Electronic music can help people alleviate the pressure in life and work. It is a way to express people's emotional needs. With the increase of the types and quantity of electronic music, the traditional electronic music classification and emotional analysis cannot meet people's more and more detailed emotional needs. Therefore, this study proposes the emotion analysis of electronic music based on the PSO-BP neural network and data analysis, optimizes the BP neural network through the PSO algorithm, and extracts and analyzes the emotional characteristics of electronic music combined with data analysis. The experimental results show that compared with BP neural network, PSO-BP neural network has a faster convergence speed and better optimal individual fitness value and can provide more stable operating conditions for later training and testing. The electronic music emotion analysis model based on PSO-BP neural network can reduce the error rate of electronic music lyrics text emotion classification and identify and analyze electronic music emotion with high accuracy, which is closer to the actual results and meets the expected requirements. Starting from the main eco-environmental problems faced by water environment, taking Yanhe River Basin as an example, this paper discusses the theoretical connotation and evaluation calculation method of eco-environmental water consumption. In order to study the eco-environmental water consumption of Yanhe River Basin, a runoff driving factor mining method based on big data analysis is established in this paper. Aiming at the problem that the statistical law and genetic law of runoff change frequently in changing environment, the mining technology method of runoff key driving factors is proposed by combining traditional methods with big data analysis. The characteristic factors that have no significant impact on runoff change are removed, the implicit characteristic factors affecting runoff change are extracted, the driving relationship of hydrological, meteorological, and vegetation characteristic factors on ecological water consumption change is identified, and the key driving factors of ecological water consumption change are extracted, which lays a data foundation for ecological water consumption prediction based on machine learning. The economic water consumption based on eco-environmental water consumption in Yanhe River Basin in the future is predicted (including water demand in three aspects of industry, agriculture, and life); that is, the prediction is to meet the economic water demand on the basis of ensuring that the water consumption of ecological environment will not be occupied, which can effectively ensure the improvement of ecological environment function in Yanhe River Basin and is conducive to the sustainable utilization of water resources in Yanhe River Basin. The research is only based on a small watershed such as Yanhe River Basin, and the purpose of the research is to provide a reference for ecological environment protection and sustainable utilization of water resources in the Loess Plateau, even in the arid, semiarid, and semihumid areas of North China. Magnetic nanomaterials have recently emerged, playing an increasingly essential role in life science and biomedicine fields, and they exhibited promising potentials in cancer diagnosis and therapy. Also, their use as contrast agents improved various cancer diagnostic imaging sensitivities and accuracy. Magnetic nanomaterials are also exploited as targeted drug carriers to increase the sensitivity and reduce the side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs. Backgrounds. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the most common comorbidities in patients with coronavirus disease (COVID-19). We aim to summarize the clinical features of DM patients with COVID-19 and find out potential factors associated with severe disease. Methods. In this retrospective, single-center study, the medical records of patients with COVID-19 in Changsha, Hunan, China, from January 21, 2020, to February 19, 2020, were reviewed. Epidemiological information, clinical features, and outcomes were compared between DM patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) or not. Results. A total of 241 patients confirmed with COVID-19 were enrolled, including 19 DM patients. There were more patients in DM group admitted to the ICU than non-DM group (36.8% vs. 15.8%, P = 0.045). Compared with non-DM group in the ICU, there were more female patients from