Coatings have a wide range of functions, including corrosion protection, wear resistance, insulation, conductivity, and aesthetic decoration. However, the coating will inevitably be damaged during use, making it crucial to monitor the friction state of coatings in real time. In this study, a sensing system for monitoring the friction state of coatings was designed by taking advantage of the differences in the triboelectric current signal of different coatings. Silicone resin (Si) coating and Epoxy resin (EP) coating were successively sprayed on the steel base, with EP coating as the protective layer and Si coating as the early warning layer. At the same time, the friction coefficient and triboelectric current of the steel ball and the Si/EP coating during the friction process were collected, and the internal relationship was studied in detail. The experimental results show that the friction coefficient and triboelectric current are very well correlated under different experimental conditions. The friction state of the Si/EP coating can be obtained according to the change of triboelectric current. Based on the change of the triboelectric current in the friction process, a sensor system for real-time monitoring of coating friction state is designed, which provides a reliable method for the monitoring of coating friction and wear. Cardamine violifolia polysaccharide (CVP) has been studied mainly for structural analysis and in vitro activity. The present study showed that CVP supplementation was effective in enhancing the production of N -Oleoylethanolamin and improving the content of campesterol and stigmasterol in the Steroid biosynthesis - Mus musculus metabolic pathway. The genus levels of Ruminococcaceae_UCG-014 genus, Lactobacillus genus, were significantly increased in the intestine of mice after CVP infusion. Importantly, CVP had a protective effect on the intestinal microbiota of mice, which may result from the increase in short-chain fatty acid-producing bacteria of the genera Ruminococcaceae and Lactobacillus. The therapeutic effect of CVP in STZ-induced type 2 diabetic mice may be achieved by modulating the structure of the intestinal microbiota and regulating the Steroid biosynthesis - Mus musculus metabolic pathway, and CVP is expected to be a potential food for the treatment and prevention of type 2 diabetes. • Reductive leaching of a zinc-leached residue was investigated using galena. • Iron existed mainly in a Fe2+ from solution after leaching. • Indium leaching was controlled by surface chemical reaction. Large quantities of indium-bearing zinc-leached residue (ZLR) are produced constantly in the hydrometallurgical production of zinc, including zinc, indium, iron and other valuable metals. In order to recover valuable metals from the residue, a new reductive leaching process using galena as reductant has been developed, in which the extensive leaching of zinc and indium is achieved. A shrinking core model under the control of surface chemical reaction best fitted the leaching of indium from the residue. The apparent activation energy of indium leaching was calculated to be 64 kJ/mol, and the reaction orders were determined as −0.34 and 1.47 with respect to particle size and initial H 2 SO 4 concentration, respectively. The extent of leaching was 87% for zinc, 91% for iron and 88% for indium after 90 min at 85 °C, using an initial H 2 SO 4 concentration of 140 g/L and a molar ratio of lead sulfide to zinc ferrite of 1:1. The reductive leaching process of the residue achieved high dissolution of zinc and indium, and iron existed as Fe2+ in solution would prove beneficial for the subsequent iron removal stage.
