In recent years, with the rapid development of China's high-speed railway, high-speed rail EMU production is also increasing, but the existing high-speed rail EMU brake test system requires a lot of manual operation, recording, workload, braking signal and data, vehicle status confirmation can not be centralized managed, archiving. The structure is complex with high maintenance requirements and the debugging signal cannot be multiplexed. Those situation can not meet the various forms of group EMU test requirements and other issues. In order to solve the above problems, this paper analyzes the test conditions, parameter setting and control mode of various EMU braking systems. It compares and demonstrates the related products at home and abroad, and develops a set of flexible and intelligent braking system test platform to meet the various forms of group EMU test requirements at the same time to achieve test automation, intelligent equipment and data digitization.

In view of the problem of the traditional air brake limitation, this paper puts forward a kind design for car control device (car control device, CCD) which uses the Microchip company's master control chip DSPIC30F6011A and Echelon company's power line smart transceiver PL3120. This design combined with the hardware circuit and software design experience at home and abroad advanced, the joint modeling and simulation of AMESim and Simulink are used to simulate the design of the system, the simulation results and the theoretical analysis are compared and analyzed, and the design system is continuously improved and perfected. The results show that the device can be used for the train control and emergency braking, and the brake cylinder pressure can be accurately controlled. When the brake cylinder pressure value exceeds the normal range, the system timely got alarm and protection, which can ensure the safe operation of the train successfully. The design can meet the requirements of engineering application.

To solve the test problems of alarm module used for CRH axle temperature monitoring system of the CRRC Qingdao Sifang CO. LTD., this paper analyzed the limitations of traditional debugging method (heating the temperature sensor area with a hot-air gun): long time for heating up, low efficiency. This paper takes the digital potentiometer as the temperature compensation component. We can change the equivalent resistance of PT100 temperature sensor by setting the temperature parameters of system manually through the touch screen and MCU, to simulate the axel temperature rising. Therefore the performance of the new axle temperature monitoring system can be verified through action of the alarm and the emergency brake. The original physical heating mode is replaced by the non-destructive embedded method which completes the test of alarm function of the axle temperature monitoring system.

A robust adaptive feedback linearization control (RAFLC) is proposed for a class of uncertain nonlinear MIMO systems. A radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) is used as an approximator for the system unknown nonlinear functions. The control input comprises of an adaptive feedback linearization controller, a sliding mode controller (SMC), an adaptive neural network compensation controller and an adaptive state feedback controller. And the robust adaptive control is used for the weight learning and compensation to the modeling error and extern disturbances. The adaptation law of neural networks weights and the design method of robust controller are given out based on the Lyapunov stability analysis. Furthermore, the proposed controller can guarantee not only global stability but also a good control performance. Simulation results show that the system can perform good tracking and has strong robustness.

Among the reviews and discussions demonstrated in the literature, very little attention was paid to which logic style is the most for adiabatic and subthreshold techniques. This study tries to make up such a deficiency, with particular emphasis on two representative circuit structures. All the comparisons were based on 0.18-µm standard CMOS process.

With the advancement of technology, improving the dynamic range of the monitor screen has become an urgent matter. Because the dynamic range of surveillance cameras is much lower in comparison to what is actually happening in the real-world, they tend to miss out some important information. Current surveillance systems often rely on automatic exposure control to obtain images, hence the images are dark and unclear at night. In order to make the images brighter and clearer at night, it is necessary for surveillance cameras to proceed with long exposure time during shooting, but this will lead to moving objects blurring. Thus, the existing image exposure fusion technology can not solve this problem. Therefore, we propose a novel image exposure fusion algorithm that uses block-based edge strength to find the optimal blocks from two differently exposed images. After that, a high dynamic range image is fused from these blocks. Finally, our approach possesses lower computing complexity, memory requirements and high image quality such that it is suitable for implementation in a generally embedded platform.

This paper deals with the problem of robust H-infinite control for a class of uncertain nonlinear perturbations stochastic several delay systems. In this paper, the parametric uncertainties are assumed to be norm bounded. The aim of the paper is to devise a feedback control law such that the closed-loop system is robust H∞ asymptotically stable and the H∞ performance of closed-loop system is satiated. In terms of Lyapunov stability theory and LMI(Linear matrix inequality) methods, a sufficient condition for the systems is derived, and the robust H-infinite controller is designed. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the technique is effective.

