In the case of screen-printed aluminum alloyed p+ emitter (Al-p+) Interdigitated Back Contact (IBC) solar cells, the shunt path induced by non-uniformity and discontinuity of the Al-p+ emitter has been minimized by exact control of firing condition. PC2D simulation results show that reduction and elimination of shunt path on Al-p+ emitter can significantly enhance the photovoltaic properties especially the open-circuit voltage (Voc). We use a multi-diode model to establish the relation between the Voc and the effective shunt resistance of the cell.

For now, the urban land has become more scarce and expensive. So, for the parking lot, the traditional manual management mode that has low land utilization must be changed in order to decrease building area and enhance land utilization. For this purpose, this paper proposes a design based on PLC to control intelligent garage. This plan uses the S7-300 serial products of Siemens as main control device, and use the HMI touch panel to collect the location information when picking or parking. After being calculated by S7-300, a control signal will be transmitted to relay for moving the parking platform to assigned location, achieving that automation of car in and out garage management. The feasibility and validity of this system has been verified by software simulation in the STEP 7.

Traditional reactor has many disadvantages such as low efficiency, complicated structure and unstable system, which are unfavourable to chemical production. This paper introduces the design principle of acoustical system of circulatory multi-step ultrasonic reactor. According to the chemical reaction, the acoustical system was designed and analyzed by FEM software. Theoretical analysis results indicate that frequency and mechanical properties of the acoustical system reach the expectant demand.

In this paper, on the basis of the research on the existing LED control systems, according to the actual application requirements, a LED display control system is completely designed. Moreover, there also has detailed analysis and realization in view of the key issues, at the same time the advanced technology of embedded system is introduced into the design process of the LED display system, which can improve the cost performance of the system, shorten the development cycle, and enhance the system scalability and maintainability.

In this paper, on the basis of the research of existing ERP system, combining with J2EE system framework, an ERP system design program for small and medium-sized enterprises is given, and then it is realized. The results show that the program can not only successfully solve the problem of vast data disposal in the ERP system, but also the system is simple to realize, easy to expand and maintain.

In this paper, we propose new methods to detect polymorphic worms based on semantic signature and data-mining. Our main contributions of this work are as follows. (1) we propose a worm attack model - the OSJUMP model. (2) Based on the attack model, we analysis the feature of polymorphic worms and the feature of perfect ones. (3) We propose methods to detect worms through recognize JUMP address based on data-mining such as Bayes and ANN. We evaluate some famous worm and polymorphic ones generated from them. The results show that the false negative and performance improved a lot compared to signature-based IDSes.

An improved method is presented in this paper to overcome drawbacks of the original NAS-RIF algorithm. To begin with, the wavelet denoising technique is used to preserve the edge feature of the degraded image, restrain noise amplification, and increase the Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR); then, the image segmentation technique is applied in each iteration to find the precise support region of the object, where the non-uniform background is replaced by the mean of the background; the algorithm resetting of the convergence of the conjugate gradient is also employed here to speed up the convergence rate. The improved algorithm is experimentally shown to have better restoration effect and faster convergence rate.
