Resumen Se presenta el Cuestionario de Apego Adulto-Revisado y sus caracteristicas psicometricas para la evaluacion dimensional y categorial del estilo de apego adulto. Se anadieron 8 items al cuestionario original (CAA; Melero y Cantero, 2008) que ampliaban la evaluacion de la dimension evitacion y la valoracion de la sensibilidad. El analisis factorial exploratorio (AFE) dio lugar a un cuestionario de 35 items agrupados en 4 dimensiones afectivas. 1) Ansiedad: necesidad de aprobacion, autoconcepto negativo, miedo al rechazo/abandono y ansiedad por las relaciones; 2) Competencia socioemocional: apertura emocional, sensibilidad y confianza; 3) Evitacion: autosuficiencia emocional e incomodidad con la intimidad, y 4) Enfado: rencor, enfado e intransigencia. El analisis de cluster confirmo la existencia de 4 conglomerados que se corresponden con los 4 estilos de apego descritos por Bartholomew y Horowitz (1991). El cuestionario presento indices de fiabilidad y validez satisfactorios.

The introduction of Direct Electron Detector (DED) videos in the Electron Microscope field has boosted Single Particle Analysis to a point in which it is currently considered to be a key technique in Structural Biology. In this article we introduce an approach to estimate the DED camera gain at each pixel from the movies themselves. This gain is needed to have the set of recorded frames into a coherent gray level range, homogeneous over the whole image. The algorithm does not need any other input than the DED movie itself, being capable of providing an estimate of the camera gain image, helping to identify dead pixels and cases of incorrectly calibrated cameras. We propose the algorithm to be used either to validate the experimentally acquired gain image (for instance, to follow its possible change over time) or to verify that there is no residual gain image after experimentally correcting for the camera gain. We show results for a number of DED camera models currently in use (DE, Falcon II, Falcon 3, and K2).

The paper analyzes publishers’ copyright policies and self-archiving conditions of Spanish scientific journals. Data are extracted from the directory DULCINEA that contains information of 1318 Spanish journals, of which 775 (61%) allow some form of self-archiving to be about 60% of the post-print version and allowing them 87% of the deposit of the version of record. In 72% of journals the deposit can be performed immediately after publication and in 16% after article acceptance. 72% of the journals are freely available without charge to the user this figure raises up to 86% if free access after an embargo is considered. Only 18% of the journals use Creative Commons licenses. The adoption of different open access journals model in Spain is favorable, however there is still a high percentage of journals (39%) that do not provide any information about authors and publishers rights and that difficult or inhibits reuse of published articles.
