In order to solve the problem of highly extensible vibration test data acquisition and analysis, the author proposes a method for software development data analysis and processing under the Internet of Things monitoring system. The software platform is mainly designed through the design of software architecture based on multitask operation, active window design, reserved API interface and hardware universal design; it ensures the strong expansibility of the software platform, so as to realize the universality of the software platform. High-level vibration data analysis software designed based on this platform, such as modal parameter identification and dynamic load identification software, can be easily redeveloped by using the existing functions and software architecture of the platform, expand software functions, realize more complex vibration data analysis and processing, reduce repetitive labor, and speed up the software development process. The results showed that: the amplitude error is less than 4%. Conclusions. The feasibility and availability of software development data under the IoT monitoring system are verified.

Although translation is an essential component of learning English, it does not receive the attention it merits in the modern English classroom. Teachers and students primarily emphasize listening, reading, and writing while neglecting the development of translation skills. The English test in China now reflects the fact that there are now very specific requirements for students’ translation skills. As a result, we should emphasize developing students’ translation skills when teaching them English. The following experimental data can be obtained following the study and experiment on the English translation simulation model based on the two-stream convolutional neural network: English vocabulary and grammar have passing and excellent rates of 90 and 57 percent, respectively, while reading has passing and excellent rates of 69 and 8 percent, respectively. The ability of students to translate into English has significantly improved after using the English translation simulation model based on the two-stream convolutional neural network.

Carbon fiber composite continuous sucker rod string is more and more widely used in deep and ultradeep wells because of its light weight, high strength, and corrosion resistance. In order to analyze the dynamic problems of carbon fiber sucker rod string in actual oil wells, a transverse vibration simulation model of carbon fiber and steel (carbon-steel) hybrid rod string excited by buckling deformation in vertical wells is established with the compression buckling deformation of weighting rod. Considering the influence of wellbore trajectory and the constraint of tubing, the transverse vibration simulation model of carbon-steel hybrid rod string in directional wells under borehole trajectory excitation is also established in this paper. The finite difference method is used to discretize the well depth node, the numerical integration method (Newmark-β) is used to discretize the reciprocating periodic time node, and simulation methods for the contact and collision dynamics of rod-tubing in vertical wells and directional wells are formed. Through programming calculation, the distribution laws of transverse displacement, contact force, collision force, and bending stress of carbon-steel hybrid sucker rod string in vertical wells and directional wells along well depth are obtained. The simulation results in vertical wells show that the strong collision between the rod and tubing occurs near the bottom steel rod, while the upper load is small and the rod-tubing collision load of the upper rod of the carbon-steel hybrid rod string is much lower than that of the traditional steel rod string at the same position. Furthermore, the bending stress of the upper carbon fiber is also much less than that of the bottom steel rod. The simulation results in directional wells show that the collision phenomenon of the deflecting section and the bottom weighting rod compression section are the strongest and the rod-tubing contact pressure is also the largest. Second, the impact force of the upper carbon fiber rod is also much lower than that of the steel rod. Again, the maximum bending stress of the whole well occurs near the deviation section where the deviation angle changes suddenly. The transverse vibration mechanical model in directional wells in this paper lays a theoretical foundation and provides theoretical support for the optimal design of fracture and splitting prevention measures of carbon fiber sucker rod.

Target detection is a complex process that is important as an important module in computer vision applications. In particular, in many occasions where the real-time requirements are extremely high, it is very important to achieve fast and accurate detection of targets. But at this stage, there are still many problems in the research on rapid target detection, such as inefficiency and high is the first phase of automatic target recognition (ATR). For the performance of SAR image target detection, this paper proposes a CFAR fast detection algorithm based on Rayleigh. CFAR detection is divided into two steps: horizontal and vertical CFAR detection. The efficiency of parameter estimation is improved by the coincidence of adjacent point reference windows and the distribution characteristics of images. The algorithm in this paper combines the target variance characteristics to reduce the false alarm rate. The experiment was performed on the MSTAR dataset. Fast target detection algorithm based on CFAR and target variance feature has the characteristics of high detection rate, low false alarm, and high speed, and its detection performance is good. The experimental results show that the recognition efficiency of the proposed algorithm is higher than that of the traditional algorithm on different target datasets, the time is shortened by 30%, and the accuracy rate is equal to that of the traditional algorithm.