DM group in the ICU (85.7% vs. 31.4%, P = 0.024). On admission, the mean level of glycated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) was higher in the ICU DM patients than that in the non-ICU DM patients (8.5% vs. 7.1%). There were more DM patients with proteinuria in the ICU group than the non-ICU group (57.1% vs. 33.3%). Twelve DM patients (63.2%) changed diabetic therapy during hospitalization, and all DM patients admitted to the ICU used insulin. As of March 14, all 19 DM patients have been discharged, and no death occurred. Conclusions. DM patients with COVID-19 are vulnerable to severe disease, especially for female patients. High levels of HbA1c and proteinuria could be potential risk factors for severe COVID-19 in DM patients. This study was performed to investigate the biocompatibility (BC), magnetothermal effect, and DNA binding biological characteristics of manganese zinc ferrite nanoparticles (Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4-NPs (MZF-NPs)) coated with pegylated manganese (PEG-MZF-NPs). Their functions as gene transfer carrier for gene therapy and magnetic medium for tumor hyperthermia were also explored. The manganese zinc ferrite nanoparticles were synthesized through high temperature cracking, and their characterizations were discovered. Hemolysis test and MTT assay were performed to evaluate biocompatibility, and their self-heating effects in the alternating magnetic field were investigated. PEG-MZF-NPs with different concentrations were measured by using 7.0 T Micro-MR scanner (MRI) to calculate the T2 value and r2 relaxation rate of each sample. The CD44-shRNA plasmids were constructed, and their ability to bind PEG-MZF-NPs were examined. The DNA release from PEG-MZF-NP/DNA complex and protection of DNA from nuclease digestion were also detected. After CD44-shRNA-EGFP were transfected into the ovarian cancer SK-OV-3 cells by using PEG-MZF-NPs as carriers, the transfection efficiency was detected by a flow cytometer and expression of CD44 mRNA and protein in cells was detected using RT-PCR and Western blot, respectively. We successfully prepared PEG-MZF-NPs with favorable dispersity, magnetic responsiveness, and BC. Typically, the excellent magnetothermal effect can be used for a tumor magnetothermal therapeutic study. In vitro MRI showed the application potential for being magnetic resonance T2 relaxation contrast agents and the possibility to achieve goal of integration of targeting diagnosis and treatment. Tanshinone IIA (TanIIA) and gene therapy both hold promising potentials in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) treatment. However, low solubility and poor bioavailability of TanIIA limit its clinical application. Similarly, gene therapy with GPC3-shRNA, a type of short hairpin RNAs (shRNAs) capable of silencing the glypican-3 (GPC3) expression, is seriously limited due to its susceptibility to nuclease degradation and high off-target effects. In the present study, polyethyleneimine (PEI)-polyethylene glycol (PEG)-coated mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN-PEG) were used as a drug carrier. By encapsulating TanIIA into MSN-PEG, we synthesized MSN-TanIIA-PEG nanoparticles and observed the involved characteristics. This was followed by exploration of antitumor activity on the HepG2 cell lines in vitro. Meanwhile, in order to construct GPC3-shRNA plasmids, a shRNA sequence targeting GPC3 was synthesized and cloned into the pSLenti-U6 vector. Accordingly, the performance of MSN-PEG as a gene transfer carrier for GPC3-shRNA gene therapy of HCC in vitro was evaluated, including transfection efficiency and DNA binding biological characteristics. The results indicated successful encapsulation of TanIIA in MSN-PEG, which had satisfactory efficacy, favorable dispersity, suitable particle size, and sustained release effect. The in vitro anti-HCC effects of nano-TanIIA were greatly improved, which outperformed free-TanIIA in terms of proliferation and invasion inhibition, as well as apoptosis induction of HCC cells. As expected, MSN-PEG possessed excellent gene delivery capacity with good binding, release, and protection from RNase digestion. Using MSN-PEG as a gene carrier, the plasmids were successfully transfected into HepG2 cells, and both the mRNA and protein expressions of GPC3 were significantly downregulated. It was thus concluded that a sustained release TanIIA delivery system for HCC treatment was synthesized and that MSN-PEG could also serve as a gene transfer