The twigs and leaves of Knema elegans were analyzed to detect bioactive secondary metabolites. Thirteen flavonoids, including two new compounds (1 and 2), were isolated and characterized. Compounds 1-3, 12, and 13 showed moderate inhibitory effects against α-glycosidase, with IC50 values ranging from 11.80 to 15.77 μM. Moreover, compounds 1, 2, 4, 7, 11, and 13 exhibited radical scavenging capacities in the DPPH and APTS models.
