Through the analysis of the risk transmission mechanism of chemical substances in toys, this paper identifies risk sources, transmission carriers, key nodes, and risk recipients, and draws a risk transmission path diagram. Taking the risk factors in the supply chain system as the research subject, this paper constructs a risk index system for chemical substances' limit in toys, and calculates the probability of risk and the degree of influence by the fuzzy evaluation method. Based on the Bayesian network model, this paper analyzes the causality of risk transmission effects. Through the comprehensive use of fuzzy evaluation and Bayesian network methods, a relatively complete chemical substance risk transmission path assessment system has been established using China's Guangdong toy companies as the data store to provide a feasible basis for responding to the risk control measures of toxic and hazardous chemical substances in toys. Deepening production-education integration (PEI) is a major strategy of China to reinforce education reform and promote industry transformation. Different from the traditional research perspective of colleges on the supple side, this paper chooses to evaluate the PEI performance of the high-tech industry from the angle of industry on the demand side. Firstly, the action mechanisms of the education system and industry system in PEI were expounded, and the design framework of the evaluation index system (EIS) was derived from the interactions between two elements (technologies and talents) and two market relationships (supply and demand), forming a two-dimensional four-quadrant EIS. On this basis, the correlation-entropy composite matter-element (CECME) model and coupling coordination degree (CCD) model were introduced to empirically compare the PEI performance of the high-tech industry between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao (GHKM) Greater Bay Area, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH) Urban Agglomeration, and Yangtze River Delta (YRD) Urban Agglomeration. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the GHKM Greater Bay Area is far better in education and industry development than YRD Urban Agglomeration and BTH Urban Agglomeration; (2) the PEI performance of the high-tech industry in GHKM Greater Bay Area was evaluated as high level with industry in lead, that in YRD Urban Agglomeration as moderate level with education in lead, and that in BTH Urban Agglomeration high-tech industry PEI as moderate level with industry in lag. Finally, several countermeasures were proposed for the urban agglomerations to further enhance the PEI performance of the high-tech industry: GHKM Greater Bay Area should improve the weak link of education development; YRD Urban Agglomeration should give full play to its advantages in higher education; BTH Urban Agglomeration should focus on high-quality industry development. This paper took the social exchange and social cognitive perspectives to examine the effects between job values and organizational socialization and how to play a mediation in career exploration and moderating effect in demographic characteristics. The research collected 700 valid samples of the youth of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area for statistical analysis and then subjected them to job value scale, career exploration, and organizational socialization scale. With structural equation model and correlation analysis, it verified that the proposed scale had demonstrated acceptable reliability and validity, a theoretical model of a good overall fit. In the final part, this paper used hierarchical regression analysis and path analysis. The results indicated that career exploration plays a mediation role between job value and organizational socialization, demographic characteristics are moderating effect between job value and career exploration, and demographic characteristics make a moderating effect between career exploration and organizational socialization, but demographic characteristics are not moderated on work value and organizational socialization. Synergistic development is the only way which must be passed and a key point to achieve high-quality economic development. This paper regards regional synergetic development as a composite system, builds up the evaluation indicator system, and calculates the level of economic synergetic development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Urban Agglomeration, by using the collaborative degree model of composite system. The results show that each subsystem of the composite system has a high degree of order from 2007 to 2019, but compared with Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, the level of economic collaborative development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration in 2008–2019 is relatively low and has large spatial differences. The main reason is that under the background of "one country, two systems" policy, the institutional differences between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao have not been effectively linked up and synergetic, Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration has not yet formed an organic whole, and the synergy effect of mutual support and promotion is relatively weak. With the continuous development of the economy, the trade volume of customs clearance by land transportation between Guangdong and Hong Kong is increasing, but there are many problems in customs clearance by land transportation between Guangdong and Hong Kong. Therefore, it is necessary to start with the logistics mode of land transportation between Guangdong and Hong Kong, reduce the cost of customs clearance by land transportation between Guangdong and Hong Kong, and increase the trade volume by land transportation between the two places. This paper systematically analyzes the present situation of customs clearance efficiency in China and introduces BPNN (BP neural network) algorithm to optimize customs clearance. The detailed idea and process of the algorithm are introduced, and the BPNN trained by the algorithm is applied to function approximation. The simulation results show that this scheme can not only improve the convergence speed of the algorithm in the training process but also the trained BPNN has strong adaptive and self-learning ability. Comparing the customs clearance efficiency before and after the improvement, the results show that the improved customs clearance efficiency is higher and can save a lot of time, thus verifying the effectiveness and applicability of the model-solving algorithm. Objective. To carry out the research on the vulnerability evaluation and influencing factors of the tourism economic system is the objective requirement of formulating the scientific development strategy of the tourism economy and improving the quality of regional tourism development. Methods. Based on the vulnerability analysis of tourism economic system based on BP neural network (BPNN), this paper takes the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) as the research object and selects 14 index data. The mean and standard deviation of the calculated weight values are used to formulate evaluation criteria for the tourism system. Results. The BP neural network (BPNN) model was used to predict the distribution law of vulnerability data within the standard range of the Greater Bay Area after 2020, obtained the spatial distribution law of vulnerability in the geographic