Characteristic towns are an essential focus for developing new urbanization and implementing rural revitalization in China. Studying its spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors is of great significance for the scientific and rational cultivation and deployment of characteristic towns and promotion of the integrated development of urban and rural areas. The spatial distribution characteristics and accessibility of 142 characteristic towns in Guangdong Province were investigated using Ripley's K function and kernel density estimation. The results show that: (1) The characteristic towns in Guangdong Province present the overall spatial distribution characteristics of "the Pearl River Delta region" and the local distribution characteristics of multi-core diffusion in "Eastern Guangdong" and "Western Guangdong"; (2) The spatial distribution of Industrial development, cultural tourism type, innovative and creative characteristic towns shows significant agglomeration, whereas the agglomeration characteristics of agricultural service-oriented and commercial and trade circulation-oriented characteristic towns are not significant; (3) Population, economy, resources and location are the main factors affecting the spatial distribution of Characteristic Towns in Guangdong Province; (4) The overall spatial accessibility of characteristic towns in Guangdong Province is relatively good. However, the accessibility of characteristic towns of industrial development is better than that of other types of characteristic towns.

Metal (Fe) and nonmetal (P) were used to modify TiO2, and then, several functional groups such as P-O, P=O, Fe-O, and -OH were introduced on its surface to enhance the adsorption capacity for Cd(II), which could reach 121 mg/g. According to the experimental analysis of adsorption performance, chemical adsorption dominates the adsorption process, and the adsorption capacity increases with increasing temperature within a certain range. The results of competitive adsorption experiments showed that both Pb(II) and Cu(II) affect the adsorption of Cd(II) and that the adsorption order of P-Fe-TiO2 for heavy metal ions is Pb II > Cd II > Cu II . We further investigated the adsorption mechanism of P-Fe-TiO2 for Cd(II) and the reasons for the difference in competitive adsorption and used DFT calculations to confirm the experimental results. In the analysis of binding energy and frontier molecular orbitals (FMOs), we confirmed that charge transfer occurred during the adsorption process, so chemical reactions occurred. The binding energy of P-Fe-TiO2 and Pb(II) is the largest. The results of the competitive adsorption experiment also confirmed that the adsorbent has the greatest effect on Pb. Mulliken analysis was used to identify the best binding site on the adsorbent. The results of electrostatic potential, total potential, and differential charge analysis further prove the conclusions described above.

Aiming at the problem of taxi low carrying rate, unreasonable route planning, and taxi charges, this paper mainly studies the taxi sharing routes and the sharing expense model which take the maximum carrying rate, the shortest driving distance, and the sharing expense of drivers as the objective function. We consider the problems of taxi capacity limitation, the driving distance limitation, the number of people getting on and off, and the charges. Through using the passenger’s pool to classify passengers in different directions and different starting points, we use the championship selection strategy, station fragment cross design, station-supervised mutation, and pricing algorithm to solve the model. Finally, we analyze the taxi data of Lanzhou City and simulate the new ways of this paper. The results are shown that compared with the daily practice of the nonshared mode, the taxi sharing mode has obvious improvement in terms of carrying rate, driving distance, and driving benefits. Therefore, the sharing mode can be used in taxi sharing route, and the sharing expenses are reasonable and useful for passengers and drivers.

To investigate the fracture process and failure mechanism of concrete subjected to uniaxial compressive loading, a new finite element method—the base force element method (BFEM)—was adopted in the modeling of numerical simulation. At mesoscale, concrete is considered as a three-phase heterogeneous material composed of aggregate particles, cement mortar, and the interfacial transition zones between the two phases. A two-dimensional random convex aggregate model was established using the principle of the area equivalence method. A multistage linear damage constitutive model that can describe nonlinear behavior of concrete under mechanical stress was proposed. The mechanical properties of concrete mesoscopic components are determined. The numerical simulation results indicate that the base force element method can be applied to predict the failure pattern of concrete under compressive loading, which have a good accordance with the available experiment data. The stress contour plots were given and used to analyze the failure mechanism of concrete. The effects of specimen size on the strength of concrete material were studied. It is found that compressive strength of concrete decreases as the specimen size increases. In addition, the influences of aggregate distribution, coarse aggregate content, and end friction on concrete performance are explored.

