This paper combines the digital twin system modeling method to conduct an in-depth study and analysis of graph-theoretic combinatorial optimization. This paper provides new ideas and approaches for optimal numerical analysis work by studying the digital twin modeling method that integrates digital modeling and graph theory combination, provides theoretical support for safe, stable, and economic operation of the system, proposes a solution for digital twin model based on big data platform, focuses on the nearest neighbor propagation (AP) and graph theory combination, solves the digital twin real-time monitoring data asynchronous, incomplete problem, and applies the algorithm to the digital twin model based on the big data platform for data preprocessing to achieve better results. This paper also presents a web-based digital twin system based on intelligent practical needs, analysis, and comparison of existing models, combined with digital twin technology, detailing the differences and connections between the various levels of numerical analysis and the implementation of this data in various fields, such as user management, equipment health management, product quality management, and workshop 3D navigation and detailed modeling of the digital twin system based on this numerical analysis to realize remote online monitoring, analysis, and management. In this paper, for the numerical analysis process, firstly, the key technologies of modeling and simulation operation control of production line based on digital twin are studied, and the rapid response manufacturing system based on a digital twin is designed and validated. Secondly, a scheduling technology framework for capacity simulation evaluation and optimization is established, and batching optimization, outsourcing decision, and rolling scheduling techniques are thus proposed to form a batching optimization algorithm based on priority rules, which realizes batching processing, outsourcing decision, and rolling scheduling of production orders to optimize equipment utilization and capacity. Finally, digital twin-based modeling is designed, and the validation results demonstrate the system's superior performance in achieving information interaction between physical and virtual production lines, optimization of numerical analysis, and display of results. Digital reading promotion service is a service way for libraries to provide readers with a series of digital resources, enjoy the service functions, and share the experience of using them in various digital reading platforms, which is to meet the reading interests and reading needs of more readers, and is also the focus of the current library work. In the era of new media, the characteristics of digital reading are subtly changing the readers' needs for reading environment, reading content, and reading style. Libraries should keep pace with the development of the times and provide readers with diversified, intelligent, and targeted digital reading platforms. The digital reading platform should continuously improve the digital reading service functions, broaden the service scope and dissemination channels, and finally realize the diversification, interest, and intelligence of digital reading service. This paper takes the digital reading platform of libraries in the region as the research theme and carries out research work on libraries. The province is divided into three regions according to the geographical map: southeastern region, central region, and northwestern region. The digital reading platforms of 14 prefecture-level public libraries and 58 libraries of higher education institutions in each region were accessed. Firstly, we check the construction of digital resources within the library websites, secondly, we count the opening of digital reading platform functions, and finally, we check the opening of digital reading platforms. Through the research, it is found that there are problems of unbalanced distribution of digital reading resources in regional libraries; unattractive design of readers' interface and inadequate reading service functions; lack of continuous training of readers' guidance; insufficient publicity and promotion; low efficiency of staff in responding to consultation; and low degree of platform openness and weak awareness of sharing. Finally, the problems found in the research are summarized, and the solution measures for the regional digital reading platform are proposed. Libraries in the digital era should give priority to systems that can manage all library resources comprehensively and effectively, adapt to more flexible library workflows, and enable libraries to provide better services to users. This paper starts with the study of realistic three-dimensional models, from the two aspects of ink art style simulation model and three-dimensional display technology, explores the three-dimensional display model of three-dimensional model ink style, and conducts experiments through the software development platform and auxiliary software. The feasibility of the model is verified. Aiming at the problem of real-time rendering of large-scale 3D scenes in the model, efficient visibility rejection method and a multiresolution fast rendering method were designed to realize the rapid construction and rendering of ink art 3D virtual reality scenes in a big data environment. A two-dimensional cellular automaton is used to simulate a brushstroke model with ink and wash style, and outlines are drawn along the path of the brushstroke to obtain an effect close to the artistic style of ink and wash painting. Set the surface of the model with ink style brushstroke texture patterns, refer to the depth map, normal map, and curvature map information of the model, and simulate the drawing effect of the method by procedural texture mapping. Example verification shows that