The Internet of Things which is known as the third wave of the information industry is expected to become the next trillion-level information industrial engine. The development of medical care system based on The Internet of Things will be a new climax. Zigbee have played an important role in the Internet of Things. This paper introduces that wireless remote sphygmomanometer, which based on Zigbee. The zigebee will make the sphygmomanometer have the function of wireless transmission. Sphygmomanometer measures blood pressure. Then the data transmit to Zigbee wireless transmission module through a serial port. Zigbee wireless transmission module transmits the data to receiving point after processing the data.

According to Zigbee wireless communication technology with the characteristics of low cost, low power, low-complexity and short-distance, we designed a wireless home remote control system. Its design is based on micro controller chip CC2430 from TI company and IAR software platform. This paper introduces the system hardware circuit design and the core software algorithm in detail. the test finally shows the system can achieve the wireless remote control in household equipments - lights, doorbell, air conditioning, etc. Some other potential application areas and its direction of development in future are given at last.

Wireless sensor network (WSN) has received intense attention in recent years and has been applied in many industrial and medical care areas. Based the OpenWSN platform, we design an intelligent parking system to help avoid the crowd jam of parking lot in city. Both theoretical analysis and practical simulation are presented in this paper. Due to energy limitations of wireless sensor networks and the objective circumstance of the parking lot, novel network protocols (MAC and NET lawyers) are proposed to handle the above situations. Detailed experimental design and simulation are evaluated in the experiment section to show the effectiveness and efficiency of the new scheme.

Based on the reviewing of the wireless sensor network (WSN) research and application, the disadvantages of the traditional cable sensing data acquisition system are pointed out, and a new energy-saving, cheap and wide application scope system by Wireless RF way is proposed. This paper gives out a method of wireless sensor data acquisition system based on nRF905, including the design of structure, hardware and software. The system is efficiency, environmental friendly and can be remotely controlled.

The investigation of the relation of catalyst particles with resultant carbon deposits has been carried out. In this paper, the influences of catalyst particles on the morphology of carbon fibers are studied. Carbon fibers have been synthesized by the decomposition of methanol/ethanol over copper substrate via catalytic combustion technique and chemical vapor deposition method. The structural characteristics of the carbon product were assessed from the scanning electron microscopy. In situ scanning electron microscopy showed that the size and the shape of the catalyst particles can influence the morphology of the resultant carbon fibers.

A simple method is presented for the preparation of silica nano-rods. The silica nano-rods with a diameter of about 200 nm with smooth surface were synthesized by chemical vapor deposition method at 1300square. The as-synthesized samples were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive x-ray, and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that synthesized silica nano-rods have a uniform size, well-defined shape, and smooth surface. However, the morphologies and microstructures of silica nano-rods are affected by synthesis conditions, such as the synthesis temperature and the vapor concentration of the SiOx. On the basis of these experimental results, a possible growth mechanism of silica nano-rods in this process is proposed.

In this paper, we report the growth of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) ferroelectric thin films, formed by means of the electrochemical reduction. In our experiment, the electrolyte was prepared by lead nitrate (Pb(NO3)2), zirconium oxide chloride (ZrOCl2-8H2O) and titanium chloride (TiCl3) solution. A graphite plate with 1 cm of width was employed as the anode, and a stainless steel plate was employed as both cathode and substrate. The controlled current that was supplied by a DC power supply passed through the electrolyte to deoxidize PZT precursor films on the surface of the stainless steel at room temperature. The results indicate that the atomic ratio of compositions in the film can be controlled by controlling the molar concentration of electrolytic solution, current density and reaction time. The perovskite PZT thin films can be obtained when the precursor films are heated to a certain temperature for sintering.

A simple thermal chemical vapor deposition growth technique of multi-walled carbon nanotubes is present. Aligned carbon nanotube arrays on Fe2O3/ SiO2/Si substrates, carbon nanotube film on Pt metal grid substrates, and straight carbon nanotubes on Mo-Fe/silica substrates have been synthesized at lower reaction temperature at atmospheric pressure by pyrolysis of ethyl alcohol as carbon source. The as-synthesized carbon nanotubes were characterized by both scanning electron microscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The electrical property measurements of individual multi-walled carbon nanotube grown on Fe2O3/ SiO2/Si silicon substrate and Pt metal grid substrate were performed by homemade dasianano-manipulatorpsila. According to Current-Voltage curves obtained in our experiments, we could calculate the current density that the multi-walled carbon nanotubes could carry is about 107A/cm2, which is much larger than that of normal metals.

Here, a simple and low cost catalytic combustion method was employed for preparation of ribbon-like carbon fibers. A lot of multi-directionally grown ribbon-like carbon fibers were obtained. In our experiment, methanol was used as the carbon source and the nickel nitrate as the catalyst precursor. The copper plate was used as the substrate. M. M. Wilson et al. also adopted flame method, but their setup is complex. From the view of realizable application, our method is more adaptive. This study has significances for fundamental investigation and has a promising of industrial application.

In this paper, we propose and investigate the type I knowledge mass, type I knowledge base, type I approximate knowledge closure of knowledge base, type I topological algorithm of multiple approximate reasoning in the framework of type I topological logic C1 T. For the type I topological algorithm of multiple approximate reasoning, Frechet topology is also a critical topology. It is only valid for the the multiple approximate reasonings with A* isin {Ai | i = 1, 2,... , n}, and is invalid for the multiple approximate reasonings which allow A* isin F(S) - {Ai | i = 1, 2, ... ,n}. The topologies which are valid for the type I topological algorithm of the multiple approximate reasoning , can only be the non-Frechet topologies. These topologies can realize not only the classic MP reasoning but also the non-classic approximate reasoning. It can activate some knowledge Ai rarr Bi as A* isin F(S) - {Ai | i = 1,2,... ,n}.

In order to improve hydrostatic piezoelectric sensitivity of flexible piezoelectric composites, Lead Titanate (PbTiO/sub 3/) piezoelectric ceramics is incorporated because of its greater piezoelectric anisotropy. The composites are prepared by embedding ceramic PbTiO/sub 3/ particles in a copolymer matrix poly(vinylidene fluoride/tetrafluoroethylene) (P(VDF/TeFE)). The preparation of these composites and their dielectric and hydrostatic piezoelectric properties are reported in this paper. Their hydrophone applications are discussed.

The product property between thermal expansion and piezoelectricity in composites prepared from piezoelectric ceramics and polymers is presented. A theoretical analysis on the product property is discussed based on series and parallel models of the composites. From the theoretical analysis, the necessary condition for the highest product effect of diphasic composites is discussed. Composites with piezoelectric ceramic PZT particles, TGS grains and BT particles as active component and PVDF as matrix are used as examples. Enhanced pyroelectricity of the composites is observed.