In this study, lignin was characterized through elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) in order to understand the potential use for future value added applications, with a major focus on composite materials. Lignins exhibited a little high sulphur. Thermogravimetric curves of the lignin demonstrated good thermal stability. Ligin/PVC composites were prepared and the effect of lignin incorporation was investigated by means of mechanical properties. Lignin added to the composite was obtained by the dual-roll milling process. The composites were prepared by molding and assessed by means of tensile testing. The results showed that no more than 15w% of lignin did not reduce tensile strength and in its presence hardness property was improved.

Multi-tenant is a key characteristic for cost effective Software as a Service (SaaS) applications which drive down total cost of ownership for both service consumers and providers. This paper describes our research in designing & building a cost-effective, secure, customizable, scalable and non-intrusive multi-tenant database which greatly accelerates the migration and development of SaaS applications. We analyze the requirements and gaps in traditional database when supporting SaaS scenario, and then propose a novel nonintrusive multi-tenant database framework to address these challenges. Some key considerations and different implementation approaches in designing and implementation such a framework are discussed and compared. This paper also identifies some potential database performance optimization approaches in the multi-tenant scenario.

In the paper, the robust L 2 -L ∞ guaranteed cost filter problem of a class of uncertain time-delay systems with distributed delays is considered. Both distributed delays and dependent delays appear in this systems, and the uncertainties are assumed to be norm-bounded. The aim is to design a robust L 2 -L ∞ guaranteed cost filter and to obtain upper bound of the quadratic cost function. By constructing proper Lyapunov-krasovskii function, the resulting augmented system is robustly asymptotically stable and satisfies the proposed guaranteed cost performance. In terms of stability theory and LMI methods, a sufficient condition of existence of robust L 2 -L ∞ guaranteed cost filter is derived and a robust L 2 -L ∞ guaranteed cost filter is presented. Finally, a numerical example is shown to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed techniques.

The Goodman element is widely used to simulate the contact of two different materials, however sometimes it causes large error in stress calculation and element embedding. In this paper, a further modified contact element is proposed, the better element has its own thickness, furthermore, when composed, the element normal connecting form is adopted as the changing mode associated with normal displacement: countless springs would be used as connection when normal displacement is less than thickness, or countless rigid connecting rods would be used. Meanwhile, by comparing the calculation results of horizontal displacement of an actual cutoff wall project using the two different methods with the actual measurement values, the new element has smaller error and is proved to be superior to the exiting Goodman element.

In this work, we adopt Apriori Algorithm to explore the relationship between treatment preferences and survival of breast cancer patient based on other medical attributes. The SEER Public-Use Data 2005 is used in this research. After the preprocessing of the dataset, we apply Apriori algorithm of Association Rules. As a result, we obtain a great deal of association rules related. We pick up some easy understandable and comparable rules to discuss and show that data mining technique is a efficient method to explore the relationship between breast cancer treatment preferences and survivability. Medical experts could continue our research and found more meaningful knowledge.

In traditional Gene Expression Programming (GEP), each chromosome is expressed and evaluated on the Expression Tree (ET). The ET-based expression and evaluation are computationally expensive and the intelligibility of the chromosome is low. In this paper, a highly efficient algorithm, Reduced-GEP, is proposed to solve these problems. First, the chromosome is reduced by Reduced-GEP. Second, chromosomes are evaluated directly on the reduced gene without being expressed them into ETs. In this way, the efficiency of the fitness evaluation is greatly improved. Moreover, the result of the evolution by Reduced-GEP is simplified and easier to be understood and explained. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Reduced-GEP algorithm is effective to calculate the fitness and reduce the chromosome.

In many data acquisition systems which based on the Windows operating system often require to display interface to achieve real-time smooth display the current curve data, in no affecting high-priority-level working conditions such as data acquisition, storage and so on. Using the traditional GDI function under Windows will cause the page jitter phenomenon. This paper introduces the brief principle of DirectDraw that is the game development tools, use the DirectDraw method and software “video page” switching technology, and achieve a smooth real-time displaying the current curve data. This method has been successfully applied in the sleep physiology parameter acquisition analysis system, displaying computer images have advantages of fast processing and no flickering.

The robust stochastic stability for a class of uncertain delayed cellular neural networks (DCNNs) with discrete and distributed delays and Markovian jumping parameters is considered in this paper. By introducing some free weighting matrices and constructing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and combining Leibniz-Newton formula, we get a novel robust stochastic stability criteria for DCNNs with Markovian jumping parameters. Delay-dependent criteria are proposed to guarantee the robust stochastic stability of DCNNs via LMI approach. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method and an improvement on some existing results in the iterature.

This paper addresses the problem of robust asymptotic stability for a class of Markovian jumping BAM neural networks of neutral typ ewith mode-dependent delay. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and stochastic analysis approaches, we can get novel robust stability conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be easily solved by MATLAB LMI toolbox. At last, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.

