Vehicle trajectory prediction can provide important support for intelligent transportation systems in areas such as autonomous driving, traffic control, and traffic flow optimization. Predicting vehicle trajectories is an extremely challenging task that not only depends on the vehicle's historical trajectory but also on the dynamic and complex social-temporal relationships of the surrounding traffic network. The trajectory of the target vehicle is influenced by surrounding vehicles. However, existing methods have shortcomings in considering both time dependency and interactive dependency between vehicles or insufficient consideration of the impact of surrounding vehicles. To address this issue, we propose a hybrid deep learning model based on a temporal convolutional network (TCN) that considers local and global interactions between vehicles. Specifically, we use a social convolutional pooling layer to capture local interaction features between vehicles and a multihead self-attention layer to capture global interaction features between vehicles. Background. Cardiomyopathy encompasses a broad spectrum of diseases affecting myocardial tissue, characterized clinically by abnormalities in cardiac structure, heart failure, and/or arrhythmias. Clinically heterogeneous, major types include dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), restrictive cardiomyopathy (RM), ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM), among which DCM is more prevalent, while ICM exhibits higher incidence and mortality rates. Myocardial injury during cardiomyopathy progression may lead to myocardial fibrosis. Failure to intervene early and inhibit the process of myocardial fibrosis may culminate in heart failure. Cardiac fibroblasts constitute crucial cellular components determining the extent and quality of myocardial fibrosis, with various subpopulations exerting diverse roles in cardiomyopathy progression. Despite this, understanding of the cellular plasticity and transcriptional regulatory networks of cardiac fibroblasts in cardiomyopathy remains limited. Therefore, in this study, we conducted comprehensive single-cell analysis of cardiac fibroblasts in cardiomyopathy to explore differences in cellular plasticity and transcriptional regulatory networks among fibroblast subpopulations, with the aim of providing as many useful references as possible for the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of cardiomyopathy. Materials and Methods. Cells with mitochondrial gene expression comprising >20% of total expressed genes were excluded. Differential expression genes (DEGs) and stemness genes within cardiac fibroblast subpopulations were subjected to Gene Ontology (GO) analysis of biological processes (BP) and AUCell analysis. Monocle software was employed to analyze the pseudo-temporal trajectory of cardiac fibroblasts in cardiomyopathy. Additionally, the Python package SCENIC was utilized to assess enrichment of transcription factors and activity of regulators within cardiac fibroblast subpopulations in cardiomyopathy. Results. Following batch effect correction, 179,927 cells were clustered into 32 clusters, designated as T_NK cells, endothelial cells, myeloid cells, fibroblasts, pericytes, SMCs, CMs, proliferating cells, EndoCs, and EPCs. Among them, 8148 fibroblasts were further subdivided into 4 subpopulations, namely C0 THBS4+ Fibroblasts, C1 LINC01133+ Fibroblasts, C2 FGF7+ Fibroblasts, and C3 AGT + Fibroblasts. Results from GO_BP and AUCell analyses suggest that C3 AGT + Fibroblasts may be associated with immune response activation, protein transport, and myocardial contractile function, correlating with disease progression in cardiomyopathy. Transcription factor enrichment analysis indicates that FOS is the most significant TF in C3 AGT + Fibroblasts, also associated with the M1 module, possibly implicated in protein hydrolysis, intracellular DNA replication, and cell proliferation. Moreover, correlation analysis of transcriptional regulatory activity between fibroblast subpopulations reveals a more pronounced heterogeneity within C3 AGT + Fibroblasts in cardiomyopathy. Conclusion. C3 AGT + Fibroblasts exhibit increased sensitivity towards adverse outcomes in cardiomyopathy, such as myocardial fibrosis and impaired cardiac contractile function, compared to other cardiac fibroblast subpopulations. The differential cellular plasticity and transcriptional regulatory activity between C3 AGT + Fibroblasts and other subgroups offer new perspectives for targeting fibroblast subpopulation activity to treat cardiomyopathy. This paper investigates segmental lining, developing a numerical model to explore the dynamic interaction between saturated soil and the lining structure, and analyses the effects of the angle of incident load and the wavelength-to-diameter ratio on the displacement, deformation, and distribution of the plastic zone of the structure. The findings demonstrate that the structure experiences vertical compressive deformation during ground shock predominantly. The structure can be categorised into the major deformation region (with an angle within 60° of the vertical direction) and the minor deformation region (with an angle within 30° of the horizontal direction), determined by the structure's radial deformation. The maximum radial velocity of the nodes in the major deformation area is greater and swifter, whereas the maximum radial velocity of the nodes in the minor deformation region is lesser and mostly equivalent in extent. The maximum radial displacement of the nodes in the major deformation area is highly receptive to the loading wavelength–diameter ratio (L/D) (the ratio of the load wavelength to the structure's outer diameter) when the wavelength-to-diameter