structure distribution of the Greater Bay Area, and determined the vulnerability analysis framework and evaluation method. Conclusion. The cities in the Greater Bay Area should first pay attention to the industrial structure; increase financial investment; enhance the attractiveness of tourist destinations, in-depth development of tourism resources, and rational design of tourism products; help reduce the vulnerability of the tourism economic system; and improve regional self-recovery capabilities. This article innovatively builds the infrastructure of farmer credit rating index system into a multilevel unidirectional network structure. First, according to the logical structure of the three-level credit rating index system, a four-level unidirectional network is constructed, and the credit rating calculation formulas of all indexes at the four-level network are established. Furthermore, the special cases of the credit rating formula with the first- and second-level farmer credit rating index system are discussed. On this basis, it is extended to a credit rating index system with more than four levels, and the corresponding credit rating formula is established. Finally, the general formula of credit rating formula of the farmer credit rating index system from first level to multilevel is obtained. In order to solve the problem of farmers' credit rating, this paper also designs a linear segmentation classifier to classify the results of multilayer unidirectional network, establishes the rules of farmers' credit rating and the unidirectional network linear segmentation evaluation model of farmers' credit rating, and discusses the properties of bank credit based on farmers' credit rating. Finally, the model established in this paper is applied to the credit rating of farmers in A County, Guangdong Province in China. When the credit rating of 160 farmers is carried out, the evaluation results are in line with the actual credit rating of farmers in A County, with an accuracy of 100%. Due to the wide scale of learners, large individual differences and scattered distribution, dialect teaching is difficult to carry out effectively by traditional school education. In order to improve the teaching level of dialect, taking Cantonese as an example, this paper constructs a teaching evaluation system based on multidimensional information. Through the questionnaire and investigation of large Cantonese training institutions in Guangdong Province, the data set is formed, the CMA-ES algorithm with efficient optimization ability is selected to optimize the SVM, and the model is compared with ACO and SVM without optimization algorithm. Experimental results show that the average accuracy of CMA-ES algorithm is 95.85% and the average running time is 21.0 ms on 8 data sets, which has obvious advantages relatively. Based on the evaluation model, the basis for teaching optimization is found through sensitivity analysis, and student's language expression is the most important index. Under the background of "one belt, one road initiative" and the "Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area," Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao port group development is facing new opportunities. The port group has a large throughput, covering the hinterland with dense population and high economic density, excellent transportation infrastructure, and broad consumption market. However, the port group internal competition is fierce, and the development level is different in space. Based on this, this paper uses the HHI index and spatial economics as research method and aims to study the spatial evolution characteristics and influencing factors of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao port group. Firstly, the HHI index is used to describe the aggregation status. Secondly, the development level index according to port throughput and container throughput is constructed. The spatial development and evolution process of the port group of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao is analyzed by combining with spatial econometrics and economic geography. In summary, the influencing factor "diamond model" is constructed and took empirical research to verify its rationality and scientificity. The empirical results show a strong spatial correlation between the development of the Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao port group. The government intervention and the development of port industry have a negative correlation, and this impact will be weakened over time. There is a negative relationship between the level of marketization and the development of the port industry. There is a multiple and complex relationship between the port auxiliary industry and the development of the port industry, and it shows the short-term influence is smaller than the long-term impact. The level of port transportation infrastructure, the port industry competition, and the economic openness have significant and positive effects on the development of the port group. The scientific and technological innovation ability of the economic free trade zone is crucial to the depth and breadth of its economic development. There are too many subjective factors in the evaluation of the scientific and technological innovation ability of traditional economic free trade zones. In order to objectively evaluate the scientific and technological innovation ability of the free trade zone, this paper uses the random forest weighting method and the weighted linear combination to construct the evaluation index system, designs the evaluation model of the scientific and technological innovation ability of the free trade zone, and makes a specific analysis and evaluation based on the operation data of the economic and technological innovation ability of China's four key free trade zones in 2020. The results show that the scientific and technological innovation ability of Guangdong economic free trade zone is the strongest, followed by Guangdong economic and trade zone, Shanghai economic and trade zone, Zhejiang economic and trade zone, and Tianjin economic and trade zone; Guangdong free trade zone has strong scientific and technological innovation ability. Compared with other free trade zones, Guangdong's main advantages lie in the integration and aggregation ability of the industrial chain, strong policy support, and talent attraction. In recent years, a lot of work has been done in the protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage in South China, while there are dilemmas such as the variation of inheritance content, the extinction of heritage, and the absence of inheritors, it is urgent to strengthen the protection of intangible cultural heritage with realistic reasons. This paper adopts human geography research methods, based on SPSS mathematical statistics, GIS spatial analysis, and econometric models, to analyze the spatial differentiation characteristics of 10 types of intangible cultural heritage in the region and their influencing factors based on 1,708 intangible cultural heritage data from various regions in South China, according to five regions, Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi, Hong Kong, and Macao. It was found that (1) the intangible cultural heritage in South China is distributed in clusters, with the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong and Guinan in Guangxi being the core areas of high-density intangible cultural heritage; (2) the