the rapid visualization analysis model of ink art big data designed in this paper is in line with the prediction requirements of ink art big data three-dimensional display indicators. The fast visibility removal method is used to deal with large-scale three-dimensional ink art in a big data environment. High efficiency is achieved in virtual reality scenes, and the multiresolution fast rendering method better maintains the appearance of the prediction model without major deformation. Traditional logistics delivery route optimization algorithm has some problems such as long time to find the optimal route. Based on this, this paper discusses swarm intelligence optimization algorithm and logistics delivery route optimization. To solve the logistics vehicle routing problem, considering that the basic ACO (ant colony optimization) has the disadvantages of slow convergence speed and easy to fall into local optimum, this paper proposes a new hybrid population optimization algorithm and applies it to VRPTW (vehicle routing problem with time windows). In addition, the concept of crowding degree in AFSA (artificial fish swarm algorithm) is introduced into ACO. In the early stage of the optimization process, a strong crowding degree limit is set to ensure that most ants are not affected by pheromone concentration to conduct random optimization. The simulation results show that the AC (accuracy rate) of this algorithm is 95.08%, which is higher than the traditional PSO (particle swarm optimization) algorithm and general heuristic algorithm. The hybrid algorithm can effectively improve the optimization efficiency of VRPTW, lay a foundation for solving large-scale VRPTW, and provide new research ideas and methods. The purpose of this paper is to identify the medical risk of applying big data technology and to build a medical big data risk (MBDR) control process and manage medical big data risk (MBDR) from a systematic perspective. In this process, we firstly used systematic literature reviews (SLRs) method to systematically search 322 papers in web of science with the topics of "medical risk" and "big data risk" to build a dimensional system of medical big data risk (MBDR) from the theoretical level. Based on a case study of a hospital in Shanghai, we explored the formation mechanism and interaction effect of medical big data risk (MBDR) by using Bayesian belief networks (BBNs) method, and built a systematic risk control process. This paper finally finds that: the dimensional system of medical big data risk (MBDR) includes 24 subdimensions and 5 major categories of dimensions, which helps to explore the medical application of big data technology from a risk perspective. Harr-NMF feature extraction for educational technology teaching large data systems is the focus of this project. With the help of big data technology, the construction of a teaching resource sharing system provides useful solutions for the storage and sharing of current and future massive teaching resources, enables fast and accurate analysis and retrieval of massive teaching resources and data, improves the security and scalability of the system while maintaining system stability, and promotes education teaching informatization to a new level. The system can be used to analyze and retrieve data quickly and accurately. By mapping different types of Harr-NMF features into a gradient matrix using grayscale projection, pattern classification is performed through the simplified gradient matrix as features. The algorithm complexity of feature extraction is eventually reduced to a great extent by the fast advantage of feature extraction by this algorithm. The Harr-NMF algorithm and the similarity relation matrix are used to obtain the optimal parameter values and the corresponding affiliation matrix and class centers, thus providing effective initial values for Harr-NMF, which effectively solves the problems of slow convergence and easy to fall into local minima of the Harr-NMF algorithm. The algorithm of this paper is compared with several improved algorithms of Harr-NMF in terms of convergence, recognition rate, and other performance to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this paper. This paper proposes an intelligent music recognition and appreciation model based on deep neural network (DNN) model. The use of DNN allows this study to have significant improvement over the traditional algorithm. This paper proposes an intelligent music recognition and appreciation model based on the DNN model and improves the traditional algorithm. The improved method in this paper refers to the Dropout method on the traditional DNN model. The DNN is trained on the database and tested on the data. The results show that, in the same database, the traditional DNN model is 114 and the RNN model is 120. The PPL of the improved DNN model in this paper is 98, i.e., the lowest value. The convergence speed is faster, which indicates that the model has stronger music recognition ability and it is more conducive to the digital development of music appreciation. COVID-19 has made the world realize that the world is a whole, and international trade is the main way to connect countries. With the increase of international trade, the trade data has also become gradually huge. However, the current international trade data is still transmitted using the traditional Internet, which not only is inefficient, but also has poor security. Therefore, this paper aimed to use blockchain technology to explore the big data sharing model and key mechanism of international trade. This paper mainly introduced the design and implementation of a blockchain-based IoT data security sharing system. Firstly, the functional architecture of the prototype system was comprehensively introduced. According to the division of different functional modules, the data