The conventional college innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem is not considered to be designed for low energy consumption, and there is confusion in function switching, which leads to a large value of packet loss rate in system transmission. In this paper, we analyze the construction of college innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem and construct the scientific ecosystem of college innovation and entrepreneurship education based on user experience so as to realize college. At the same time, it takes into account the principle of green and low energy consumption of system hardware and software design, in which the hardware part selects S3C6410 RISC microcontroller as the core component to build the structure of educational ecological controller, connects a 16 bit buffer in parallel outside the controller, uses the buffer as the actual conversion port, specifies the function switching bearing interface, uses a protocol conversion chip, and designs the data acquisition circuit structure. The software part builds a model of user experience elements, sets to get an ecological interaction interface under the interoperability between the model and information data, and uses JAVA programming to realize functional modules according to the deviation of educational information shown by users. This paper optimizes the cloud computing platform according to the OpenStack virtual machine and the multiobjective ant colony improvement algorithm and then designs the innovation and entrepreneurship education and training system. The multiobjective ant colony improvement algorithm uses the way ants find food to find the best information resource route from the traces left by the information trend in the cloud platform. In order to test the effectiveness of these methods, this paper uses the simulation method to test. The results show that, sometimes, the load utilization rate of the innovation and entrepreneurship education and training system in colleges and universities exceeds 80%, which is in line with the expected settings. In this paper, the authors propose the 3D-IVF intelligent sensor overlay algorithm wisdom laboratory system structure and application mode through in-depth investigation of collaborative laboratory, build the macroenvironment and construction demand of collaborative experiment management platform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, comprehensively analyze the current situation, problems, and effectiveness of its integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education. In addition, we explore the operation mechanism of its organizational system, curriculum system, management system, and platform construction in the practice of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education. The average coverage rate of the 3D-IVF-based 3D coverage algorithm is 92.15%, and the deployment time is 2.5857 s; the average coverage rate is improved by 0.76%, and the deployment time is reduced by 0.1712 s. Design FIR filter using MATLAB and Hilbert transform filter, generate HDL code, and implement it on FPGA. The purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth study on effective strategies to optimize creative and business literacy training for college students in the context of Internet+. This paper examines how to optimize college students' creative and business literacy training in the context of Internet+, explains the related concepts and development status of college students' creative and business literacy training, and discusses the value and practical significance of college students' creative and business literacy training as well as the current innovation of college students in China. Opportunities, challenges, and problems are encountered in entrepreneurship. Survey experiments were conducted. The results show that more than 83.6% of graduates have some idea about creative and business literacy training, but the satisfaction of college students with the current creative and business literacy training is only 58.2%. This paper proposes a multiattribute group decision-making (MAGDM) based on the CoCoSo method under the intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) environment for quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education (IEE) in vocational colleges. First of all, this paper extends the CoCoSo to the IFSs environment. Second, a new MAGDM model for quality evaluation of IEE in vocational colleges based on the CoCoSo algorithm is built. Traditional information recommendation methods tend to ignore the characteristics of learners, who are the main subjects of education. In order to improve the recommendation accuracy, a recommendation algorithm based on improved collaborative filtering model is proposed in this paper. Firstly, according to the student behavior data, consider the behavior order to create the behavior graph and behavior route. Then, the path of text type is vectorized by the Keras Tokenizer method. Finally, the similarity between multidimensional behavior path vectors is calculated, and path collaborative filtering recommendations are performed for each dimension separately. Based on the analysis of the importance and necessity of evaluating the college entrepreneurship and innovation (E&I) education effect for the sci-tech service (STS) industry, from four aspects of top-layer design, college environment, faculty and learner assessment, an assessment index system for the effect of college E&I education is constructed. Grand challenges are complex problems that are common to much of society, affect large populations, and may have several possible solutions. Incorporation of grand challenges into higher education courses can facilitate the development of collaborative problem-solving skills while providing relevant and practical opportunities to experience the dynamics involved in real-world work. Although grand challenges are becoming more commonly used in higher education, to date, there has been no synthesis of how grand challenges are incorporated and the learning outcomes of engaging in grand challenge work. In this scoping review, we examined and mapped the state of evidence for the use of grand challenges in higher education. We conducted the review according to the Johanna Briggs Institute methodology for scoping reviews and considered quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods studies as well as literature reviews, program descriptions, and opinion papers published in English without limitations on year of publication. We used a data extraction tool to synthesize and present our findings in a tabular form with accompanying narrative summaries. The results reveal a growing global interest in the use of grand challenges in higher education while highlighting a lack of rigorous empirical evidence on the impact on student learning. Under the influence of the COVID-19, great changes have taken place in China's economic structure and market subjects and college students are facing difficulties in employment. By carrying out collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises, cultivating high-quality talents to meet social needs has become an important way to solve difficulties. Based on the input-process-output principle, a performance evaluation index system for collaborative innovation is constructed, which includes 3 primary indicators and 22 secondary indicators. The weights of each indicator are determined using improved AHP. A mathematical model for evaluating the performance of school enterprise collaborative innovation is established using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation value of the innovation and entrepreneurship education case project is 0.82, indicating that the overall operation is in good condition. The cooperation between schools and enterprises has created a favorable atmosphere and accumulated rich experience for carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education. Good results have been achieved in talent cultivation and scientific and technological output, but there are also problems such as low conversion rates of scientific and technological achievements. Talent training quality is an important field within higher education research. Innovating the talent training mode and deepening educational reform programs are both of great significance