The placenta could transmit information to the maternal circulation via the secretion of small extracellular vesicles (sEVs), but little is known about whether and how these sEVs participate in premature labor (PTL). We speculate that miRNA plays an important role in sEV-mediated fetal-maternal information transmission. The present study was aimed at investigating whether the placenta can regulate the contraction of the maternal myometrium via sEV-mediated transmit of miR-25-3p during PTL. The expression of miR-25-3p and its targets Cav3.2 and SERCA2a in clinical samples, cells, and animal specimens was detected. The role of miR-25-3p was observed in the LPS-induced preterm labor mouse model. The sEVs from HTR-8/SVneo cells were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and nanoparticle tracking analysis. The Ca2+ oscillation in HMSMs was analyzed by an intracellular Ca2+ change tracking assay on a confocal microscope. The contraction of HMSMs was detected by a collagen matrix contraction assay. We found that miR-25-3p can directly bind to the 3 ′ UTR of Cav3.2 and SERCA2a. The miR-25-3p level was decreased, and the expression of its targets Cav3.2 and SERCA2a was increased in the placenta and myometrium tissues of PTL patients. Forced upregulation of miR-25-3p reduced the oxidative stress and inflammation responses and the incidence of PTL in LPS-treated mice. The expression of miR-25-3p was not changed in LPS-stimulated human myometrial smooth muscle cells (HMSMs) but was strongly reduced in the trophoblast cell and its sEVs. Additionally, the trophoblast cell line HTR-8/SVneo could transmit miR-25-3p into HMSMs via sEVs. The sEVs derived from LPS-stimulated trophoblasts upregulated the expression of Cav3.2 and SERCA2a and triggered Ca2+ oscillation as well as the contraction of HMSMs; these effects were partially reversed by the overexpression of miR-25-3p in the trophoblasts. Further, the upregulation of miR-25-3p induced changes of Ca2+ oscillation and contraction of HMSMs mediated by sEVs which were also abrogated by the knockdown of miR-25-3p in HMSMs. The results demonstrated that miR-25-3p plays a crucial role in PTL via Cav3.2- and SERCA2a-mediated Ca2+ oscillation and contraction of HMSMs. PTL seems to be related to the decreased exosomal miR-25-3p content transmitted by the trophoblasts under inflammatory conditions.

Rice and its products are widely consumed in Asian countries; however, starch retrogradation decreases the quality and shortens the shelf-life of rice foods particularly at low temperature. In this study sucrose ester (SE), glycerol monostearate (GMS), and sodium stearoyl lactylate (SSL) were added to rice flour and corresponding rice gels. Then, gelatinization properties, retrogradation characteristics, texture, and water content of these rice gels were investigated at 4°C and −20°C storage, respectively. The results demonstrated that the rice gels with 0.2% GMS had the lowest retrogradation index (ΔHr/ΔHg) (11.84%) and hardness (1359 g) at 4°C for a 10 d period, which was significantly lower in comparison to control and the other two emulsifiers (P<0.05). Adhesiveness and water content were increased compared to the other samples. Furthermore, the retrogradation of rice gels stored at 4°C was comparatively rapid compared to gels stored at −20°C. Gel samples stored at −20°C were still acceptable for more than 15 days. Thus it was revealed that GMS has the potential to retard starch retrogradation and produce high-quality rice products in preservation.

This study is aimed at evaluating the effects, functions, and mechanism of HNF1α on hepatic glycolipid metabolism. In this study, free fatty acid- (FFA-) induced steatosis of hepatocyte liver cell LO2 was used as an in vitro model. The methods of Oil Red O staining, RT-qPCR, western blot, and immunofluorescence staining were used to detect LO2-regulated HNF1α expression and its effects on FFA-induced LO2 cell steatosis, the insulin signaling and SOCS-3-STAT3 signaling pathways, the expression of lipid metabolism-related regulators, and phosphorylation. With increased FFA induction time, the expression of HNF1α in the LO2 fatty degeneration hepatic cells gradually decreased. Downregulation of HNF1α expression aggravated FFA-induced steatosis of LO2 hepatocytes. HNF1α promotes activation of the insulin pathway and oxidative breakdown of fat and inhibits lipid anabolism. Inhibitors of STAT3 can reverse the regulation of decreased HNF1α expression on the insulin signaling pathway and fat metabolism. We also confirmed this pathway using HNF1α-/- mice combining treatment with STAT3 inhibitor NSC 74859 in vivo. HNF1α regulates hepatic lipid metabolism by promoting the expression of SOCS-3 and negatively regulating the STAT3 signaling pathway.

Image pair is often aligned initially based on a rigid or affine transformation before a deformable registration method is applied in medical image registration. Inappropriate initial registration may compromise the registration speed or impede the convergence of the optimization algorithm. In this work, a novel technique was proposed for prealignment in both monomodality and multimodality image registration based on statistical correlation of gradient information. A simple and robust algorithm was proposed to determine the rotational differences between two images based on orientation histogram matching accumulated from local orientation of each pixel without any feature extraction. Experimental results showed that it was effective to acquire the orientation angle between two unregistered images with advantages over the existed method based on edge-map in multimodalities. Applying the orientation detection into the registration of CT/MR, T1/T2 MRI, and monomadality images with respect to rigid and nonrigid deformation improved the chances of finding the global optimization of the registration and reduced the search space of optimization.

