Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common histological and devastating subtype of renal cell carcinoma. Necroptosis is a form of programmed cell death that causes prominent inflammatory responses. miRNAs play a significant role in cancer progression through necroptosis. However, the prognostic value of necroptosis-related miRNAs remains ambiguous. In this study, 39 necroptosis-related miRNAs (NRMs) were extracted and 17 differentially expressed NRMs between normal and tumor samples were identified using data form The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). Aim to modify the poly( l-lactic acid) (PLLA) make it better applications in food packing and evaluate the effect of some antimicrobials in meat packaging and storage, the PLLA/poly(vinyl alcohol)/poly(ε-caprolactone) (PLLA/PVA/PCL, LVC) multilayer film with the antimicrobial, such as tea polyphenols (TP), potassium sorbate (PS), and trehalose (TH) were prepared by laminating technique and potentially used for packaging of chilled meat, it significantly improved mechanical properties and barrier property of PLLA. Total viable count (TVC) and total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N) of the LVC film with the antibacterial were greatly inhibited. The lower and more stable pH value, and higher comprehensive and acceptability could be found in the case of the LVC-antibacterial film (LVC-TH, LVC-TP, and LVC-PS). It is noteworthy that the LVC-PS film showed the longest shelf life of 31 days and it is the ideal packaging material in this work, moreover expected to replace the nondegradable food packaging material. Practical applications In this work, the poly ( l-lactic acid) (PLLA) was modified by coating of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) to prepare the PLLA/PVA/PCL composite film for packaging of chilled meat. To enhance the antibacterial ability of the packaging film, three kinds of natural preservatives were incorporated into the composite film. The results shown that the oxygen barrier property of the composite film is greatly increased by over 3 orders in magnitude due to the presence of the PVA. In this paper, physical layer security is investigated in the dual-hop amplify-and-forward cognitive relay network with one secondary source, one secondary destination, multiple cognitive relays under the presence of multiple primary receivers and eavesdroppers which can be either primary receivers or secondary receivers. The power allocation method at secondary source and artificial noise at relays are utilized to secure the secondary source-destination transmission. Two optimization problems, namely, to maximize the received signal-to-interference-and-noise ratio of secondary source in the lightly-loaded relay cluster situation, and to minimize the relay cluster total power in the fully-loaded relay cluster situation, are formulated. In addition, these two problems should ensure both physical-layer security and lower interference temperature. The semi-definite relaxation technique is used to solve the considered optimization problems. In the second problems, we further optimize the performance with the help of the bisection method. Complexity analysis shows that our proposed method is efficient and also can be solved in polynomial time. Theoretical analysis and the Monte-Carlo simulation results validate the proposed method. With the features of extremely high selectivity and efficiency in catalyzing almost all the chemical reactions in cells, enzymes play vitally important roles for the life of an organism and hence have become frequent targets for drug design. An essential step in developing drugs by targeting enzymes is to identify drug-enzyme interactions in cells. It is both time-consuming and costly to do this purely by means of experimental techniques alone. Although some computational methods were developed in this regard based on the knowledge of the three-dimensional structure of enzyme, unfortunately their usage is quite limited because threedimensional structures of many enzymes are still unknown. Here, we reported a sequence-based predictor, called "iEzy-Drug," in which each drug compound was formulated by a molecular fingerprint with 258 feature components, each enzyme by the Chou's pseudo amino acid composition generated via incorporating sequential evolution information and physicochemical features derived from its sequence, and the prediction engine was operated by the fuzzy K-nearest neighbor algorithm. The overall success rate achieved by iEzy-Drug via rigorous cross-validations was about 91%. Moreover, to maximize the convenience for the majority of experimental scientists, a user-friendly web server was established, by which users can easily obtain their desired results. To solve the problems of limited energy of the nodes and security of routing in wireless sensor networks, load-balanced secure routing protocol (LSRP), a load-balanced secure routing protocol for wireless sensor networks, is proposed. Based on structured topology of hexagonal mesh, hops at different directions are calculated on the optimal route for transmitting data packets in LSRP. Depending on characters of hops, the nodes can rapidly find a route among multiple optimal routes by the policy of the twice probability routing selection. Data breach is prevented by data encryption, and data security is realized by one-way hash key chain and symmetric key authentication. LSRP offers preventions against usual attacks, and it also takes into account traffic load balance.