for enhancing the quality of postgraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. In this study, Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) I and II methods are extended with the probability linguistic term set (PLTS) to accurately express and quantitatively evaluate the reform scheme of postgraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education talent training mode under the big data environment. First, probabilistic linguistic PROMETHEE I and II methods are presented for quantitatively evaluating the reform scheme of postgraduate innovation and entrepreneurship education talent training, which have the advantages of good effectiveness and feasibility. Second, the PLTS is imported into the evaluation methods and applied to accurately depict qualitative information about the index data of the reform scheme effect by the degree of probability. Third, the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) with PLTS is proposed to perform a comparative study and conduct visual analysis to verify the effectiveness of the extended probabilistic linguistic PROMETHEE I and II methods. Fourth, an empirical example illustrates the specific evaluation process, verifies the feasibility of the extended methods, and explains the effectiveness of the results. National policies have been very supportive of college students as a new force in IEE (innovation and entrepreneurship education). Universities across the nation have increased their emphasis on entrepreneurship education and put a lot of effort into developing and enhancing college students' EA (entrepreneurship ability). An important challenge facing universities is how to develop the psychological quality of IEE in college students and create a long-term training system. The author develops the EA evaluation model for college students based on practical experience with mental health education and applies BPNN (BP neural network) theory to the assessment of IEE in higher education. The scores corresponding to the students' evaluation indices are used as input vectors, and the innovative EA of the students is evaluated. According to the simulation's outcomes, the number of hidden neurons is calculated, and the outcomes are assessed through experiments. The outcomes demonstrate that, following the completion of the enhanced BPNN training, the actual value is valid, the expected value is reasonable, and the maximum relative error between them is 1.6 percent, which is essentially the ideal situation. The smart tools such as mobile devices and microblogging services have led to great changes in the traditional way of education. In this study, research documents about smart learning from 2007 have been treated based on 5 major searching sites; we investigate the research trends of smart learning of education. This work designs a ResNet-based evaluation method to college innovation and entrepreneurship abilities; the main contributions are as follows. (1) When ResNet performs feature extraction, there are problems of bloated network structure and feature loss. A feature extraction backbone network based on ResNet is proposed. To solve the issue of loss for shallow features in process of feature extraction, a skip architecture is added to fuse the shallow details and spatial information with the deep semantic information. To solve the problem of weak model generalization ability caused by the shallow network, a network stacking strategy is proposed to deepen the network structure. (2) Aiming at the problem that ResNet using single-scale feature prediction cannot effectively utilize multiscale features in the network, a multiscale feature prediction is designed. According to idea of feature pyramid, multiple feature maps with different scales are selected for the improved residual network. It designed a multiscale feature fusion strategy for fusing the selected multiscale feature maps into a feature map and evaluated the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities on the fused feature maps. Finally, comparative experiment proves that the improved feature extraction backbone network and multiscale feature scheme can improve performance accuracy on constructed dataset. The use of simulation in the undergraduate nursing curriculum is gaining popularity and is becoming a foundation of many nursing programs. The purpose of this paper is to highlight a new simulation teaching strategy, virtual reality (VR) simulation, which capitalizes on the technological skills of the new generation student. This small-scale pilot study focused on improving interpersonal skills in senior level nursing students using VR simulation. In this study, a repeated-measure design was used to evaluate the effectiveness of VR simulation on improving student's performance over a series of two VR scenarios. Using the Emergency Medicine Crisis Resource Management (EMCRM) tool, student performance was evaluated. Overall, the total EMCRM score improved but not significantly. The subscale areas of communication (P = .047, 95%CI: -1.06,-.007) and professional behavior (P = .003, 95%CI: -1.12,-.303) did show a significant improvement between the two scenario exposures. This paper presents an experiment in teaching innovation developed at the University of Cordoba's Faculty of Education (Spain), in the second year of the Infant Education Teacher Training course, within the subject of general didactics. The innovative approach taken focused on setting up a collaborative network between infants' schools and the university. Taking Project Work as the central axis, a learning network has been built with the participation of sixteen Infant Education teachers, three hundred twenty children from this stage, seven university teachers, eighty-five trainee teachers, and two Infant Education advisers from a continuing professional development centre for teachers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between students' attitudes toward programming, gender, and learning performances. The survey used for measuring students' attitudes toward programming consisted of 20 questions on a five-point Likert scale in five dimensions (meaningfulness, interest in programming, self-efficacy, creativity, and collaboration). Ninety freshmen who had basic programming experience by using block-based programming in the Innovation in Educational Technology course were asked to take the survey. The overall reliability of the survey was found to be 0.93. The results showed that there was no significant difference between male and female freshmen in attitude toward programming, but there was a significant difference among different learning performances in dimensions of interest in programming, self-efficacy, and creativity. We performed pairwise comparisons at the same level of significance by using Fisher's least significant difference (LSD) method to test which group differs from the other groups. The results found that low-performing students' attitudes toward programming in dimensions of interest in programming, self-efficacy, and creativity were the lowest of all types of students. This research work is based on the premise of UIAEE based on VR, researching its influence on the entrepreneurial willingness of students who have received this education. It is guided by the theory of planned behavior and takes 400 students from our school as the research object. Testing the results of the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education (IAEE) on college students' entrepreneurial willingness was carried out through the establishment of models. The research results show that the impact of UIAEE based on VR activities on college students' entrepreneurial willingness is answered in the affirmative. Entrepreneurial programs have experienced a phenomenal growth in the past two decades. In this exploratory study the authors survey undergraduate entrepreneurship programs to identify courses that are being offered by these programs with the objective of determining if innovation is being addressed in the programs. The study explores innovation from both startup and corporate perspectives to see if industry needs are being met by academia. Findings suggest that entrepreneurship programs focus on functional knowledge and an opportunity exists to include courses that address innovation, design, intellectual property, and social media.
