Using image segmentation techniques to assist physicians in brain tumor diagnosis is a hot issue in computer technology research. Although most brain tumor segmentation networks to date have been based on U-Net, the prediction results are depending on which are not well generalized and need to be further improved. As the depth of the network increases, the gradients of the network vanish together with the decrease of the accuracy; meanwhile, the large number of parameters in the network will cause data redundancy. Moreover, a single modality of MRI images cannot adequately segment tumor details. Therefore, a segmentation network with an improved U-Net model is proposed in this paper, which combines Dilated Convolution-Dense Block-Transformation Convolution-Unet (hereafter referred to as DRT-Unet). The network adopts the combination of dilated convolution, dense residual block, and transposed convolution. In the coding process, a dilated convolution block and a local feature residual for fusing dense block are adopted to replace the 3 × 3 convolution layers on each layer in U-Net, and a transition layer is used for down-sampling. In the decoding process, a local feature residual is adopted for fusing dense blocks; meanwhile, a deconvolution structure with up-pooling and transposed convolution cascade is used. By connecting the decoded output features with the encoded low-level visual features, the information on transition layer loss is obtained. With the continuous updating and advancement of artificial intelligence technology, it gradually begins to shine in various industries, especially playing an increasingly important role in incremental music teaching and assisted therapy systems. This study designs artificial intelligence models from the perspectives of attention mechanism, contextual information guidance, and distant dependencies combined with incremental music teaching for the segmentation of MS (multiple sclerosis) lesions and achieves the automatic and accurate segmentation of MS lesions through the multidimensional analysis of multimodal magnetic resonance imaging data, which provides a basis for physicians to quantitatively analyze MS lesions, thus assisting them in the diagnosis and treatment of MS. To address the highly variable characteristics of MS lesion location, size, number, and shape, this paper firstly designs a 3D context-guided module based on Kronecker convolution to integrate lesion information from different fields of view, starting from lesion contextual information capture. Then, a 3D spatial attention module is introduced to enhance the representation of lesion features in MRI images. The experiments in this paper confirm that the context-guided module, cross-dimensional cross-attention module, and multidimensional feature similarity module designed for the characteristics of MS lesions are effective, and the proposed attentional context U-Net and multidimensional cross-attention U-Net have greater advantages in the objective evaluation index of lesion segmentation, while being combined with the incremental music teaching approach to assist treatment, which provides a new idea for the intelligent assisted treatment approach. Brain tumor detection and segmentation are the main issues in biomedical engineering research fields, and it is always challenging due to its heterogeneous shape and location in MRI. The quality of the MR images also plays an important role in providing a clear sight of the shape and boundary of the tumor. The clear shape and boundary of the tumor will increase the probability of safe medical surgery. Analysis of this different scope of image types requires refined computerized quantification and visualization tools. This paper employed deep learning to detect and segment brain tumor MRI images by combining the convolutional neural network (CNN) and fully convolutional network (FCN) methodology in serial. The fundamental finding is to detect and localize the tumor area with YOLO-CNN and segment it with the FCN-UNet architecture. This analysis provided automatic detection and segmentation as well as the location of the tumor. The segmentation using the UNet is run under four scenarios, and the best one is chosen by the minimum loss and maximum accuracy value. In this research, we used 277 images for training, 69 images for validation, and 14 images for testing. The validation is carried out by comparing the segmentation results with the medical ground truth to provide the correct classification ratio (CCR). Medical multiobjective image segmentation aims to group pixels to form multiple regions based on the different properties of the medical images. Segmenting the 3D cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) images is still a challenging task owing to several reasons, including individual differences in heart shapes, varying signal intensities, and differences in data signal-to-noise ratios. This paper proposes a novel and efficient U-Net-based 3D sparse convolutional network named SparseVoxNet. In this network, there are direct connections between any two layers with the same feature-map size, and the number of connections is reduced. Therefore, the SparseVoxNet can effectively cope with the optimization problem of gradients vanishing when training a 3D deep neural network model on small sample data by significantly decreasing the network depth, and achieveing better feature representation using a spatial self-attention mechanism finally. Brain tumors are the most common and aggressive illness, with a relatively short life expectancy in their most severe form. Thus, treatment planning is an important step in improving patients' quality of life. In general, image methods such as computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and ultrasound images are used to assess tumors in the brain, lung, liver, breast, prostate, and so on. X-ray images, in particular, are utilized in this study to diagnose brain tumors. This paper describes the investigation of the convolutional neural network (CNN) to identify brain tumors from X-ray images. It expedites and increases the reliability of the treatment. Because there has been a significant amount of study in this field, the presented model focuses on boosting accuracy while using a transfer learning strategy. Python and Google Colab were utilized to perform this investigation. Deep feature extraction was accomplished with the help of pretrained deep CNN models, VGG19, InceptionV3, and MobileNetV2. The classification accuracy is used to assess the performance of this paper. MobileNetV2 had the accuracy of 92%, InceptionV3 had the accuracy of 91%, and VGG19 had the accuracy of 88%. MobileNetV2 has offered the highest level of accuracy among these networks. Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a brain injury caused by motor vehicle accidents, falls from heights, sports, and combat. Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a complex mental disorder caused by physical and psychological trauma, which manifests itself with symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and cognitive dysfunction. How its symptoms arise and what factors influence it are not fully understood nor can it be predicted. In order to better understand the changes after stress disorder in TBI patients and the influencing factors of PTSD, this paper analyzed the changes and influencing factors of stress disorder in patients with mild traumatic brain injury stress disorder. In this paper, the Wechsler Memory Scale and functional magnetic resonance imaging were first used to study the memory impairment and functional changes of corresponding brain regions in patients with TBI stress disorder, and then, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale and the pain Visual Analogue Scale were used to study the influencing factors of PTSD. The results of the study showed that PTSD patients reduced and enhanced regional brain functional activity and impaired memory function in the resting state. Male gender, age under 45 years, no hemiplegia, and good sleep quality were protective factors for PTSD in TBI patients. Neonatal Bronchopulmonary Bedside Photography (NBBP) evaluates the consumption of lung magnetic resonance imaging as a replacement for bedside imaging in diagnosing infant pneumonia. In premature baby respiratory support, Neonatal Bronchopulmonary (NB) is one of the most dangerous consequences of accurate diagnosis that impact health alternatives once steroids are administered. Infants may experience eating issues and vomit if their condition is bad enough; lower birth weight, younger gestational age, and extensive breathing tube damage are the most frequently established risk factors as a component of a neonatal habitat. This paper introduces the Intelligent Medical Care (IMC) for Neonatal Bronchopulmonary Bedside Photography (NBBP), which enhances various preventive efforts such as prenatal steroid therapy. Because of many prenatal and postnatal variables, growth hormone and diet nutrients influence alveolar and vascular development. For the future prevention of NB, it is more likely that a combination of different therapies working on diverse causal pathways would be beneficial. This research in NBBP-IMC technology that enhances prenatal care medicines are the most excellent and effective treatments for all these neonates throughout the decades. As a result, premature babies at risk for NB may benefit from the findings of this research, which experts anticipate can inspire further studies in the area. To realize the automatic symptom recognition and classification of MR images and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the diagnosis of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LDH), a method for lumbar intervertebral disc recognition and disease classification is proposed in this paper. The method mainly includes three steps: preprocessing, target segmentation, and symptom classification. Preprocessing is performed by noise reduction and interference removal methods for blurred images. The contour poles are used to determine the four points of the tail vertebra in order to reduce the wrong segmentation of the tail vertebra. A classification method based on five judgment indicators is proposed, which effectively improves the stability of disease diagnosis. The example verifies that the algorithm can accurately complete the target segmentation and the accuracy of symptom classification reaches the standard of professional doctors, which proves that the method has good robustness. Image classification and recognition has a very wide range of applications in computer vision, which involves many fields, such as image retrieval, image analysis, and robot positioning. Especially with the rise of brain science and cognitive science research, as well as the increasing diversification of imaging means, three-dimensional image data mainly based on magnetic resonance image plays an increasingly important role in image classification and recognition, especially in medical image classification and recognition. However, due to the high dimensional characteristics of human magnetic resonance images, human readability is reduced. Therefore, classification and recognition of 3-dimensional images is still a challenge. In order to better extract local features from images and effectively use their spatial information, this paper improved the "feature bag" and "spatial pyramid matching" algorithms on the basis of 3D feature extraction algorithm and proposed an image classification framework based on 3D feature extraction algorithm. Firstly, the multiresolution "3D spatial pyramid" algorithm, the multiscale image segmentation and image representation method, and the SVM classifier and feature fusion method are described. Secondly, the gender information contained in the magnetic resonance images is classified and recognized on the three databases selected in the experiment. Experimental results show that this method can effectively utilize the spatial information of three-dimensional images and achieve satisfactory results in the classification and recognition of human magnetic resonance images. Acute ischemic stroke represents a cerebrovascular disease, for which it is practical, albeit challenging to segment and differentiate infarct core from salvageable penumbra brain tissue. Ischemic stroke causes the variation of cerebral blood flow and heat generation due to metabolism. Therefore, the temperature is modified in the ischemic stroke region. In this paper, we incorporate acute ischemic stroke temperature profile to reinforce segmentation accuracy in MRI. Pennes bioheat equation was used to generate brain thermal images that may provide rich information regarding the temperature change in acute ischemic stroke lesions. The thermal images were generated by calculating the temperature of the brain with acute ischemic stroke. Then, U-Net was used in this paper for the segmentation of acute ischemic stroke. A dataset of 3192 images was created to train U-Net using k -fold crossvalidation. The training time was about 10 hours and 35 minutes in NVIDIA GPU. Next, the obtained trained model was compared with recent methods to analyze the effect of the ischemic stroke temperature profile in segmentation. The obtained results show that significant parts of acute ischemic stroke and background areas are segmented only in thermal images, which proves the importance of using thermal information to improve the segmentation outcomes in MRI diagnosis. Osteosarcoma is one of the most common primary malignancies of bone in the pediatric and adolescent populations. The morphology and size of osteosarcoma MRI images often show great variability and randomness with different patients. In developing countries, with large populations and lack of medical resources, it is difficult to effectively address the difficulties of early diagnosis of osteosarcoma with limited physician manpower alone. In addition, with the proposal of precision medicine, existing MRI image segmentation models for osteosarcoma face the challenges of insufficient segmentation accuracy and high resource consumption. Inspired by transformer's self-attention mechanism, this paper proposes a lightweight osteosarcoma image segmentation architecture, UATransNet, by adding a multilevel guided self-aware attention module (MGAM) to the encoder-decoder architecture of U-Net. We successively perform dataset classification optimization and remove MRI image irrelevant background. Then, UATransNet is designed with transformer self-attention component (TSAC) and