A 7-year-old boy presented with non-progressive amyotrophy of the left lower limb since birth. Examination disclosed isolated amyotrophy of the left lower limb. Sphincteric disturbances and fasciculations were not present. Muscle and pelvic magnetic resonance imaging ( and ) disclosed findings highly suggestive of neuromuscular choristoma (NMC) of the left sciatic nerve.
