This study utilized the situation-map-theory-based design method to analyze the behavioral footprints of medical staff and patients, man-machine interaction, and user psychology in the existing outpatient infusion system, with the purpose of improving the experience of medical staff and patients in the outpatient infusion system. The existing outpatient infusion system had three major problems: the inability to timely transmit information, the unsatisfactory overall planning of and coordination involving the outpatient infusion system, and the poor man-machine interaction experience provided by the infusion devices. In the design of outpatient infusion system at hospitals, attention should be paid to the optimization strategies for information visualization, operational restriction mechanism, development of humanized functions on the devices, formulation of a comprehensive overall monitoring plan, and emotional-element consideration on the design of medical equipment.

The increased human activity and uncontrolled pressure on ports and their surroundings has led to their gradual coastal erosion and environmental degradation [1] . The sustainable development of sea ports is highly dependent on the planning of environmental management policies and strategies which should be based on financial, environmental and social factors in line with the legal frame and technical requirements for each case study. Towards effective planning it is crucial to incorporate environmental monitoring systems [2] . However, even though the Balkan Mediterranean ports have already established integrated systems for environmental management, only a minority of the port authorities are able to operate environmental monitoring systems in terms of efficient cooperation and networking with other port operators and decision makers of the surrounding areas. Thus, the port of Bourgas is inevitable listed under the aforementioned cases.

The aim of this study was to identify the pillars for the realization of a proposal of monitoring plan based on the application of Monitored Natural Recovery processes. The proposal has been realized considering the Mar Piccolo case study in Taranto (Southern Italy) that has been included into the list of polluted Sites of National Interest (SIN) by the Italian Law n. 426/98. In fact, submarine sediments contain high concentrations of heavy metals (Hg, Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn) and organic pollutants (PCBs, PAHs and dioxins). In order to achieve the goal, the ISRAP methodology (Interactive Sediment Remedy Assessment Portal) was applied. The main outlooks have been the identification (i) of the principal pollutants as well as the main natural recovery processes, (ii) the definition of the remediation objectives and (iii) the proposal of monitoring activates identifying, also, the principal tools to be adopted. Furthermore, the role of in situ testing and sensing has been discussed.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are used to specify the negotiated conditions between the provider and the consumer of services. In this paper we present a stepwise method to identify and categorize a set of test requirements that represent the potential situations that can be exercised regarding the specification of each isolated guarantee term of an SLA. This identification is addressed by means of devising a set of coverage levels that allow grading the thoroughness of the tests. The utilization of these test requirements would focus on twofold objectives: (1) the generation of a test suite that allows exercising the situations described in the test requirements and (2) the support for the derivation of a monitoring plan that checks the compliance of these requirements at runtime. The approach is illustrated over an eHealth case study.
