Abstract

Assessment model for the potential of clean energy development should be proposed because which is important for more efficient clean energy development. Introduce the mutation theory into the assessment of the development potential of clean energy and establish a model for the evaluation of the development potential of clean energy. Through the example analysis, the validity of the established evaluation index of the potential of clean energy development is verified, and the validity of the model of mutation evaluation of the potential of clean energy development is verified.

Abstract

Efficiency evaluation index system should be proposed because which is important for more efficient operation of smart distribution grid. The status of distribution network and the challenges of smart distribution grid are analyzed in this paper. The construction ideas of efficiency evaluation index system are proposed. On this basis, the criteria layer, the performance layer and the application layer of efficiency evaluation index system are proposed based on system analysis theory combination with AHP method. Theoretical basis for construction evaluation index are elaborated in this paper.

Abstract

This letter presents a double-side measuring method for online partial-discharge (PD) detection and location in covered conductor (CC) lines. To synchronize both PD sampling units mounted on two separate sides, a novel time alignment technique is proposed and implemented using the combination of a pulse injector and a pulse detector.
