To explore the core acupoints and combination rules of acupuncture therapy for postoperative urinary retention after hemorrhoidectomy, and, further to analyze the characteristics of the prescription of acupuncture therapy for postoperative urinary retention after hemorrhoidectomy. Relevant clinical studies in seven databases were searched systematically from database inception to 1st October 2020. Based on data mining techniques, the core acupoints, characteristics and combination rules of acupuncture therapy for postoperative urinary retention after hemorrhoidectomy were analyzed comprehensively. Statistics collected and analysis of acupoint selection included the frequency of usage of acupoints, the meridian of acupoints, the location of acupoints and the combination of acupoints. Cluster and association analysis were performed utilizing Excel 13.0 and SPSS 26.0. In the 36 studies included, the most frequently adopted acupoint was Sānyīnjiāo (三阴交 SP6); the most frequently adopted meridian was the foot-taiyin spleen meridian; the most frequently involved location was the lower limbs; and the most frequently adopted combination of acupoints was SP6 and Zhōngjí (中极CV 3). Cluster analysis showed that the acupoints could be divided into three categories: the first group comprised SP6 alone; the second group included CV3, Guānyuán (关元CV4), Yīnlíngquán (阴陵泉SP9) and Zúsānlǐ (足三里ST36); and the third group included Pángguāngshū (膀胱俞BL28), Chéngshān (承山BL57), Tàichōng (太冲LR3), Zhìbiān (秩边 BL54), Tàixī (太溪KI6), Hégǔ (合谷 LI4), Xuèhǎi (血海SP10), Qìhǎi (气海CV6) and Shǔidào (水道ST28). It was found that acupuncture therapy for postoperative urinary retention after hemorrhoidectomy mainly follows the four characteristic rules: the selection of acupoints following the meridian, selection of acupoints at local points, selection of acupoints at distal points and selection of acupoints according to special symptoms. Leveraging e-government development to improve all aspects of governance has become a shared vision of governments in the digital age. However, the internal mechanism for e-government development to promote governance is ambiguous, and the extent to which e-government affects governance remains uncertain. Drawing on public value theory, this study analyzes the internal mechanism behind global e-government promoting governance improvement. To determine the realistic effects of e-government in governance improvement, empirical test included 170 countries and covered observations from 2010 to 2018. Results of the linear panel data analysis showed that the development of e-government promoted governance improvement as a whole. Specifically, the effects of e-government on different dimensions of governance were heterogeneous: E-government performs strong positive effects on the four governance dimensions of voice and accountability, government effectiveness, regulatory quality and rule of law, but relatively weak effects on political stability and absence of violence/terrorism and the control of corruption. These results indicate a certain gap remains between the vision and the reality of using e-government to comprehensively improve governance. Due to increasing global energy demands, environmental pollution, and the rapid development of self-powered devices, converting ubiquitous environmental energy to usable energy, e.g., electricity is attracting increasing interests worldwide. Herein, a type of porous graphene oxide (GO) sponges is fabricated using the freeze-drying method. Then an annealing treatment and UV + O 3 oxidation are carried out to achieve partially reduced GO (rGO) sponges. We find that these rGO sponges can convert environmental energy to electricity via the natural evaporation of water. The generated open-circuit voltages are measured to be as high as about 0.63 V over a single piece of rGO sponges. The maximum output power and output power density are calculated to be approximately 17.30 μW and 1.74 μW cm−2, respectively. We suggest that streaming potentials, which arise from water molecule-graphene interactions, should be the underlying mechanism of water-evaporation-induced electricity generation. Furthermore, we demonstrate that ambient temperatures, airflow velocities, and evaporation-areas all can seriously influence the electricity generation. Moreover, the water-evaporation-induced voltage can be easily scaled up to as high as about 2.34 V by connecting multiple samples in series. A novel mobile laser radar system was used for mapping gaseous atomic mercury (Hg 0 ) atmospheric pollution in the Wanshan district, south of Tongren City, Guizhou Province, China. This area is heavily impacted by legacy mercury from now abandoned mining activities. Differential absorption lidar measurements were supplemented by localized point monitoring using a Lumex RA-915M Zeeman modulation mercury analyzer. Range-resolved concentration measurements in different directions were performed. Concentrations in the lower atmospheric layers often exceeded levels of 100 ng/m 3 for March conditions with temperature ranging from 5 °C to 20 °C. A flux measurement of Hg 0 over a vertical cross section of 0.12 km 2 resulted in about 29 g/h. Vertical lidar sounding at night revealed quickly falling Hg 0 concentrations with height. This is the first lidar mapping demonstration in a heavily mercury-polluted area in China, illustrating the lidar potential in complementing point monitors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