interaction design of different modules and the design of related smart contracts were expounded. According to the characteristics of international trade big data, the encryption and decryption algorithms are designed for the transmission of international trade big data. Finally, the prototype system was introduced from data acquisition, experimental environment deployment, system-related functional verification, and performance testing. The experimental test results showed that the encryption and decryption of transaction data by the data security sharing prototype system were more than 2 times faster than those of the traditional algorithm, and the transmission efficiency of the system at different nodes fluctuated within 10%, which showed that the system could perform security interactive sharing of data. With the wide application of information technologies such as big data, the Internet of Things, and cloud computing, college students have accumulated a large amount of personal information and daily behavior data in their daily studies and life. How to dynamically integrate multidimensional information of students to build accurate student portraits, using multi-indicator data of student behavior and comment texts, and finding out students with abnormal behavior from among many students has become an important problem to be solved. This paper proposes an abnormal behavior prediction method integrating multiple indicators of student behavior and text information (ABPM-IMISBTI) for the problem of abnormal behavior prediction of college students in the big data environment. First, given the problems of multidimensionality, timeliness, and dynamics of student behavior information fusion in the construction of student behavior portraits, by integrating students' objective tags and subjective tags, an optimized K-means algorithm based on a cloud platform environment is proposed. Second, aiming at the problem of insufficient text information analysis in the analysis of students' abnormal behavior, the ABPM-IMISBTI method is proposed to solve the prediction of students' abnormal behavior through long and short-term memory networks (LSTM) combined with student behavior multi-index data and text information. Finally, this paper takes student achievement prediction as an example for verification. The experimental results show that, compared with other prediction methods, the ABPM-IMISBTI method proposed in this paper can improve the accuracy of student behavior prediction, and then quickly determine the abnormal behavior of students, to improve the level of education management in universities and promote the development of safe campuses, smart campuses, and smart education. The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is a major ministerial work made by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and is the general grasp of contemporary agriculture, peasants, and rural work. In recent years, with the rapid development of remote sensing technology and deep learning technology, the demand for the technology for the classification of crops on satellite remote sensing images based on deep learning technology has increased in agricultural insurance and land survey. Therefore, this paper trains one, which is 85.9%–92.8%, the accuracy of corn classification is 77%–93%, and the accuracy of forest classification is 77%–87.6%. Subsequently, the overall accuracy of classifying all directories through the multi-temporal validation data set between May 2017 and October 2017 reached 92.6%. Such a multi-time combination method can be used for monthly, timely, and efficient iteration of agricultural insurance and crop yield estimation, which will be more accurate each time. These methods can also be further applied to the growth and change monitoring of large agricultural planting areas, adding bricks and tiles to China's agricultural remote sensing. Based on BP neural network prediction algorithm, the paper constructs an early warning model for student performance by predicting book borrowing through course performance. Finally, this paper makes an experimental analysis on the model, and the results show that K-means can greatly reduce the computational complexity of the algorithm, and the precision, recall, and F parameter of the model can be effectively improved. During the Ming Dynasty, China and Korea exchanged frequently and recorded a large amount of written information, which is of great value for understanding the culture of that time. The large amount of data makes it difficult to conduct quantitative analysis by researchers, which makes the analysis limited. This paper carries out a research on the cognition and analysis method of Chinese and Korean envoys to foreign cultures in Ming Dynasty based on big data analysis technology. Based on the literature research, this paper determines the ontology model establishment method to efficiently detect the written records of Chinese and Korean envoys in Ming Dynasty. The established ontology model and the improved clustering analysis method can improve the efficiency of data detection, reduce the error of data detection, and provide data basis for the research of this paper. According to the technology of big data analysis, this paper analyzes the focus and status class of Chinese and Korean envoys in Ming Dynasty and analyzes cognition of the Chinese and Korean envoys for the foreign culture. The results show that the envoys of the Chinese and Korean pay different attention to the foreign culture due to their different cognition of the foreign culture, compared with Ming Dynasty envoys, Korean envoys paid 15.3 percent less attention to geography, 19.7 percent more to history, 11.7 percent more to people, and 16 percent less to customs. This reflects the two envoys' different perceptions of the foreign culture. And the