- Abstract
The diagnostic approach toward the management of cardiac implantable electronic device-related tricuspid regurgitation is challenging and undefined. Functional cardiac computed tomography angiography provides a complementary role to echocardiography in the evaluation of lead-leaflet interaction which can help the clinical decision-making process, as presented in this case series., Competing Interests: Dr Enriquez-Sarano has received consulting fees from CryoLife, Edwards Lifesciences, HighLife, and ChemImage.
