Mission spacecraft telemetry data formats have some complex characteristics. The formats have hierarchical and nested structures which need to be processed cross frames. The formats also have complex parameter dependencies and change frequently. So we design Multi-Channel-Protocol(MCP) Model. This model has the advantage of strong expressiveness, good versatility and scalability. This model is utilized in Space Mission Data Processing Software. So the software can describe all kinds of spacecraft telemetry data formats, solve the problems of hierarchical and nested structures' description and parameter dependencies, and realize efficient data processing.

Wang Tile texture synthesis is a real-time texture synthesis method and its basic idea is: Construct a group of Wang Tiles set in advance. And then use the Wang Tiles set to tile an arbitrary size texture under edge constraints. In the original method, Image Quilting algorithm is used to compute the cutting path in overlapping area's horizontal and vertical direction. Based on this method, a diagonal quilting Wang Tile texture synthesis is proposed. The strategy for computing the overlapping area's cutting path is changed, and Image Quilting algorithm is used to calculate the diagonal quilting in opposite diagonal directions. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that texture synthesis using diagonal quilting Wang Tile method achieves better effects.

Distributed feedback laser diodes are of high modulation frequency response. They can be used as light sources and be directly modulated for high bit rate optical communication. As the case of conventional laser diodes, direct intensity modulation of DFB laser diodes brings about chirping, which affects the performance of optical transmission systems. In this paper, chirping characteristics of DFB laser diodes under small signal modulation are studied. Chirping amplitude and phase changing with the modulation frequency are presented. The factors and improvements on the chirping are briefly introduced; The qualitative comparison between the frequency chirping of laser and IM response is made, which validated the similarity between the peak frequency of the frequency chirping and relaxation oscillation frequency, then the conclusion is obtained that any measures to come to attenuation of relaxation oscillation can be used to reduce the chirp; The theoretical relationship of the ratio CPR between the chirping and modulation power has been derived; and have an analysis about the impact for chirping on communication system. It provides the basis for optimization design and improvement on the device performance.

The effect of accuracy and efficiency play an important part in the process of image stabilization. In this paper, by analyzing image stabilization principles and commonly used algorithms, a new algorithm which combined gray-scale projection with block-matching algorithm is proposed. The algorithm uses gray-scale projection algorithm to perform the first matching and rough compensation, in which a new scheme of searching called Splite Half Search (SHS) and other methods are used to decrease computation. Here, gray-scale projection plays a role of making assistance for the next steps. Then it uses block-matching algorithm for the second matching and precise compensation, which Diamond Search (DS) algorithm is employed for greatly improving efficiency. Therefore the algorithm is a coarse-to-fine process for image stabilization. The combination of Gray-scale projection and block matching algorithm can work very well. Experimental results show that the new algorithm well preserves high stabilization accuracy, at a dramatic reduction of computational complexity.

While performing well in segmenting on images with low SNR and low contrast, the three-Dimensional Otsupsilas threshold algorithm has the disadvantage of high computational complexity. By removing the redundant computation and computing look-up table with iteration, this paper improves the complexity greatly and gives a fast algorithm for the three-Dimensional Otsupsilas threshold algorithm. experimental results show that the algorithm reduces calculation time substantially with no quality loss in the threshold compared with the original algorithm.

In this paper, a SAR (synthetic aperture radar) ATR algorithm based on support vector machines (SVMs) and independent component analysis (ICA) is proposed. Features of SAR images are extracted using ICA firstly, then we test our method on MA STAR database by using support vector machines classifier. The experiment result shows that the performance of this method is superior to other methods
