The effect of the serine/glycine-free diet (−SG diet) on colorectal cancer (CRC) remains unclear; meanwhile, programmed death-1 (PD-1) inhibitors are less effective for most CRC patients. Here, we demonstrate that the −SG diet inhibits CRC growth and promotes the accumulation of cytotoxic T cells to enhance antitumor immunity. Additionally, we also identified the lactylation of programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) in tumor cells as a mechanism of immune evasion during cytotoxic T cell-mediated antitumor responses, and blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathway is able to rejuvenate the function of CD8+ T cells recruited by the −SG diet, indicating the potential of combining the −SG diet with immunotherapy. We conducted a single-arm, phase I study (ChiCTR2300067929). The primary outcome suggests that the −SG diet is feasible and safe for regulating systemic immunity. Secondary outcomes include patient tolerability and potential antitumor effects. Collectively, our findings highlight the promising therapeutic potential of the −SG diet for treating solid tumors. MXene has shown remarkable performance in constructing stable interfacial interactions with high metal-like conductivity and abundant surface functional groups for Li+/Na+ storage. However, traditional MXene nanosheets face challenges in commercial applications for lithium/sodium-ion batteries (LIBs/SIBs) due to aggregation and self-stacking problems. In this study, we introduced a novel porous Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene-based heterostructure aerogel with a unique metal-organic frameworks (MOF)-derived bead-like structure. This structure is composed of MIL-88 A along the radial alignment of N-doping carbon nanofibers and layer Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene nanosheets through a process involving electrospinning, in-situ growth, calcination and freeze-drying methods. The resulting MOF-derived bead-like structure of the heterostructure aerogel composite enables fast ion/electron diffusion and provides structural durability, thereby alleviating the accumulation of MXene nanosheets. This innovative design addresses volume expansion concerns and offers additional channels for Li+/Na+ transport. As a consequence, the obtained MOF-Fe 2 O 3 @carbon@Ti 3 C 2 T x MXene composite nanofibers show high-rate performance, achieving 202 mAh g−1 at 10 A g−1 for LIBs and 98 mAh g−1 at 5 A g−1 for SIBs. The excellent cycling performance is observed with a capacity of 401 mAh g−1 at 2 A g−1 after 2000 cycles for LIBs and 197 mAh g−1 at 1 A g−1 after 1000 cycles for SIBs. Wearable triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) exhibit high flexibility and electric output, and are highly desirable in wearable electronics, soft robotics, and healthcare. Despite significant progress in wearables, achieving versatile integration (e.g. elasticity and permeability) and ensuring thermal comfort when wearing TENGs remain challenging. We mitigate this challenge by fabricating an ultra-stretchable, waterproof, and air/moisture permeable nonwoven textile via the electrospinning of styrene–ethylene–butylene–styrene assisted by electrospraying poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)/SiO 2 to integrate passive radiative cooling technology into the TENG system. The co-deposited PVDF-HFP/SiO 2 micro-nanoparticles exhibit excellent triboelectric and radiative cooling performances and can serve as binders and hydrophobic agents. Combining this with the stretchable liquid metal–superlyophilic electrode, our wearable TENG device offers an excellent triboelectric output (114.5 V, 445 mW/m2 under 25 N) that can be used to power small electronics and monitor human movements (e.g. finger tapping and walking). Moreover, the integrated TENG-based radiative cooling textile with high values of R solar (83%) and ε LWIR (95%) offers cooling by ∼9.5 °C under sunlight as compared with cotton. This study contributes to the development of wearing thermal comfort textile-based TENGs for electricity generation, self-powered sensing, and zero-energy input cooling.