global context aggregation component (GCAC) at the bottom of the encoder-decoder architecture to perform integration of local features and global dependencies and aggregation of contexts to learned features. In addition, we apply dense residual learning to the convolution module and combined with multiscale jump connections, to improve the feature extraction capability. In this paper, we experimentally evaluate more than 80,000 osteosarcoma MRI images and show that our UATransNet yields more accurate segmentation performance. The IOU and DSC values of osteosarcoma are 0.922 ± 0.03 and 0.921 ± 0.04, respectively, and provide intuitive and accurate efficient decision information support for physicians. Motivation. At present, the research methods for image genetics of Alzheimer's disease based on machine learning are mainly divided into three steps: the first step is to preprocess the original image and gene information into digital signals that are easy to calculate; the second step is feature selection aiming at eliminating redundant signals and obtain representative features; and the third step is to build a learning model and predict the unknown data with regression or bivariate correlation analysis. This type of method requires manual extraction of feature single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), and the extraction process relies on empirical knowledge to a certain extent, such as linkage imbalance and gene function information in a group sparse model, which puts forward certain requirements for applicable scenarios and application personnel. To solve the problems of insufficient biological significance and large errors in the previous methods of association analysis and disease diagnosis, this paper presents a method of correlation analysis and disease diagnosis between SNP and region of interest (ROI) based on a deep learning model. It is a data-driven method, which has no obvious feature selection process. Results. The deep learning method adopted in this paper has no obvious feature extraction process relying on prior knowledge and model assumptions. From the results of correlation analysis between SNP and ROI, this method is complementary to other regression model methods in application scenarios. In order to improve the disease diagnosis performance of deep learning, we use the deep learning model to integrate SNP characteristics and ROI characteristics. The SNP feature, ROI feature, and SNP-ROI joint feature were input into the deep learning model and trained by cross-validation technique. In order to observe the effect of MRI image scanning on shoulder pain caused by volleyball training injury, this paper proposes to analyze the value of MR arthrography and conventional MRI image scanning in the diagnosis of shoulder injury. Taking the female volleyball players in a no. 1 middle school for nearly ten years as the research object, the injury investigation and statistics were carried out. The shoulder joint injury was investigated using arthroscopy and no injury was found. All patients underwent MR arthrography and routine MRI image scanning after admission. All patients underwent MR arthrography and routine MRI image scanning after admission. The patient took the flat lying position and put their arms flat on both sides of the body, and the Philips Achieva 3.0T MRI image scanning and Sense Flex M soft coil for MRI image scanning detection were used. The plain scan included oblique sagittal, axial, and oblique coronal proton density weighted image sequences; echo chain ETL = 6 , TR/TE 2300/25 ms; and oblique sagittal and oblique coronal SET1W1; TRTE is 400/10 ms. Comparison was made with regard to the sensitivity, specificity, Jordan index, and accuracy of MR arthrography versus conventional MRI imaging in the diagnosis of shoulder injuries. The results were 38 true positives, 19 true negatives, 1 false positive, and 2 false negatives; a normal MRI scan showed 33 true positives, 13 true negatives, 7 false positives, and 7 false negatives. Iris has specific advantages, which can record all organ conditions, body construction, and psychological disorders. Traces related to the intensity or deviation of organs caused by the disease are recorded systematically and patterned on the iris and its surroundings. The pattern that appears on the iris can be recognized by using image processing techniques. Based on the pattern in the iris image, this paper aims to provide an alternative noninvasive method for the early detection of DM and HC. In this paper, we perform detection based on iris images for two diseases, DM and HC simultaneously, by developing the invariant Haralick feature on quantized images with 256, 128, 64, 32, and 16 gray levels. The feature extraction process does early detection based on iris images. Researchers and scientists have introduced many methods, one of which is the feature extraction of the gray-level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM). Early detection based on the iris is done using the volumetric GLCM development, namely, 3D-GLCM. Based on 3D-GLCM, which is formed at a distance of d = 1 and in the direction of 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225°, 270°, and 315°, it is used to calculate Haralick features and develop Haralick features which are invariant to the number of quantization gray levels. The test results show that the invariant feature with a gray level of 256 has the best identification performance. In dataset I, the accuracy value is 97.92, precision is 96.88, and recall is 95.83, while in dataset II, the accuracy value is 95.83, precision is 89.69, and recall is 91.67. Moxibustion is a thermal therapy in traditional Chinese medicine that relies on the heat from burning moxa to be transferred beneath the skin surface. Although moxibustion has long been in widespread practice, the mechanism of heat transfer modality and temperature distribution during this treatment is not yet well understood. The current paper presents the first examination by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the three-dimensional temperature elevation during moxibustion treatment. A mathematical model for the prediction of temperature elevation during moxibustion therapy has been constructed and compared with the experimental data. Good agreement between the measured temperature and the results of numerical calculations has been found. Tissue up to 3 cm deep can be heated during the treatment. It was revealed that both heat conduction and radiation heat transfer play important roles during the treatment. The value of automatic organ-at-risk outlining software for radiotherapy is based on artificial intelligence technology in clinical applications. The accuracy of automatic segmentation of organs at risk (OARs) in radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma was investigated. In the automatic segmentation model which is proposed in this paper, after CT scans and manual segmentation by physicians, CT images of 147 nasopharyngeal cancer patients and their corresponding outlined OARs structures were selected and grouped into a training set (115 cases), a validation set (12 cases), and a test set (20 cases) by complete randomization. Adaptive histogram equalization is used to preprocess the CT images. End-to-end training