According to the results, it is noted that the expansion of the activity in question generated a greater concentration of land due to the increase in the number of large rural properties, migration of the rural population to urban areas, and also, it was unable to provide benefits for population from these locations, from the point of view of the socioeconomic indicators analyzed.
