A zero bias Schottky barrier diode with 3.5THz cut-off frequency and 0.16eV barrier height based on the InGaAs-Ti contact is designed and fabricated with a new T-gate anode, anisotropic wet mesa etch and BCB protection process. By using this SBD, a high-sensitivity detector working at W band frequency is proposed, and the measured responsivity is over 4000V/W at 75~110GHz.

In consideration of the influence of target moving, components rotarying and structure deformation on the precision of electromagnetic scattering modeling A an exact moving target’s RCS modeling method based on the measured data was proposed in this paper. Firstly, using laser scanning method to build the precise geometric model of the real target; Secondly, extracting the parameters of the target motion characteristics in the actual flight, and taking the parameters to modify the model; Finally developing integration software to calculate the electromagnetic scattering and verify the result with the measured data.

In this paper, the problems of motor drive for nozzle extrusion mechanism in FDM 3D printer were analyzed. Cooperative work, if it is by a team of engineers, or by a group of experts, requires coordination by sharing common knowledge. We focus on knowledge exchange game as the methodology of sharing knowledge. Knowledge exchange processes are formulated as knowledge exchanging games among selfish agents. Each agent has idiosyncratic utility function defined over his private knowledge and common knowledge. Each agent exchanges his knowledge with others in order to improve his own utility. In this paper, we focus on heterogeneity of agents. Agent decide whether trade or not in terms of cost and value of new knowledge. The way to decide is different from each agent. We investigate what characteristics of an organization promote knowledge exchanging or discourage sharing common knowledge.

The inter-organization comprises a new type of environment around which firms organize themselves so as to reach a common objective. The structure and attributes of inter-organizational network can possibly account for the performance of knowledge transfer. This paper describes and analyzes some of key network factors, and presents a conceptual research framework.

In this article, the author designs a Parrondo's game model of biotic population with complex network as its spatial carrier, trying to analyze the individual's competitive and cooperative behaviour, Investigate the degree distribution of the heterogeneity on the impact of Coopetition. The populational Parrondo's game model includes zero-sum games among individuals and the negative sum-up games between individuals and environment. In terms of zero-sum game relations, four patterns are defined: cooperation, competition, harmony, and Matthew patterns. The simulating calculation result shows that:1)Cooperation and competition in any form is adaptive behavior. Cooperative and competitive behavior could convert the losing game combination into winning. The positive population average fitness represents the paradoxical feature that the Parrondo's game is counterintuitive.2)The population average fitness of cooperation and harmony patterns based on BA network is better than that of full connectivity, whereas the average fitness of competition and Matthew patterns is worse than that. BA network is conducive to cooperation.3)The relationship of individual fitness with node degree and with clustering coefficient is disclosed. As for cooperation pattern, the greater the node degree is, the greater the individual fitness is. In regard to nodes with the same degree, the greater the clustering coefficient is, the smaller the fitness is. For the Matthew pattern, severe polarization of individual fitness turns up, and the “Butterfly Effect” shows. 4)The heterogeneity positive impact on cooperation,the higher the heterogeneity,the population average fitness of cooperation is greater.

For research on individuals' coopetition in biological systems, the author designs a Parrondo's game model of biotic population, which displays two game relations in the course of individuals' survival and evolution: (1) zero-sum game among individuals (Game A). Game A represents the interaction mechanism among individuals. In this article, game relations among individuals are defined as the following five patterns: cooperation, competition, inaction, harmony and Matthew. Survival adaptability of the five patterns are observed and studied; (2) negative sum-up game (Game B). Game B has a special structure, i.e. two branches are generated according to the divisibility relations of modulus M, and winning probabilities of the two branches differ. The computer simulation result shows that: 1) Cooperation and competition in any form is adaptive behaviour. Cooperative and competitive behaviour could convert the losing game combination into winning. The positive average population fitness represents the nature that Parrondo's paradox is counterintuitive. The population totally composed of inactive individuals will be eliminated by nature, hence its negative average fitness. 2) Social efficiency of the harmony pattern is not high, and its average population fitness is relatively low but fair, with high survival rate and balanced distribution of individual fitness. 3) The Matthew pattern brings extreme imbalance in the distribution of individual fitness among the population, resulting in the Matthew Effect of “the rich get richer and the poor get poorer”. And the population survival rate of this pattern is lower.

In this paper, we suggest a method of knowledge-based decision making using system dynamics, with an emphasis to strategic concerns. The proposed method transforms individual mental models into explicit knowledge by translating partial and implicit knowledge into an integrated knowledge model. The scenario-based test of the organized knowledge model enables decision-makers to understand the structure of the target problem and identify its basic cause, which facilitates effective decision-making.