is utilized to improve modeling efficiency and an improved network based on 3D Unet (AUnet) is implemented to introduce organ size as prior knowledge into the convolutional kernel size design to enable the network to adaptively extract features from organs of different sizes, thus improving the performance of the model. The DSC (Dice Similarity Coefficient) coefficients and Hausdorff (HD) distances of automatic and manual segmentation are compared to verify the effectiveness of the AUnet network. The mean DSC and HD of the test set were 0.86 ± 0.02 and 4.0 ± 2.0 mm, respectively. Except for optic nerve and optic cross, there was no statistical difference between AUnet and manual segmentation results (P > 0.05). With the introduction of the adaptive mechanism, AUnet can achieve automatic segmentation of the endangered organs of nasopharyngeal carcinoma based on CT images more accurately, which can substantially improve the efficiency and consistency of segmentation of doctors in clinical applications. Objective.To investigate the MRI findings of acute sports injury of the gastrocnemius muscle and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis. Methods. The MRI imaging data of 16 cases of gastrocnemius muscle group sports injury were compared, analyzed, and collated. In this paper, the variation of MRI image entropy before and after gastrocnemius muscle injury was studied by using the texture characteristics of the muscle image. Results. The experiment demonstrated that the entropy of MRI images before and after fatigue showed a decrease after muscle tissue was raised; that is, after muscle tissue underwent centrifugal and centripetal contraction. This result is more effective and convenient for nondestructive prediction of the gastrocnemius muscle injury state. Conclusion. Automated detection of brain tumor location is essential for both medical and analytical uses. In this paper, we clustered brain MRI images to detect tumor location. To obtain perfect results, we presented an unsupervised robust PCA algorithm to clustered images. The proposed method clusters brain MR image pixels to four leverages. The algorithm is implemented for five brain diseases such as glioma, Huntington, meningioma, Pick, and Alzheimer's. We used ten images of each disease to validate the optimal identification rate. According to the results obtained, 2% of the data in the bad leverage part of the image were determined, which acceptably discerned the tumor. Results show that this method has the potential to detect tumor location for brain disease with high sensitivity. Moreover, results show that the method for the Glioma images has approximately better results than others. This paper combines optimized CSMRI algorithm (CS) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to shorten the scanning time of MRI image data and improve the imaging quality. At the same time, the paper applies functional magnetic resonance imaging (BOLD-fMRI) based on the principle of blood oxygen level dependence to explore the application value of the nerve function reconstruction therapy system for the rehabilitation of active and passive motor functions in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods. In this paper, 20 patients with acute cerebral infarction were included. The random drawing method was used to divide them into active group and passive group, each with 10 cases. Both groups were treated with conventional medication and acupuncture. The active group used the active mode of the nerve function reconstruction treatment system to guide the patients' limb active exercise; all training in the passive group is provided by the nerve function reconstruction treatment system to passively exercise the patients' limbs; both groups undergo BOLD-fMRI examination before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment and observe the activated parts of the brain functional area and corresponding parts of the two groups before and after treatment. We observe the activation volume and, at the same time, the ADL score. Results. After treatment, the activation volume and ADL scores of brain functional areas in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion. The combination of optimized CSMRI algorithm (CS) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can be used to evaluate the early rehabilitation efficacy of patients with acute cerebral infarction and has certain guiding value for clinical treatment. In recent years, brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) image segmentation has drawn considerable attention. MRI image segmentation result provides a basis for medical diagnosis. The segmentation result influences the clinical treatment directly. Nevertheless, MRI images have shortcomings such as noise and the inhomogeneity of grayscale. The performance of traditional segmentation algorithms still needs further improvement. In this paper, we propose a novel brain MRI image segmentation algorithm based on fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering algorithm to improve the segmentation accuracy. First, we introduce multitask learning strategy into FCM to extract public information among different segmentation tasks. It combines the advantages of the two algorithms. The algorithm enables to utilize both public information among different tasks and individual information within tasks. Then, we design an adaptive task weight learning mechanism, and a weighted multitask fuzzy C-means (WMT-FCM) clustering algorithm is proposed. Under the adaptive task weight learning mechanism, each task obtains the optimal weight and achieves better clustering performance. Simulated MRI images from McConnell BrainWeb have been used to evaluate the proposed algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method provides more accurate and stable segmentation results than its competitors on the MRI images with various noise and intensity inhomogeneity. Lung cancer is the primary reason of cancer deaths worldwide, and the percentage of death rate is increasing step by step. There are chances of recovering from lung cancer by detecting it early. In any case, because the number of radiologists is limited and they have been working overtime, the increase in image data makes it hard for them to evaluate the images accurately. As a result, many researchers have come up with automated ways to predict the growth of cancer cells using medical imaging methods in a quick and accurate way. Previously, a lot of work was done on computer-aided detection (CADe) and computer-aided diagnosis (CADx) in computed tomography (CT) scan, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and X-ray with the goal of effective detection and segmentation of pulmonary nodule, as well as classifying nodules as malignant or benign. But still, no complete comprehensive review that includes all aspects of lung cancer has been done. In this paper, every aspect of lung cancer is discussed in detail, including datasets, image preprocessing, segmentation methods, optimal feature extraction and selection methods, evaluation measurement matrices, and classifiers. Inference of tumor and edema areas from brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data remains challenging owing to the complex structure of brain tumors, blurred