status class of the envoys exacerbates this difference. In the early Ming Dynasty, the creative diversity of Ming envoys was far lower than that of Korean envoys. As time went by, the creative diversity of Ming envoys increased. The rapid development of Internet technology has promoted the vigorous development of the multimedia. As one of the most classic instruments, the violin has been fully developed in its creation, education, and performance. In the face of more and more violin performances, the effective organization and retrieval of these musical works is an urgent problem to be solved, while it is common to classify and organize music based on the emotional properties of the performance. Deep learning is a model based on feature hierarchy and unsupervised feature learning, which has strong learning ability and adaptability. Based on the recurrent neural network (RNN) method, long short-term memory (LSTM) is one of the classic models of deep learning that can effectively learn the characteristics of time series data and achieve effective predictions. Therefore, based on the classical Hevner emotion classification model, this paper proposes an emotion recognition method for dynamic violin performances based on LSTM, which selects acoustic features and classifies the audio acoustic signals contained in the violin performances. In order to verify the effectiveness of this method, this paper carries out data labeled, feature selection, and model test on the actual violin music data by turn. The results show that the proposed method can greatly reduce the training time and improve the prediction accuracy, which reached 83%, higher than the existing methods. Meanwhile, the accuracy and iteration times of violin playing music of different emotional categories are also counted. Since demand forecasting is the first step in managing and operating a tourism business, its accuracy is very important to tourism businesses. In order to address NN's drawbacks, such as local optimization, slow convergence, and large sample sizes, this paper organically combines the PSO and NN models and builds a PSO-NN-based tourism demand forecasting model. The tourism demand forecasting indexes, the choice of NN forecasting models, the modelling process, and the implementation methods are first analysed and studied along with the fundamental theories and forecasting techniques of PSO and NN. In order to increase the precision of the prediction model, the PSO algorithm is also used to optimise the weights and thresholds of the NN. The final section of the paper compares the performance of the model developed in this paper with the most widely used model for forecasting tourism demand. According to the experimental findings, this model's prediction accuracy can reach 95.81 percent, or about 10.09 percent higher than the prediction accuracy of the conventional NN model. The popular trend of today's music can be obtained by deep excavation, analysis, and prediction of the audience's preferences. Using huge music library resources and user behavior to form music big data and truly realizing the aggregation of audience preferences determine the popular development trend of music. Therefore, this paper will apply data mining (DM) technology, introduce neural network (NNS) theory, establish a prediction model of music fashion trend, predict and evaluate the music fashion trend according to the selected evaluation index, find the change of music fashion trend in time, and provide decision-making basis for music fashion trend. In this paper, the prediction of music popularity trend based on NNS and DM technology is studied. In the prediction of the number of songs played by 10 artists, the NNS algorithm proposed in this paper reduces the prediction effect from the original 0.074 and 0.045 to 0.044 and 0.032, respectively, and the error rates are reduced by 35.7% and 29.4%, respectively, compared with the learning algorithm and the decision tree algorithm. Among the three methods, the NNS algorithm in this paper has the highest accuracy. Therefore, it can be proved that the model proposed in this paper is more suitable for predicting the trend of music popularity. Based on virtual reality technology, landscape 3D modeling provides users with the possibility to construct a simulated garden landscape environment design effect online, so it has high requirements for accuracy. With the continuous improvement of precision requirements, the number of people involved in the construction of 3D models is also increasing, which puts forward higher requirements for modeling. Based on this, this paper studies the optimization strategy of landscape space 3D model based on big data analysis. Based on the analysis of the establishment of the 3D model and the related algorithm research, this paper analyzes the optimal design of the 3D model under the background of big data. In the 3D modeling of the edge folded area, it is based on the traditional quadratic error measurement grid simplification algorithm, combined with the vertex error matrix to simplify, so as to shorten the modeling time. Based on an efficient search algorithm, an adaptive nonsearch fractal image compression and decoding method is proposed in the image compression and decoding stage of 3D modeling. The search is performed by specifying the defined area block. Finally, an experiment is designed to analyze the performance of the optimization algorithm. The results show that the improved edge folding region algorithm can reduce errors on the basis of ensuring image quality, and the adaptive search algorithm can shorten the search time and improve the compression rate. The purpose of this paper is to study the effective model of tourism consumer demand prediction using big data analysis. In the process of completing this paper, we consulted a large number