Predicting quality indicators is essential in process production, process production often involves multiple processes. However, modeling the prediction model for quality indicators faces challenges due to frequent fluctuations in raw material composition and the control system's automatic adjustment of process parameters. Additionally, due to the mutual influence between processes, the problem of predicting quality indicators in process production is a systematic prediction problem. In order to deal with the challenges, firstly, the physical control relationships are transformed into graph data, which is input into GNN to calculate the spatial characteristics of process parameters on quality indicators under physical information constraints. GRU captures the temporal features of quality indicator data. Based on above study, a combination network GGRU integrating quality indicators' spatial and temporal characteristics was proposed. Finally, each GGRU is then connected based on the material flow between each process, and path information between processes is converted to the calculation flow between GGRU models to form the S-GGRU prediction model. Experimental results show that the proposed S-GGRU model, a multi-process prediction model based on GRU and GNN, outperforms the recurrent neural network model and the graphical neural network model in solving the quality prediction problem for multi-process and multi-metrics in-process production. Therefore, both the time-series information of quality metrics and the influencing factors among variables should be considered to achieve better predictions, and the S-GGRU performance better in predicting quality indicators for a 5-process process line. Mesoporous zeolite Y is directly synthesized using block copolymers (pluronic F127) as templates. The block copolymers guide the aluminosilicate gel to assemble into mesoporous zeolite under its excellent aggregation properties. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption and desorption, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), IR spectra analyses (FT-IR), FTIR spectroscopy of adsorbed pyridine (Py-IR), and temperature-programmed ammonia desorption (NH 3 -TPD). The results indicated that Meso-USY prepared with templates had a dual mesopores and large mesopore volume of 0.20 cm 3 g −1 . The acid type over Meso-USY was also modified, and high Brønsted to Lewis ratio was obtained. Their catalytic performance was assessed in a micro-activity test unite at 733 K using light diesel as material raw, Although the Meso-USY showed lower crystallinity and less total acid sites compared to Conv-USY, Meso-CAT prepared from Meso-USY presented excellent catalytic performance. Then, it can be concluded that the structural and textural properties of the mesoporous zeolite Y have considerable influence on the catalytic performance. Solid amine adsorbents show the excellent capture performance in flue gas CO 2 separation. The pore structure of adsorbent plays a crucial role in improving adsorption performance. Herein, hierarchical mesoporous silica (HMS) support with large pore volume was prepared via one template without resorting to either additives or multi-templates. The pore structure of HMS support for polyethyleneimine (PEI) resulted in larger CO 2 adsorption capacity and faster adsorption kinetics when compared to the SBA-15 support with the same amount of PEI loading. At the optimal PEI loading of 70 wt% on HMS, CO 2 adsorption amount is 4.21 mmol/g at 75 °C with 15 vol% CO 2. Simultaneously, HMS-PEI70% adsorbent is proved to be good stability during 20 adsorption cyclic. These results demonstrate that supports with hierarchical mesoporosity provide significant advantages for CO 2 capture. Finally, considering the practical application of adsorbent, the influence of capture temperature and impurity gas on capture performance has been further investigated. CO 2 adsorption capacity was enhanced with the presence of water, while the SO 2 has the negative effect on the capture performance due to the competitive adsorption of sulfur dioxide. This work can provide a promising composite adsorbent to realize the efficient CO 2 separation from the flue gas in the future. However, the development of support materials with excellent CO 2 capture performance and facile synthesis method is still a challenge. In this work, mesoporous carbon (MC) with the ultra large pore volume of 3.1 cm3/g is synthesized by direct carbonization of the mixture of adipic acid and zinc powder without further chemical/physical activation process. The synthesized MC was then impregnated with tetraethylenepent amine (TEPA) to prepare the adsorbent. The formed ultra large pore volume and abundant mesopores structure could promote adsorption active site dispersion, thereby improving CO 2 adsorption performance. As a result, the MC support loaded with 80 wt% TEPA exhibits a large CO 2 capture amount of 5.3 mmol/g at 75 ℃ with 15 vol%CO 2. In addition, the carbon dioxide adsorption capacity is only 8.1 % less than that of the fresh adsorbent after 10 adsorption cycles, indicating that this adsorbent has excellent cycling stability. Noted that the synthesis of MC significantly improves the CO 2 adsorption performance while simplifying the support material preparation process. It is a challenging task to develop a simple method to detect the biologically important anion H 2 PO 4 − in aqueous solution. Herein, a highly sensitive H 2 PO 4 − colorimetric sensor was designed in this paper. It is based on the self-assembly technique of the p -Sulfonatocalix[6]arene functionalized Ag NPs clusters which can enhance the sensitivity and selectivity of the H 2 PO 4 − detection. This colorimetric sensor can also realize real-time quantitative detection for H 2 PO 4 − with a detection limit of 10 −7 M. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract: 4-Amino-3-mercaptobenzoic acid (AMBA) functionalized gold nanoparticles were synthesized through reduction reaction and the resulting gold nanoparticles were characterized by UV–vis spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). 4-Amino-3-mercaptobenzoic acid functionalized gold nanoparticles have a cooperative effect on recognition of cyhalothrin with distinct changes both in color and absorption properties over other pesticides tested. The detection system presents excellent anti-disturbance ability and can be applied to the determination of cyhalothrin in real different water samples such as Yangtze River water sample and East Lake water samples with the limit of colorimetric detection (LOD) of 0.75μM. Besides, a test strip, based on AMBA-functionalized gold nanoparticles for cyhalothrin detection, has been developed, optimized and validated. Herein, 25 kinds of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composites with solid-liquid synergetic self-lubricating property were prepared by filling PTFE matrix with hollow SiO 2 particles and lubricating oil (PAO6). Hollow SiO 2 particles containing PAO6 acting as lubricating fillers were applied to enhance the tribological performances of PTFE matrix. The generated PTFE composites displayed solid-liquid synergetic self-lubricating property and could achieve ultralow friction. Factors such as the cold-pressed pressure and the SiO 2 content that affect the tribological performance of the composites were investigated in detail. The compactness of the composites was enhanced when the cold-pressed pressure increased. The porosity of the composite with 25 wt% SiO 2 decreased from 38.2% to 14.3% when the cold-pressed pressure was increased from 10 MPa to 50 MPa. As the cold-pressed pressure was increased, the antiwear performance of the composites was enhanced but their antifriction performance become worse. The composites containing PAO6 achieved lower coefficient of friction (COF) and smaller wear rates than composites without PAO6. The COF value decreased from 0.143 (pure PTFE) to an ultralow value of 0.037 (composite 5%-10 MPa-oil). The enhanced antifriction performance of the composite was associated with the synergistic lubricating effect of the liquid lubricant of PAO6 and the lubrication of the PTFE matrix. All the prepared PTFE/SiO 2 /PAO6 composites exhibited excellent antifriction performance and improved antiwear property and thus can be used to fabricate a new kind of self-lubricating materials.
