A 12-year girl presented with a firm well‑defined swelling in her left maxilla. Radiologically, there was a well-circumscribed, unilocular radiolucency with dimension about 35 × 30 mm, and related to the crown of the unerupted permanent left canine. The computed tomography (CT) reveled an extensive lesion elevating the floor of maxillary sinus. Then, it was performed aspirations, incisional biopsy, decompression, and enucleation of the lesion. The diagnosis was compatible with adenomatoid odontogenic tumor. The treatment of this lesion is the entire removal. So, the patient was evaluated periodically, completing 3 years of following up. New CT were taken at 5 and 22 months post-operative, showing the complete regression of the cavity where the lesion was. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
