Many individuals seek guidance from experts to obtain financial services. Robo-Advisors (RAs) have recently replaced human financial advisors due to concerns about high professional fees, behavioural bias, conflicts of interest, etc. From this study, we wanted to know the adoption intentions and various determinants impacting RAs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) is employed to examine the data with a sample size of 1361 respondents from the KSA to determine the adoption factors for RAs. The study revealed that usefulness, perceived benefits, and policy interventions positively affect the adoption of RAs in KSA. The current research provides a comprehensive behavioural framework to understand RA's adoption by Saudi Arabian investors while also including the dimension of policy initiative by the governing authority. Demand-side strategies for alternative energy like hydrogen require a thorough understanding of the potential customers' preferences and demand drivers. Multiple studies regarding users' attitudes, intentions, and behavior have been done towards electric vehicles in India, but none so far on hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (HFCVs). Our purpose is to inquire about the key parameters influencing the intention to use HFCVs in India. This empirical research using an online questionnaire was distributed and responses of 483 prospective customers received. To ascertain the users' intentions toward HFCVs, we applied a structural equation modelling approach through Smart-PLS 3.0. We find that perceived benefit, perceived risk, and policy interventions significantly influence the users' intention to adopt HFCV in India. The study suggests that the government must bring together the stakeholders, including automobile manufacturers, hydrogen producers, research institutions, and funding institutions, to address the bottlenecks to fast-track the hydrogen mobility system. Although replantation of an amputated extremity has been successfully performed, occasionally the surgeon is forced to amputate in the case of an unsalvageable open fracture. These appendages can theoretically act as an autologous 'bone and tissue bank' for patients if they have reconstructable contralateral injuries. We present a case of an athlete who sustained a Gustilo and Anderson IIIC injury on 1 leg resulting in a below knee amputation. Her other lower leg had a traumatic amputation of the heel pad, partial amputation of the calcaneus, and complete Achilles tendon loss. Tissues from this amputated appendage were utilised to restore the anatomy of the contralateral extremity. The distal tibia and the tibialis anterior from the amputated limb were used to reconstruct the missing posterior tuberosity of the calcaneus and the Achilles tendon respectively. The soft tissue deficiency of the heel pad was restored with an anterolateral thigh free flap. At 2-year follow-up, the patient is pain free and back to playing soccer. This case highlights the opportunistic use of amputated parts to reconstruct a calcaneus and Achilles tendon. A multidisciplinary approach with plastic surgeons is required. The main advantage of this 'Spare Part Surgery' philosophy is to provide autologous graft of a similar geometry and to avoid harvesting tissues from an additional donor site. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Monoclonal antibody (mAb) products are presently the dominant class of therapeutic proteins. When stressed, they are known to be prone to molecular instabilities like aggregation, fragmentation, oxidation and reduction, of which aggregation is typically the most significant concern. These stresses may be experienced during manufacturing, storage, filling, formulation development and shipping. This paper investigates how mAb aggregates generated by a variety of mechanical, thermal and chemical stresses impact the biological activity of a biotherapeutic. Increased aggregation resulted in a decrease in biological activity, as confirmed by cell based assays such as antibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) and ligand binding assays such as surface plasmon resonance (SPR). It was observed that aggregates formed due to extreme pH (pH 3.5 and pH 11.0), stirring (1 d stir and 3 d stir), thermal stress, and oxidation via CuSO 4 have the most impact on potency of the therapeutic. In contrast, aggregates formed due to stresses from pipetting, milder pH (4.3 and 8.5), oxidation via H 2 O 2 , freeze-thaw (Ft-slow and Ft-fast) have relatively less impact on the potency of the mAb biotherapeutic. Socially responsible investment (SRI) has recently gained major prominence for attaining sustainable development goals. While institutional investors have made remarkable efforts to mobilize resources toward socially responsible funds, retail investors remain apprehensive. Using the behavioral reasoning theory (BRT) framework, this study has examined the determinants of investment behavior in socially responsible equity funds (SREF) among Indian retail investors. A structured questionnaire was administered to 370 participants using a multi-stage stratified random sampling technique over 5 months starting June 2022. For data analysis, artificial neural network (ANN) and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) complement the disjoint two-stage partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) approach to ensure the robustness of results and provide crucial practical insights. The result suggests that religious values shape investors' justifications for and against investment in SREF. "Reasons for" positively influence the global motives (attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control), whereas "reasons against" share a negative relationship with the attitude and perceived behavioral control. All global motives positively affect the intention towards investment in SREF, which in turn translates into actual investment behavior. Hydrogen is a growing facilitator for a multisectoral transition to a renewable energy-based economy. Despite this, there is negligible scholarly literature examining the connections between the hydrogen economy and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the United Nations. In this empirical investigation, we demonstrate a correlation between adopting Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (HFCVs) and their direct and indirect impact on SDGs (#7, 9, 11, 12, 13,14 and 15). This empirical investigation was performed based on 358 valid sample responses from the pan-India survey. Utilising structural equation modelling, the hypotheses were tested, and the research model was validated. The findings revealed that the adoption of HFCV has a positive impact on SDGs. The results confirm that policy implications significantly change public perception regarding high cost and infrastructure readiness. Keeping the finding in mind, we recommend that the fuel retailers create more hydrogen refuelling stations across the country to ease infrastructure bottlenecks. Further, governments at various levels should provide financial benefits to green hydrogen producers, fuel cell manufacturers, HFCV manufacturers, and early adopters of HFCVs in India. • Early stage aggregation of monoclonal antibodies is mechanistically modelled. • Hybrid reaction and population balance model is used. • Kinetic parameters are obtained from SEC and DLS measurements. • Effects of temperature and buffer on aggregation kinetics of mAbs are examined. Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) are one of the most important class of therapeutic proteins. Their proteinaceous nature makes them labile towards aggregation, considered a critical quality attribute (CQA) as it affects safety and efficacy of a biotherapeutic product. Present study examines early stage aggregation behaviour of monoclonal antibodies experimentally. The process is also described using hybrid reaction and population balance model. Size exclusion chromatography and dynamic light scattering have been used to obtain kinetic parameters featuring in the mechanistic model. The aggregation process of two different mAbs in the presence of either acetate or citrate buffer is analysed at two temperatures. The rate of aggregation is found to be significantly influenced by the type of buffer medium (faster in citrate compared to acetate buffer). The enhanced aggregation in citrate buffer is attributed to the reduction in the net energy barrier for protein-protein interaction resulting in loss of stability of mAb species.