The problem of H ∞ guaranteed cost control for delay-dependent stochastic systems is considered. Both distributed delays and delay dependent appear in the systems. A delay-dependent stabilization condition is given in terms of Lyapunov stability theory and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. Furthermore, a sufficient condition of the existence of H ∞ guaranteed cost controller is constructed. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed approaches in this paper.

The residual strength of water immersion ageing glass fiber/epoxy laminate was presented. The moisture absorption property of matrix and the tensile properties of matrix, fiber and laminate were tested under the status of unageing and ageing. Based on the tests, the residual strength of the glass fiber/epoxy laminate after water immersion ageing was calculated using a bridging model. The numerical results indicate that the theoretical values by the method presented in this paper are well fit with tests results. The results show that the model could be used to predict the progressing damage regulation and the strength accurately under the condition of low moisture absorption ratio. When the failure of main stress layers are controlled by fiber, the descending of fiber tensile strength caused by water immersion result in the descending of the laminate maximum tensile strength directly. The major factor of affecting the residual strength of laminate are matrix hardening and tensile strength descending caused by water immersion to the layers controlled by matrix. The effect of the low moisture absorption ratio on the fiber-matrix interface strength is finite.

They have been become a hot topic of enterprise information. LogicSQL is a high-level security database system, and it is independently developed. The development of enterprise internal search system is based on LogicSQL security database. We must utilize the information such as employees, customers and partners' knowledge and experience, but the security of the information should be controlled. Multilevel sharing-group access control is a good way to build a security system, and a complex problem will be divided into a number of small problems. Multilevel relationships between sharing-group have the function of the BLP model's "write-up and read-down" security policy. Information integrity control function such as the BIBA model is achieved by zoning sharing-group. When the users search the same content, they can have different search results in the enterprise security system. Enterprise information is made use of, and the security of the information is completed in the enterprise security search system.

In this study, we firstly take good advantage of SEER Public-Use Data to predict breast cancer recurrence using data mining techniques. The SEER Public-Use Data 2005 is used in this research. We presented a new data pre-classification method and firstly find a possible solution to discover the information of breast cancer recurrence of SEER data. After the preprocessing of the dataset, we investigate several algorithms. As a result, we found c5 algorithm has the best performance of accuracy.

This paper discusses the stabilization problem for nonlinear systems with multiple time-varying delays through Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy model approach. At first, delays-dependent criterion for fuzzy system with parameter uncertainties is proposed to design the H ∞ control. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach, we gain the theory for fuzzy system without parameter uncertainties in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). At last, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Study the fuzzy Volterra integral equations initial value problems. Characterization theorems for fuzzy Volterra integral equations are given and proofed. Fuzzy Volterra integral equations can be transferred to ODES by these characterization theorems. Then we give some methods to solve fuzzy Volterra integral equations. In the end, some examples are given to illustrate this theory.

In this paper, the problem of stochastic robust stability of time-varying delay neutral system with Markovian jump parameters is investigated. The jumping parameters are considered as a continuous-time, continuous state Markov process. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach, a new delay-dependent stochastic stability criteria is presented in terms of LMIs. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed method.

Analyzing the ever-growing market prospects of mobile map services and widespread applications of J2ME client techniques, the paper, firstly, discusses J2ME advantages compared with WAP and BREW in aspects of Web interaction, in-situ data storage or access, software development efficiency etc. And then, it puts emphasis on such programming keynotes as map blocking and local multi-level caching in handheld devices; three strategies of single-thread, dynamic or static multi-thread for network requests; as well as low-level terminal graphical user interfaces. It has been validated that these skills have speeded up the map roaming, geo-reference data retrieval, and improved users' experiences through the J2ME-based map service prototype. In the end, some conclusion and future-work has been addressed briefly.

Software as a service (SaaS) provides software application vendors a Web based delivery model to serve big amount of clients with multi-tenancy based infrastructure and application sharing architecture so as to get great benefit from the economy of scale. Though SaaS application is usually developed with highly standardized software functionalities to serve as many clients as possible, many clients still ask for function variants according to their unique business needs through easy configuration and customization. Due to the subscription based model, SaaS vendors need take a well designed strategy to enable self serve configuration and customization by their customers without changing the SaaS application source code for any individual customer. In this paper, we will explore the configuration and customization issues and challenges to SaaS vendors, clarify the difference between configuration and customization. A competency model and a methodology framework have been developed to help SaaS vendors to plan and evaluate their capabilities and strategies for service configuration and customization.
