Abstract

The article presents case studies of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) on two 63-year-old patients who were diagnosed with computed tomography (CT) for acute obstructive cholangitis secondary to necrotic HCC's biliary migration. It discusses the implementation of transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) as a palliative treatment for the disease and lipiodol stain as necrotic tumor migration marker.
