• An improved feature extraction method of pulse wave in frequency domain is proposed to enhance the discriminability of pulse wave features. • A random forest model based on cluster and under-sampling is proposed to reduce the impact of class imbalance on classification performance for inquiry diagnosis samples. • A fusion attention mechanism model is proposed, which fuses heterogeneous feature maps of pulse-taking and inquiry diagnosis for classification based on feature-level fusion via two-diagnosis integration. • In addition, we also study feature importance ranking of pulse-taking and inquiry diagnosis, analyze the crucial factors affecting classification of hypertension, find the pathogenesis of hypertensive target organ damage, and provide an effective basis for clinical diagnosis. With respect to less efficiency and low accuracy of predicting on hypertensive target organ damage, this article proposes a fusion prediction model combining pulse-taking with inquiry diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine to accomplish the efficient and non-invasive diagnosis. Regarding the class imbalance of inquiry diagnosis samples, an Eliminated random forest algorithm is proposed to select efficient features and reduce the impact of class imbalance on classification performance via cluster-based under-sampling algorithm. As to low discriminability of hypertensive time-domain pulse wave samples, time-domain pulse wave is transformed to the frequency-domain MFCC feature maps, and fuse feature maps of inquiry diagnosis scale for predicting hypertension target organ damage. In the article, the clinical 608 cases of hypertensive target organ damage are from Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine and Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine concerning pulse-taking and inquiry diagnosis. The evaluation indicators of 5-Fold cross-validation classification, i.e. F1-score, Accuracy, Precision, Sensitivity, AUC, are 97.31%, 98.72%, 97.71%, 97.04%, 99.13% respectively, which are higher than those of the other typical models. In addition, this article also studies the correlation between classification of pulse-taking or inquiry diagnosis and its features, and analyzes the feature importance ranking on pulse-taking and inquiry diagnosis, which aids clinicians to seek the occurrence mechanisms of hypertensive target organ damage, and find the effective measurements for timely prevention and treatment. Given the efficient reaction of P-containing species with radionuclide U(VI), phosphate-modified carbon nitrides (GPCNs) were prepared with enhanced surface areas (16.9–102.0 m2/g) and abundant phosphate groups (15.8–9.1 at% of P) and applied to capture aquatic U(VI). GPCNs presented a fast equilibrium of 8 h, efficient capture capability (maximum 333.5 mg/g at pH 5.0 and T 278 K), excellent selectivity and favorable reusability. The enrichment of U(VI) from the artificial nuclide wastewater (101.5 mg/g) and seawater (89.3 mg/g) were evaluated. Spectroscopic studies proved that the formation of hydrogen uranite was dominant for the high-efficiency selective sorption of U(VI). Under the illumination of visible-light, GPCNs showed a ∼4.9-fold faster kinetics for the photocatalytic reduction of U(VI) than CNs. Moreover, the origin of the photocatalytic activity of GPCNs including the role of phosphate modification was also discussed in detail. • Hydrothermal treatment (HT) was performed for antibiotic fermentation residues (AR). • The redistribution of N in penicillin fermentation residue (PR) in hydrochar and hydrolysate was studied. • Over 95% of NH 4 +-N could be recovered from hydrolysate by struvite precipitation. • The main component of the product was confirmed to be MgNH 4 PO 4 ·6H 2 O. Hydrothermal treatment (HT) is an appropriate treatment method for organic hazardous wastes such as antibiotic fermentation residue (AR). However, there is no effective way to recycle hydrolysate with high nitrogen content. In this study, penicillin fermentation residue (PR, a type of AR) was used as raw material to study the release and redistribution of N during hydrothermal process. And the influences of pH, ion ratio and reaction time on the preparation of struvite were analyzed. The results showed that the nitrogen in PR consists of Inorganic-N and Amino-N. Most of N (~70%) that entered hydrolysate was converted into org-N, NH 4 +-N and NO 3 –-N. At 260 °C, the NH 4 +-N concentration was 2842.78 mg/L, accounting for 45.2% of total nitrogen. The remaining amino-N in the hydrochar was gradually converted to pyridine-N, pyrrole-N and quaternary-N with the increasing of temperature. At pH = 9.5, Mg2+: NH 4 +: PO 4 3- = 1.3: 1: 1.15, struvite was prepared by hydrolysate. And over 95% removal rate of NH 4 +-N could be achieved. XRD analysis showed that the main component of the product was struvite, which was further confirmed by SEM-EDX and FT-IR. It was found that there was trace amount of MgKPO 4 ·H 2 O precipitation in the product. In addition, Mg 3 (PO 4) 2 precipitation might also be formed at pH = 10. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
