elaborate dental crowns, bridges, orthodontic braces and can also various other models, devices and instruments with lesser time and cost. With the help of this disruptive innovation, dental implants are fabricated accurately as per patient data captured by the dental 3D scanner. The application of this technology is also being explored for the precise manufacturing of removal prosthetics, aligners, surgical templates for implants and produce models that for the planning of treatment and preoperative positioning of the jaws. Abstract Steel–Concrete Composite (SCC) structural systems are increasingly used in the construction industry and becoming the subject of intensive research by the world's leading universities and companies because of their efficient material usage. This review paper summarises some historic and recent developments as well as the new trends for SCC systems. It presents the design philosophy and specific definitions for basic structural elements, including composite beams and slabs with emphasis on the applications, static tests, modelling techniques, design approaches as well as current design limitations. This paper concludes with a call for more research for the improvement of Eurocode 4, which in turn can help the fast-growing construction industry to take full advantage of the benefits of composite construction techniques implemented with safety.