characteristics of spatial differentiation of intangible cultural heritage in the region are influenced by a combination of factors, among which the pattern distribution is obviously influenced by cultural factors such as the distribution of ethnic minorities and the number of museums. Finally, from the perspective of revitalization, protection, and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, the government should propose dialectical and integrated protection of intangible cultural heritage in South China while continuously enhancing its living and contemporary flavor. With the rapid development of rail transit, the excavation of new foundation pits will inevitably approach or pass through existing structures. Therefore, choosing a reasonable support scheme can effectively control the deformation of the foundation pit and ensure the safety of existing structures. This paper investigates the excavation of a typical foundation pit in Guangdong that underpasses a viaduct as the research object. This study uses field monitoring and numerical simulations to analyze the deformation characteristics of the supporting structure and introduces grey relational analysis (GRA) to investigate the key factors that influence the maximum horizontal deflection of the retaining wall. The results indicate that all monitored values are substantially less than the warning value specified in the code. Moreover, the horizontal deflection of the retaining wall and the horizontal displacement of the top of the wall at the measuring points near the existing bridge piles are smaller than at other measuring points. This support system has a high safety factor and a large space for optimization. The main factors affecting the maximum horizontal deflection of the retaining wall are as follows: second strut horizontal spacing > first strut horizontal spacing > layered excavation thickness > retaining wall thickness > retaining wall stiffness. The mystery of China's economic growth has been widely concerned by the world. However, little attention has been paid to the transformation of the economic growth momentum of Guangdong Province, which has long occupied the top in China's economic growth. This paper analyzes the evolution and the transformation of the momentum source of economic growth in Guangdong Province from 1979 to 2019, using Total Factor Productivity Growth Decomposition method. The results show that capital investment contributes the most to economic growth, the contributions of total factor productivity, and labor input rank second and third, respectively; the change of the contribution of each momentum source to GDP growth mainly comes from the impact of the secondary industry. Both industrial capital productivity and capital allocation structure play a negative role in driving the overall capital productivity, and both industrial labor productivity and labor allocation structure play a positive role in driving the overall labor productivity. Industrial factor productivity and industrial factor allocation structure play a major positive role and a weak negative role in promoting economic growth, respectively. In this paper, the 3D continuum-discrete coupling analysis method combined with the strength reduction theory is used to study the macrodeformation, stress law, and microfracture mechanism of a high and steep cutting slope of Zhongkai Expressway in Guangdong Province. The 3D continuum-discrete coupling slope model is established based on the finite difference software FLAC and the discrete element program PFC. Then, based on the correlations between stress tensor and force chain, displacement and shear strain increment, plastic deformation, and microfracture, the mechanism of slope instability is analyzed from macro- and microscales. The research shows the following: (1) the continuum-discrete coupling model is reasonable and effective in the three-dimensional slope stability analysis. (2) The coupling domain was penetrated by the shear band, and the upper part displacement of the coupling domain was large, whose direction was basically consistent with the shear band direction; thus, the slope slip surface was formed. (3) The microfracture can represent the macroscopic failure phenomenon, and the slope landslide can be interpreted as the result of shear fracture in slip direction, accompanied by the extension and penetration of tension crack. Situated in southern China, Zhaoqing City is a part of Guangdong Province, China. The total administrative area of the city covers 14,891 square kilometers. The data of China's seventh population census in 2020 showed that the permanent resident population in Zhaoqing City reached up to 4,413,594. Meanwhile, Zhaoqing is one of the cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. House price analysis and prediction carried out against Zhaoqing City will have directive significance for relevant policies formulated by the local government, residential investment or purchase of consumers, and prediction of house price trend as well as business decisions made by enterprises. By virtue of machine learning and statistical theory, the house price in Zhaoqing City from 2010 to 2020 will be researched, and the house price prediction model of Zhaoqing City will be constructed in this paper with several variables including GDP, proportion of tertiary industry, income of urban residents, fiscal revenue, land price, investment volume in real estate development, permanent resident population, population density, and proportion of urban population in net migration. First of all, the methods of correlation analysis will be utilized, to select variables that are highly correlated with house price data based on correlation coefficients. Then, the model will be constructed for predicting the house price on the basis of multiple linear regression analysis that is conducted with selected variables. Finally, the prediction model will be adjusted gradually based on data with different correlations selected from available data, to realize better imitative effect and more precise predictive effect and select optimum prediction model. Public subsidies for offshore wind power will be eliminated in 2022. At present, offshore wind power still depends on subsidies. In this new situation, it is necessary to study the influence on the stakeholders and how the offshore wind power industry achieves healthy and sustainable development. Firstly, this paper qualitatively analyzes the impact of the cancellation of state subsidies on offshore wind turbine manufacturers and developers and finds that if there is no subsidy to relay offshore wind power, the development of offshore wind power will stagnate, and the wind turbine manufacturers will face great challenges. Then, by constructing the subsidy demand calculation model and the transmission and distribution price cross subsidy calculation model according to China's electricity price-related policies, the results show that the local subsidy is basically feasible to continue the national subsidy, and the burden is decreasing year by year, so the relay subsidy should be continued. Based on the cloud model, an evaluation model for the development of offshore wind power benefits from the cancellation of national subsidies is constructed to quantify the impact of the cancellation of overseas subsidies on local governments and power grid enterprises. The durability of lightweight cellular concrete (LCC) and the corresponding