carrier for gene therapy. This paper presents a new current-voltage (I-V) model for solar cells. It has been proved that series resistance of a solar cell is related to temperature. However, the existing five-parameter model ignores the temperature dependence of series resistance and then only accurately predicts the performance of monocrystalline silicon solar cells. Therefore, this paper uses Chebyshev polynomials to describe the relationship between series resistance and temperature. This makes a new parameter called temperature coefficient for series resistance introduced into the single-diode model. Then, a new six-parameter model for solar cells is established in this paper. This new model can improve the accuracy of the traditional single-diode model and reflect the temperature dependence of series resistance. To validate the accuracy of the six-parameter model in this paper, five kinds of silicon solar cells with different technology types, that is, monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, thin film silicon, and tripe-junction amorphous silicon, are tested at different irradiance and temperature conditions. Prostate cancer is one of the major malignancies that threaten men's health all over the world. Due to the lack of specific symptoms and signs in the early stage, as well as the limitations of existing detection methods, it is difficult to achieve early diagnosis for prostate cancer. As short single-stranded oligonucleotides (DNA or RNA) with specific 3D structure which can be produced using an in vitro selection process termed systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX), aptamers can specifically bind to the corresponding targets. They have become a class of novel targeting ligand for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of cancer. Owing to distinctive physicochemical features, and some other special properties such as easy modifiability, good biocompatibility, being easily coupled with other ligands, nanomaterials are extensively used in biological medical field research. Enlighteningly, the combination of aptamers with nanomaterials, including metal nanoparticles, nanosilica, quantum dots, and carbon nanomaterials, can enhance the ability of nanomaterials to recognize tumor cells, which is beneficial to overcome the shortcomings such as low sensitivity in early detection and lack of specificity of traditional antineoplastic drugs, thus, clinically helpful to improve the early metaphase diagnosis rate, providing a technical guarantee for the "personalized treatment" strategy for prostate cancer. Herein, we mainly review the basic and applied research of aptamer functionalized nanocomposite in prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment, including biosensing, bioimaging, and cancer therapy, hoping to provide new ideas for prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment. Breast cancer (BRCA) has severely threatened women's health worldwide. Radiotherapy is a treatment for BRCA, which applies high doses of ionizing radiation to induce cancer cell death and reduce disease recurrence. Radioresistance is one of the most important elements that affect the therapeutic efficacy of radiotherapy. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are suggested to dominate crucial roles in regulating the biological behavior of BRCA. Currently, some studies indicate that overexpression or inhibition of lncRNAs can greatly alter the radioresistance of BRCA. In this review, we summarized the knowledge on the classification and function of lncRNAs and the molecular mechanism of BRCA radioresistance, listed lncRNAs related to the BRCA radioresistance, highlighted their underlying mechanisms, and discussed the potential application of these lncRNAs in regulating BRCA radioresistance. Background. Metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) has made a revolution in the mode of pathogen identification. We decided to explore the diagnostic value of blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) as mNGS samples in pneumonia. Methods. We retrospectively reviewed 467 mNGS results and assessed the diagnostic performance of paired blood and BALF mNGS in 39 patients with pneumonia. Results. For bacteria and fungi, 16 patients had culture-confirmed pathogen diagnosis, while 13 patients were culture-negative. BALF mNGS was more sensitive than blood mNGS (81.3% vs. 25.0%, p = 0.003), and the specificity in BALF and blood mNGS was not statistically significant different (76.9% vs. 