boundaries, and external factors such as noise. To alleviate noise sensitivity and improve the stability of segmentation, an effective hybrid clustering algorithm combined with morphological operations is proposed for segmenting brain tumors in this paper. The main contributions of the paper are as follows: firstly, adaptive Wiener filtering is utilized for denoising, and morphological operations are used for removing nonbrain tissue, effectively reducing the method's sensitivity to noise. Secondly, K-means++ clustering is combined with the Gaussian kernel-based fuzzy C-means algorithm to segment images. This clustering not only improves the algorithm's stability, but also reduces the sensitivity of clustering parameters. Finally, the extracted tumor images are postprocessed using morphological operations and median filtering to obtain accurate representations of brain tumors. Brain abnormality is a cause for the chief risk factors in human society with larger morbidity rate. Identification of tumor in its early stage is essential to provide necessary treatment procedure to save the patient. In this work, Jaya Algorithm (JA) and Otsu’s Function (OF) guided method is presented to mine the irregular section of brain MRI recorded with Flair and T2 modality. This work implements a two-step process to examine the brain tumor from the axial, sagittal, and coronal views of the two-dimensional (2D) MRI slices. This paper presents a detailed evaluation of thresholding procedure with varied threshold levels (Th=2,3,4,5), skull stripping process before/after the thresholding practice, and the tumor extraction based on the Chan-Vese approach. Superiority of JA is confirmed among other prominent heuristic approaches found in literature. In order to carry out the evaluation of cartilaginous endplate degeneration based on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), this paper retrospectively analyzed the MRI data from 120 cases of patients who were diagnosed as lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration and underwent MRI examinations in the designated hospital of this study from June 2018 to June 2020. All cases underwent conventional sagittal and transverse T1WI and T2WI scans, and some cases were added with sagittal fat-suppression T2WI scans; then, the number of degenerative cartilaginous endplates and its ratio to degenerative lumbar intervertebral discs were counted and calculated, and the T1WI and T2WI signal characteristics of each degenerative cartilage endplate and its correlation with cartilaginous endplate degeneration were summarized, compared, and analyzed to evaluate the cartilaginous endplate degeneration by those magnetic resonance information. The study results show that there were 33 cases of cartilaginous endplate degeneration, accounting for 27.50% of all those 120 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration (54 degenerative endplates in total), including 9 cases with low T1WI and high T2WI signals, 5 cases with high T1WI and low T2WI signals, 12 cases with high and low mixed T1WI and high or mixed T2WI signals, and 4 cases with both low T1WI and T2WI signals. Therefore, MRI scanning can clearly present the abnormal signals of lumbar intervertebral disc and cartilaginous endplate degeneration, accurately identity their lesion locations, and type their degenerative characteristics, which may be best inspection method for the evaluation of cartilaginous endplate degeneration in the early diagnosis of intervertebral disc degeneration. Background. The generation of medical images is to convert the existing medical images into one or more required medical images to reduce the time required for sample diagnosis and the radiation to the human body from multiple medical images taken. Therefore, the research on the generation of medical images has important clinical significance. At present, there are many methods in this field. For example, in the image generation process based on the fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering method, due to the unique clustering idea of FCM, the images generated by this method are uncertain of the attribution of certain organizations. This will cause the details of the image to be unclear, and the resulting image quality is not high. With the development of the generative adversarial network (GAN) model, many improved methods based on the deep GAN model were born. Pix2Pix is a GAN model based on UNet. The core idea of this method is to use paired two types of medical images for deep neural network fitting, thereby generating high-quality images. The disadvantage is that the requirements for data are very strict, and the two types of medical images must be paired one by one. DualGAN model is a network model based on transfer learning. The model cuts the 3D image into multiple 2D slices, simulates each slice, and merges the generated results. The disadvantage is that every time an image is generated, bar-shaped "shadows" will be generated in the three-dimensional image. Method/Material. To solve the above problems and ensure the quality of image generation, this paper proposes a Dual3D&PatchGAN model based on transfer learning. Since Dual3D&PatchGAN is set based on transfer learning, there is no need for one-to-one paired data sets, only two types of medical image data sets are needed, which has important practical significance for applications. This model can eliminate the bar-shaped "shadows" produced by DualGAN's generated images and can also perform two-way conversion of the two types of images. Results. The automatic segmentation of cardiac magnetic resonance (MR) images is the basis for the diagnosis of cardiac-related diseases. However, the segmentation of cardiac MR images is a challenging task due to the inhomogeneity of MR images intensity distribution and the unclear boundaries between adjacent tissues. In this paper, we propose a novel multiresolution mutual assistance network (MMA-Net) for cardiac MR images segmentation. It is mainly composed of multibranch input module, multiresolution mutual assistance module, and multilabel deep supervision. First, the multibranch input module helps the network to extract local and global features more pertinently. Then, the multiresolution mutual assistance module implements multiresolution feature interaction and progressively improves semantic features to more completely express the information of the tissue. Finally, the multilabel deep supervision is proposed to generate the final segmentation map. We compare with state-of-the-art medical image segmentation methods on the medical image computing and computer-assisted intervention (MICCAI) automated cardiac diagnosis challenge datasets and the MICCAI atrial segmentation challenge datasets. The mean dice scores of our method in the left atrium, right ventricle, myocardium, and left ventricle are 0.919, 0.920, 0.881, and 0.960, respectively. Purpose. A non-invasive way of assessing post-transplant renal graft function has been needed. This study aimed to assess the micro-structural and micro-functional status of graft kidneys by using intravoxel incoherent motion- (IVIM-) diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) to investigate delayed graft function (DGF) immediately after transplantation. Method. A prospective