As the outcomes of rapid urbanization, the spatial separation of homes and workplaces extends the commuting distance and complicates the commuting demand of residents. To promote urban livability and sustainability, it becomes crucially important to understand the commuting patterns by decomposing and simplifying the diverse commuting demand. In this paper, a methodology framework is proposed to describe the spatial structure of commuting demand in a city using mobile phone data. Four steps are mainly included in the proposed methodology: the preprocessing of mobile phone data, the labeling of individuals and their activity points, the construction of the jobs-housing relationship network, and the network decomposition based on the community detection algorithm. To demonstrate the practical use of the proposed methodologies, a case study is carried out in Shanghai to explore the commuting patterns of Shanghai residents. The result indicates the regions with dense jobs-housing connections and cross-regional commuting demand. The result also finds that the administrative boundaries show a significant effect on the residential commuting behavior and the metro lines on the cross-regional commuting behavior. With the continuous development of fifth-generation technology, the number of mobile terminal Internet of Things devices has increased exponentially. How to effectively improve the throughput of fifth-generation systems has become a challenge. In the Internet of Things networks, ultra-dense networks and non-orthogonal multiple access technology have drawn extensive attention in recent years, because they can achieve multiplexing from the space domain and power domain. To improve the throughput of the system, this article combines non-orthogonal multiple access with ultra-dense networks technology and considers the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing non-orthogonal multiple access–based ultra-dense networks with multiple base stations and multiple Internet of Things devices. In particular, first, we build the network model and channel model. Second, we construct the downlink transmission rate maximizing problem subject to the total power. Then, to solve this problem, we divide it into three sub-problems: device grouping, inter-sub-band power allocation, and intra-sub-band power allocation problems. Solving these sub-problems, we obtain the optimal power allocation schemes by jointly employing channel-state sorting–pairing algorithm, water-filling algorithm, and convex optimization theory. Finally, numerical simulations are conducted to validate the performance of our proposed optimal downlink power allocation scheme. Hydroxyproline (Hyp) may play an important role in collagen metabolism, as it is almost exclusively found in collagen. To examine this possibility, a 56‐day feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of graded supplementaries of Hyp (0, 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10 and 12.5 g/kg dry diet weight) on growth performance, feed utilization, biochemical composition and collagen synthesis of chu's croaker, Nibea coibor (13.6 ± 0.28 g). The growth performance and feed utilization were improved with increased levels of dietary Hyp, reaching a maximum at 5 g/kg (diet H2) followed by a slight decrease. Polynomial regression analysis showed that the maximum specific growth rate (SGR) was attained at 7.177 g/kg dietary Hyp. Increasing levels of Hyp did not affect body composition of juvenile Nibea coibor. However, dietary Hyp supplementation significantly affected the levels of Leu, Ile, Met, Lys, Ser, Glu and Pro in muscle and the levels of Met, Lys, Glu, Pro and Gly in swim bladder. The serum calcium (SC) level decreased significantly with increasing levels of dietary Hyp. However, the triglycerides (TG) and total cholesterol (T‐CH) levels in serum and liver were relatively stable. Importantly, the acid‐soluble collagen (ASC) and total collagen (TC) levels in swim bladder increased significantly initially and then decreased after reaching a maximum. Polynomial regression analysis revealed that the maximum TC level in swim bladder was attained at 9.736 g/kg of dietary Hyp. Collectively, these results suggest that the appropriate provision of hydroxyproline is essential for maximal collagen synthesis and growth. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
