The problem of bi-objective radar waveform design for target estimation and electromagnetic compatibility is addressed in this paper. To improve the estimation performance, the mutual information (MI) between the received signal and the target impulse response is used as the objective function. While for electromagnetic compatibility, the spectral power of the transmitted waveform should be suppressed in some certain frequency bands. The optimal radar waveform is designed for both the aforementioned two objective functions under the energy and modulus constraints. An iterative algorithm is proposed to solve the bi-objective optimization problem. Optimal waveform is obtained for different weights of the two objective functions. The performance of the waveform is evaluated in terms of MI and spectral power allocation in the frequency bands.

The non-smooth data transfer was caused by Network congestion, and good congestion control algorithm is benefit to improve the network performance. Generally, network congestion algorithms are divided into two main categories, one is the control algorithm based on the data source, and the other is the control algorithm based on link. Different algorithms have different performance link. Link algorithms such as FIFO algorithm, RED algorithm, ARED (Adaptive RED)algorithm and QVARED(Queue Variation ARED) algorithm have different features. Congestion control mechanism is analyzed from the perspective of network congestion. The evolution of several link algorithms is introduced in detail, then the performance of each algorithm is compared and analyzed. QVARED and ARED algorithm have high utilization rate of link by comparison. The processing rate of outburst flow data fluctuate more smoothly for QVARED algorithm.

The amount of information in real-time video monitoring is very large. So, the disk space is used largely, and the network congestion is easy to caused. In order to reduce the network congestion, save storage space, take out noneffective information in video, video key-frames are extracted in sending end and video is resumed in receiving end. A real-time video monitoring system is implemented. A kind of key-frame extracting algorithm is adopted in the system. MPEG compressed video stream is processed by the algorithm. Video is transfer by RTP protocol. So, the problems such as large amount of information, utilizing high bandwidth and video information redundancy etc. are solved.

Scenarios describe how system components, the environment and users working concurrently interact in order to provide system level functionality. Each scenario is a partial story which, when combined with other scenarios, should conform to provide a complete system description. However, it is not always possible to build a set of components that provides exactly the same system behaviour as described with a set of scenarios. Inconsistence may appear as a result of unexpected component interaction. In this paper, we present an algorithm that builds a behaviour model that describes the closest possible implementation for a specification based on basic and high-level MSCs. We have integrated these procedures into the Labelled Transition System Analyser, which allows for model checking and animation of the behaviour model.

In this paper, the concepts of generalized fuzzy sub-algebras , generalized fuzzy ideals and generalized fuzzy implicative ideals of BCK-algebras are introduced. The following results are obtained: for a BCK-algebra X, any generalized fuzzy ideal of X must be a generalized fuzzy sub-algebra; a fuzzy set A of X is a generalized fuzzy ideal (implicative ideal) of X if and only if, for all, is either empty or an ideal (implicative ideal) of X; suppose that A and B are generalized fuzzy ideals of X with A≤B b, if A is a generalized fuzzy implicative ideal of X, then so is B. Also, several characterizations of generalized fuzzy implicative ideals are given.

Light-weight formal verification framework, based on CRA, focusing on industry application is proposed in this paper, which safety requirements specification, described by PSC(property sequence chart), can be automatic transformed into LTS(labeled transition system). we present the translation algorithm from PSC to image LTS, by proving that the PSC semantic can be transformed into linearization sequences set. Thus, safety requirement specifications can be verified by CRA and be implemented by LTSA tools.

In this paper, the concepts of TL -sub-algebras and TL -ideals of sub-BCI-algebras are introduced, A necessary and sufficient condition for a L- subset of sub-BCI-algebra to be a L -sub-algebra (ideal) is stated, and images and inverse-images of L -sub-algebra under sub-BCI-algebra homomorphism are studied.