study was conducted on 37 patients, 14 with early graft function (EGF) and 23 with DGF (9 with complication, 14 without) who underwent IVIM-DWI, most often within 1-7 days after kidney transplantation. A total of 37 cases were collected and all the participants have been well-informed and signed their consents. In addition, the study conducted in this paper was approved by the Ethics Committee of Clinical Research, Taichung Veterans General Hospital (IRB number: CE14065). Using biexponential analysis of slow diffusion coefficient ( D slow ), fast diffusion coefficient ( D fast ), and perfusion fraction was performed. The apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) was calculated by use of a monoexponential model. All parameters were measured from three different regions-of-interest (ROI), covering the entire renal parenchyma, cortex, and medulla. Results. D slow , perfusion fraction, and ADC were significantly higher in patients with EGF than DGF (all p values values <0.001). Especially, ADC measured from ROI covering the entire kidney parenchyma had the best cut-off value (1.93μm2/msec) with the highest area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC 0.943) in differentiating EGF from DGF. For analysis of pair-wise differences, only the perfusion fraction values, measured from the ROI covering the renal cortex, were significantly higher in 14 DGF patients with no complications than in the 9 DGF patients with complications, with the best cut-off value of 12.3% and the AUC of 0.844. Conclusion. Noninvasive IVIM-DWI reliably differentiates DGF from EGF after kidney transplantation, and it may aid in identifying posttransplant complications and indications for renal biopsy. Background and Objective. Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor that seriously threatens the health of women in my country and even around the world. The proliferation marker Ki-67 has been utilized to distinguish luminal B from luminal A tumors and is a reliable indicator of more aggressive breast cancer growth. If a reliable prediction method for breast cancer patients to avoid invasive damage can be found to predict Ki-67 before pathological examination, it will be very beneficial for doctors to formulate later treatment plans and provide more useful treatment options. Methodology. This paper proposes a tumor segmentation and prediction framework based on the combination of improved attention U-Net and SVM. The framework first improves on attention U-Net by introducing coefficients for learning multidimensional attention. Make the attention mechanism more aware of the main situation in the segmentation process. At the same time, the segmented breast MRI results and corresponding labels were input into the SVM classifier to accurately predict the expression of Ki-67. Results. The DSC, PPV, and sensitivity of our combined model are 0.94, 0.93, and 0.94, respectively, with better segmentation performance. And we compare with the segmentation frameworks of other papers and find that our combined model can make accurate segmentation of breast tumors. Conclusion. Our method can adapt to the variability of breast tumors and segment breast tumors accurately and efficiently. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is precise and efficient for interpreting the soft and hard tissues. Moreover, for the detailed diagnosis of varied diseases such as knee rheumatoid arthritis (RA), segmentation of the knee magnetic resonance image is a challenging and complex task that has been explored broadly. However, the accuracy and reproducibility of segmentation approaches may require prior extraction of tissues from MR images. The advances in computational methods for segmentation are reliant on several parameters such as the complexity of the tissue, quality, and acquisition process involved. This review paper focuses and briefly describes the challenges faced by segmentation techniques from magnetic resonance images followed by an overview of diverse categories of segmentation approaches. Magnetic resonance image has important application value in disease diagnosis. Due to the particularity of its imaging mechanism, the resolution of hardware imaging needs to be improved by increasing radiation intensity and radiation time. Excess radiation can cause the body to overheat and, in severe cases, inactivate the protein. This problem is expected to be solved by the image superresolution method based on joint dictionary learning, which has good superresolution performance. In the process of dictionary learning, the loss function will directly affect the dictionary performance. The general method only uses the cascade error as the optimization function in dictionary training, and the method does not consider the individual reconstruction error of high- and low-resolution image dictionary. In order to solve the above problem, In this paper, the loss function of dictionary learning is optimized. While ensuring that the coefficients are sufficiently sparse, the high- and low-resolution dictionaries are trained separately to reduce the error generated by the joint high- and low-resolution dictionary block pair and increase the high-resolution reconstruction error. Experiments on neck and ankle MR images show that the proposed algorithm has better superresolution reconstruction performance on ×2 and ×4 compared with bicubic interpolation, nearest neighbor, and original dictionary learning algorithms. Since the early 1980s when MRI imaging technology was put into clinical use, the number of MRI clinical tests has steadily increased by more than 10% every year. At the same time, exogenous MRI contrast agents have also been developed with the development of MRI technology. However, there are still challenges in the preparation of contrast agents for magnetic resonance imaging, such as how to prepare high-efficiency contrast agents with high stability and low biological toxicity. In order to study the contrast agent with simple preparation method, low cost, and good imaging effect, a magnetic resonance contrast agent was prepared by magnetic nanoparticles. By acting on magnetic resonance imaging detection method, and using polymer ligands to synthesize magnetic nanoparticles, experiments and tests of P(MA-alt-VAc) polymer ligand-modified magnetic nanoparticles were carried out. The experimental results showed that when nanoparticles containing different iron ion concentrations were incubated with DC 2.4 normal cells for 48 hours, the cell viability was still higher than 80% at concentrations up to 200 μm. It shows that the nanoparticle has high cell activity and good biological adaptability. The transverse relaxation ( r 2 ) value of the nanoparticles in aqueous solution at 37°C and 1.5 T magnetic field is 231.1 m-1 s-1, which is much higher than that of PTMP-PMAA ( r 2 = 35.1 mM-1 s-1), which is also more than five times the relaxation of SHU-555C ( r 2 = 44 mM-1 s-1). The ability to determine infarction thickness using magnetic resonance perfusion modulated imaging (PWI) should assist physicians to decide how vigorously to treat severe stroke victims. Algorithms for predicting tissue fate have indeed been created, although they are largely based on hand-crafted characteristics extracted from perfusion pictures, which seem to be