With the gradual expansion of the development of sports, the level of sports has been rapidly improved. Athletes have to carry out high-intensity and systemic technical movements in training and competition. Some sports have the greatest burden on the shoulder joint. From the observation and investigation of the injured parts of athletes, it is found that the shoulder joint is the most common sports injury, which is the most typical sports injury. Based on the problem of insufficient strength and endurance reserve after rehabilitation of shoulder external rotator injury, it will cause muscle tension and poor extensibility. To prove the improvement effect of functional training and posture index calibration on the poor posture of the shoulder, considering the measurement of global passive torque, this paper uses a limited set of joint angles and corresponding passive torque data in the upper arm lifting trajectory to train the neural network and uses the trained network to predict the passive torque in other upper arm trajectories. The kinematics model of the shoulder joint is established, and the human-computer interaction experiment is designed on the platform of the gesture index manipulator. The passive and active torque components of the shoulder joint in the human-computer interaction process are calculated by measuring the man-machine interaction force of the subjects in the motion state, which is used as the basis for evaluating the active motion intention of the subjects. Surface electromyography (SEMG) was used to calibrate and verify the attitude index of shoulder active torque. The method proposed in this paper is helpful to achieve more efficient on-demand assisted rehabilitation training exercises, which is of great significance to improve the level of rehabilitation training. Increasing reliance on outsourcing has made supplier selection a critical success factor for a supply chain/network. In addition to cost, the synergy among product components and supplier selection criteria should be considered holistically during the supplier selection process. This paper shows this synergy using coupled-attribute analysis. The key coupling attributes, including total cost, quality, delivery reliability, and delivery lead time of the final product, are identified and formulated. A max-max model is designed to assist the selection of the optional combination of suppliers. The results are compared with the individual supplier selection. Management insights are also discussed. In this work, the cinnamaldehyde (CA) loaded nanoparticles were synthesized by directly cross‐linking chitosan hydrochloride (CSH) and sulfobutyl ether‐β‐cyclodextrin (SBE‐β‐CD). The CA/SBE‐β‐CD inclusion complex was firstly prepared, and its highest encapsulation efficiency (EE) was 86.34%. Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope results indicated that the inclusion complex showed massive aggregates with a coarse and fluffy texture and irregular surface. Then, the inclusion complex interacted with CSH to form nanoparticles. The EE of CA in nanoparticles was improved. Atomic force microscopy showed the nanoparticles had regular and spherical morphology. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis demonstrated that CA was mainly encapsulated in the inner place of CSH/SBE‐β‐CD nanoparticles (CSNs). The enhanced thermal stability of the nanoparticles was found in differential scanning calorimeter. X‐ray diffraction implied that CA‐CSNs existed in the amorphous state. CA‐CSNs had excellent slow release property. Further, the bacteriostatic effect of CA‐CSNs was much better than that of CA and CSNs. All the results indicated that CSNs can be used as a promising carrier to encapsulate CA. Practical applications: CA is an effective antimicrobial and generally recognized as Safe‐GRAS. CA also exhibits many other bioactivities and has been commonly used for digestive, cardiovascular and immune system diseases. However, CA is easy to be oxidized and volatilized during storage for poor water solubility. The nanoencapsulations display the capacities of enhancing solubility of bioactive compounds, protecting them from degradation, and prolonging their residence. In this manuscript, CA loaded nanoparticles were investigated. The results suggested that the nanoencapsulation could benefit for improving water solubility and stability of CA.
