Recently, 3D Convolutional Neural Network (3D-CNN) models with attention mechanisms have been widely studied in action recognition tasks. Although most of these methods explore the spatial, temporal and channel attention for action recognition, the inter-correlations over spatial, temporal and channel are not fully exploited. In this paper, we introduce a novel inter-dimensional correlations aggregated attention (ICAA) network that extracts inter-correlations between two dimensions in spatial, temporal and channel, and inter-spatial-temporal-channel correlations to obtain more comprehensive correlations. The proposed ICAA module can be wrapped as a generic module easily plugged into the state-of-the-art 3D-CNN models as well as multi-stream architectures for video action recognition. We extensively evaluate our method on action recognition tasks over UCF-101 and HMDB-51 datasets, and the experimental results demonstrate that adding our ICAA module can obtain state-of-the-art performance on UCF-101 and HMDB-51, which has the performance of 98.4% and 81.9% respectively, and achieve significant improvement compared against original models.

With the development of smart grids, the energy trading market has gradually expanded. However, during the trading process, security and privacy issues have hampered the development of the market. In order to solve these problems, scholars have proposed a variety of solutions using blockchain technology to effectively solve security and privacy issues. However, the blockchain technology itself has poor scalability and insufficient throughput, which still hinders its effective application. To this end, we propose a state channel-based energy trading scheme, which uses state channel technology to effectively increase the throughput of the blockchain.

In this paper, we present test structures and procedures to characterize and model mismatch of the breakdown voltage of Zener diodes. Direct force-current/measure-voltage for breakdown is not sufficiently accurate for mismatch characterization, so we use an $I(V)$ sweep followed by cubic interpolation; the accuracy of this approach is verified using the Tuinhout DUT-1-2-1-2 methodology. To demonstrate our approach, we present measured and modeled breakdown voltage mismatch for 5 V Zener diodes in a 90 nm power BCD process.

This study uses a questionnaire to analyses the relationship between the experiences of internet usage, privacy concerns and self-presentation of private information. Using an regression analysis and correlation analysis, it takes Wechat as an entry point to explain the new private problems that people confronted with while they do self-presentation in the social media environment based on the theory of communication privacy management. It turns out that undergraduates' private concerns are extremely high, they tend to hide their real information in their profile picture. The experiences of internet usage have an obvious positive effect on self-presentation of profile picture while privacy concerns have an obvious negative effect on it, privacy concerns show very little mediating effect on the experiences of internet usage and self-presentation of profile picture.

In this paper, a new type of single-negative material structure isolator with a wide band gap of ‘ $4.3\sim 5.9\ \text{GHz}$ is designed, and it is loaded into a broadband circularly polarized array antenna[1] to reduce the mutual coupling between the antenna elements. Compared to the unloaded array, the results show that the coupling of the antenna array with single negative material isolator is reduced by $9.5\text{dB}\sim 32\text{dB}$ in the working frequency band. The isolator has the advantages of easy processing, simple structure and small space.

Dye sensitized solar cell(DSSC) possessed both low cost and high energy conversion efficiency has attracted considerabale research interests, enabling a promising next generation solar cell. DSSC based on TiO 2 photoanode is a low-cost, high efficient photovoltaic device for solar energy conversion. Conventional commercial photoanode consist essentially of anatase crystalline titanium dioxide which played a key role in dye adsorption and electron transport. However, nanoparticles were not conducive to the separation and transmission of electrons and holes. One-dimensional (1D) nanostructure photoanode was replaced the nanoparticle film, which provided a direct pathway improve the efficiency. TiO2 nanofibers(NF) synthesized via electrospinning, has evealed distinct properties as a photoanode in DSSC. An innovation of TiO 2 nanoparticle (NP)/TiO2 nanofibers double layers was fabricated to form composite photoanode in our work. These TiO2 NP/NF composite photoanodes have exhibited high performance applied in DSSC. The TiO2 NF was described in terms of crystallinity, morphology and chemistry through BET, XRD, TEM, EDX, FESEM, XPS, FT-IR, TG. After via sintering treatment, NF did not change significantly and was used as photoanode scattering layers in DSSC. Based on these TiO 2 NP/NF double layer as composite photoanode, the devices were sensitized with N719 and using a I 2 /I3− electrolyte solution with acetontrile and ethylene carbonate as co-solvent, exhibiting a best efficiency of 6.5%. Meanwhile, the devices based on NP photoanode with the same electrolyte showed an efficiency of 3.44%. Addtionally, the effect of NF films with different thickness on the devices performence was investigated in detail, The optimized thickness of TiO2 NF photoanode was electrospinning for 15min. The improved efficiency was attributed to the increased dye adsorption on TiO2 NF and the improved short-circuit density. The high photovoltaic response of DSSC based on NP/NF double layer were attributed to the surface area(BET: 49.87 m2/g) and volume of NF (0.179 mL/g) of the NF, and the low electron recombination rate. Electrospinning technology provides a new approach for the preparation of large area, the stability and photovoltaic performance of the devices dye-sensitized solar cells and their future commercial applications.