assessment method are studied in this paper to improve the utilization of LCC in subgrade construction engineering. The durability assessment method is established by combining the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE). The main assessment processes are as follows. Firstly, based on the physical and mechanical properties of LCC, the influencing factors are selected in terms of preliminary design, construction technology, and operation and management after completion of construction. The grading standard of influencing factors is established as well. Secondly, a multilevel assessment model with targets level, criteria level, and indexes level is established. AHP determines the effective weight of the lower level relative to the upper level. The consistency check of the judgment matrix is conducted to prove the rationality of the distribution of influencing factors' effect weight. Thirdly, the membership function which is suitable for each influencing factor is built to calculate the membership degree. Besides, the practicality and reliability of AHP combined with FCE are demonstrated through a practical engineering case, which is the third section of a highway in Guangdong Province, China. To improve the comprehension and utilization of lightweight cellular concrete mixed with fly ash (LCCF) and ensure project quality in subgrade construction engineering, the construction techniques and quality control measures of LCCF are studied in this paper. The corresponding research contents, based on a specific project case located in Guangdong Province, are as follows. Firstly, the construction technology process and technological measures are put forward, according to the site construction conditions and quality requirements. Secondly, the feasibility of indoor mixture ratio is further verified by measuring the fluidity, wet density, and strength on-site. Thirdly, the suitable pouring thickness of the single layer and reasonable interval time between layers are determined by the vertical delamination test and surface strength test. In this paper, the indoor mixture ratio of LCCF has been improved through tests such as single factor test and multifactor orthogonal test considering factors like fly ash, water-binder ratio, and foam. Typhoon wind speed prediction is of great significance for it can help prevent wind farms from damages caused by frequent typhoon disasters in coastal areas. However, most researches on wind forecast are either for meteorological application or for normal weather. Therefore, this paper proposes a systematic method based on numerical wind field and extreme learning machine for typhoon wind speed prediction of wind farms. The proposed method mainly consists of three parts, IGA-YanMeng typhoon numerical simulation model, typhoon status prediction model, and wind speed simulation model based on an extreme learning machine. The IGA-YanMeng typhoon numerical simulation model can greatly enrich typhoon wind speed data according to historical typhoon parameters. The typhoon status prediction model can predict the status of typhoons studied in the next few hours. And wind speed simulation model simulates the average wind speed magnitude/direction at 10 m height of each turbine in the farm according to the predicted status. The end of this paper presents a case study on a wind farm located in Guangdong province that suffered from the super typhoon Mangkhut landed in 2018. Global warming caused by carbon emissions has become increasingly prominent. As the world's second-largest economy, China is under enormous pressure to cut down its carbon dioxide emissions. It is urgent to seek effective methods to forecast carbon emissions and put forward the pointed and effective measures to reduce emissions. In this paper, we first use the software Eviews to make an analysis of randomness on data of carbon emissions in the four representative provinces and city, Beijing, Henan, Guangdong, and Zhejiang, in terms of their carbon emissions data from 1997 to 2017. Then, according to their distinct characteristics, the methods of stationary processing of the difference, moving average, and substituting strong impact points, respectively, are adopted to perform the data preprocessing. Then, model identification, parameter estimation, and model test are carried out to establish the model of ARIMA(p , d, q) for the prediction of the carbon emissions of the four regions, respectively. Finally, the model is used to forecast the data and analyze their tendency for their carbon emissions in the next three years. The results can provide guidance for decision-makers to set reasonable carbon emission reduction targets and take appropriate energy conservation and emission reduction measures. Logistics and economic development complement each other. The comprehensive competitiveness of Guangdong provincial economy ranks first in China. Under the influence of COVID-19, the freight development of Guangdong Province has been affected, but there is still lack of quantitative research. It is significant to explore the trend of economic development through the freight development of Guangdong Province. Based on the grey theory model, this paper uses six freight indexes to research freight development of Guangdong Province. Under the assumption that COVID-19 did not happen, we predicted the development value of freight index of Guangdong Province from January to December in 2020 and studied the influence based on the comparison between the predicted value and actual value. The empirical study shows three impact characteristics: stage characteristics, structural characteristics, and entity transmission characteristics. COVID-19 has a negative impact on the development of total freight volume, highway freight volume, waterway freight volume, and air freight volume in Guangdong Province. The influence values were −23.001%, −29.344%, −11.296%, and −3.838%. But, the freight volumes of railway and pipeline were positively affected by 14.343% and 13.057%, respectively, due to their continuity and substitution to other transportation modes. To further explore the abate measures of COVID-19 impact on Guangdong's freight development, the grey correlation model is introduced to study the correlation factors of freight development of Guangdong Province. This article focuses on the two-party static game between market supervisory organization and peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platform. Considering 4 game modes with both "strong supervision" and "weak supervision" of market supervisory organization and "compliance management" and "noncompliance management" of P2P lending platform, the paper establishes a static game model between P2P lending platform and market supervisory organization and solves the market equilibrium solutions. Based on income, cost, disguised cost, and fine of P2P lending platform and income, cost, and reward of market supervisory organization, it discusses conditional strategies that P2P lending platform selects "compliance management" or "noncompliance management" and that market supervisory organization selects "strong supervision" or "weak supervision," respectively. Furthermore, the relevant influencing factors are analyzed which come from 18 P2P lending platforms in Guangdong Province of China, and the conclusions were in good agreement with the actual market. In this paper, four antiskidding surface test sections were paved to investigate the long-term