As an important driving force for China’s economic transformation and upgrading, the problems of financing difficulties and expensive financing for SMEs have become increasingly prominent. The main objective of this paper was to analyze the impact of financial intermediary departments’ risk preference on corporate finance. Under the revised DSGE framework, this paper discusses the impact and stability analysis of commercial banks’ risk preferences on SMEs’ financing. The results show that positive interest rate shocks inhibit commercial banks’ credit to SMEs, and with the increasing weight of commercial banks’ risk preference for default rate, the trend of credit repression will be intensified.

We use a new method of matrix decomposition for r -circulant matrix to get the determinants of A n = Circ r F 1 , F 2 , … , F n and B n = Circ r L 1 , L 2 , … , L n , where F n is the Fibonacci numbers and L n is the Lucas numbers. Based on these determinants and the nonsingular conditions, inverse matrices are derived. The expressions of the determinants and inverse matrices are represented by Fibonacci and Lucas Numbers. In this study, the formulas of determinants and inverse matrices are much simpler and concise for programming and reduce the computational time.

A problem of an optimal liquidation is investigated by using the Almgren-Chriss market impact model on the background that the n agents liquidate assets completely. The impact of market is divided into three components: unaffected price process, permanent impact, and temporary impact. The key element is that the variable temporary market impact is analyzed. When the temporary market impact is decreasing linearly, the optimal problem is described by a Nash equilibrium in finite time horizon. The stochastic component of the price process is eliminated from the mean-variance. Mathematically, the Nash equilibrium is considered as the second-order linear differential equation with variable coefficients. We prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions for the differential equation with two boundaries and find the closed-form solutions in special situations. The numerical examples and properties of the solution are given. The corresponding finance phenomenon is interpreted.

For some firms with large nonliquid assets, preferred shareholders can still get back a little bit of money when the firms finish disbursement of loans at the status of bankruptcy. For such a situation, to investigate the optimal dividend policy, a stochastic dynamic dividend model with nonzero terminal bankruptcy values is put forward in this paper. Moreover, an analytic solution for the optimal objective function of the discounted dividends is provided and verified. An important application of this result is that it can be employed to construct the solution for the optimal value function on the dividend problem with bailouts at bankruptcy. Further, the relationship for the solutions of these two different problems is demonstrated. In the end, some numerical examples are provided to support our theoretical results and the corresponding economic interpretations are illustrated.