susceptible to background subtraction approaches. Researchers show how deep convolution neural networks (CNNs) can be used to predict final stroke infarction thickness only using primary perfusion data throughout this paper. The number of recoverable tissues determines the alternative treatments for patients with acute ischemic stroke. The accuracy of this measurement technique is currently restricted by a set threshold and limited imagining paradigms. This study attempts to address the issue that present cross-modal image synthesis algorithms do not capture the spatial and structural information of human tissues effectively. As a consequence, the resulting photos include flaws including fuzzy edges and a poor signal-to-noise ratio. The authors offer a cross-sectional technique that combines residual modules with generative adversarial networks. The approach incorporates an enhanced residual initial module and attention mechanism into the generator network, reducing the number of parameters and improving the generator's feature learning capabilities. To boost discriminant performance, the discriminator employs a multiscale discriminator. A multilevel structural similarity loss is included in the loss function to improve picture contrast preservation. On the ADNI data set, the algorithm is compared to the mainstream algorithms. Among primary bone cancers, osteosarcoma is the most common, peaking between the ages of a child's rapid bone growth and adolescence. The diagnosis of osteosarcoma requires observing the radiological appearance of the infected bones. A common approach is MRI, but the manual diagnosis of MRI images is prone to observer bias and inaccuracy and is rather time consuming. The MRI images of osteosarcoma contain semantic messages in several different resolutions, which are often ignored by current segmentation techniques, leading to low generalizability and accuracy. In the meantime, the boundaries between osteosarcoma and bones or other tissues are sometimes too ambiguous to separate, making it a challenging job for inexperienced doctors to draw a line between them. In this paper, we propose using a multiscale residual fusion network to handle the MRI images. We placed a novel subnetwork after the encoders to exchange information between the feature maps of different resolutions, to fuse the information they contain. The outputs are then directed to both the decoders and a shape flow block, used for improving the spatial accuracy of the segmentation map. We tested over 80,000 osteosarcoma MRI images from the PET-CT center of a well-known hospital in China. Our approach can significantly improve the effectiveness of the semantic segmentation of osteosarcoma images. As an accurate, safe, and effective noninvasive examination method, imaging examination has been widely used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of focal liver lesions. Enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS), enhanced CT (CECT), and enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (CEMRI) are the most commonly used enhanced imaging methods in clinical practice, all of which can accurately determine the nature of liver lesions. The purpose of this paper is to study the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and magnetic resonance enhancement in cancer diagnosis based on the Internet of Things medical system. The basic clinical data, CEUS, and enhanced CT/MRI findings of 120 CHC patients were retrospectively analyzed. The clinicopathological features of CHC patients were investigated by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and CT/MRI enhanced mode. The diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and enhanced CT/MRI combined with tumor markers in CHC was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the sensitivities of CEUS, enhanced MRI, and their combination in diagnosing CHC were 72.44%, 81.56%, and 93.78%, respectively. Cardiovascular diseases are reported as the leading cause of death around the world. Automatic segmentation of the left ventricle (LV) from magnetic resonance (MR) images is essential for an early diagnosis. An enhanced ResUnet is proposed in this paper to improve the performance of extracting LV endocardium and epicardium from MR images, improving the accuracy of the model by introducing a medium skip connection for the contracting path and a short skip connection for the residual unit. Also, a depth-wise separable convolution replaces the typical convolution operation to improve training efficiency. In the MICCAI 2009 LV segmentation challenge test dataset, the percentages of "good" contours, dice metric, and average perpendicular distance of endocardium (epicardium) are 99.12 % ± 2.29 % 100 % ± 0 % , 0.93 ± 0.02 0.96 ± 0.01 , and 1.60 ± 0.42 mm 1.37 ± 0.23 mm , respectively. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model obtains promising performance and outperforms state-of-the-art methods. By incorporating these various skip connections, the segmentation accuracy of the model is significantly improved, while the depth-wise separable convolution also improves the model efficiency. Precision medicine for cancer affords a new way for the most accurate and effective treatment to each individual cancer. Given the high time-evolving intertumor and intratumor heterogeneity features of personal medicine, there are still several obstacles hindering its diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice regardless of extensive exploration on it over the past years. This paper is to investigate radiogenomics methods in the literature for precision medicine for cancer focusing on the heterogeneity analysis of tumors. Based on integrative analysis of multimodal (parametric) imaging and molecular data in bulk tumors, a comprehensive analysis and discussion involving the characterization of tumor heterogeneity in imaging and molecular expression are conducted. These investigations are intended to (i) fully excavate the multidimensional spatial, temporal, and semantic related information regarding high-dimensional breast magnetic resonance imaging data, with integration of the highly specific structured data of genomics and combination of the diagnosis and cognitive process of doctors, and (ii) establish a radiogenomics data representation model based on multidimensional consistency analysis with multilevel spatial-temporal correlations. Due to the fact that Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is still a relatively slow imaging modality, its application for dynamic imaging is restricted. The total variation is introduced into the CS-based MRI reconstruction model, and three regularization conditions are adopted to ensure that a high-quality reconstructed image is produced. In this paper, a simple yet fast CS-based optimization model for noisy MRI Enhancement is proposed. The alternative direction multiplier method is chosen to optimize the model, and the k-terms power series is applied in order to derive the LogDet function into the augmented Lagrange form. Following this, an approximation of the feature vector is achieved through the iterative process. The quality of the reconstructed image was much better than that of the CS-based MRI image reconstruction algorithm, as shown by experimental results under different