With the continuous fermentation of the thought of intelligence, artificial intelligence has extended its tentacles into the field of artistic creation and has begun to try intelligent creation. Painting creation based on artificial intelligence is called "intelligent painting." For oil paintings, the computational language is a relatively complicated description. How to correctly identify the computational language of oil paintings is essential for establishing a large oil painting database. This paper constructs a meaningful learning similarity measure and multiclassification model based on the CCNN model to realize the classification of oil painting language. A cropped CNN model is used to extract language features, and on this basis, oil painting works are cross-compared and multiclassified. This method realizes the classification of oil painting language and the corresponding painter and achieves superior accuracy. This paper constructs a data classification method based on small samples, measures similarity through cross-comparison, and provides a measuring approach for classifying the language of oil paintings. The CCNN model proposed combines the best classification results of oil painting language, which improves the accuracy of oil painting language classification. In this study, a case of bilateral common carotid artery occlusion and aneurysm in the V4 segment of the right vertebral artery with constriction of the left vertebral artery is presented. By improving digital subtraction angiography, an elderly female patient with subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) was diagnosed with a V4 segment of right vertebral artery aneurysm, a microaneurysm at the beginning of basilar aneurysms, bilateral common carotid artery occlusion, and narrowing vessel of left vertebral artery (DSA). Through the compensation of the basilar artery, the bilateral vertebral arteries provide intracranial and extracranial blood. Because the vertebral artery is narrowed, the right vertebral artery has priority in intracranial and extracranial blood delivery. Many members of the patient's immediate family have vasculitis, which has yet to be proven by appropriate laboratory testing but is thought to be the major cause of big artery occlusion. After cerebral angiography, the major source of this subarachnoid haemorrhage was determined to be a V4 segment of right vertebral artery aneurysm. Endovascular stent-assisted coil embolization was used to treat a V4 section of the right vertebral artery aneurysm. Because the basilar aneurysm was distal to the artery, interventional embolization was difficult to do, and it was not the major cause of the subarachnoid haemorrhage, the patient was advised to have follow-up surveillance, and she recovered well following the procedure. The combination of endovascular intervention of bilateral common carotid artery blockage and V4 segment of right vertebral artery aneurysm yielded excellent clinical outcomes in this instance. Endovascular treatment of a bilateral common carotid artery blockage paired with a V4 segment of a right vertebral artery aneurysm yielded excellent clinical outcomes in this patient, although long-term follow-up is necessary. Science and technology innovation (STI) policy is a strategic principle to guide the whole cause of STI. The study on STI policy and its effect is particularly important. Most of the existing studies on the effect of STI policy focus on the effect of a single policy, and the studies on the effect of policy combination and its differences need to be further enriched and improved. This study proposes a method combining system simulation experiment and analysis of variance (ANOVA) to study the differences of combination effects of STI policies. The results show that there are significant effect differences in the combination of STI policies as a whole, but when it comes to different combinations of STI policies, not all policy combinations have significant differences. This study not only points out whether there are significant differences in a certain effect among which combinations of STI policies but also points out whether there are significant differences in all effects among which combinations of STI policies at the same time. Autonomous object detection powered by cutting-edge artificial intelligent techniques has been an essential component for sustaining complex smart city systems. Fine-grained image classification focuses on recognizing subcategories of specific levels of images. As a result of the high similarity between images in the same category and the high dissimilarity in the same subcategories, it has always been a challenging problem in computer vision. Traditional approaches usually rely on exploring only the visual information in images. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel Knowledge Graph Representation Fusion (KGRF) framework to introduce prior knowledge into fine-grained image classification task. Specifically, the Graph Attention Network (GAT) is employed to learn the knowledge representation from the constructed knowledge graph modeling the categories-subcategories and subcategories-attributes associations. By introducing the Multimodal Compact Bilinear (MCB) module, the framework can fully integrate the knowledge representation and visual features for learning the high-level image features. Extensive experiments on the Caltech-UCSD Birds-200-2011 dataset verify the superiority of our proposed framework over several existing state-of-the-art methods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Prior to the advent of digital image processing technology, image composition primarily used human vision to identify colors and artificially convert them. However, manually synthesizing and transforming graphics images will not only consume a lot of manpower, time, and energy but also due to manual limitations in the process of synthesizing and coloring the pictures, the resulting pictures cannot meet people's needs. In order to improve the speed and quality of image synthesis, and to synthesize the pictures people need more quickly and accurately, this article synthesizes the image based on the movement calculation across the selected area of the image and analyzes the photographic darkroom special effects of the synthesized image to simulate the artistic effect. Using case analysis method, literature analysis method, and other methods, the database was collected and a model of photographic darkroom stunt simulation artistic effect recognition was built. The results of the study found that the composite image based on the movement calculation across the selected area of the image is better than the composite image of other algorithms, and the quality of hue and saturation is more than 30% higher than other synthesis methods. It should be verified by experiments. The results are significantly different. This shows that the composite image based on moving calculation across the selected area of the image can achieve good results in the photographic darkroom stunt simulation artistic effect. The length of buried pipelines usually extends thousands of meters or more in engineering, and it is difficult to carry out full-scale tests in the laboratory. Therefore, considering the seriousness of pipeline damage and the difficulty of operating tests and other test limitations, it is necessary to develop a reasonable method to simplify