This paper analytically studies the optimal charging infrastructure investment decisions in parking lots with state-owned firms and private firms, which aims to alleviate range anxiety and facilitate the mass adoption of electric vehicles. The investment decisions are made based on the rational choice in the short term and are assumed to be static. However, the investment in charging infrastructure is a long-term strategy and the decisions might evolve over time. As a result, an evolutionary game theoretic approach is proposed to analytically explore the instability of the investment decisions and derive the optimal investment strategies. We first construct a basic model with a payoff matrix of public and private parking lots and formulate the dynamic replicator equations to find the equilibrium points. We further explore the evolutionary stable strategy (ESS) with its conditions, and analyze the impact of key factors on the strategy evolution. In the basic model, we find that the investment ratio of the state-owned firms and private firms is crucial to the ESS and its original parking revenue has no impact on the investment decisions. To discover the impact of the uncertainty of investments, we next reformulate the model and extend the original payoff matrix by incorporating the perceived value function based on prospect theory. The ESS and its relevant conditions are also derived. We observe that two models have the same ESS in most cases when there is a marked difference in their profitability. When the difference in their profitability is small, the perceived return on investment plays a pivotal role in their investment decisions. With the proliferation of digital platforms, the parking landscape has undergone a transformation, offering more than the traditional first-come-first-served parking option. The reservation-based parking mode has gained considerable popularity. Obviously, there is a competitive relationship between these two parking modes, posing a challenge for parking management authorities to achieve a balance. This study investigates pricing strategies in a duopoly parking market, comprising two distinct types of parking companies: search-based and reservation-based. We analyze three power structure models: (i) the Bertrand model, (ii) the Stackelberg model with the reservation-based parking company as a leader, and (iii) the Stackelberg model with the search-based parking company as a leader. Additionally, we develop a three-player game model that considers the involvement of the third-party investor in the reservation mode. Our findings indicate that the overall profit of the search-based parking company declines when the driver preference of reservation-based parking company increases. Moreover, reservation-based parking companies exhibit greater robustness compared to their search-based counterparts when facing penalty delays and fluctuations in waiting costs. Iron–Chromium–Aluminum(FeCrAl), recognized as one of the most promising materials for accident-tolerant fuel (ATF), bears substantial commercial potential owing to its advantageous attributes. To gain a deeper insight into the subcooled boiling properties of FeCrAl, a series of boiling experiments were conducted on FeCrAl material surface for the evaluation of bubble characterization, bubble population and heat transfer characteristics. The experiments were conducted at atmospheric pressure with a subcooling of 0–12 K, a wall superheat of 0–30, and the maximum Reynolds number of the coolant was 10400. The results revealed a greater sensitivity of heat transfer to fluid velocity during nucleate boiling for surfaces with lower porosity compared to higher porosity surfaces. Analysis of the bubble dynamics showed that the Sauter mean diameter increases with increasing wall superheat, following a relationship dependent on the maximum and minimum bubble diameters. Furthermore, bubble size and aspect ratio adhered to lognormal distributions, bubble orientation followed normal distributions, and bubble circularity obeyed Weibull distributions. In this paper, four accelerated subgradient extragradient methods are proposed to solve the variational inequality problem with a pseudo-monotone operator in real Hilbert spaces. These iterative schemes employ two new adaptive stepsize strategies that are significant when the Lipschitz constant of the mapping involved is unknown. Strong convergence theorems for the proposed algorithms are established under the condition that the operators are Lipschitz continuous and non-Lipschitz continuous. Numerical experiments on finite- and infinite-dimensional spaces and applications in optimal control problems are reported to demonstrate the advantages and efficiency of the proposed algorithms over some existing results. The phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/AKT signaling plays a critical role in cancer cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. This signal transduction axis in HPV-positive cervical cancer has been proved to be directly activated by E6/E7 proteins of the virus enhancing cervical cancer progression. Hence, the PI3K/AKT pathway is one of the key therapeutic targets for HPV-positive cervical cancer. Here we