The current ocean city development is witnessing a "transitional period" amid modernization and globalization. It has become a consensus of urban development to shape urban cultural brand through culture and stimulate the vitality of urban innovation. Previous studies mainly elaborated on the importance of urban cultural brand in urban development from the perspective of urban marketing events and festivals, but few studies focused on the construction of urban cultural brand from a humanistic perspective. Considering basic human needs, and based on Empathy Theory and Cultural Memory Theory, the current study selected Shenzhen, as the sample and adopted case study approach and grounded theory to explore the empathic elements of urban cultural brand construction from the angles of urban cultural brand and cultural memory, to clarify the memory process of urban cultural brand construction, and to explain the supply and demand sides of brand building. The exploration in this study from the dual dimensions of urban cultural supply and human cultural demand aims to provide reference for the development and promotion of ocean city cultural brand in the new era. Recognizing the corresponding neural activities of independent components(ICs) obtained by independent component analysis(ICA) is of prime importance to take use of ICA in EEG analysis. There are many methods trying to solve this problem. But most of them combining ICA, a unsupervised method, and recognition of ICs in a separate way. In this paper, we propose a supervised method to extract the independent components corresponding to different motion imagery(MI) activities in the brain. By designing a new optimization objective and solving it, we combine the idea of ICA with principle of MI in an individual algorithm. From the perspective of event-related desynchronization and synchronization (ERD/ERS), specific frequency band power of the motion-related component should be enhanced or suppressed when executing or imaging movement of body. Therefore, the new optimization function extract the components that satisfy both independence and band power maximization for specific motions. Then, we solve this optimization problem based on the fixed-point iteration scheme. In the experimental stages, we show that our methods can extract motion-related independent components without losing independence. Experimental results show that, although basing on the principle of ERD/ERS, our methods' effectiveness can be verified in the perspective of movement-related potential (MRP). Additionally, by identifying features in the extracted motion-related independent components, we can achieve better motion recognition accuracy. When using the proposed algorithms with different schema, the results yielded significant accuracy imporvements of 6.9%(p < 0.001) and 7.9%(p < 0.01). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To develop a method for direct transesterification of wet yeast using immobilized lipase, the oleaginous yeast Saitozyma podzolica Zwy-2-3 and the lipase producing Burkholderia pyrrolica WZ10-3 were used as materials for production of biodiesel. Fe 3 O 4 @SiO 2 -CHO prepared by modifying Fe 3 O 4 with TEOS, APTES and glutaraldehyde. The biocatalysts covalently cross-linked with WZ10-3 lipase by Fe 3 O 4 @SiO 2 -CHO were characterized by FTIR, XRD and TEM. When the enzyme dosage, glutaraldehyde concentration, temperature and time were 30.22 mL, 2.0%, 40 °C and 4 h, the immobilized lipase activity and immobilization rate reached 10038.0 U/g and 96.9%, respectively. The optimum temperatures for immobilized and free lipase were 60 °C and 40 °C. The immobilized enzyme still had 80% enzymatic activity after 48 d storage at 4 °C. The optimized conditions for the direct conversion of immobilized lipase to esterified wet yeast (one-step) were: enzyme dosage 2.5 g, reaction temperature 35 °C; water content 15%; and molar ratio of n-hexane to methanol 3: 1. The transesterification rates of one-step method for oil and biomass were 98.12% and 56.11%, respectively. In contrast, the two-step method was only 88.75% and 51.21%.