84.6%, p = 0.317). For 10 patients without culture test, treatments were changed in 2 patients. For viruses, Epstein-Barr virus was positive in blood mNGS in 9 patients. Human adenovirus was detected in both BALF and blood mNGS in 3 patients. Conclusion. Our study suggests that BALF mNGS is more sensitive than blood mNGS in detecting bacteria and fungi, but blood also has advantages to identify the pathogens of pneumonia, especially for some viruses. It has been evidenced that liver cancer stem cells (LCSCs) are to blame hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) occurrence, development, metastasis, and recurrence. Using iron-platinum nanoparticles (FePt-NPs) as a carrier and CD133 antigen as a target, a new strategy to targetly kill LCSCs by integrating HSV-TK suicide gene, 131I nuclide irradiation, and magnetic fluid hyperthermia (MFH) together was designed and investigated in the present study. The results showed that FePt-NPs modified with PEI (PEI-FePt-NPs) could bind with DNA, and the best binding ratio was 1 : 40 (mass ratio). Moreover, DNA binding to PEI-FePt-NPs could refrain from Dnase1 enzyme digestion and could release under certain conditions. LCSCs (CD133+ Huh-7 cells) were transfected with pHRE-Egr1-HSV-TK by PEI-FePt-NPs, and the transfection efficiency was 53.65 ± 3.40 %. These data showed a good potential of PEI-FePt-NPs as a gene transfer carrier.131I was labeled with anti-CD133McAb in order to facilitate therapy targeting. The combined intervention of pHRE-Egr1-HSV-TK/anti-CD133McAb-131I/MFH mediated by PEI-FePt-NPs could greatly inhibit LCSCs' growth and induce cell apoptosis in vitro, significantly higher than any of the individual interventions (p < 0.05). As one of the most important therapies in complementary and alternative medicine, acupuncture has been used in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Acupuncture of "olfactory three-needle" manipulation can improve the cognitive ability of AD patients. However, the mechanism of "olfactory three-needle" in AD remains largely unknown. Here, we identified that the "olfactory three-needle" therapy and eugenol olfactory stimulation both reduced the deposition of β-amyloid (Aβ) protein and increased the expression of synaptophysin (SYP), but only the "olfactory three-needle" enhanced the spatial learning and memory ability of SAMP8. Remarkably, the "olfactory three-needle" inhibited the phosphorylation of p38MAPK and the excessive activation of microglia (MG) in the hippocampus. Our study demonstrates that the "olfactory three-needle" enhances spatial learning and memory ability by inhibiting the phosphorylation of p38MAPK and the excessive activation of MG to reduce the neuroinflammatory response and neurotoxicity of Aβ and promote synaptic regeneration, but it was not completely consistent with the stimulation of the olfactory system. Our previous findings showed a good therapeutic effect of the combination of suicide gene HSV-TK, nuclide 131I, and magnetic fluid hyperthermia (MFH) on hepatoma by using magnetic nanoparticles as linkers, far better than any monotherapy involved, with no adverse effects. This combination therapy might be an eligible strategy to treat hepatic cancer. However, it is not clear how the combination regimen took the therapeutic effects. In the current study, to explore the possible mechanisms of radionuclide-gene therapy combined with MFH to treat hepatoma at tissue, cellular, and molecular levels and to provide theoretical and experimental data for its clinical application, we examined the apoptosis induction of the combination therapy and investigated the expression of the proteins related to apoptosis such as survivin, livin, bcl-2, p53, and nucleus protein Ki67 involved in cell proliferation, detected VEGF, and MVD involved in angiogenesis of tumor tissues and analyzed the pathologic changes after treatment. The results showed that the combination therapy significantly induced the hepatoma cell apoptosis. The expression of survivin, VEGF, bcl-2, p53, livin, Ki67, and VEGF proteins and microvascular density (MVD) were all decreased after treatment. The therapeutic mechanisms may be involved in the downregulation of Ki67 expression leading to tumor cell proliferation repression and inhibition of survivin, bcl-2, p53, and livin protein expression inducing tumor cell apoptosis, negatively regulating VEGF protein expression, and reducing vascular endothelial cells, which results in tumor angiogenesis inhibition and microvascular