skid resistance of the improved dense-graded asphalt concrete in Guangdong Province (GAC) using diabase fine aggregate instead of limestone. Four test sections were tested by the accelerated loading equipment (MLS11, mobile load simulator). The reduction law of the long-term skid resistance of GAC-16 was analyzed based on the accelerated pavement testing results. Prediction models of the GAC-16 skid resistance were also established and verified. The evaluation indexes of the long-term skid resistance of the asphalt pavement were introduced, and the antiskidding durability of different sections was evaluated. Results show that the initial British pendulum number (BPN) and mean texture depth (MTD) of the asphalt pavement cannot completely characterize its long-term skid resistance. With increasing loading cycles, the attenuation law of the BPN and MTD of GAC-16 denotes a fast reduction during the early stage, which gradually stabilizes. The relation between the skid resistance index and accelerated loading cycles was analyzed by nonlinear fitting according to the least-squares-method principle. The attenuation law of the BPN and MTD of GAC-16 with loading cycles was in accordance with the exponential and logarithmic models, respectively. The long-term antiskidding performance of the asphalt pavement could be accurately characterized using a stable BPN, loading cycles while reaching a stable BPN, the initial MTD value, and the MTD reduction rate as the evaluation indexes of the skid resistance of asphalt pavement. The paper reports a study focused on breeding new rapidly growing and heat‐tolerant strains in a commercially important Asian bivalve, Sinonovacula constricta. To breed a new strain of S. constricta with fast growth and high temperature tolerance, complete diallel crosses were carried out using three different geographical culture populations from Zhejiang (Z), Fujian (F) and Guangdong (G) provinces, China. Larval and spat growth and the survival and heat tolerance of spats were compared in detail. The experimental serial growth traits extracted from larval and spat measurements (shell length and shell height) indicated that there was no difference between six hybrid crosses and parental crosses at the larval stage; while at the spat stage, some differences were observed. The hybrid crosses ZF (Z♀ × F♂), ZG (Z♀ × G♂) and FG (F♀ × G♂) outperformed the parental groups in shell length at the end of intermediate culture, with lengths of 21.77 ± 0.28 mm, 21.55 ± 0.29 mm and 21.44 ± 0.20 mm respectively. For spat survival rate, the hybrid cross ZF (Z♀ × F♂) had a significantly larger value (88.89 ± 4.16%) than all the other groups, and the hybrid cross ZG (Z♀ × G♂) had a significantly larger rate than the cross GZ (G♀ × Z♂) and parental crosses ZZ (Z♀ × Z♂) and GG (G♀ × G♂). The hybrid crosses ZF (Z♀ × F♂), ZG (Z♀ × G♂) and FG (F♀ × G♂) exceeded the parental groups in heat tolerance, but there was no significant difference. The growth, survival and heat tolerance results showed that the crosses ZF, ZG and FG in this study were the best hybridization combinations for genetic improvement, which could have significant implications for the development of razor clam aquaculture. Vehicle exhaust is one of the main sources of carbon emissions. The short-term traffic flow prediction plays an important role in alleviating traffic congestion, optimizing the travel structure, and reducing traffic carbon emissions. The current advanced models of short-term traffic flow prediction are evaluated in this work, especially their inadequacies. To improve the prediction accuracy and ensure fine traffic management, an effective self-attention-based hybrid model is proposed to predict the short-term traffic flow. The proposed model includes an encoder-decoder neural network module and a self-attention mechanism module. The self-attention mechanism module is applied as a feature extraction unit in this hybrid model to enhance the ability of key information capture and to settle the problem on key information disappearing due to the increasing sequence length in traditional models. The dataset of the Guangdong freeway toll station is used for the experimental testing. Compared with several baseline models, the proposed model is more suitable for real-time prediction and can provide highly accurate results. Also, a better interpretability is presented in this proposed model. The experimental results showed that MAE, RMSE, and MAPE of the proposed model are 3.01, 4.38, and 12.99%, respectively. Our new hybrid model gives a higher accuracy than the support vector regression (SVR) model, LSTM neural network-attention (LSTM-attention) model, and temporal convolutional network (TCN) model. In the free flow of financial factors oriented to capital, returns will be accompanied by the concentration and diffusion of financial resources to form regional financial spatial differences, which is an objective phenomenon of regional financial practice. Localized regional financial risks may appear in the process of regional financial practice in each region. To address the abovementioned problems, we propose a model for regional financial risk analysis based on the DCN deep learning model. The main contents are as follows: elaborating the financial risk transmission mechanism involving intra- and interregional financial risks, sorting out the relationship between sectors as clues; the designing process of regional financial risk index as well as the measurement method, and the regional financial risk index for typical regions is measured and found to be at peak in 2017 with a risk index of 0.58; and the construction of an early warning model based on the value of the regional financial risk index and the expansion of the RNN network applied to the construction of the regional financial risk early warning system. Based on the construction of the RNN network application risk early warning system, the three types of risks, payment risk, loan loss risk, and market risk with the percentages of 49.62%, 26.82%, and 23.56%, respectively, are derived, and the focus is on their supervision and management in the follow-up work. In practical engineering projects, overconsolidation plays an irreplaceable role in the calculation of silt consolidation settlement. Based on a series of systematic consolidation tests conducted on reconstituted soft clay in different cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the overconsolidation behavior of soft clay under different depths was studied. According to these tests, the shape of the curves of the overconsolidation ratio with depth was similar to that of the compression curves. Moreover, the deeper the silt depth is, the smaller the overconsolidation ratio is. Hence, the overconsolidation state eventually changes to the underconsolidation state. On this basis, the depths of normal consolidation were calculated through the fitting curves of the overconsolidation ratio with depth by CurveExpert1.4, which is strongly dependent on both the average thickness of the overfill and the range of water level. Based on the results, a polynomial relationship between overconsolidation ratio (OCR) and sampling depth (h) is established. Microsurfacing is a standard preventive maintenance technology developed on the basis of slurry sealing technology. However, the high temperature and rainy season in Guangdong Province affect its expanded application because of its low water resistance and