the length of the model for a practical lab test. In this research, an equivalent spring model was established to simulate the small deformation section of the pipeline far away from the fault and the effect of fault displacements, pipeline diameters, wall thicknesses, buried depths, soil materials, and spring constraints on the mechanical properties of pipelines was analyzed. Based on the finite element model using ABAQUS software, the results of the shell model with fixed boundary at both ends were compared; in addition, the dynamic effect of pipelines was investigated. The results show that the two-end spring device can better control the size of the test model and enhance the reliability of the test results. The vibration response of the pipeline mainly depends on the inconsistent movement of soil at both ends of the fault. The analysis results show that choosing a larger pipeline diameter, smaller buried depth, noncohesive backfill soil, and spring with a smaller elastic coefficient is beneficial to reduce pipeline strain and resist pipeline deformation. Innate immune effectors constitute the first line of host defense against pathogens. However, the roles of these effectors are not clearly defined during Klebsiella pneumoniae (K. pneumoniae) respiratory infection. In the current study, we established an acute pneumonia model of K. pneumoniae respiratory infection in mice and confirmed that the injury was most severe 48 h post infection. Flow cytometric assay demonstrated that alveolar macrophages were the predominant cells in BALF before infection, and neutrophils were quickly recruited after infection, and this was in consistent with the kinetics of chemokine expression. Further, we depleted neutrophils, macrophages, and complement pathways in vivo and challenged these mice with a sublethal dose of K. pneumonia, the result showed that 80%, 60%, and 40% of mice were died in these groups, respectively, while no deaths occurred in the control group. Besides, innate immune effector depleted mice showed higher bacterial burdens in lungs and blood, companied with more severe lung damage and increased levels of cytokine/chemokine expression. These results demonstrated that the innate immune effectors are critical in the early controlling of K. pneumoniae infection, and neutrophils are the most important. Thus, alternative strategies targeting these innate immune effectors may be effective in controlling of K. pneumoniae respiratory infection. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the continuous development of cell dynamics, Raman scattering has become more and more common in the application of cell imaging and dynamic changes in chemical substances. This research mainly discusses the plane animation simulation process of the interaction between carbon nanomaterials and cell lysosomes. Twenty parallel HeLa cells were seeded on 40 mm imaging scaffolds. The 15% bovine placental serum cell culture cells are placed in a thermostat for 12 hours at a CO2 concentration of 6%. After washing 4 times, 20 μL of the dual control system is added to the confocal dish, and cycle optimization culture is performed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 hours. It is incubated for 10 hours, 20 hours, and 30 hours (35°C, 6% CO2). Next, the HeLa cells were taken out and seeded on three 30 mm confocal cell culture dishes. CCl4 is added to the initial confocal Petri dish. After heating for 30 minutes, the nanoparticle system is added to the two confocal Petri dishes and circulated within an appropriate time. After washing with PBS, the SERS signal in the cells was imaged with a laser confocal Raman microscope, and the excitation channels were GFP 475 and Cy3 channels. LysoTrackerRed (2p μM) was used for local experiments of cell isotope. Deoxygen (2p μM) was used to induce cell death, and the pH changes in lysosomes in cells were imaged in real time with a confocal microscope. Two distinct peaks in the Raman spectrum were observed at 1246 cm−1 and 1543 cm−1. The research results show that the carbon nanomaterial synthesized by a simple method at room temperature has high stability and is suitable for analysis and detection of imaging with cells as the target. Aims. Previous evidence has proved that interleukin-31 (IL-31) and interleukin-33 (IL-33) can be potential markers in some cancers’ formulation. We aimed to determine the potential role of IL-31 and IL-33 in prognosis of endometrial cancer patients. Methods. Serum samples were collected from 160 patients with endometrial cancer and 160 healthy controls. The ELISA kits (Raybio® Systems) specific for human IL-31 and human IL-33 were used. Serum levels of tumor markers (CEA, CA-125, and CA19-9) were measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay. A two-side P value < 0.05 was indicated to be significant. Results. Serum levels of IL-31 and IL-33 in patients were significantly elevated compared to those of healthy controls. The interleukin levels were also related to clinical characteristics, including tumor stages, depth of invasion, and existence of node metastases and distant metastases. The sensitivity and specificity of IL-31 and IL-33 were higher than the counterparts of tumor markers, both separately and in combination of IL-31, IL-33, and the clinical markers. Conclusions. This report is the first one mentioning the possible association between serum IL-31 and IL-33 and endometrial cancer. With their sensitivity and specificity, the interleukins may be useful biomarkers for endometrial cancer’s prognosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

ABSTRACT Dyskerin (encoded by the DKC1 locus) is the pseudouridine synthase responsible for the modification of noncoding RNA. Dyskerin is also an obligate member of the telomerase enzyme, and participates in the biogenesis of telomerase. Genetic lesions at the DKC1 locus are associated with X-linked dyskeratosis congenita ( X- DC) and the Hoyeraal- Hreidarsson Syndrome ( HHS). Both syndromes have been linked to deficient telomere maintenance, but little is known about the RNA modification activities of dyskerin in X- DC and HHS cells. To evaluate whether X- DC-associated dyskerin mutations affect the modification or function of ribosomal RNA, we studied five telomerase-rescued X- DC cells ( X- DCT). Our data revealed a small reproducible loss of pseudouridines in mature r RNA in two X- DC variants. However, we found no difference in protein synthesis between telomerized wild-type ( WTT) and X- DCT cells, with an internal ribosomal entry site translation assay, or by measuring total protein synthesis in live cells. X- DCT cells and WTT cells also exhibited similar tolerances to ionizing radiation and endoplasmic reticulum stress. Despite the loss in r RNA pseudouridine modification, functional perturbations from these changes are secondary to the telomere maintenance defects of X- DC. NOSH-Aspirin, which is generated from NO, H2S, and aspirin, affects a variety of essential pathophysiological processes, including anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, antiplatelet, and anticancer properties. Although many people acknowledge the biological significance of NOSH-Aspirin and its therapeutic effects, the mechanism of action of NOSH-Aspirin and its regulation of tissue levels remains obscure. This is in part due to its chemical and physical features, which make processing and analysis difficult.