density decrease and tumor cell necrosis. As the third major reason of mortality related to cancer in the world, liver cancer is also the fifth most frequent cancer. Unluckily, a majority of patients succumb and relapse though many progresses have been made in detection and therapy of liver cancer. It has been put forward that in liver cancer, cancer stem cells (CSCs) hold main responsibility for the formation, invasion, metastasis, and recurrence of tumor. Strategies that are intended to target liver CSCs are playing a more and more significant role in supervising the development of liver cancer treatment and assessing new therapeutic methods. Birt-Hogg-Dube syndrome (BHD, OMIM#135150) is a rare disease in clinic; it is characterized by skin fibrofolliculomas, pulmonary cysts with an increased risk of recurrent pneumothorax, renal cysts, and renal neoplasms. Previous studies have demonstrated that variants in folliculin (FLCN, NM_144997) are mainly responsible for this disease. In this research, we enrolled two BHD families and applied direct sequencing of FLCN to explore the genetic lesions in them. Two FLCN mutations were identified: one is a novel deletion variant (c.668delA/p.N223TfsX19), while the other is a previously reported insertion mutation (c.1579_1580insA/p.R527QfsX75). And the pathogenicity of both variants was confirmed by cosegregation assay. Bioinformatics analysis showed that c.668delA may lead to functional haploinsufficiency of FLCN because mRNA carrying this mutation exhibits a faster degradation rate comparing to the wild type. Real-time qPCR also confirmed that the mRNA level of FLCN expression in the proband was decreased significantly compared with the controls, which may disrupt the mTOR pathway and lead to BHD. The insertion mutation (c.1579_1580insA) was predicted to cause a prolonged amino acid sequence of FLCN. The present identification of two mutations not only further supports the important role of tumor suppressor FLCN in BHD and primary spontaneous pneumothorax, but also expands the spectrum of FLCN mutations and will provide insight into genetic diagnosis and counseling of families with BHD. In this study, a practical basal diet (control, C) was supplemented with crystal methionine (Met) ( CM) or encapsulated Met ( EM), and then was pelleted (P) or extruded (E) to form six diets, PC, PCM, PEM, EC, ECM and EEM. The six diets were fed to Jian carp with initial body of 8.6 ± 0.4 g for 8 weeks to evaluate the effects of Met supplementation and feed processing on growth of the fish. In pelleted diets, weight gain ( WG) increased and feed conversion ratio ( FCR) decreased ( P < 0.05) in response to the supplementation of EM, but both WG and FCR were not affected by the supplementation of CM in the pelleted diet, when compared with PC group. In extruded diets, WG of fish fed ECM or EEM diets was higher and FCR was lower ( P < 0.05) than those of fish fed EC diet. In the pelleted diets, the highest level of serum free Met was observed at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd h after feeding for PCM, PEM and PC group, respectively, but the three extruded diet groups showed the same peaking time at the 3rd h after feeding. In both pelleted and extruded diets, the supplementation of EM increased the expression of IGF-1 gene in muscle ( P < 0.05) when compared to PC and EC respectively. Results above indicated that the growth of Jian carp can be improved by the supplementation of EM in pelleted diet, or by the supplementation of EM, CM in extruded diet deficient in Met, but not by the supplementation of CM in pelleted diet. An effective strategy has been developed for synthesis of radionuclide immune albumin nanospheres (131I-antiAFPMcAb-GCV-BSA-NPs). In vitro as well as in vivo targeting of 131I-antiAFPMcAb-GCV-BSA-NPs to AFP-positive hepatoma was examined. In cultured HepG2 cells, the uptake and retention rates of 131I-antiAFPMcAb-GCV-BSA-NPs were remarkably higher than those of 131I alone. As well, the uptake rate and retention ratios of 131I-antiAFPMcAb-GCV-BSA-NPs in AFP-positive HepG2 cells were also significantly higher than those in AFP-negative HEK293 cells. Compared to 131I alone, 131I-antiAFPMcAb-GCV-BSA-NPs were much more easily taken in and retained by hepatoma tissue, with a much higher T/NT. Due to good drug-loading, high encapsulation ratio, and highly selective affinity for AFP-positive tumors, the 131I-antiAFPMcAb-GCV-BSA-NPs are promising for further effective radiation-gene therapy of hepatoma.