ratio (L/D) is small (1 ≤ L/D ≤ 5). Conversely, the maximum radial displacement in the minor deformation area is considerably sensitive to the wavelength–diameter ratio when 5 ≤ L/D ≤ 30. The total displacement and velocity of the structure remain unaffected by the angle of load incidence. However, it affects the maximum deformation of the structure as well as the location where the maximum node velocity occurs. The density of CD169+ macrophages has been reported to positively correlate with the number of CD8+ T cells, although this remains controversial. To better understand this topic, we conducted a meta-analysis. We searched the PubMed, Medline, and Web of Science databases for studies that were published before May 2022 and performed a meta-analysis of the incidence of low and high CD169 expression in groups based on CD8 expression using the random-effects model. A total of 10 studies were included in the meta-analysis. The incidence of high CD169 expression in lymph nodes was significantly lower than that of low CD169 expression in the low CD8 expression group (odds ratio (OR): 0.76, 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.6, 0.96); however, the incidence of high CD169 expression in lymph nodes was higher than that of low CD169 expression in the high CD8 expression group (OR: 1.50, 95% CI: 1.08, 2.07). We also found that the expression of CD169 in tumors was lower than that in nontumor tissues (standardized mean difference: −5.29, 95% CI: −7.47, −3.11). The overall survival and hazard ratio of patients with high and low CD169 expression was 0.45 (95% CI: 0.37, 0.55). This analysis showed that high CD169 expression was associated with a high CD8 expression, and low CD169 expression was associated with low CD8 expression. The risk of death was 55% lower for patients with high CD169 expression, and high CD169 expression may be associated with favorable survival outcomes in cancer patients. However, the number and heterogeneity of the studies should be taken into consideration when evaluating the analysis. Resource sharing within a logistics network offers an effective way to solve problems resulting from inefficient and costly operations of individual logistics facilities. However, the existing analysis of resource sharing and profit allocation is still limited. Therefore, this study aims to model resource sharing in two-echelon delivery and pickup logistics networks to improve the overall efficiency and decrease the total network operating cost. A bi-objective integer programming model is first proposed for two-echelon collaborative multidepot pickup and delivery problems with time windows (2E-CMDPDTW) to seek the minimization of operating costs and number of vehicles. Integrating a customer clustering algorithm, a greedy algorithm, and an improved nondominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (Im-NSGA-II), a hybrid method is then designed to handle the 2E-CMDPDTW model. The customer clustering and the greedy algorithms are employed to generate locally optimized initial solutions to accelerate the calculating velocity and guarantee the diversity of feasible solutions. The Im-NSGA-II combines the order crossover operation and the polynomial mutation process to find the optimal solution of the 2E-CMDPDTW. The comparative results show that the proposed hybrid method outperforms the NSGA-II and the multiobjective genetic algorithm. Furthermore, a Shapley value method is used for allocating total profits of established alliances and finding an optimal coalition sequence of the logistics facilities joining alliances based on the strictly monotonic path strategy. Finally, a case study of 2E-CMDPDTW in Chongqing China is conducted to validate the feasibility. Resource sharing (RS) integrated into the optimization of multi-depot pickup and delivery problem (MDPDP) can greatly reduce the logistics operating cost and required transportation resources by reconfiguring the logistics network. This study formulates and solves an MDPDP with RS (MDPDPRS). First, a bi-objective mathematical programming model that minimizes the logistics cost and the number of vehicles is constructed, in which vehicles are allowed to be used multiple times by one or multiple logistics facilities. Second, a two-stage hybrid algorithm composed of a k-means clustering algorithm, a Clark-Wright (CW) algorithm, and a nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) is designed. The k-means algorithm is adopted in the first stage to reallocate customers to logistics facilities according to the Manhattan distance between them, by which the computational complexity of solving the MDPDPRS is reduced. In the second stage, CW and NSGA-II are adopted jointly to optimize the vehicle routes and find the Pareto optimal solutions. CW algorithm is used to select the initial solution, which can increase the speed of finding the optimal solution during NSGA-II. Fast nondominated sorting operator and elite strategy selection operator are utilized to maintain the diversity of solutions in NSGA-II. Third, benchmark tests are conducted to verify the performance and effectiveness of the proposed two-stage hybrid algorithm, and numerical results prove that the proposed methodology outperforms the standard NSGA-II and multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm. This study aims to provide tactical and operational decisions in multidepot recycling logistics networks with consideration of resource sharing (RS) and time window assignment (TWA) strategies. The RS strategy contributes to efficient resource allocation and utilization among recycling centers (RCs). The TWA strategy involves assigning time windows to customers to enhance the operational efficiency of logistics networks. A