In this paper, we introduce our project to develop a creating rhythm making system of musical instruments. In a museum where various kinds of musical instruments are displayed, It provides interactive displays by playing these musical instruments. It is efficient to come in touch with a background of them, but it is not easy to play at site rhythmically. The purpose of this study is developing the system which allows users to create the rhythm session easily. It is designed for an intuitive operation that our system uses real markers as the musical instruments and make the rhythm by recognizing these markers. Therefore, the user can assemble the markers and create a rhythm quickly. As a preliminary result, we held a workshop by using the prototype system and confirm the operation.
