In order to shorten the visualization fusion time of unstructured data and improve the fusion effect, a visualization fusion method of unstructured data based on improved clustering is proposed. The basic situation of unstructured data of power grid is analyzed, and the data acquisition architecture is designed. Based on the collected data, multiple sensors are used to measure the same object. The influence factors are obtained by calculating historical data, historical data fusion results and observation values. The visual fusion objective function is designed, and the influence factor is used to modify the objective function, and the modified unstructured data fusion results are output. The experimental results show that the fusion effect of this method is good, the fusion time is short, and the practical application effect is good.

This paper presents the track circuit signal acquisition procedure and the structure of the receiving antenna. A new track circuit signal noise extraction method by adding a center tap of the receiving antenna is proposed. Furthermore, the Q-learning algorithm is applied to process the track circuit signal based on the extracted noise. By employing the Q-learning algorithm, the strategy of the denoising system can be adjusted continuously with the change of environmental noise. Our method automatically learns different types of noise during normal operation. Experimental results indicate the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of signal could be improved by 15-30 dB.Compared with the traditional filtering method, this denoising method has a better effect on the noise in the signal working band.

Research on batch dynamic order inserting scheduling has been studying in scheduling field because it happens frequently in productive process. In this paper, a batch splitting rescheduling method based on genetic algorithm(GA) with particle swarm optimization (PSO) search, which is also called PSO search genetic algorithm (PSOSGA), is put forward to decrease the delay due to an order inserting in workshop batch scheduling. Firstly, we study a strategy to decide which batch should be split. Secondly, after taking the minimum of the maximum completion time and the cost of the delay punishment as the optimal targets, the three-layer gene chromosomes are designed, including the production process, the machine and the order-splitting quantity, and then the mathematic model for optimizing the task sequence and distributing the order batch rationally is established. Thirdly, based on particle swarm optimization method blending genetic algorithm, the optimized solution of splitting order quantity can be acquired, which can improve the evolutionary speed of the convergence and reduce the delay punishment and makespan. Finally, with the practical scheduling example, the feasibility and validity of the algorithm are proved.

In order to realize the complementary coordination among different energy forms such as electricity, gas, cold and heat in the park-level integrated energy system, and improve the economic benefits of its operation, a typical energy hub structure which takes combined heat and power unit as the core and integrates multi-coupling devices is proposed. By minimizing the daily operating cost, the day-ahead dispatching model of the internal energy flow distribution of the park-level integrated energy system is established and solved by chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm. The case study verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm, and the established day-ahead dispatching model can flexibly adjust the internal energy flow according to load and the change of time-of-use electricity price, and distribute the output of various devices, which can improve the economic benefits of multi-energy supply, complementary and coordinated operation in the park-level integrated energy system.

Many recommender systems explicitly or implicitly assume that rating data are normally distributed. This assumption is handy, but often does not hold in practice, resulting in system underperformance. In this paper, we design a recommendation algorithm embedding a new distribution model. First, we introduce a generalized logistic transformation and a parameter estimator Minimum Absolute Skewness Estimator (MASE) to obtain generalized-Gaussian distributed data. Second, we propose a new model, namely generalized logit-generalized-normal (GLG-normal) distribution to fit the observed frequency distribution. Finally, we design GLG-N probabilistic matrix factorization (GPMF) recommendation algorithm. Experiments were undertaken on the 3 subsets of Jester. Results show that 1) GLG-normal captures the essence of the frequency distribution, and 2) GPMF is 5% better than PMF in terms of MAE, and significantly outperforms some other schemas.

The Changdian rock mass is a granitic composite rock mass composed of multiple phases. It has an obvious ring-shaped structure in the plane, and invaded in the Paleoproterozoic rift belt, in eastern Liaoning. In order to reveal the deep geological structure, based on the regional gravity data, a three-dimensional model of the Changdian rock mass was constructed using the gravity-magnetic section method and the three-dimensional density inversion method. The three-dimensional geometry of the Changdian rock mass is "strawberry" shaped. The study of the three-dimensional geological features of the Changdian rock mass is of great significance in determining the emplacement mode, ascertaining the relationship between emplacement and metallogenesis of the rock mass, and studying the regional geological evolution of the magmatic activity.

The Virtual Field Education System (VFES) has been developed based on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), Digital photogrammetry, multi-scale 3D model, virtual reality, Global Positioning System (GPS) and spatial database. The VFES has integrated a large number of rich geoscience teaching resources. The application of the VFES breaks up the traditional teaching methods so that we can teach in a virtual field environment. Students can establish mental perception of field environment, learn knowledge of field, master the skills of field geoscience, and expand the scope of knowledge.