discovered that oxyresveratrol (Oxy) at noncytotoxic concentration specifically suppressed the phosphorylation of AKT but not ERK1/2. This potent inhibitory effect of Oxy was still observed even when cells were stimulated with fetal bovine serum. Inhibition of AKT phosphorylation at serine 473 by Oxy resulted in a significant decrease in serine 9 phosphorylation of GSK-3β, a downstream target of AKT. Dephosphorylation of GSK-3β at this serine residue activates its function in promoting the degradation of MCL-1, an anti-apoptotic protein. Results clearly demonstrated that in association with GSK-3β activation, Oxy preferentially downregulated the expression of anti-apoptotic protein MCL-1. Furthermore, results from the functional analyses revealed that Oxy inhibited cervical cancer cell proliferation, at least in part through suppressing nuclear expression of Ki-67. Besides, the compound retarded cervical cancer cell migration even the cells were exposed to a potent enhancer of epithelial-mesenchymal transition, TGF-β1. In consistent with these data, Oxy reduced the expression of β-catenin, N-cadherin, and vimentin. In conclusion, the study disclosed that Oxy specifically inhibits the AKT/GSK-3β/MCL-1 axis resulting in reduction in cervical cancer cell viability, proliferation, and migration. The construction industry has been focused on sustainability, particularly with regards to reducing CO 2 emissions and recycling construction and demolition (C&D) waste. This study focuses on the alternative technology adaptation of carbonized pavement compact production by using waste concrete powder (WCP) which can be a substitute material to concrete and also able to absorb CO 2. While material scientists embraced and developed this technological application, the financial perspective for adopting this technology has yet to be properly addressed. This paper conducts a feasibility assessment, which includes technical, environmental, social, and financial factors, from different stakeholders' perspectives (government, construction contractors, and material manufacturers) to launch the production of carbonized pavement compact by utilizing WCP. The benefit-cost analysis underlies the Evolutionary Game Model functions' formulation, which emphasizes not only the obvious financial benefits from WCP or its carbonized compacts sale but the benefits from the absorption of CO 2 during the compacts production and avoiding WCP disposal at a landfill. The results based on a Hong Kong case (typical multistorey apartment building) identify promising scenarios where a minimum of 2300t of WCP is required for stakeholder interest in recycling, and a WCP wholesale price of 150HKD/t is suitable for the C&D contractor to participate in the recycling market. The study also estimates a cost-effective selling price of finished carbonized WCP compacts, which is competitive with similar products on the market. Carbon emission reduction has become increasingly important for limiting global warming throughout the world. Cap-and-trade regulation as an effective market-based mechanism is adopted to motivate firms to invest in decarbonization technologies toward sustainable supply chains. In practice, sustainable supply chains operate in the long term and decarbonization investment decisions could evolve as time passes. Distinguished from previous research, this paper formulates an evolutionary game model to study the investment decisions of suppliers and manufacturers under cap-and-trade regulation. We first analyze the strategic stability of suppliers and manufacturers and subsequently discuss the evolutionary stable strategies (ESSs) of the game with related conditions. The free-rider problem might occur in the investment game, and discourages one who would have invested from making efforts into carbon emission reduction. As a result, we explore the impact of key parameters on the ESSs for reducing free-riding behaviors. Numerical studies are conducted to simulate the evolution and stability of the game. The results show that revenue-related coefficients have a great impact on free-riding behaviors and cap-and-trade-related parameters affect their willingness to invest in carbon emission reduction. Abstract Background aims The chronic inflammation of autoimmune diseases develops repetitive localized destruction or systemic disorders, represented by Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) and Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) respectively. Currently, there are no efficient ways to treat these autoimmune diseases. Therefore, it is critically important to explore new therapeutic strategies. The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of human amniotic epithelial cells (hAECs) in murine models of HT and SLE. Methods Experimental autoimmune thyroiditis (EAT) was induced in female CBA/J mice by immunization with porcine thyroglobulin (pTg). hAECs were intravenously administered at different time points during the disease course. MRL-Fas lpr mice, a strain with spontaneously occurring SLE, were intravenously administered hAECs when their sera were positive for both anti-nuclear antibodies (ANAs) and anti-double-stranded DNA (anti-dsDNA) antibodies. Two weeks after