biobjective mathematical model is established to minimize the total operating cost and number of vehicles for solving the multidepot recycling vehicle routing problem with RS and TWA (MRVRPRSTWA). A hybrid heuristic algorithm including 3D k-means clustering algorithm and nondominated sorting genetic algorithm- (NSGA-) II (NSGA-II) is designed. The 3D k-means clustering algorithm groups customers into clusters on the basis of their spatial and temporal distances to reduce the computational complexity in optimizing the multidepot logistics networks. In comparison with NSGA algorithm, the NSGA-II algorithm incorporates an elitist strategy, which can improve the computational speed and robustness. In this study, the performance of the NSGA-II algorithm is compared with the other two algorithms. Results show that the proposed algorithm is superior in solving MRVRPRSTWA. The proposed model and algorithm are applied to an empirical case study in Chongqing City, China, to test their applicability in real logistics operations. In this work, a two-echelon location-routing problem with time windows and transportation resource sharing (2E-LRPTWTRS) is solved by selecting facility locations and optimizing two-echelon vehicle routes. The optimal solutions improve the efficiency of a logistics network based on the geographical distribution and service time windows of logistics facilities and customers. Furthermore, resource utilization is maximized by enabling resource sharing strategies within and among different logistics facilities simultaneously. The 2E-LRPTWTRS is formulated as a biobjective optimization model, and obtaining the smallest number of required delivery vehicles and the minimum total operating cost are the two objective functions. A two-stage hybrid algorithm composed of k-means clustering and extended multiobjective particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed for 2E-LRPTWTRS optimization. A self-adaptive mechanism of flight parameters is introduced and adopted during the iterative process to balance the evolution of particles and improve the efficiency of the two-stage hybrid algorithm. Moreover, 20 small-scale instances are used for an algorithm comparison with multiobjective genetic algorithm and nondominated sorting genetic algorithm-II, and the solutions demonstrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm in optimizing logistics networks. Partial point cloud registration is an important step in generating a full 3D model. Many deep learning-based methods show good performance for the registration of complete point clouds but cannot deal with the registration of partial point clouds effectively. Recent methods that seek correspondences over downsampled superpoints show great potential in partial point cloud registration. Therefore, this paper proposes a partial-to-partial point cloud registration network based on geometric attention (GAP-Net), which mainly includes a backbone network optimized by a spatial attention module and an overlapping attention module guided by geometric information. The former aggregates the feature information of superpoints, and the latter focuses on superpoint matching in overlapping regions. The experimental results show that the method achieves better registration performance on ModelNet and ModelLoNet with lower overlap. The tunnel lining segments are assumed to be rigid, and the tensile, compression, shear, and bending properties of the joints are considered. A simplified calculation method for the dynamic response of the structure under the ground shock is proposed, and its correctness is verified by comparing it with results from the finite element method. Using this method, the dynamic response of a subway tunnel lining is calculated, the change in joint force is studied, and the influence of the angle between the load and the center of the minimum segment and the wavelength–diameter ratio on the peak joint force is examined. The results indicate that under the ground shock, shallow tunnel lining is in the impulsive regime, and the force of segment joints is mainly compressed. As the wavelength–diameter ratio increases, the peak values of the lining top displacement and vertical deformation increase significantly, and the proportion of displacement and deformation caused by the inertial force gradually decreases. Sine and cosine functions can be used to preliminarily judge if the bending moment and radial force of the joint are too large or too small, so that the resistance of the lining to ground shock can be improved to a certain extent by setting the positions of lining joints reasonably. Energy supply is an important system that affects the overall efficiency of urban transportation. To improve the system operational efficiency and reduce costs, we formulate and solve a collaborative multidepot petrol station replenishment problem with multicompartments and time window assignment by establishing a mixed-integer linear programming model. The hybrid heuristic algorithm composed of genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization is used as a solution, and then the Shapley value method is applied to analyze the profit allocation of each petrol depot under different coalitions. The optimal membership sequence of the cooperation is determined according to the strict monotone path. To analyze and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, a regional petrol supply network in Chongqing city in China is investigated. Through cooperation between petrol depots in the supply network, the utilization of customer clustering, time window coordination, and distribution truck sharing can significantly reduce the total operation costs and improve the efficiency of urban transportation energy supply.
