In the theory of compressed sensing, restricted isometry property (RIP) decides the universality and reconstruction robustness of an observation matrix. At present, an observation matrix based on RD-AIC (RD-AIC-based observation matrix) can compress sparse continuous signals with a simple structure, but RIP analysis of this matrix is lack and challenging to prove. In this paper, this problem is relaxed. Instead, we demonstrate the incoherence analysis process, derive the orthogonality and nonsingularity of the matrix, propose the generalized relevance calculation steps of the matrix, and propose the hardware parameter design principles to improve the incoherence of the matrix. Moreover, compression and reconstruction experiments used in power quality disturbance signals are developed for testing the incoherence. The results show that the RD-AIC-based observation matrix has substantial incoherence under suitable hardware parameters, equivalent to the Gaussian random matrix and the Bernoulli random matrix.

This paper first presents a new generally perturbed compressed sensing (CS) modely=(A+E)(x+u)+e, which incorporated a general nonzero perturbationEinto sensing matrixAand a noiseuinto signalxsimultaneously based on the standard CS modely=Ax+eand is called noise folding in completely perturbed CS model. Our construction mainly will whiten the new proposed CS model and explore in restricted isometry property (RIP) and coherence of the new CS model under some conditions. Finally, we use OMP to give a numerical simulation which shows that our model is feasible although the recovered value of signal is not exact compared with original signal because of measurement noisee, signal noiseu, and perturbationEinvolved.

This paper establishes new sufficient conditions on the restricted isometry property (RIP) for compressed sensing with coherent tight frames. One of our main results shows that the RIP (adapted to D) condition δk+θk,k<1 guarantees the stable recovery of all signals that are nearly k-sparse in terms of a coherent tight frame D via the l1-analysis method, which improves the existing ones in the literature.

A novel direction of arrival (DOA) estimation method in compressed sensing (CS) is presented, in which DOA estimation is considered as the joint sparse recovery from multiple measurement vectors (MMV). The proposed method is obtained by minimizing the modified-based covariance matching criterion, which is acquired by adding penalties according to the regularization method. This minimization problem is shown to be a semidefinite program (SDP) and transformed into a constrained quadratic programming problem for reducing computational complexity which can be solved by the augmented Lagrange method. The proposed method can significantly improve the performance especially in the scenarios with low signal to noise ratio (SNR), small number of snapshots, and closely spaced correlated sources. In addition, the Cramér-Rao bound (CRB) of the proposed method is developed and the performance guarantee is given according to a version of the restricted isometry property (RIP). The effectiveness and satisfactory performance of the proposed method are illustrated by simulation results.

A novel approach for the parameter identification of coupled map lattice (CML) based on compressed sensing is presented in this paper. We establish a meaningful connection between these two seemingly unrelated study topics and identify the weighted parameters using the relevant recovery algorithms in compressed sensing. Specifically, we first transform the parameter identification problem of CML into the sparse recovery problem of underdetermined linear system. In fact, compressed sensing provides a feasible method to solve underdetermined linear system if the sensing matrix satisfies some suitable conditions, such as restricted isometry property (RIP) and mutual coherence. Then we give a low bound on the mutual coherence of the coefficient matrix generated by the observed values of CML and also prove that it satisfies the RIP from a theoretical point of view. If the weighted vector of each element is sparse in the CML system, our proposed approach can recover all the weighted parameters using only aboutMsamplings, which is far less than the number of the lattice elementsN. Another important and significant advantage is that if the observed data are contaminated with some types of noises, our approach is still effective. In the simulations, we mainly show the effects of coupling parameter and noise on the recovery rate.

The nonlinear compressive sensing (NCS) is an extension of classical compressive sensing (CS) and the iterative hard thresholding (IHT) algorithm is a popular greedy-type method for solving CS. The normalized iterative hard thresholding (NIHT) is a modification of IHT and is more effective than IHT. In this paper, we propose an approximately normalized iterative hard thresholding (ANIHT) algorithm for NCS by using the approximate optimal stepsize combining with Armijo stepsize rule preiteration. Under the condition similar to restricted isometry property (RIP), we analyze the condition that can identify the iterative support sets in a finite number of iterations. Numerical experiments show the good performance of the new algorithm for the NCS.