noise conditions. The recommended tool for assessing knee injury is magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). However, knee MRI interpretation takes time and is vulnerable to clinical errors and inconsistency. A deep learning automated technique for reading knee MRI might help physicians identify high-risk patients and make diagnosis easier. In this study, we have proposed a deep learning-based model to detect ACL and meniscus tears and other knee abnormalities. At its core, this model is based on the ResNet50 transfer learning technique. In this paper, we have focused to present a ResNet50-based model for detecting different knee problems using MRIs. The best models for every option achieved the objectives that were probably similar. The models were developed using 18, 3, and 1 slice. These models' outcomes were rather startling. The AUC findings obtained with 1 slice per MRI exam were equivalent to those obtained with 18 and 3 slices and, in some cases, were significantly better. The dataset used in this model is from Stanford University. We trained this model in three different settings of MRI slices (18, 3, and 1). The best results that our models were able to achieve were when trained using 3 slices of each MRI sample. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve, or AUC curve, values that our best models were able to achieve for detecting ACL, meniscus, and other knee abnormalities are 0.87, 0.82, and 0.90, respectively. The results of our models are comparable to some state-of-the-art models. Colon and rectal cancers are the most common kinds of cancer globally. Colon cancer is more prevalent in men than in women. Early detection increases the likelihood of survival, and treatment significantly increases the likelihood of eradicating the disease. The Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) programme is an excellent source of domestic cancer statistics. SEER includes nearly 30% of the United States population, covering various races and geographic locations. The data are made public via the SEER website when a SEER limited-use data agreement form is submitted and approved. Our objective is to create reliable colon cancer survival and conditional survival prediction algorithms. There is a need for several labeled images to train neural networks which is a nonconventional method for some types of data images such as breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images. So, there is only one significant solution for this query is to apply fine-tuning in the neural network. In this paper, we proposed a fine-tuning model using AlexNet in the neural network to extract features from breast cancer images for training purposes. So, in the proposed model, we updated the first and last three layers of AlexNet to detect the normal and abnormal regions of breast cancer. The proposed model is more efficient and significant because, during the training and testing process, the proposed model achieves higher accuracy 98.44% and 98.1% of training and testing, respectively. So, this study shows that the use of fine-tuning in the neural network can detect breast cancer using MRI images and train a neural network classifier by feature extraction using the proposed model is faster and more efficient. Multicenter sharing is an effective method to increase the data size for glioma research, but the data inconsistency among different institutions hindered the efficiency. This paper proposes a histogram specification with automatic selection of reference frames for magnetic resonance images to alleviate this problem (HSASR). The selection of reference frames is automatically performed by an optimized grid search strategy with coarse and fine search. The search range is firstly narrowed by coarse search of intraglioma samples, and then the suitable reference frame in histogram is selected by fine search within the sample selected by coarse search. Validation experiments are conducted on two datasets GliomaHPPH2018 and BraTS2017 to perform glioma grading. The results demonstrate the high performance of the proposed method. On the mixed dataset, the average AUC, accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity are 0.9786, 94.13%, 94.64%, and 93.00%, respectively. It is about 15% higher on all indicators compared with those without HSASR and has a slight advantage over the result of a manually selected reference frame by radiologists. Objective. To localize and distinguish between benign and malignant tumors on MRI. Method. This work proposes a high-performance method for brain tumor feature extraction using a combination of complex network and U-Net architecture. And then, the common machine-learning algorithms are used to discriminate between benign and malignant tumors. Experiments and Results. The dataset of brain MRI of a total of 230 brain tumor patients in which 77 high-grade glioma patients and 153 low-grade glioma patients were processed. The results of classifying benign and malignant tumors achieved an accuracy of 99.84%. Conclusion. The high accuracy of experiment results demonstrates that the use of the complex network and U-Net architecture can significantly improve the accuracy of brain tumor classification. A 78-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with mild headaches and a sudden onset of blurred vision. Computerized tomography scan and magnetic resonance imaging showed what was described at first as a meningioma invading and occluding the torcular Herophili, the posterior third of the superior sagittal sinus and the proximal part of the right transverse sinus. Gross total resection of the tumor was performed without reconstructing dural sinuses. The patient was discharged home without new neurological deficit. Histopathology was in favor of a hemangiopericytoma Grade II World Health Organization (WHO). Total body positron emission tomography [18F]fluorodeoxyglucose found no secondary location. In order to solve the problem of cervical spondylosis in the early stage of various cervical spondylosis, effective treatment can prevent the deterioration of the disease. This paper presents the results of a clinical trial examining magnetic resonance imaging in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with flotation therapy and selected 68 patients with cervical spondylosis. According to research commodity, using a rigorous randomized controlled trial, 34 cases were divided into a control group (acupuncture group). The needles were kept for 30 minutes once a day. The treatment group (acupuncture combined with floating acupuncture group) was treated with acupuncture on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th days and floating acupuncture on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th days, respectively. Both groups were treated for 6 consecutive days and rested for 1 day. After 2 weeks of treatment, the simplified McGill Pain Scale (MPQ), visual analogue scale (VAS), and neck pain scale (NPQ) were observed and recorded to compare the curative effects. Finally, Excel software is used to manage the data, and SPSS21.0 is used for statistical analysis. Measurements of gender, age, disease, VAS, simple MPQ, and NPQ of the two groups were compared in the two groups, P > 0.05 , which was not significant and comparable.