This paper proposed target image in a subpixel level matching algorithm for binocular CCD ranging, which is based on the principle of binocular CCD ranging. In the paper, firstly, we introduced the ranging principle of the binocular ranging system and deduced a binocular parallax formula. Secondly, we deduced the algorithm which was named improved cross-correlation matching algorithm and cubic surface fitting algorithm for target images matched, and it could achieve a subpixel level matching for binocular CCD ranging images. Lastly, through experiment we have analyzed and verified the actual CCD ranging images, then analyzed the errors of the experimental results and corrected the formula of calculating system errors. Experimental results showed that the actual measurement accuracy of a target within 3 km was higher than 0.52%, which meet the accuracy requirements of the high precision binocular ranging.

As emerging tick born rickettsial diseases caused byA. phagocytophilumandE. chaffeensis, anaplasmosis and ehrlichiosis have become a serious threat to human and animal health throughout the world. In particular, in China, an unusual transmission of nosocomial cases of human granulocytic anaplasmosis occurred in Anhui Province in 2006 and more recent coinfection case ofA. phagocytophilumandE. chaffeensiswas documented in Shandong Province. Although the seroprevalence of human granulocytic anaplasmosis (former human granulocytic ehrlichiosis, HGE) has been documented in several studies, these data existed on local investigations, and also little data was reported on the seroprevalence of human monocytic ehrlichiosis (HME) in China. In this cross-sectional epidemiological study, indirect immunofluorescence antibody assay (IFA) proposed by WHO was used to detectA. phagocytophilumandE. chaffeensisIgG antibodies for 7,322 serum samples from agrarian residents from 9 provinces/cities and 819 urban residents from 2 provinces. Our data showed that farmers were at substantially increased risk of exposure. However, even among urban residents, risk was considerable. Seroprevalence of HGA and HME occurred in diverse regions of the country and tended to be the highest in young adults. Many species of ticks were confirmed carryingA. phagocytophilumorganisms in China while several kinds of domestic animals including dog, goats, sheep, cattle, horse, wild rabbit, and some small wild rodents were proposed to be the reservoir hosts ofA. phagocytophilum. The broad distribution of vector and hosts of theA. phagocytophilumandE. chaffeensis, especially the relationship between the generalized susceptibility of vectors and reservoirs and the severity of the disease’s clinical manifestations and the genetic variation of Chinese HGA isolates in China, is urgently needed to be further investigated.

Using the base forces as fundamental variables to describe the stress state and the displacement gradients that are the conjugate variables of the base forces to describe the deformation state for the two-dimensional elasticity problems, a 4-mid-node plane model of base force element method (BFEM) based on complementary energy principle is proposed. In this paper, the complementary energy of an element of the BFEM is constructed by using the base forces. The equilibrium conditions are released by the Lagrange multiplier method, and a modified complementary energy principle described by the base forces is obtained. The formulation of the 4-mid-node plane element of the BFEM is derived by assuming that the stress is uniformly distributed on each edge of the plane elements. A procedure of the BFEM on complementary energy principle is developed using MATLAB language. The numerical results of examples show that this model of the BFEM has high precision and is free from mesh sensitivity. This model shows good performances.

The flood-duration-frequency (QDF) analysis is performed using annual maximum streamflow series of 1–10 day durations observed at Pingshi and Lishi stations in southern China. The trends and change point of annual maximum flood flow and flood duration are also investigated by statistical tests. The results indicate that (1) the annual maximum flood flow only has a marginally increasing trend, whereas the flood duration exhibits a significant decreasing trend at the 0.10 significant level. The change point for the annual maximum flood flow series was found in 1991 and after which the mean maximum flood flow increased by 45.26%. (2) The period after 1991 is characterized by frequent and shorter duration floods due to increased rainstorm. However, land use change in the basin was found intensifying the increased tendency of annual maximum flow after 1991. And (3) under nonstationary environmental conditions, alternative definitions of return period should be adapted. The impacts on curve fitting of flood series showed an overall change of upper tail from “gentle” to “steep,” and the design flood magnitude became larger. Therefore, a nonstationary frequency analysis taking account of change point in the data series is highly recommended for future studies.