short service life. So, high-performance microsurfacing, a new microsurfacing technology, has been developed. The key to this technique is an appropriate proportion of water-based epoxy resin and waterborne epoxy curing agent, which could generate a chemical reaction to form a high-performance bonding network structure of space. And indoor wet-wheel wear test shows that its antiwear ability and resistance to water damage are evidently increased (to over 50%) compared with the conventional microsurfacing. Furthermore, from the long-term road performance results, the antisliding and water resistance performance of high-performance microsurfacing is much higher than the conventional technique. This article takes the evaluation model of data envelopment analysis (DEA) and Malmquist index change and its decomposition method, from 2014 to 2018, of sugarcane production in 8 cities in Guangdong province as the research object and the selection of sugarcane production output and production factors as a model output variable and input variable, respectively, according to the eight cities of Guangdong province in 2014–2018 statistics and analyzes the sugarcane production efficiency of 8 cities in Guangdong province. The research results show that there are significant differences in the regional development level of sugarcane production comprehensive efficiency and the regional development imbalance of sugarcane industry in the eight cities of Guangdong province. The lower TPI of the eight cities is mainly due to the lower level of technological innovation. This paper investigates the long-term dynamic cross-correlation evolution between US economic policy uncertainty index (USEPU) and Guangdong carbon emission trading price (GDCP) from the multifractal detrended cross-correlation analysis (MF-DCCA) perspective. With the calculation of correlation statistics and fluctuation function, the beginning procedures of MF-DCCA, we find that the cross-correlation between USEPU and GDCP is significant and presents power law property. Also, with the Hurst exponent, we find that the long-horizon correlations between series are persistent. Moreover, we perform Rényi exponent and spectrum singularity check. For the purpose of accurate measurement of regional systemic financial risks and prevention of regional economic turmoil, this paper proposes a new measure called the CoCVaR model, based on the tail mean loss, which is applied to measure the impact of stock returns of each listed company on the overall stock returns in Guangdong Province, China, from January 2010 to December 2020. It is found that there are significant CoVaR and CoCVaR for real estate, finance, utilities, and energy companies, while the risk spillover to the real economy market in Guangdong Province is more significant when companies in these industries are in extreme situations. There are insignificant CoCVaR for daily consumption, information technology, and health care. This paper evaluates the impact of the development of the logistics industry on economic growth based on panel data of 21 cities in Guangdong Province in China from 2007 to 2019. Using the overall entropy method, the comprehensive development index of the logistics industry is constructed to capture the performance of the logistics industry. On this basis, by using Moran's index, we measure the spatial agglomeration effect of the logistics industry. Furthermore, direct and spatial spillover effects are also obtained. The estimation results of the spatial Durbin model (SDM) reveal that the elasticity coefficient of the effect of the comprehensive development level of the logistics industry on economic growth is 0.2590, which is significant at the 1% level. In addition, the coefficient of the direct effect of the logistics industry on local economic growth is 0.4074, and the coefficient of the spatial spillover effect on the economic growth of the surrounding areas is 0.3596, which are both significant at the 1% level. These results indicate that the development of the logistics industry can not only improve local economic growth but also promote the economic growth of the surrounding regions. This paper selects the Herfindahl–Hirschman index and the Moran index to study the overall agglomeration and spatial distribution of high-tech industries in Guangdong, a province of China. The location entropy, dynamic agglomeration index, and output value share are also used in this study to measure the agglomeration and changes that occur in high-tech industries in various cities of Guangdong Province. The relevant data of high-tech industries for the province is collected between 2013 and 2018. Our results show that Guangdong Province's overall agglomeration of high-tech industries strengthened between 2013 and 2018, but industrial transfer occurred within the cities in the Pearl River Delta region to a certain extent. Regional international trade, R&D investment and patent output of the whole society, number of local scientific research personnel, economies of scale, communication level, and local taxation policies are the main factors contributing to the changes in the agglomeration of high-tech industries. Guangdong should create an open environment to increase R&D investment and expand the scale of R&D personnel and economy as well as strengthening intellectual property protection and communication level. On May 11, 2022, despite the favorable upper and lower-level circulation patterns of the high-altitude trough, shear line, and southwest jet stream, the urban cluster of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area experienced light to moderate rainfall, deviating significantly from the forecasted heavy rain and local heavy rainstorm. This study explores the reasons for false alarms and predictability using ground observation data, radar data, ECMWF-ERA5 reanalysis field data, and ECMWF and CMA-TRAMS forecast data. The results indicate that the warm and moist airflow transported by the low-level jet stream was intercepted by the upstream MCS (mesoscale convective system) along the coastal area of western Guangdong, and inadequate conditions of negative vorticity dynamics led to insufficient moisture, thermodynamic, and dynamic conditions over the urban cluster, preventing the triggering of heavy precipitation. In addition, the 700 hPa westerly flow guiding the airflow and the stable low-level shear line, coupled with surface convergence lines, influenced the northward or southward movement of MCSs along the coastal and inland regions of western Guangdong. The weak and discontinuous intensity of echoes in the upstream Zhaoqing region further hindered the influence of surrounding echoes on the urban cluster. Numerical forecast models ECMWF and CMA-TRAMS overestimated the 850 hPa windspeed and 925 hPa meridional windspeed, resulting in the forecasted urban cluster experiencing heavy rain. Sensitivity tests of wind fields indicate that the 850 hPa wind field information is more sensitive to precipitation in the urban cluster. In this process, weak signal correction can be achieved in strong precipitation forecasts using the distinct signal of lower 850 hPa water vapor flux divergence compared to 925 hPa. Therefore, in the future, when the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area encounters similar warm-sector heavy rainfall events, adjustments to model forecasts can be made using specific 850 hPa elements such as wind speed, water vapor flux