120 Animal manures were randomly sampled from different scales of intensive farms in three northeast provinces, and analysed to determine Cd concentration. Meanwhile, the load of animal manure Cd on farmland in sewage irrigation area of Liaoning province was estimated. The results showed that Cd concentrations in manures ranged from non-detectable to 203.4 mg/kg, with higher mean value of 15.1mg/kg in pig manure than that of 1.6 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg in chicken and cattle manure. The load of animal manure Cd on farmland in study area was in the range of 0.2-0.8 kg/km2 annually, particularly, Xiaolinghe and Songsan receiving the higher level than the other areas. The possible quantity of manure Cd into river with the soil erosion was in the range of 1.6 g/km2 to 15.0 g/km2 and concentrated in the cities of Fushun, Yingkou to Anshan. It was suggested that animal manures contained high level of Cd; long-term agricultural application of animal manure may increase potential risk of Cd pollution on soil and surface water.

We present the fabrication method for the nonspherical or macroporous particles such as binary colloidal aggregates or shape-anisotropic particles from water-in-oil emulsions as confining geometries for the self-organization. Here, the water droplets contained various combinations of two different colloids: monodisperse silica or polystyrene microspheres for larger particles and silica or titania nanoparticles for smaller particles. For each combination, the configurations of the large microspheres were not changed by the presence of the small particles though the arrangement of the smaller particles was strongly dependent on the nature of the electrostatic interparticle interactions between small and large particles inside the water droplets. The experimentally observed structural evolutions were consistent with the predicted morphologies calculated using Surface Evolver simulation tool. The nonspherical macroporous particles were also successfully prepared by self-organizing amidine-coated latex microspheres and smaller inorganic nanoparticles, followed by the subsequent calcinations for burning out the organic microspheres.

Resource co-allocation is one of the crucial technologies affecting the utility and quality of services of large-scale distributed environments by simultaneously allocating multiple resources to one application. This paper concentrated on the problem to guarantee the QoS of co-allocation jobs via advance reservation and investigated the performances of two typical scheduling algorithms with and without advance reservation. Simulations have shown that advance reservation is effective to improve the QoS of co-allocation.

The contents of the Huffman tables for JPEG coding might varied from one image to another. To ensure that the JPEG decoder uses the same Huffman tables as the encoder did, the JPEG standard suggests a method for encoder to downsize the Huffman tables and save them in file header so that the decoder can restore them from the header. Table restoration is time consumed because of the huge AC Huffman table size. It is a challenge for the embedded devices to make this real-time task due to lack of hardware support and limited memory space. This paper introduces a fast approach to restore the Huffman tables and reduce the table size. According to the experiment results run inARM7TDMI, the proposed approach can present, compared with the leading-bit search, about 80%size down for table buffers and about 3 times of speedup for the table building.

A novel method to fabrication of well-aligned SWNT arrays on SAM-modified ITO glass substrates, using a well dispersed ef-SWNT solution, a supporting frame consisting of a monolayer of monodisperse silica beads, and the appropriate electric fields, has been developed. The use of the colloidal monolayer as a supporting frame enables the vertical alignment of the SWNTs on the ITO substrate. This method has the following advantages over the previously reported ones: low CNT consumption, mild temperature conditions, and large area deposition.

In standard backfill algorithms, a job will be terminated immediately it has been processed for its estimated runtime. This drives users not to provide tight estimates to make their jobs to be scheduled earlier but at the risk of being killed. This paper presents an enhanced mechanism to tolerate underestimated jobs by continuing processing them on condition that they will not delay any other running or reserved jobs. By comparing the performance of this new mechanism with that of the standard easy backfill with simulation of real workloads, it is shown that the benefits of extending the runtime of underestimated jobs are attractive and the possible degradations are very slight.

Microstructured titanium glycolates such as spheres and rods have been prepared from the mixture of titanium butoxide and ethylene glycol. The synthesized titanium complexes were transformed into high refractive index titania. The obtained titania structures are of practical importance for optical applications in light scattering and stimulated emission.

Titania glycolate microstructures of the spheres and rods have been synthesized from titanium tetrabutoxide (TBT)-ethylene glycol (EG) mixture. As-prepared structures are transformed into anatase-type titania by calcination. Their potential for the photonic and photocatalytic applications can be expected.