the last cell transplantation, blood and tissue samples were collected for histological examination and immune system analysis. Results hAECs prevented lymphocytes infiltration into the thyroid and improved the damage of thyroid follicular in EAT mice. Correspondingly, hAECs administration reduced anti-thyroglobulin antibodies (TGAb), anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOAb) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels. SLE mice injected with hAECs appeared negative for ANAs and anti-dsDNA antibodies and showed reduced immunoglobulin profiles. Mechanically, hAECs modulated the immune cells balance in EAT and SLE mice, by downregulating the ratios of Th17/Treg cells in both EAT and SLE mice and upregulating the proportion of B10 cells in EAT mice. This was confirmed by in vitro assay, in which hAECs inhibited the activation of EAT mice-derived splenocytes. Moreover, hAECs improved the cytokine environment in both EAT and SLE mice, by suppressing the levels of IL-17A and IFN-γ and enhancing TGF-β. Conclusion These results demonstrated the immunoregulatory effect of hAECs for inflammation inhibition and injury recovery in HT and SLE murine models. The aim of this study was to interpret the interaction of phenolics with walnut protein and determine their effects on protein functional properties. The phenolic profiles of walnut meal (WM) and walnut meal protein isolate (WMPI) were established using UPLC-Q-TOF-MS. A total of 132 phenolic compounds were detected, including 104 phenolic acids and 28 flavonoids. Phenolic compounds bound to protein via hydrophobic interactions, hydrogen bonds, and ionic bonds were identified in WMPI. They were also present as free forms, but the hydrophobic interactions and hydrogen bonds were the main non-covalent binding forces between phenolics and walnut proteins. The interaction mechanisms were further supported by the fluorescence spectra of WMPI with ellagic acid and quercitrin. In addition, changes in the functional properties of WMPI after removal of phenolic compounds were evaluated. Dephenolization significantly increased water holding capacity, oil absorptive capacity, foaming capacity, foaming stability, emulsifying stability index, and the in vitro gastric digestibility. However, in vitro gastric-intestinal digestibility was not significantly affected. As the most important quantities needed in numerical modelling of sea ice dynamics, the form drag on pressure ridges and the air–ice drag coefficient are generally analysed based on wind velocities and sea-ice conditions. However, it is difficult to give exact values because these quantities have not been measured. Based on a large data set measured by a helicopter-borne laser altimeter during the Winter Weddell Outflow Study 2006, the influences of pressure-ridge morphologies and sea-ice surface roughness on the form drag of pressure ridges and the air–ice drag coefficient were considered to seek a novel strategy for analysing these two essential quantities. The results show that the contribution of form drag on pressure ridges to total air–ice drag increases at greater ridging intensity (the ratio of mean ridge height to spacing), but decreases with increasing roughness length. The air–ice drag coefficient shows a similar trend to the contribution of form drag with increasing ridging intensity. Moreover, a ridging intensity threshold was determined for the air–ice drag coefficient. These results imply that large values of the air–ice drag coefficient could be caused by form drag on pressure ridges as well as by skin drag over rough ice surfaces. A scale ration of 1:1 test loop was constructed to investigate the water seal formation phenomenon in front of pressurizer safety valve in nuclear plant. The water seal features were investigated under the condition of pressure ranging from 0.15 to 0.55 MPa. The test was placed in a room with air conditioner to make sure the temperature in the room is keep relative stability thermal conditions, the temperature in the room may fluctuation between 20° and 25°. Water level oscillates in the process of water seal stabilization, the experimental data fit very well with the proposed model in the paper. The water seal formation time reduced significantly with pressure increasing and air concentration decreasing. Refilling of the pipe is much more rapid than the initial one due to a lower content of non-condensable gases remaining in the steam. Efficient generation and collection of photocarriers is a contradiction for most metal oxide semiconductors. An approach to better understanding and controlling photocarriers' special collection is critical for solar-fuel conversation. Herein, p-type BiFeO 3 was chosen to reveal the diffusion length (∼34 nm) limited performance and to develop an approach to boosting photocarrier collection by synergizing photothermoelectric and photoelectric. In this approach, efficient photocarrier collection was realized by two processes: 1) an inner photothermoelectric voltage as the carriers' driving force to promote drift in the flat band region; 2) the accumulated electrons in the cooling interface consumed photogenerated holes and inhibited recombination. As a result, the composite