of research results of big data analysis technology, tourism-related books, and demand prediction models in HowNet, VIP, and other network databases as well as campus libraries, summarized the related concepts of tourism, and used big data analysis technology to predict the demand of tourism consumers. Understand the needs of tourism consumers on major tourism websites, and extract the indicators that will affect the forecast results of consumer demand, establish a demand forecast model based on the indicators, and analyze its forecast effects through comparative analysis to understand its advantages and disadvantages, in order to establish a tourism demand forecast models providing actionable advice. Through the practical application case of the demand forecasting model, this paper puts forward the development strategy of tourism. The experimental results show that the mean square error of the neural network model is less than 2.5, which is more suitable for predicting the number of tourists, indicating that different models are suitable for predicting different indicators. In this paper, a multiattribute social network model was constructed based on students' social data and psychological label data, and the improved MANE algorithm was used to solve the problem to predict students' psychological problems. With the development of enterprises, the data of accounting information have grown, and its security has also been threatened. Once the accounting information is leaked, it will have a great impact on the company. Therefore, it is very necessary to protect accounting information data. This paper aims to study how to protect accounting information data based on big data and cloud computing. Based on this, this paper proposes an attribute-based encryption method based on big data and cloud computing and analyzes the ABE scheme of a single authority and multiple authorities. The multiauthority ABE scheme can effectively solve the problems of low computational efficiency, poor security performance, and high time overhead in the single-authority ABE scheme. The experimental results of this paper show that, under the single-authority ABE scheme in the information data protection of enterprise A, the confidentiality of data is 54% at the highest and 46% at the lowest, which is generally not very high. In the information data protection of the multiauthority ABE scheme in enterprise A, the highest data confidentiality is 86% and the lowest is 79%. The highest is 32% more than the single-authority ABE scheme. The lowest is also 33% more than that. Generally speaking, the confidentiality of its data is very high. In terms of reliability, integrity, and effectiveness, the single-authority ABE scheme is not as good as the multiauthority ABE scheme. As science and technology progress and develop rapidly in this day and age, various industry applications have changed the data in a new way, and the explosive growth of data has made traditional data mining unable to perform the current data mining work. The aim of this paper is to study the aggregation digging of big data based around flocking automation algorithms under circumstances of cloud. There is a fuzzy-mean aggregation arrangement with mixed frog leaping in this paper. Through simulation analysis of different clustering algorithms, hybrid frog-hopping and as well as the merging arrangement introduced in this paper, it is concluded that the merging algorithm achieves an improvement of up to 90% accuracy on the iritual membrane dataset. It was demonstrated that the arrangement provides effective agglomerations. Vessel big data play a significant role in understanding vessel behaviors and thus facilitating the prosperity of waterway transportation. However, relevant research regarding vessel trajectory recognition in a broad range of narrow channels still lacks, especially using VITS data. The major objective of this paper is to conduct vessel trajectory analysis based on the novel VITS data and examine its availability in inland waterway vessel transportation. An alternate aim is to develop a more comprehensive framework to extract the vessel trajectory of multiple narrow waterways. This paper utilized vessel trajectory information of multiple narrow channels belonging to Yangtze River captured by VITS. Four compression algorithms were conducted. Additionally, the performances of three clustering approaches were evaluated. Speed distribution analysis was also implemented. The results indicated that slide window (SW) algorithm outperforms its other counterparts. Relative to DBSCAN, K-means and hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA) tend to be more capable of balanced classification. The era of big data (BD) has arrived. How to train models to find correlations in data and help people make decisions has become a major research topic and direction. As an elastic and scalable distributed computing mode (refers to a whole consisting of multiple interconnected computers that cooperate to perform a common or different task in a set of system software environments, with minimal reliance on centralized control processes, data, and hardware), cloud computing can provide powerful computing and storage capabilities and has been widely used in BD query and difficult processing. This paper aims to study the algorithm in the environment of cloud computing. Different from the traditional research algorithms, the relational BD algorithm is controllable in real time. Moreover, it has been optimized and upgraded on the previous real-time controllable algorithm. Also, it performs serial and parallel simulation tests on the algorithm. When the optimal situation of the parallel algorithm is obtained, the test results show that the relevant mining time of the optimized algorithm is significantly shorter than the traditional data