The article reports on a team of engineers from National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to figure out the mystery of lunar ice and the plan of NASA to return astronauts to the lunar surface in 2020. It states that water is a key element in the grand schemes of the agency, because it can be broken down into oxygen for moon bases. Dan Andrews and other engineers from Ames Research Center of the blue ice team have won the project to probe the polar craters of the moon for water.