photocathode shows a state-of-the-art photocurrent of − 0.49 mA·cm−2 and an H 2 O 2 generation rate of 695 mmol/(L·m2). This work aims to provide a broader understanding of photocarrier collection's limited performance of metal oxide photoelectrode and explore a universal approach to improving it without extra power input. • Microscale and nanoscale boiling processes are investigated using LBM and MD. • Successive nucleate boiling enhancement is holistically obtained. • Underlying microscale and nanoscale enhancement mechanisms are revealed. Nucleate boiling enhancement from surfaces in energy industries is of fundamental significance for improving energy conversion and thermal management efficiency. This study investigates the microscale and nanoscale boiling processes on the hybrid wettability micropillar structured surface (MPS) to continuously enhance nucleate boiling. The microscale and nanoscale boiling processes and underlying enhancement mechanisms are studied by Lattice Boltzmann Method (LBM) and Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations, respectively. It is revealed that MPS designed with a hydrophilic bottom surface and a hydrophobic top surface decorated with nanopillars can improve nucleate boiling throughout the microscale and nanoscale boiling process. The microscopic boiling process of the hybrid wettability MPS shows that the synergistic effect of wettability and surface structure is attributed to nucleation boiling enhancement due to higher bubble nucleation density and higher bubble departure frequency. The nanoscale boiling process on hydrophobic nanopillar structured surfaces (NPS) shows further nucleate boiling enhancement. The NPS with a nanopillar height of 1.6268 nm is in the Wenzel state with higher heat flux and lower thermal resistance, resulting in faster boiling onset and shorter separation time, while the hydrophobic NPSs in the Cassie state leads to a deterioration in the nucleate boiling. The surface porosity of accident tolerant fuel cladding materials is different from the fuel material inservice at nuclear power plant, which leads to differences in the heat transfer characteristics. An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of surface porosity on the nucleate flow boiling heat transfer. The results showed that bubbles on the SiC surface appear to be more uniform and remain isolated longer after bubble generation, and the average diameter of bubbles on the SiC surface tends to be smaller than that on the FeCrAl alloy surface. The nucleation site density is power-law dependent on porosity and superheat, and negative power-law dependent on critical cavity diameter and coolant subcooling. For the same degree of temperature increase on both surfaces, the number of nucleation sites on the surface with larger porosity increases much more than that on the surface with lower porosity, while the coolant subcooling degree inhibits the bubble nucleation and shrinks the bubble detachment diameter accordingly. A new correlation was proposed based on dimensional analysis, and the predictions were compared with the present experimental data and the other research data, with an 86% confidence interval of ± 50% for the consolidated datasets. Furthermore, the side-by-side comparison of the performance on these correlations showed that the present correlation, which includes surface porosity and roughness factors, significantly reduces the prediction error compared to the previous correlations. • An empirical correlation was proposed with a broad range of dimensionless mass numbers. • Air/vapor condensation in an inclined blind-end pipe was experimental studied. • The fog formation phenomenon was observed and fog effect was added to the diffusion layer model This study investigated the vapor condensation characteristics in an inclined pipe under natural convection conditions experimentally and numerically. The inclined blind-end concentric pipe had an inner diameter of 134 mm and a length of 680 mm, which is cooled by cooling water. The experimental pressure range was 0.2–0.6 MPa, and the dimensionless mass number range was 0.44 to 202. The fog formation phenomenon was observed in the experiment. An empirical correlation with a broad range of dimensionless mass numbers was developed based on the experimental results to predict the heat transfer coefficient (HTC). When the air mass fraction was large and the HTC was low, the effect of fog formation on the HTC had to be considered. In the numerical simulation, this study aimed to develop an HTC prediction model with broader applicability. Based on the diffusion boundary layer theory, this study improved Peterson's model by adding fog effect and wave effect. The model showed high adaptability to this experiment and other experiments in the natural convection condensation database. The improved model performed significantly better, with 96% of the data falling within an error zone of 30%. The gravity-driven flowing film has been widely used in the fields of heat removal. This work studied film thickness characteristics on the inclined plate with the laser-induced fluorescence technique. The periodic fluctuations of the film were observed, the statistical characteristics