The aim of this meta-analysis was to evaluate the effect of telephone-based interventions on prognostic outcomes and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in breast cancer patients and survivors. A systematic search of the Cochrane Library, Web of science, Medline, EMBASE, CNKI and CBM database was carried out. Randomised, controlled trials (RCTs) examining the effects of telephone-based intervention versus a control group receiving no telephone intervention, on prognostic outcomes and HRQoL with breast cancer were included. A meta-analysis was conducted to quantify the effects of telephone-based interventions on anxiety, depression, fatigue, self-efficiency, physiological function, social-domestic function and quality of life. In total, 14 studies involving 2002 participants were included. Due to the effect of telephone-based interventions, statistically significant results were found on anxiety (standard mean difference [SMD] = −0.16, 95% confidence intervals [CI] [0.01, 0.30], p = .04), self-efficiency (SMD = 0.22, 95% CI [−0.34, −0.10], p = .0004), social-domestic function (SMD = 0.19, 95% CI [−0.35, −0.03], p = .02) and quality of life (SMD = 0.54, 95% CI [−1.00, −0.08], p = .02). Although the effects on depression, fatigue and physiological function were in the expected direction, these effects were not statistically significant (p > .05) based on the insufficient evidence.

It has been known that green tea not only possesses certain chemo-preventive effects on cancer, but also can kill directly some types of tumor cells. Niaowangzhong tea (C. sinensis), a special tea resource growing in Qiannan Buyi, a Miao Minority Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou province, China, is one of the most popular medicinal beverages for local people there. The aims of this study were to analyze the quality components and their relative contents present in Niaowangzhong green tea and to investigate whether or not the water extract of this green tea has the antitumor capability in vitro and in vivo. Biochemical analysis indicated that this green tea extract contained relatively higher levels of tea polyphenols, alkaloids, flavonoids compounds and polysaccharides. In the MTT (3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)−2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide) assay, this green tea extract showed inhibitory activity against several types of tumor cells, including breast, prostate, colorectal and gastric cancer cell lines, with higher selectivity toward human gastric cancer cell line MGC-803. Its 50% inhibition concentration (IC50) of MGC-803 was 32.5 μΜ as compared to that (367.9 μΜ) of normal vascular endothelial cells. Cell cycle and apoptosis analyses showed that the proportion of cells arrested at the G0/G1 phase was increased with the increase in concentration, and the proportion of apoptotic cells was also increased. Niaowangzhong green tea extract could significantly inhibit tumor-sphere formation in the in vivo antitumor experiment and the growth of MGC-803-derived tumor in nude mice. At the concentration of 500 mg/kg/day, inhibition rate was 31.0% without causing obvious toxic side effects. This study revealed a potent anti-cancer activity of this special green tea and its promising potential as chemo-preventive agent and proper dietary practice for prevention and control of cancers. Practical Application This study has indicated that Niaowangzhong green tea extract caused stronger cytotoxic effects on two kinds of digestive tract tumor cells HCT-15 and MGC-803, suggesting that as one of the most popular medicinal beverages, this green tea extract may be more suitable for treating digestive tract cancers since it can be more accessible to the locations of digestive and intestinal tracts. Therefore, this specific green tea merits further depth study on underlying mechanisms at the cellular and molecular levels and further development for potential medical application and dietary practices for prevention of cancers, especially for digestive and intestinal tracts. Co-administration of the anti-cancer drugs and Niaowangzhong green tea may reduce the toxic side effects and drug resistance while achieving desired effect because of the reason that Niaowangzhong green tea extract are mediated through the synergic effects of a variety of anti-cancer compounds present it and had no obvious toxic side effects.

Coaxially aligned polyaniline (PANI) nanofibers doped with 3-thiopheneacetic acid (TAA) were chemically synthesized by the interfacial polymerization of aniline in the presence of TAA, using iron (III) chloride hexahydrate (FeCl3·6H2O) as the oxidant. The morphology, crystallinity, room temperature conductivity, and coaxial alignment of the PANI-TAA nanofibers were highly dependent on the organic solvent used for the interfacial polymerization, the oxidant, and also the molar ratio of the aniline to TAA. Hexane, diethyl ether, dichloromethane, chloroform, and acetone were used as the organic solvents, and chloroform proved to be the best solvent for the formation of PANI-TAA nanofibers. The redox potential of the oxidant is the key to controlling the morphology and diameter of the PANI-TAA nanofibers. The use of FeCl3as the oxidant leads to the formation of thin (∼50 nm) PANI-TAA nanofibers, which increased in length, crystallinity, conductivity, and coaxial alignment as the molar ratio of TAA to aniline was increased from 0.1 : 1 to 1 : 1. By comparison, only granular PANI was obtained when ammonium persulfate (APS), which has a higher redox potential, was used as the oxidant. The doping function of TAA in the PANI-TAA nanofibers was confirmed by means of FTIR and UV-Visible spectroscopy.