mining time under the same dataset. Based on the BP neural network algorithm and fast Fourier transform algorithm in FPGA, this paper designs a real-time and efficient audio spectrum analysis system, which realizes the spectrum analysis function of music signal. The methods to calculate fast discrete Fourier transform are the FFT algorithm based on time extraction and the FFT algorithm based on frequency extraction. The characteristic of BP neural network algorithm is that it can not only obtain the corresponding estimation results by forward propagation of the input data but also carry out back propagation from the output layer according to the error between the estimation results and the actual results, so as to optimize the connection weight between each layer. This paper proposes to add Nios II system to FPGA processor and adopt cyclone IV in the hardware design of the system, which can be better compatible with the system designed in this paper. With the advancement of Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence technologies, and the need for rapid application growth in fields, such as security entrance control and financial business trade, facial information processing has become an important means for achieving identity authentication and information security. However, in the process of acquiring facial feature information, face information is easily affected by factors, such as object occlusion, lighting changes, and similar backgrounds. In this paper, we propose a multifeature fusion algorithm based on integral histograms and a real‐time update tracking particle filtering (PF) module. First, edge features and colour features are extracted, weighting methods are used to weight the colour histogram and edge features to describe facial features, and fusion of colour features and edge features is made adaptive by using fusion coefficients to improve face tracking reliability. Then, the integral histogram is integrated into the PF algorithm to simplify the calculation steps of complex particles and improve operational efficiency. Finally, the tracking window size is adjusted in real‐time according to the change in the average distance from the particle centre to the edge of the current model and the initial model to reduce the drift problem and achieve stable tracking with significant changes in the target dimension. The results show that the algorithm improves video tracking accuracy, simplifies particle operation complexity, improves the speed, and has good anti‐interference ability and robustness compared with extracting a single feature. In order to solve the problems of inconsistent accounting and untimely accounting information, this paper proposes a research method of intelligent optimization of financial sharing path based on big data of accounting. This paper analyzes the current working situation of the financial sharing service center of large- and medium-sized enterprises and expounds the reasons for the blockchain. The author embeds the blockchain technology in the financial sharing service center, with a view to optimizing the design of the current FSSC's functions in terms of the scope of daily business work, the effectiveness of accounting information processing, and the utilization of financial analysis decisions, and finally analyzes the corporate effect of applying the financial sharing architecture based on blockchain technology. The results show that compared with the financial sharing score under the traditional mode, the financial sharing score under the blockchain technology is higher, and the former is 69.675 points, and the latter is 80.6340 points. From this, we can conclude that financial sharing under blockchain technology has significant advantages. According to the actual application scenarios of the algorithm in e-commerce, this paper, based on the research on face recognition technology, focuses on the in-depth research on face detection technology under the background of big data in order to introduce face recognition technology in this paper. This paper proposes a feature-based face matching algorithm. The face image is preprocessed to improve the accuracy of real-time face detection and reduce the false detection rate. Based on the research of traditional facial feature extraction technology, a virtual sample set that can effectively support a traditional facial feature extraction algorithm is constructed to solve the problem of insufficient training samples in practical applications. The experimental results showed that the accuracy of the method in this paper can reach up to 79.5% and that the minimum time consumption is only 0.142 s. As the primary research vehicle, rural tourism is used in this paper to examine urban visitors' "homesickness." This research explores the effects of homesickness on tourists' perceptions of travel destinations and consumption intentions through qualitative analysis, logistic empirical analysis, and questionnaire survey. This work also explores the behavioral traits of customers' purchase intentions from the perspective of a "big data" environment, and it constructs the relevant consumption behavior model for rural visitors in accordance with those behavioral traits. Through questionnaire design and investigation, this paper makes statistical analysis on tourists' basic information, expected value, and actual experience and explores the related factors that affect their consumption behavior, so as to understand the consumption behavior law of tourists in rural tourism consumption. The research shows that the MSE (mean squared error) of this algorithm is about 4.16, and the RMSE (root mean square error) of this algorithm is about 0.508. Finally, combining the influence of tourists' consumption behavior, this paper tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on rural tourism.