divergence, or specific humidity to enhance predictive accuracy. The change in the industrial land is of great significance to the sustainable development of cities. However, scholars have done relatively little research on this subject, especially on the urban industrial land expansion process and its influencing factors. This article selects Shunde, a typical Chinese industrial city of the Guangdong province, using remote sensing interpretation to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution of industrial land expansion from 1995 to 2017 and applies the multiple regression model to analyze the influencing factors. The main conclusions are as follows: the industrial land in Shunde has experienced the development trend of "slow expansion-rapid expansion-slow expansion," and the "fragmentation" of the industrial land space is still prominent. Decentralization, marketization, capital, and labor force have passed the significance test of the model, which are important factors influencing the expansion of the industrial land in Shunde. Among them, decentralization is the primary factor, while marketization has the greatest impact on industrial land expansion in Shunde. Summary: The reform of power market has presented new challenges to short‐term load forecasting (STLF), and the accuracy of forecast results is of great significance to the orderly and efficient operation of the market. To improve the accuracy of load forecasting, an STLF method based on deep neural network (DNN) with sample weights is proposed. By filtering samples and assigning corresponding weights to different training samples, this method effectively improves the forecasting accuracy of the DNN model. Two important steps of this method are as follows: (a) calculating the distance between the samples and the forecast day to measure the similarity between them, and the training samples are selected based on the distance; (b) after selecting training samples, corresponding weights can be assigned to training samples according to the distance between the training samples and the forecast day. This allows DNN to focus on the key samples. Finally, we carried out simulation analysis by using the actual load data of Guangdong Power Grid in January 2017. NADC34-like porcine reproductive and respiratory virus (PRRSV) has had a significant impact on the pig industry, particularly in China. However, the evolutionary characteristics and pathogenicity of NADC34-like PRRSV strains within intensive farming systems are not well understood, particularly regarding the biological characteristic variation of successive outbreaks on a farm. In this study, we conducted continuous surveillance in an intensive farm that experienced a PRRSV outbreak. Two PRRSV strains, GDHZ109/2020 and GDYS162/2022, were isolated and fully sequenced from the same swine farm in Guangdong Province in 2020 and 2022, respectively. Evolutionary analysis based on the ORF5 gene revealed that both strains clustered with NADC34-like strains and shared 96.5% homology. Analysis of the full-length genome and NSP2 gene classified the strains into lineage 1.8, represented by the NADC30 strain. Recombination analysis suggested complex recombination patterns for both strains, involving NADC30-like, NADC34-like, and JXA1-like strains. Although many recombinant regions were nearly identical, there were differences observed in the NSP5–NSP7 region. Pathogenicity experiments conducted on piglets demonstrated that GDHZ109/2020 exhibited higher pathogenicity compared to GDYS162/2022. Piglets in the GDHZ109/2020 infected group had more severe clinical signs and higher mortality. Moreover, analysis of respiratory microbial diversity indicated a significant increase in the abundance of potentially pathogenic microbiota, such as Klebsiella and Erysipelothrix contributing to the respiratory tract of PRRSV-infected piglets, suggesting secondary infections due to differences in immune defense. These findings highlight the importance of NADC34-like recombinant strains' evolution during the farm's epidemic period, which may have contributed to changes in pathogenicity. Blasting excavation of a bedding rock slope is a common problem in highway construction in mountainous areas. Accurate simulation of damage area caused by blasting excavation is of great significance for the subsequent maintenance of slopes. Based on a highway construction project in Guangdong province of China, a tensile and compressive damage model was used to simulate the whole process of blasting excavation of a typical bedding rock slope. The analysis results show that damage first appears just around the blasting hole and then develops to the both sides and the bottom of the blasting hole, and finally a large range of damage appears in the lower part of the blasting hole, and the damage depth on the right-side slope is around 2 m, which is in consistent with the scene. Besides, damage also occurs in the middle of the bedding rock mass of the slope. At the same time, the history analysis of vibration velocity also indicates that tensile failure appears on the right-side slope under the blasting hole. Therefore, the stability of the slope can be assessed by analyzing the distribution of damage factors and the vibration velocity characteristics synthetically. In addition, parameter analysis was also carried out to optimize the blasting design by controlling the blasting load so as to obtain the ideal blasting excavation effect and ensure the stability of the slope under blasting load. In this study, we describe the epidemiological investigation of the first African swine fever (ASF) outbreak in a local domestic pig farm in the New Territories of Hong Kong in 2021. In the outbreak farm, several affected pigs presented clinical and pathological signs consistent with ASF, while the remaining pigs showed nonspecific clinical signs or did not exhibit any clinical signs. The relative low morbidity and mortality of ASF on this farm resulted in delayed detection and implementation of the control response. Despite this delay, no further spread of the disease from this farm to other farms or wild boars was observed. The clinical presentation of ASF in terms of morbidity and mortality on this farm indicated that it is essential for effective surveillance aimed at early detection for farmers, veterinarians, and pathologists to be educated about the different ways ASF can express itself in domestic pig populations. Epidemiological investigations consisted of field inspection, interviews with farm personnel to assess the management and biosecurity practices within the farm, and laboratory testing of animal and environmental samples. In addition, the complete genome of ASFV was obtained directly from the tissues of an infected pig to facilitate the epidemiological investigation. The genetic relationship at the whole genome level indicated that the isolate shared the highest level of similarity with genotype II ASFVs, including a 2019 isolate from Guangdong province, China (GD2019). Overall, the information presented here from the on-farm investigation with that from diagnostic testing and molecular analyses provides a basis for informed actions to prevent future incidents in farms with similar characteristics. Furthermore, this study highlighted the need to increase current knowledge about the molecular diversity amongst circulating viruses and potentially trace the source of infection. The port groups