of the film thickness were obtained and the three-dimensional structure of the film wave was reconstructed. The experiment results showed that the maximum film thickness increases stepwise with increasing Reynolds number, while the average film thickness increases smoothly. An experimental correlation was proposed by considering the surface waves with variable amplitudes. This new correlation is also in accordance well with other experimental data. Meanwhile, a numerical study based on the diffuse-interface method was conducted. The error between the numerical and experimental results is approximately 10% at the angle of 30°. At angles of 30°, 45°, and 60°, the numerical results showed that the film thickness increased sharply as the distance increases but the rate of growth gradually slows down and remains almost constant when the distance increases continuously. Smart manufacturing is undergoing rapid development along with many disruptive technologies, such as Internet of Things, cyber-physical system and cloud computing. A myriad of heterogeneous manufacturing services can be dynamically perceived, connected and interoperated to satisfy various customized demands. In smart manufacturing, the market equilibrium is variable over time due to changes in demand and supply. Thus, efficient manufacturing service allocation (MSA) is critical to implementation of smart manufacturing. This paper considers the MSA problem under market dynamics with maximization of utility of customers and service providers. Many conventional methods generally allocate manufacturing services to the customers by multi-objective optimization without considering the impact of interactions between customers and service providers. This paper presents a multi-attribute negotiation mechanism to address the MSA problem under time constraints relying on autonomous agents. The proposed negotiation mechanism is composed of two models: an atomic manufacturing service negotiation model and a composite manufacturing service coordination. The former model is based on automated negotiation to seek an atomic manufacturing service over multiple attributes for an individual subtask. The latter model incorporates the global distribution and surplus redistribution to coordinate and control multiple atomic manufacturing service negotiations for the whole manufacturing task. Numerical studies are employed to verify the effectiveness of the multi-attribute negotiation mechanism in solving the MSA problem. Abstract: The bioconversion of glycerol to 1,3-propanediol (1,3-PD) by Klebsiella pneumoniae (K. pneumoniae) can be characterized by an intricate metabolic network of interactions among biochemical fluxes, metabolic compounds, key enzymes and genetic regulation. Since there are some uncertain factors in the fermentation, especially the transport mechanisms of substances across cell membrane, the metabolic network contains multiple possible metabolic systems. In this paper, we establish a complex metabolic network and the corresponding nonlinear hybrid dynamical system aiming to determine the most possible metabolic system. The existence, uniqueness and continuity of solutions are discussed. We quantitatively describe biological robustness and present a system identification model on the basis of robustness performance. The identification problem is decomposed into two subproblems and a procedure is constructed to solve them. Numerical results show that it is most possible that both glycerol and 1,3-PD pass the cell membrane by active transport coupling with passive diffusion under substrate-sufficient conditions, whereas, under substrate-limited conditions, glycerol passes cell membrane by active transport coupling with passive diffusion and 1,3-PD by active transport. Abstract: We study how progressive changes in silane structure affect the synthesis and properties of organosilicas. Tetraethoxysilane (TEOS), tetramethoxysilane (TMOS), methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS), bis(trimethoxysilyl)ethane (BTMSE), bis(trimethoxysilyl)hexane (BTMSH), and bis(trimethoxysilylpropyl)amine (BTMSPA) are used as precursors in non-templated base and acid-catalyzed sol–gel processes, and in templated processes with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and polyoxyethylene 10 lauryl ether (C12E10). The gel time of materials made without templates is mainly controlled by the structure of the silane rather than its reactivity. For instance, a dangling methyl group (MTMS) inhibits gelation, while a short bridging chain (BTMSE) promotes gelation. In basic conditions, mesoporous materials are obtained with TEOS and TMOS, while microporous materials are obtained with organically modified silanes without added amine. Dipropylamine, originally added as a catalyst, in fact templates mesopores in BTMSH-derived organosilica. In acidic conditions without pore templates, all products are microporous. In the presence of CTAB, mesopore templating occurs with TEOS, TMOS, BTMSE, and BTMSPA. With C12E10, mesopore templating occurs with TEOS, TMOS, and BTMSE. Surprisingly, the BTMSE-based material has the most uniform mesopores of all samples in the C12E10 series. Mesopore templating fails when a dangling organic limits the formation of stable pore walls (MTMS) or a large hydrophobic chain disrupts the formation surfactant micelles (BTMSH). We describe the synthesis and characterization of ordered mesoporous silica using the template 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctylpyridinium chloride. This surfactant forms several lyotropic mesophases at room temperature, including hexagonal close packed cylinders, an isotropic liquid crystal, and a lamellar phase. Using this surfactant, mesoporous silica is synthesized by room temperature precipitation and surfactant extraction. Both the surfactant and product material are thoroughly characterized. From nitrogen adsorption, the product has a specific surface area of 982 m2/g and a pore diameter of 2.6 nm. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy confirm two-dimensional close-packed hexagonal long-range ordering. • A new heat transfer empirical correlation at low air mass fraction is proposed. • Condensation in a newly designed water seal structure is experimental studied. • A newly experimental relations for water seal time prediction is put forward. • Subcooling is more sensitive to HTC as air mass fraction is small. The pressure vessel has used a newly designed water seal structure, and the sealed water is from condensation at low hydrogen concentration. To get the condensation capacity of the water seal branch tube under the pressure vessel normal operation, the experimental loop named WASETEL was constructed, which is aimed at studying the heat transfer during the process of air-steam mixture condensation inside the inclined branch tube at the condition of low air mass fraction. The inner tube is diameter 0.134 m with length 0.68 m which is connected with diameter 1.4 m, high 2.5 m pressure vessel. A canon camera was set to record the images and videos of the condensate height through glass tube in communicating vessel liquidometer. The experiment was conducted under the pressure ranged from 0.2 to 0.6 MPa, air mass concentration ranged from 0.49 to 6.42% and wall subcooling ranged from 11 to 40 K. The test showed HTC (heat transfer coefficient) would sharply deteriorate with the small air fraction, compared with pure steam condensation, about 0.49% mass fraction of the air will reduce heat transfer coefficient by 70–80%. When air concentration is relatively small, those widely used relations can not predict the condensation well, therefore, a new heat transfer empirical correlation with air mass fraction, pressure and subcooling is proposed, covered all the experimental data within the error band ±13%. In order to predict the condensation heat transfer coefficient precisely, this work aimed at proposing a generalized model with a wide scope of parameters applicability, namely, we presented an improved model that can predict the condensation characteristics which based on heat and mass transfer analogy with consideration of gas compressibility factor, fog formation factor, film waviness factor, suction factor and eddy diffusion factor. The improved model is suitable for those conditions: low pressure condensation at plate-shape and curved-shape surface with natural/forced convection, high pressure condensation at curved shape surface with natural convection. The improved model shows good applicability with the scope of the pressure is up to 2 MPa and the non-condensable (NC) gas mass fraction up to 90%. MBNL1-AS1 was significantly reduced in NSCLC. Meanwhile, overexpression of MBNL1-AS1 obviously repressed proliferation, blocked cell cycle, promoted apoptosis and inhibited the migration and invasion of NSCLC. Dual-luciferase reporter assay and RIP experiment showed MBNL1-AS1 was able to regulate miR-135a-5p expression negatively to inhibited NSCLC progression. • MBNL1-AS1 was down-regulated and miR-135a-5p was increased in NSCLC. • Overexpression of MBNL1-AS1 repressed NSCLC progression. • MiR-135a-5p acted as a direct target of MBNL1-AS1. Lung cancer remains a big threat to human health. Growing evidence has reported the crucial regulatory effect of lncRNAs on NSCLC progression. Nevertheless, the detailed function of lncRNA MBNL1-AS1 involved in NSCLC development is poorly known. In our research, we confirmed that MBNL1-AS1 was significantly reduced in NSCLC patient tissues and NSCLC cells. Meanwhile, we reported that overexpression of MBNL1-AS1 obviously repressed A549 and H1975 cell proliferation, blocked cell cycle and inhibited the migration and invasion. Moreover, A549 and H1975 cell apoptosis was increased by the overexpression of MBNL1-AS1. Then, we predicted that miR-135a-5p was a potential target of MBNL1-AS1 and its level was correlated with MBNL1-AS1 in NSCLC negatively. Our previous study indicated miR-135a-5p could induce lung cancer progression through regulating LOXL4. Here, we found that MBNL1-AS1 was able to regulate miR-135a-5p expression negatively. The direct binding association between MBNL1-AS1 and miR-135a-5p was proved using dual-luciferase reporter assay and RIP experiment. Subcutaneous xenotransplanted tumor model was set up and it was confirmed increased MBNL1-AS1 remarkably restrained tumorigenic ability of NSCLC through sponging miR-135a-5p in vivo.