The accurate analysis for the resonant frequency and field components of the TM 010 mode of a cylindrical dielectric resonator is presented, and then a miniaturized TM 010 mode dielectric cavity filter with very high close-to-band rejections which passband is 2570MHz to 2620MHz, TD-LTE frequency band, is designed and optimized. The calculation and design show that the TM 010 mode dielectric filter has a great advantage over TE 01 δ mode dielectric filter and metallic filter in miniaturization. The three-dimensional layout of the filter which is more compact and diverse in shape is beneficial to the cross-coupling among the resonators and reduce the size of the occupied ground.

This paper proposes a new type of coaxial TM 10,10 mode output cavity with an axial output circuit. Its characteristics of cold cavity are simulated by CST-MWS, and the gap impedance is calculated form equivalent circuit. An 0.3THz coaxial TM 10,10 mode output cavity with ten 20 kV, 0.5A beams is simulated by CST-PIC. The result of particle simulation indicates the average output power of 450W, 3-dB bandwidth of 1.66GHz.

We reported the progress of developing 400-Gb/s optical transceivers with 1.3-μm electro-absorption modulators for optical interconnect applications in data centers. The key technologies include high-speed light sources, silicon photonics based WDM multiplexers/de-multiplexers, driving and receiving circuits, signal processing and monitoring schemes.

This paper presents a shuffled frog leaping algorithm (SFLA) based solution to solve the View Selection Problem (VSP) subject to dual constraints, which is often used to accelerate data warehouse queries. Since VSP is both discrete and constrained, a greedy-repaired strategy under dual constraints is proposed to handle unfeasible solutions. This proposed solution also profits from a mutation strategy in order to improve the quality of solutions, particularly to avoid being trapped in local optima. Experimental results show that under different constraints combinations, SFLA is able to find a near-optimal feasible solution, with maximum error less than 1%. Comparisons with GA and PSO show that SFLA has better solution quality and faster convergence rate, and also scales with the problem size.

Cascading failures in critical networked infrastructures that result even from a single source of failure often lead to rapidly widespread outages as witnessed in the 2013 Northeast blackout in northern America. This paper examines the problem of minimizing the outage when a cascading failure from a single source occurs. An optimization problem is formulated where a limited number of protection nodes, when placed strategically in the network to mitigate systemic risk, can minimize the spread of cascading failure. Computationally fast distributed message-passing algorithms are developed to solve this problem. Global convergence and the optimality of the algorithm are proved using graph theoretic analysis. In particular, we illustrate how the poset-constrained graph algorithms can be designed to address the trade-off between complexity and optimality.

A 56Gbps PAM-4 optical receiver front-end is presented. In order to reduce the input-referred current noise of the receiver front-end, the shunt feedback resistor Rf of the TIA is enlarged. And, the equalizer is inserted to boost the high-frequency gain and extend the bandwidth. The AGC amplifier using the proposed dB-linear VGAs is further to lower the noise. This PAM-4 optical receiver front-end is fabricated in a 40 nm CMOS process. Its power is 120mW from a supply of 1.2V excluding the output buffers. Its core area is 0.21mm2.

High-Tc superconducting (HTS) flux pumps are capable of injecting flux into closed HTS magnets without electrical contact. It is becoming a promising alternative of current source in powering HTS coils. This paper reviews the recent progress in flux pumps for HTS coil magnets. Different types of HTS flux pumps are introduced. The physics of these flux pumps are explained and comparisons are made.

In this paper, the finite element method is used to investigate the influence of matching layer on the center frequency and the frequency bandwidth when the borehole wall ultrasonic imaging logging transducer operates in the mud. Our numerical results show that the characteristic impedance and the thickness of the matching layer influence the resonance frequency and the harmonic peak. With the increase of the characteristic impedance, the first order thickness mode resonant frequency reduces while the second order increases, which makes the valley deeper and deeper on the curve of conductance. When the characteristic impedance reaches a certain value, the center frequency and −3dB relative bandwidth steeply change. With the increase of the thickness of the matching layer would lower the first and second order thickness mode resonant frequency, the −3dB relative bandwidth increases at first then decreases that leaves the maximum. The value range of the characteristic impedance and the thickness of the matching layer is obtained for a certain frequency bandwidth. This work can be used to lower the manufacture difficulty and increase the range of matching layer material choice.

In order to adapt to the active control and management of active distribution network (ADN), this paper proposes a new combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) system. The electric heat pump is used to consume the power generated by the generator for adjusting the power peak of the network, and let the renewable energy generation sent more power to the ADN. The storage tank is integrated with the electric heat pump to recover the waste heat of flue gas. The system flow and the operation mode are studied. Through calculation and analysis of actual case, the operation characteristics of the system are obtained. According to the hourly analysis of the operation, the configurations of the system are given. The research results show that the system not only can meet the management of the ADN and decrease the wind power curtailment rate, but also can meet the heating and cooling requirements of the users. Meanwhile, the full heat of the flue gas can be recovered and the energy efficiency of the system is effectively increased. This paper can provides technical support for the application of the system in the future smart grid.