of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area faces a new competitive and cooperative game structure concerning global competition, making it is necessary to build a comprehensive port coordination and development mechanism. In this study, we apply the logistics model to conduct parameter estimation and evolution trend analysis on the development of the port group and highlight that the current container throughput of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area port group will reach the maximum and the new impetus is needed to push it into the next round of development and evolution. Combined with the theory of ecological population, the Lotka–Volterra model of multiple groups is introduced to study competition and cooperation game, explore their interaction, and provide quantitative support for the formation of different central port groups in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Objective. To sort out the application and status quo of some domestic crowdsourcing models, explore the factors affecting multilingual manual annotation through experiments and offer suggestions. Methodology. Crawling the government news texts in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Portuguese in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, and enter them into the database. Combine it with corpus tagging uses the established web platform to practice crowdsourcing and collect a large number of annotation results and behavior data. Results. Made assumptions about factors that may affect the quality of manual annotation, used SPSS and other data analysis software to evaluate the degree of interpretation of the assumptions, provided a regression formula for calculating the accuracy, and provided constructive suggestions for the corpus annotation quality assurance projects. Limitations. More corpus information in more languages and more professional annotators are needed. Conclusions. The study found that the accuracy of annotation is strongly related to the attributes of the corpus itself, such as the total number of vocabularies, the number of rare words, the complexity of parts of speech, etc., and the condition of languages are different from each other. China is experiencing the rapid development of infrastructure projects throughout the country, especially in the Guangdong-Hong Kong SAR-Macao SAR Greater Bay Area. This is placing the Chinese construction industry under tremendous pressure to transition to a sustainability orientation due to the various economic, social, and environmental challenges involved. The transition to more sustainable infrastructure projects requires the involvement of more stakeholders, while the multistakeholder context is of less importance when making project decisions, and this may create an adverse effect on the sustainability level of infrastructure projects. Based on the questionnaire data collected, this study addresses this issue by comparatively analysing stakeholder perceptions of sustainable infrastructure delivery between Guangdong province, Hong Kong SAR, and Macao SAR. Through independent sample t-tests, the disparity in perceptions between paired stakeholder groups in the Greater Bay Area (as a whole) is revealed. Three pairs, i.e., government department and supervising engineers, owners and designers, and supervising engineers and operators, are found to be the most conflicting, while contractors and supervising engineers are the least. Of the 18 sustainability items analysed, shaped local identity and international reputation (SOC, social factor 8) is the most controversial, while value-for-money of the proposed project during its lifecycle (EOC, economic factor 5) and green design and construction (ENV, environmental factor 2) have the greatest consensus towards their roles in achieving project sustainability. Significantly, different stakeholder perceptions between the three are also identified, and the contractor group is found to share the least consensus geographically, while the operators have the least conflict rating of the relevant importance of various sustainability factors. The thorough analysis of sustainability-related items of economy, society, and environment contributes to understanding the attitudes of the various stakeholder groups involved, which then helps reduce their conflicts during sustainable infrastructure delivery. Dynamic wireless charging (DWC) technology enables the charging of electric vehicles (EVs) en route without the need for stopping on long-distance trips. Based on DWC technology, a dynamic wireless charging system (DWCS) concept is proposed to determine the number of DWC lanes and their locations and lengths considering varying battery charging rates. A two-stage approach is proposed to design the optimal DWCS. First, we propose a mixed-integer model with nonlinear constraints to determine the locations and lengths of the charging lanes. This model is further reformulated as a mixed-integer linear problem to make it suitable to solve with off-the-shelf commercial solvers (e.g., Gurobi). Next, we propose a method to obtain an approximately optimal solution for the number of lanes. Then, a numerical example from a freeway in Guangdong Province, China, is investigated to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed model and its effectiveness in reducing the construction costs. The average death and injury intensity on sharp horizontal curves (SHCs) are much higher than those of straight sections of the expressway in China. In this paper, the statistics of crashes from 2008 to 2012 on 2200 km expressways in Guangdong province are collected, and the relationships between the radius of plane curves and the crash rate are analyzed. After that, the curved expressway section with radius equal to or less than 1000 m is defined as SHCs. According to the results of the test of the operating speed, the heart rate change of drivers, and the vehicle acceleration, the distribution patterns of driving risks on the certain SHCs were theoretically analyzed. Hence, the driving risk affected areas on adjacent line units of SHCs are determined as 200 m sections before entering or after exiting the SHCs. Combining with surveyed data, the spatial distribution of crashes on SHCs is analyzed, and the driving risk distribution function of SHCs in expressway is finally deduced. Swine are considered as 'mixing vessels' of influenza A viruses and play an important role in the generation of novel influenza pandemics. In this study, we described that the H3N2 swine influenza (swH3N2) viruses currently circulating in pigs in Guangdong province carried six internal genes from 2009 pandemic H1N1 virus (pmd09), and their antigenicity was obviously different from that of current human H3N2 influenza viruses or recommended vaccine strains (A/Guangdong/1194/2019, A/Hong Kong/4801/2014). These swH3N2 viruses preferentially bonded to the human‐like receptors, and efficiently replicated in human, canine and swine cells. In addition, the virus replicated in turbinate and trachea of guinea pigs, and efficiently transmitted among guinea pigs, and virus shedding last for 6 days post‐infection (dpi). The virus replicated in the respiratory tract of pigs, effectively transmitted among pigs, and virus shedding last until 9 dpi. Taken together, these current swH3N2 viruses might have the zoonotic potential. Strengthening surveillance and monitoring the pathogenicity of such swH3N2 viruses are urgently needed.
