In the increasingly fierce market competition, companies should focus on constantly nurturing and enhancing the capabilities of customer value creation. The paper uses the system theory to study the capability system of customer value creation. In order to further reveal the composition, nature and evolution of customer value creation capability, the paper build the production function model of customer value creation capability and discuss the nature of model. It is argued that enterprise customer value creation capability is a capability system consisted of various correlative elements, and its enhancement need improve each capability element level and achieve coordinated development of all capability elements.
