Industry is defined as supplying, processing and producing of raw materials in order to be made suitable for human use. The establishment and development of industrial facility depends on various elements. These elements are capital, energy, raw materials, transportation-marketing and labor. Various indicators are available for providing information about the status of industry, expectations and trends for future in the world. These indicators are listed as industrial production index, economic confidence index, manufacturing capacity utilization rate and industry cross index. Industrialization is defined as all social, economic and engineering studies to prioritize industrial activities in a region. In today's world, developed economies are industrialized countries at the same time. This situation indicates a very close relationship between economic development and industrialization. In this study, the status of industrialization in our country and world has been evaluated according to economic indicators. Also, the basic industrialization problems in our country (economic risk criterion, investment status in the industry, investment-inflation relation etc.) were analyzed based on current data. In conclusion, our country should produce high-technology and capital-intensive products instead of low-value-added and labor-intensive products in order to reach the desired level of our industry in country. Economic confidence index is composed of consumer confidence index, reel sector (manufacturing industry), service sector, retail trade sector and construction sector confidence indexes. It is optimistic about the general economic situation if the economic confidence index is greater than 100. On the other hand, it is pessimistic about the general economic situation if the economic confidence index is less than 100. In this study, the status and change of economic confidence index and components which provide information about the general economic status of the consumers and producers have been examined in Turkey. In production of goods and services in the industry and solving of economic problems, for the solution of technical and economical PDM and PLM methodologies are suggested. An important valid issue in all engineering activities is to avoid unnecessarily excess material, energy, labor and time and to create useful innovation and difference. This is the basis of product lifecycle management, PLM in industrial good and service production. Thanks to PDM, PLM applications income of companies increase. While PDM, PLM applications became widespread in other countries years ago there are almost no companies applying these applications in Turkey. The reason is that necessary introduction is not being made about PDM, PLM and their applications and scientific studies and technologies are not being followed and developed. In order to reach their own targets, companies need to develop strategies by taking into consideration benefits of their rivals. Otherwise, they will experience conflict of interests among themselves and be affected by conditions of cruel competition. To avoid harmful results of the competition, companies use various decision and evaluation methods at the stage of determining right strategies and estimating profit. Therefore, in the process which companies take more appropriate decisions in the light of estimation of probable profits and losses by using some methods and alternative strategies, “game theory” is mostly used. On the other hand, decision makers acting on the formation process of commercial cooperations and industrial clustering, such as public institutions, universities and companies, also derive benefit from “game theory”method.
